We just finished eating dinner. These are the food that I cooked tonight: pork meatballs, chicken meatballs and reheated the leftover chicken tinola with malunggay. I hope everyone had eaten their dinner too. I ate a little piece of sansrival for dessert. I noticed that we had little rice left. Good I didn't hear any complaints of lacking rice. I want to reduce my rice intake too coz I have gained so much weight since pandemic started.

A blessed Friday to all. It's been a busy Friday. I woke up early but I had to attend to some chores like throwing our trash because the Truck with the Collectors failed to collect yesterday. I also finished my laundry. Before working on my laundry, I already put the beef on the stove letting it boil until soft. I had "nilagang baka" with some vegetables. I ate my breakfast at 9:30am today. I tried LCIF and ate 2 scrambled eggs with mushrooms and drank hot green tea with lemon. I had 15 hours of fasting before I ate my breakfast.
