Today I will continue the theme of poultry farming, namely ducks.
Nests for ducks - one of the paramount attributes of house design. For birds to have a desire to lay eggs in homemade nests, and not wherever you want, you must make them as comfortable as possible. Of course it is necessary to spend some time to accustom ducks to nesting places.
Make nests for ducks with their own hands is more difficult than it seems at first glance. You can take a long time to look at the photos and try to reproduce what you see, but without knowing the basic rules, you will not be able to make a comfortable nest. Requirements for the nest:
A duck's nest should have a roof, so that the bird understands that it is not in danger. The nest should be in a secluded place so that the hen will feel more comfortable and safe, a threshold in the nest must be made, otherwise the egg will simply roll out of the box and will be broken.
Before you start work, you need to decide where you want to put the nest. Depending on the location, the dimensions will be calculated. It is strictly forbidden to put the nest in places where moisture accumulates. Also, you should not install them immediately near the entrance. The ideal location is by the far wall.
Even in the daytime, where the females are laying, the illumination should be dimmed. If the barn has too many window openings and the room is bright, it is necessary to cover some of them. The egg laying performance of ducks will also be affected by sudden noise. Where there is constant noise, the bird does not feel safe.
In order to determine the best location for nesting sites, it is necessary to have a clear idea of how many ducks are planned to be kept. It is better to allocate a separate nest for each individual. If there are not enough nests, the duck can find another place and will lay eggs there. If the ducks start laying in another place, it will be quite difficult to get them accustomed to the nest.
Nests should be placed so that the owner has free access to them. The box will have to be constantly cleaned and collected eggs, so it is so important to provide all the comfortable conditions. It is important to remember that the bird will only lay in the safest place.
It is not enough to properly design the nest, it is still necessary to arrange it so that the duck wants to sit inside. The bottom of the product made with your own hands should be covered with warm material: hay or straw.
The flooring should be quite thick. It is worth considering that the softer the nest, the more likely the duck will start to lay in it. Plus thick bedding minimizes the risk of damage to the testicles. Most ducks try to bury their eggs because they naturally nest on the ground. If the bedding is thin, the egg will simply burst under the pressure of the duck's body and wooden bottom.
It is not difficult to build a nest for ducks with your own hands. Putting the duck in it - that is the difficulty. There are cases when the owners try to put ducks in new boxes, but they prefer the old basket, so this attribute is simply transformed into a container for laying eggs by putting a large layer of straw inside. The basket is brought into the barn and placed in a secluded place.
Domestic ducks are capable of choosing their own nesting location. Sometimes you just need to take a good look at where this or that individual sits and in that corner to put a container for it.
It is not necessary to install the nest boxes in a row in close proximity to each other. This may cause a decrease in egg production.
Each individual clutch should be in a quiet, secluded corner. This arrangement will bring the bird as close to natural conditions as possible. The side on which the hole was made should face the wall, not the entrance, then the duck will feel that no one sees it when it climbs into the box. The first few times you will have to put the birds in the containers yourself.
Under no circumstances should you collect produce while all the females are in the barn. Once they see their testicles being taken away, they may stop laying in their nests and find more secluded corners. Egg collection should be done regularly at the same time, after all the females have gone outside.
In some cases, once a homemade nest is installed in the house, the ducks understand what it is for and start climbing in by themselves, but more often than not they have no idea how to handle it. In winter cold females do not breed, nevertheless it is necessary to install the nests in the autumn period. For a long time the birds will get used to the houses and will pick up a separate one for themselves.

Musk ducks are completely intolerant of increased humidity, even though they are waterfowl. In winter one should not economize on heaters, otherwise one can lose half of the flock. In summer, when it is too hot, you should, on the contrary, spray the walls with water.
Domestic ducks are quite picky about habitat conditions. In order to get the maximum number of eggs and not to collect them all over the site, it is necessary to equip bird houses with nests. It is not always the case that the female wants to lay eggs in the nest.
In order to make the birds want to lay eggs in the nests, you need to make the boxes themselves as comfortable as possible and put them in remote locations. However, the location is a moot point. It is recommended to see where the duck lands and place the nest there. Most farmers unanimously say that the best place is in the corner of the barn, but if a particular duck decides to breed near the threshold, that is where the nest should be placed. Also, if the duck likes the basket better, the thing should be reclassified as a nest and placed in the bird house.
The parameters of the nest will depend on the size of the adult female and the area of the poultry house. The bird house should be quite spacious. In winter, there should be a thick layer of straw or hay on the floor to prevent birds from freezing their feet. The nest should also have the thickest possible bedding so that when you try to bury the egg it will not be damaged. It is better to start accustoming the ducklings to nests in advance, in the autumn, by installing crates in the poultry house.
Domestic ducks should not in any case see how the owner takes their eggs from the box, because then they will have to look for another place for laying eggs, so it is necessary to carry out all manipulations when the flock is on a walk. Among other things, it is necessary to make sure that the wood on the crate is carefully treated. It is not advisable to paint; it is better simply to use sandpaper. Ducks do not like loud noises and should be left alone during incubation.
The box should look like a house with a roof and a threshold, so that the ducks will want to incubate in them. A special manhole is made on the side of the structure. In the arrangement inside the barn, it is necessary to install it so that this manhole looks at the wall. This will give the duck a sense of privacy.
Muscovy duck as a business
The breeding of muscovy duck as a business is quite a young occupation, because the breed itself has not been popular and actively bred for a long time. Today, the situation has undergone some changes, thanks to which muscovy ducks are becoming common inhabitants of both large farms and home poultry houses.
The muscovy duck breeding as a business has great potential and is an excellent choice for the novice poultry farmer. There are many reasons for this and all of them in one way or another come from the species characteristics of these wonderful birds. Almost every point speaks in favor of their commercial breeding.
A little bit of specific In recent years, new species of poultry have been brought into the former Union countries, the breeding of which was not previously typical for a number of regions. One breed that has caught the eye and become widely popular is the musk duck, or, as they are commonly called, the turkey duck. The history of their domestication dates back to the distant past, when tribes of Indians were able to tame the turkeys, after which, thanks to active colonization, this breed spread around the world. On the territory of Ukraine, these ducks were first brought from France, and after the supplier was Turkey.
The natural habitat of these birds is Mexico, and there they are considered a species of wood ducks. The peculiarity of the breed is the absence of the need for ponds, because even without them you can be very successful in breeding the feathered birds. This breed has a certain resemblance to the Muscovy duck, which, in fact, is indicated by the name. At the same time, no experiments on turkey breeding were carried out, and its characteristics are exclusively natural.
The muscovy duck is a relatively new species of farm bird that differs externally from the common domestic duck because it has a pair of excrescences on its head, which give the bird an appearance similar to that of a turkey. The torso of turkeys differs in its width and length. Curved neck, large head, and long rounded tails can also be categorized as external features. Proper rearing, involving a complete diet, can allow to bring the weight of the drake to more than 6 kg, while the female black turkey can gain a maximum weight of up to 4 kg. The main purpose of raising ducks at home as well as in large farms is to obtain meat, which has excellent taste qualities.
Raising this breed is profitable in several ways, each of which can be perceived as an opportunity to earn and thereby support their own business.
In addition, the breeding of muscovy duck is not accompanied by the generation of numerous noises, because they behave quite quietly, for which they were dubbed "dumb ducks". Separately, the taste of the meat should be highlighted, because, it can be classified as a reference. The attractiveness of the business, built on the cultivation of turkeys, is based on the timing of their maturation, which does not exceed 4 months.
When planning the breeding, it should be remembered that this bird must be kept separately from other species of birds, because a number of problems are possible. Raising turkeys, unlike other breeds, does not require a pond, but if there is such a possibility, the duck will gladly take baths. In order for the business to become truly profitable, a plan must be made in advance, as well as related tasks.
Today, it is possible to purchase turkeys through specialized farms, poultry farms, as well as private backyards. In addition, with today's information technology, the Internet, where you can always find a lot of offers, can be used for this purpose with success. In order to establish effective breeding of ducks by natural means, it is necessary that there should be no more than 6 females per 1 male.

There is a lot of dry wood when cleaning the garden plot in the spring. Dry branches when clearing and pruning shrubs, broken and dried up cut branches, growth that we cut out when mowing - the result is three huge piles. We decided to go in the evening, when it was not so hot, in order to burn everything. First of all we pulled two hoses with water to the fire place and mowed the grass around. Frankly speaking, we could not believe that we would burn everything.
At the beginning we left small things: brushwood, small branches from bushes and other things. The fire is big, but not hot. Thin branches burn quickly.
From the edge of the fire I also choose thin branches and throw them into the fire. The area of such a fire is small.
Then I come across big branches. The fire is hot, you can't stand close to it. We put plastic chairs further away and admire the fire. It's bright and low.
In the last row we cut hazel branches into even firewood. New dry branches have been added as well. I fire, my sister saws and tosses.

Dandelion Jam
If you are already familiar with Ray Bradbury's story "Dandelion Wine," you probably remember how warm and sunny the author talks about summer, when every new day is a real adventure. And, of course, from the pages of the book we learn about the magical drink that young Douglas's grandfather makes every year. We suggest that you dive into the wonderful, not yet summer, but very spring atmosphere and make something unusual. While dandelions delight us with their bright life-affirming colors, let's make jam out of them! You can often hear about the healing properties of this preparation, it is also called dandelion honey. There is no consensus on this issue, because any jam or jam contains a lot of sugar. But if you like such sweets, take the recipe to heart. We are sure you will be pleasantly surprised!
Recipe Ingredients:
dandelion flowers - 300-400 pcs.
water - 1 l
sugar - 1 kg
half a lemon juice
***Method of preparation:***
Gather the required number of dandelion flowers. Cut off the peduncle, the green bottom part. For jam you need only yellow petals.
Put petals into a saucepan, pour water over them, and bring to a boil. Then turn down the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add the lemon juice to the water with the dandelions, stir and continue to cook for another 25 minutes. At this point, the house will begin to fill with a sweet honey aroma.
When the time is up, remove the pot from the heat, cool slightly, and strain the broth. You can strain a couple of times, so that there is definitely no cake left in the liquid.
Add sugar to the broth, stir it and put the pot back on the fire.
After boiling, the liquid will become more transparent. Reduce the heat and simmer for 40 minutes. The longer the jam stays on the heat, the thicker it will end up being.
Pour the finished jam into sterilized jars, cover and cool at room temperature. Then store in the refrigerator.

White Spring
We have a white spring. A week ago, cherry, plum, cherry, and pear trees bloomed at once. Now the apple trees are in bloom. Outside, white lilacs are blooming. Acacia trees are growing in front of my house. It'll probably be the last one to bloom. Although... let's not forget the catalpa and the chestnuts.

It sometimes snows in spring, but not the usual snow, but a flowery one. First apricot, alycha, then cherry. Although the acacia is in full bloom, there is acacia snow, covering paths and roofs.
With a gust of wind outside the window, the "snow" flies.
Today we have a day that's just fabulous! No wind, the sun.
Is warming with all its spring. The sun is warming in all its springtime power ♪ The flowers are so happy flowers are so happy to the sunshine with all. With all the fibers of their flowery souls!
It's a pity that all this beauty is fleeting! But how I love this time when it's warm and green all around, when I don't have to put on a thousand clothes to keep warm, when you can go out to go for a walk lightweight, when there's green windows and the horizon of green of trees to the horizon. And the humble dandelion is out of the theme, but it's very attracts attention :
We haven't had much warmth yet, and now it's getting colder as the orchards are in bloom.

The color of an apple tree! The color of spring tenderness, the color of spring joy, the color of spring dreams...
I walk along a path that snakes between sparse shrubs. It leads me to a garden. Into a marvellous, blooming apple orchard. There it stands, happy, rich, luxuriant! A cool breeze blows over it. The orchard bursts into foamy flames before me. The white-pink masses of flowers. Blue clear skies... The garden is filled with the hum of bees. After a rendezvous with each flower, they take away with them on their paws delicate pollen and fragrant nectar. To the right, at the bend toward the arbor, an apple tree bows, looking like a woman in a white cloak, waving a white hand at me. On the bark of the trees beads of dew shimmer in the sunshine. And beneath the trees are fresh green grasses studded with a light blizzard of delicate pink, snow-white petals.
This long alley leads me to the very heart of the garden - to the very thicket of young apple trees in bloom. And here I get lost, which of them is more beautiful? But the beauty of blossoming apples is not eternal. And the garden, as if understanding it, in a short time tries to show all its magnificence: the sounds, colors and smells.
From the window of my room I look at the garden. and happiness wakes up with me every morning. All, all white! After the dark, inclement fall and cold winter, you are young again, full of happiness, the angels of heaven have not left you.
If you ask me what season I love most, I answer, of course, spring.
I love to watch nature in the springtime, to see how everything around me is renewed. I love to spend my weekends in the spring forest. When I walk through the woods, I feel light and joyful in my soul. The sun bunnies are dancing on the glade - as if they want to tell everything alive in the forest that it's time to wake up. Snowdrops have appeared from the first rays of the sun between the trees. They are very small, fragile, but how much tenacity these delicate flowers: insistently he breaks through the thick carpet of last year's snow. Blue petals, as if grinning, reach for the sun.
You cannot take your eyes away when you stumble upon a field of snowdrops, as if the sky and the earth were the same color - bright blue. The flowers are so tender that it is pity and even shame to pluck them.
Perhaps there is no one wiser than Mother Nature, because how to explain that one season changes with another, and by all means comes the most long-awaited - spring.

At home, everyone's routines were fine-tuned. We didn't think about how to go to the kitchen and get food and hundreds of other small tasks. In a new place, it takes at least a few weeks to establish these routines. It's extra work for the brain, it's trivial and requires rest.
If you consciously take apart all these routines, some of them can be simplified and adaptation can be accelerated. Another language environment. Language is a very complex information structure that requires powerful brain resources. And it is processed by two different memory systems: there is a big difference between knowing the language (remembering words and constructions) and habitually using the language (using words and constructions is recorded in the procedural memory and becomes as automatic as going from the bed to the fridge in the native house). When we find ourselves in a new language environment, it takes up a huge amount of resources. And it can take a year or even several years to become fully accustomed to it.
Any means of reproducing the atmosphere at home can stabilize and support. This essentially means that your brain is already a few hours a day intensely engaged in work tasks (language learning). You'll have to factor those few hours into your standard work schedule and take away some other tasks. Chances are then the puzzle of your actual productivity will come together quite differently.
At home, we had a number of needs automatically met that we weren't even used to noticing. In the new place, they are not being met. But since we are not used to paying attention to them, we just live like that. But unmet needs are separate mental processes. They are distracting and fatiguing. It should analyze: what you had at home, which is not now. For example: the rising sun guaranteed an easy rise. Or it was dark and quiet at night, and you did nothing for that - it was just such a neighborhood. There was a bathroom, and a shower in the new place. Going to the store was at the same time a walk among the greenery.
What important feelings and states did you experience? If there's something you can do for their enjoyment in the new place, it's likely to add a lot to your resource.
We seem to have a separate need to have our own home. Animals behave differently on their own and on neutral territory. Staying away from home requires additional emotional resources and is tiring
Even if you don't plan to be rooted in a new place for long and want to return home soon, the "own nest" resource is not something to be squandered. Any ways you can replicate the atmosphere of home can stabilize and support. Objects, colors, smells, sounds.
The need for control. The fact that you are out of the house involuntarily is very important and critical for many. But focusing on that fact is not adaptive. It is more effective to choose all aspects of life that you can affect in the here and now and take control of them. Feeling personally in control of your own life stirs up your dopamine systems, stabilizes your psyche significantly, and gives you motivation to take action.

Man is also part of nature. This does not mean that people can do anything in nature. We should be careful with it: help the animals and birds, take care of the plants, take care of the water, land and air. Many people prefer to spend their free time in nature. Tourism and the sprawl of big cities can destroy the habitats of animals and plants. Natural resources are non-renewable and can be depleted. Therefore it is necessary to save raw materials.

More often than not, deforested forests are left with lifeless areas that have been filled with various animals. This is how the balance of the ecosystem is disturbed. Among other things, we do not think about the fate of other creatures whose home was the logged forest. There are few companies in the world which, after cutting down a forest, replenish it by uprooting old stumps and replanting the area with young trees. Unfortunately, this procedure also costs money, and not every logging company can afford it. But as I said before, most of the time it's more important for people to make a profit than to lose it. That's why most people won't even spend money on something like this.

With the advent of technology, we began to build various factories, power plants of various types and so on. And people sometimes do not think about the harm that these enterprises may cause to people and nature. Because the main objective of maintaining these enterprises is always to make a profit. No one will think about investing money in the environmentally-oriented modernization of the enterprise. Because most often it is expensive and not profitable for the people who run these enterprises. After all, it is always easier to have an enterprise that is cheaper to maintain, but which generates more profit. Otherwise, every year to change the sewage treatment plants and filters, according to these people will be economically unprofitable.

What is a scam?
The term scam is translated as "fraud. Originally, scammers were defined as those who extorted money through phone calls and emails. Cryptocurrency scams are fraudulent schemes in which digital currencies or fiat money are stolen, taking advantage of the trust of their owners.
Scammers should not be confused with hackers who hack into cryptocurrency wallets and steal users' funds. Unlike them, scammers convince the victim to transfer funds to them on their own.
***What kinds of scams are there?***
Scammers are constantly creating new ways to cheat, but you can highlight several basic schemes.
The classic type of scam is extortion in the guise of a famous person or company on social networks or YouTube. Usually, they open an account on behalf of a well-known person who is associated with some well-known crypto project.

The founders of many modern pyramid schemes often imitate cryptocurrency investment products, as the price of some popular coins grows much faster than classical financial instruments.
***Exit-skam***
Exit-skimming is a sophisticated type of fraud. It differs from fake tokensales in that the project receives funds not through fundraising, but through a plausible imitation of real activity. For example, scammers might launch an app with minimal functions, which involves transferring cryptocurrencies to their account supposedly for some services.
Some pseudo-projects only promise results and create the appearance of some work. Their representatives participate in conferences and give interviews, but the planned launch of the product is constantly postponed. Sooner or later the organizers of the scheme disappear. It may be difficult for an ordinary user to recognize an exit-skam, but experts and technical specialists can conduct their own investigation and publicly expose cheaters.
Sometimes exit-skimming occurs in working apps whose founders unreasonably and unexpectedly stop working and abscond with users' funds. In rare cases, cryptocurrency exchanges may do so, whose managers may steal users' funds, disguising it as a hack of the site.
***Pump & Dump scheme***
This type of fraud involves the release of a token. To set up a Pump & Dump scheme, a crypto-asset is released to the market that is not backed by a working product, funding, or team. However, they try to tie it to some for example, a movie or TV series, serving the coin as its "official" asset. This is what the creators of the Squid Game token did, for example, who positioned it as an asset supposedly from the creators of the Squid Game series.
***DeFi Scam.***
Decentralized finance has created new approaches to cryptocurrency trading and use, but it has also triggered new types of fraud.
Rug pull. Attackers create an asset (often masquerading as popular tokens) for which they launch a trading pair and pool on a decentralized exchange. Other users add their own funds. Eventually, the organizers of the scheme dramatically withdraw them, leaving other users with devalued tokens.
Another option: fraudsters create a decentralized trading protocol and add an exploit to its code. They start attracting users and their funds to the protocol with high returns, but eventually exploit the vulnerability in the code and steal all of the users' funds.
***Honeypot.***
Fraudsters create a token, release it on a decentralized exchange, and begin aggressively marketing it. At the same time, the smart contract of the token contains a ban on its sale by anyone other than the organizers of the scheme. They start buying the asset, and when its price reaches a significant level, the scammers sell as many tokens as they can while they are still worth something.
***Fake Tokensale.***
Another type of scam portrays fundraising activity. Attackers create a website dedicated to a supposedly new startup and fill it with content so that it creates a believable impression. In particular, they come up with a description of the "blockchain project" and team members and open social media pages.
Next, the scammers announce the initial sale of project tokens, from participants of which they collect real funds. Soon after that, the scammers stop their activity and appropriate everything for themselves.

***OneCoin.***
Europe's most famous pyramid scheme, whose "brand" has even spread to other countries. It was a resident of Bulgaria, Ruji Ignatova. OneCoin sold "educational packages", with a certain amount of "coins" as a gift. In reality, neither cryptocurrency nor blockchain company. After the revelation, Ignatova disappeared.
***PlusToken***
The largest crypto pyramid scheme based in China. It operated under the guise of a digital currency wallet. About a year after its launch, users began to complain about the inability to withdraw their funds. Chinese police arrested dozens of members of the fraudulent group.
***Africrypt***

Ethereum "merger" postponed: when the second cryptocurrency evolves
The fundamental update of the Ethereum blockchain has once again been postponed. Now the community of the second most capitalized cryptocurrency will be able to give up mining only in the second half of 2022.
This was announced by one of the developers of Ethereum Foundation Tim Beiko in his Twitter. According to him, while the changes were previously supposed to take effect in June, now it will happen at least two months later.
"It's not going to happen in June, it's probably going to happen a few months. There's no exact date yet, but we're definitely in the last chapter of PoW Ethereum," Beiko said, urging the ethereum community not to buy any more mining hardware.
The challenges of "Merge."
We are talking about Ethereum's transition from the Proof-of-Work (PoW) consensus algorithm to Proof-of-Stake (PoS), which means abandoning cryptocurrency mining in favor of stacking. Thus, the process of "production" of new ETH coins will become less energy-consuming.
This event is called The Merge, as the main Ethereum network will join the PoS chain Beacon Chain. The new blockchain is called Ethereum 2.0.
As part of the multi-step transition, Ethereum developers implemented a "shadow fork" of the core network for the first time - a test procedure before launching the update to look for possible technical bugs and software holes. According to BlockScout, 10.5 million transactions were processed at an average rate of 12.6 seconds per block.
"Complexity Bomb."
An important aspect of the move to PoS is the "complexity bomb." This is an automatic increase in the generation time per block from 13 to 20 seconds, which will reduce the profitability of miners by about 50%.

***Today, on April 7, the Church celebrates a great celebration - Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary!!!***!🕊 The meaning is to prayerfully and spiritually prepare to meet the good news of the coming into our world of the Savior.
Why do Orthodox people have such a reverent attitude to the Feast of the Annunciation, which the Church traditionally considers the second in importance after the Holy Easter? Because after the cry of archangel Gabriel to the Virgin Mary:
"Holy Virgin, Rejoice! Blessed art thou among women", mankind found hope for deliverance from sin and eternal life.

Many people also believed that making much noise on that day, rattling basins and ringing bells would scare away predatory beasts and save livestock.
And to save crops from diseases and other bad luck, women used to gather Annunciation ashes; when any plant in the garden got sick, the housewives sprinkled the harvest with them.
Public omens on the Annunciation on this day since ancient times people used to determine the spring and summer weather.
It is believed that if the night of the Annunciation is warm, then starting the next day there will not be frosts and wait for a cold spell.
If it is frosty this morning and there is frost on the trees, then frosts are possible throughout April. At the same time, frosts on this day promise a rich summer harvest.
If there is still snow on the roofs, it will lie in the fields until May.
If there is a thunderstorm on this day, it bodes well for a warm summer.

Rain on this day - to a good harvest of rye and mushrooms. The fishermen hoped that there would be rainy weather on that day, as they believed that there would be a good catch for the whole year.
On this day many families tried not to quarrel and live in peace and tranquility, as they believed that the year would pass the way they would spend the Annunciation.
The peasants expected wind, frost and fog, as according to the belief it promises a good harvest for the whole year. Even the crooks of that time had their belief. If on this day it was possible to steal something, then the next year was believed to be successful and prosperous.
If on the Feast of the Annunciation there were no swallows, then everyone was preparing for a cold winter. If on the eve and on the day of the feast people bought new clothes, then on no account they should have tried them on that day, otherwise, according to the superstition, the thing would be quickly spoiled and torn. According to folk beliefs it is strictly forbidden to do on April 7:
On April 7, it is impossible to start new affairs, because they will not work out. It is categorically impossible to give anything from home and to lend money, as until the next Annunciation you will have to live in poverty and hardship.
It is forbidden to cry on April 7, as you will have to cry until Easter. It is categorically forbidden to quarrel on the Annunciation, as all year long scandals and conflicts will not go away from home.
It is forbidden to laugh loudly and have fun, sing and dance, as after that the whole year will pass in melancholy and sadness.
On the Annunciation it is categorically impossible to do hard work at home and in the garden, as you can severely damage your health.

Water - 250 ml
Salt - 1 tsp.
Sugar - 1 tbsp.
Preparation method:
For the sourdough you need to mix the flour (leave 1-2 tbsp. separately) with dry yeast. Add 200 ml of warm water and knead the dough.
Cover the stew and leave in a warm place for 2-3 hours. The surface of the dough should be covered with bubbles.
Add the remaining flour to the stew. Take 50 ml of warm water and dissolve the sugar and salt in it. Then add it to the dough.
The dough should be well kneaded until homogeneous - it should become smooth. Make a ball of dough, lightly grease it with vegetable oil.
Cover the dough and leave it in the heat until the ball has approximately doubled in size.
By the way! All manipulation (from the beginning to this point) can be done by the bread maker on the "Yeast Dough" program.
Form the dough into a ball once more, put it on a greased and flour-sprinkled baking tray. Leave for another hour. Make incisions.
Bake for 45-60 minutes in a heated oven at 190-200 degrees. It is advisable to put a container of water in the oven.
Finished palyanitsa has a ruddy color and if you tap on it - gives a muffled sound.

Potato zrazy with minced meat in the pan.
"Zrazy"- is simple, familiar to many people and very tasty.
So there are lots of them!
Quantity! I suggest to make zrazy on a frying pan. This is a great dish to make zrazy incredibly tasty. Stuffing ...can be anything you like. Many I loved it!
Potato rissoles are a tasty and filling dish. They can be filled with meat, fish or minced vegetables - whatever you like. Today I offer a recipe for pan-fried potato filling. If you like potatoes at home, be sure to make this dish!
*To make the pan-fried potato filling snacks you will need:*
-500 g peeled potatoes
-1 egg
-1 tbsp flour (for mashed potatoes) + for mashing
-salt to taste
-30 g butter.
For the filling
-200 g minced meat
-1 onion
-Salt and ground black pepper to taste
-oil for frying.
Boil the peeled potatoes in salted water until tender (this will take 20-25 minutes from the start of cooking). Then drain the water and add the butter.
Mash the potatoes with the butter. Leave to cool completely.
Stir in the egg and flour.
For the filling, fry the diced onion in vegetable oil over a medium heat until golden and add the filling. Stir.
Fry the minced meat over a medium heat, stirring until cooked through (about 10-15 minutes), season with salt and pepper. Allow to cool slightly.
Shape the potato mixture into a small ball and place on a floured surface. Place 2 tablespoons of the filling in the middle of the focaccia, pressing gently on the edges of the focaccia to get the filling inside.
Roll the crushed potato slices in flour on all sides. Shape all the potato ravioli in the same way.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the zrazy potatoes on both sides over a low heat until they are golden in colour.
Place the potato ravioli on a plate and serve. If necessary, drizzle with mushroom sauce. I hope you enjoy the appetising and delicious potato cakes with minced potatoes prepared according to this recipe!

The easiest thing to do with pelleted seeds. The pellets are placed every 5 cm. Before planting carrots pellets, beds are abundantly sprinkled with water so that the pelleted shell soak.
And if you have the most common small seeds? The seed is mixed with sand in the proportion of 1:5 or use a special planter. When sowing, care is taken not to overgrow the planting. During the first thinning, pulling the weak sprout, we damage the delicate roots of neighboring carrots.
Sown seeds are covered with a centimeter layer of dry soil, compost or biohumus. Do not water the seeds from above, otherwise a crust will form, making it difficult for the young to germinate.
Seeds can be embedded with coconut substrate. Briquette put in a bucket and pour water until it swells. Coconut substrate is very light and holds moisture very well. Sprouts quickly break through it. The germination of seeds is almost doubled.
Practice alternating rows of carrots with plantings of onions every 15 cm. Onions will repel flies with their scent.

How to cook hearty bagels with minced meat: a simple recipe
Such a snack will complement lunch or dinner.
After Russia began massive shelling of Ukrainian territories on February 24, many people in hot spots try not to leave the house unnecessarily and cook with what they have on hand. This time diversify your menu with a new snack. I picked up for you a simple recipe for stuffed bagels.
***Ingredients:***
bagels (33-35 pcs.), pork, beef or chicken fillet (200-300g), onion (0.5 pcs.), garlic (1 clove), parsley (10g), mustard or mayonnaise (2 tbsp), cheese (50g), milk (200 ml), vegetable oil (2 tbsp).

***Preparation:***
Rinse the meat - you can take any meat to your taste - under running water, cut into small pieces. Peel the onion and garlic, rinse and chop randomly. Put all the ingredients in a blender and beat until smooth. If you do not have a blender, you can put them through a meat grinder or chop very finely with a knife. If available, wash the parsley greens and chop together with the meat. You can also add 1 egg to the mince. Salt and pepper it to taste.
Pour milk into a deep bowl and put the bagels there as well. Keep them for 5 minutes. Cheese cut into thin little slices.
In a frying pan pour a little vegetable oil. We lay the bagels in a single layer on it, then in the center of each of them - a little prepared stuffing. On top grease with mustard and mayonnaise (or something else), and lay a slice of cheese. Cover with the lid and simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes.
Serve the appetizer to the table and enjoy the taste.

Due to the war with Russia in Ukraine, there may be internet outages and network access problems. That's why Ukraine asked SpaceX founder Elon Musk to provide access to Starlink satellite internet in Ukraine. The first stations are already in Kiev, Vinnitsa and Zhytomyr.
Starlink is a global satellite system for Internet access in hard-to-reach corners of the Earth. It operates via satellites deployed in orbit. This internet cannot be turned off or hacked. It provides a fast and uninterrupted connection.
Starlink arrived in Ukraine to manage critical infrastructure in wartime: power stations, military bases, industrial plants.
Ordinary users can also apply for an internet connection, but the processing of applications is slow. Most applications will be approved after the war is over, but some may be lucky now.
Note that connecting to Starlink is not free. The internet installation kit costs 500 USD and the monthly internet fee is 100 USD.
How to connect to Starlink
First, you need to leave a connection application form on the company's website. Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and if you're lucky, the box will be mailed to you. The Starlink kit includes a Wi-Fi router, signal receiving terminal, cables and fixings.

How to make shortbread cookies without margarine and butter: a simple recipe.
For more than two weeks Ukraine has been heroically fighting against the Russian occupiers. Many families, especially those with children, have decided to leave the big cities for small villages. In this regard, housewives are beginning to remember the advice of their grandmothers and great-grandmothers, who cooked with lard, cheese, and brine, shares with you a simple recipe for shortbread cookies, which can be made with lard.
***Ingredients:***
eggs (1 pc), sugar (0.5 cup), lard (3 tbsp.), sour cream or kefir (0.5 cup), flour (2-2.5 cups), soda (0.5 tsp.).
If you can't find the usual ingredients, experiment with lard.
***Preparation:***
In a deep bowl, beat the eggs and add the sugar. Beat with a whisk until the sugar grains are dissolved and foam forms on the surface.
Melt the butter (fat) in a microwave oven or in a water bath. Then we wait until it has cooled.
Gradually add the melted fat and sour cream or kefir to the egg-sugar mixture, mix.
Sift flour through a sieve. Add it to the liquid ingredients, along with the baking soda. Knead the dough first with a spoon, then knead with your hands. Wrap the dough in clingfilm and place it in a fridge for about 20-30 minutes.
Then we take out the dough and roll it out into a 5 mm thick layer. We cut out cookies with a glass or a knife. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and put the cookies on it, leaving a little distance between them.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Put on a baking tray and bake for about 20 minutes - it should lightly brown.
Take out and wait for cookies to cool a little. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving, if you have any, and serve.

It will also not work for people without family, because singles need emotional and concrete support.
Therefore, online friendship has its pros and cons. Although the former is more than the latter, you should not give up real relationships and encounters, otherwise it can cause serious psychological problems and turn you into a tormented loner.
