Trying GlutaLipo For The First Time

What's inside my parcel

So as mentioned above, I saw this brand from Ivana's blog before they even started their mukbang. Since Ivana is known for a healthy living lifestyle, I trust her recommendation and so here I am, trying it for the first time.

I ordered 6 packs:

• Dark Chocolate - 4

• Coffee - 2

These aren't all mine. The other 3 are for my sister as she also wanted to try them. So yeah, after 1 week since I ordered my parcel, I finally got it. Plus, I got a freebie too.

Tried for the first time

So after I had my dinner at 5 pm, I then took 1 sachet of this GlutaLipo Dark Chocolate drink. The preparation is simple, just like prepping for your regular chocolate drink. You can also do hot and cold, depending on your preference.

I chose mine hot coz I'm not in the mood for anything cold today. So here's the result after mixing my drink.

The taste is good despite the green stuff inside, chia seeds, and other ingredients. Yes, you can taste a bit of those but don't worry, it won't affect the overall taste at all. It will still taste very dark chocolatey.

It was said that after 10 hours, I would feel the urge to go to the toilet to release the bomb. This is why the best time to drink this is before bedtime so you won't get distracted while sleeping at night.

However, since I don't eat or drink anything other than water after 6, I chose to drink this before I started my fasting. I also haven't tried (obviously) the coffee yet, but I will make sure to try it tomorrow.

I'll make another update after 1 month so stay tuned for those who are looking forward to the result. Of course, I won't be expecting a lot, but I hope it will really help me release the bomb 💩 every day.
