Being compassionate it gives works by building trust, mutual connections, and reciprocation. Respect is one of the great factors for a healthy environment. It promotes teamwork and productivity. If everyone knows that they are valued for their abilities, qualities, and capabilities and that their role is important to their work's success. If they are being respected and valued it definitely promotes positive work where employees are loyal, fulfilled, and motivated to perform at their best for their company. Having a positive environment is really great in any situation whether your at work or at house having a great surroundings help us a lot like as you said about great problem solving and communication to each other. It also helps us to decrease stress from everything happening nowadays.

Having these all in a workplace will surely let me stay for long. I was once in a workplace where the atmosphere and the employer kinda sour. I mean, we hardly have the peace of mind working there. And we always felt so tired even if it's still morning. That is why, we didn't able to long last in there. Even if the administrator told me not to resign, I still did and when she told me anytime I can go back there, I just smile at her. Actually, I didn't experienced being scolded by her but I saw how she scolded my co-workers. She also put many loads to me and I felt unfair with it coz my co-workers have less work. And her alliby is that she don't trust my co-workers ability to work. So, that's the reason I immediately resign.

Employer and employee must have a good relationship because I believe if both worked together without any issues like negative issues then toxicity in a workplace environment will for sure not be seen.
