Beware Of Scam Project In SmartBCH

SmartBCH is undoubtedly a perfect EVM compatible and is able to compete with Ethereum chain in building Decentralized Finance (DeFi) the technology behind it is almost flawless but different developers coming to SmartBCH has different interest. It is understandable that SmartBCH is still young and is susceptible to rugpullers, but we should always be vigilant in investing our money. Mostly devs in SmartBCH does not after growth and development but only wants to fill their bags from stealing.

Some has very promising projects in the beginning but later they'll give up on the project and just runaway with whatever BCH they had on their bags after launching or slow rug after whales are done playing with their tokens.

Promising GameFi - ended up into rugpull

There are two recent rugpull that happens in SmartBCH and is a promising GameFi project that runs after launching their token or after minting NFT.

With the hype that Axie Infinity and Pegaxy created in cryptoverse many developers are into making NFT's and making it as character to the gaming feature of their projects.

BCHTowns

BCH Towns is an exciting project when it was newly introduced by many, I was even interested about it because it's like building your town.. I was thinking like COC that you build your town and battle but it wasn't the same.

The funny thing about this project when it's about to launch that made me not to invest is that when @Fexonice1 conducted his light research about the project.. the developer said that they won't discuss any further development about the game to avoid being copied by others. Like what? We are in a decentralized world and that a real project should show clear roadmap just to make sure the investors will never doubt them, it's already a red flag.

Another one is that before the launch of $Town token there is a fake token already trading, and the guy behind the project said “The warning is there” coz he left some warning before he was away in Telegram, that's second red flag.

Last is the guy didn't give the CA (contract address) right away.. he gave it late in Telegram but the token is already tradable, which is very cunning. Leaving small investors bought at peak because it is already trading as he gave the CA late.

With all those things, I really believe the project is no good at all but only plans on looting investors.

Pixs- RPG

Another one is this Pixs-RPG, I remember I even retweeted their short video clips in Tweeter when they shared it. I was awed that finally an exciting game will come to SmartBCH. I've also seen that it was retweeted to some BCH enthusiast such as Hayden Otto, so I was confident that the game will be exciting and develop further as it caught the attention of some BCH enthusiast.

This is some of their NFT's heroes looks likes that will battle in the game. If you happen to read Pantera article (don't blame him for writing about the project, it's not his fault that the project isn't reliable) about this game, it is really exciting. Who would have thought that it will end up as rug pull right?

Aside from the heroes there are also Island NFT's, owners of Island NFT'S can profit on taxes and resources harvested. It is really exciting features right?

Then I've read Fexonice1 chat in telegram again that it was rugged last night on our time zone and deleted all their social medias including the site.

I won't go in further details about the project anymore because they're already rugged anyway.

This is why other investors demands proper doxxing (DOX) of projects to avoid investing in scam project. Proper doxxing will show some background of the developer and the team behind the project just like Pegaxy and Axie Infinity where you can see there are real people behind it, where you can talk or see them talking not just merely chatting on Telegram as anon.

This is also one of the reasons why I'm losing interest in investing in Play to earn games and even on any SmartBCH projects because mostly of the projects is not for long term they are all just great in the beginning with so much promises, it's painful our hard earned money.

Although I didn't minted NFT and buy tokens of both project, it saddened me that they became rugpull because I was thinking a good projects is now building on SmartBCH which is not.

So please, beware of scams.. don't over invest and don't invest on uncertain projects.
