Good day my dear friends. I was late in waking up and very grateful for this beautiful day. I still couldn't move my body well. Whenever I stand , I can feel my knees trembling as if I would fall down. When I went up to use the bathroom, I struggled and endured the pain. When I went out to drink water, I am glad that my youngest daughter was already in sight and requested her help. She brought me back to my room slowly walking. She taught me some stretching exercises which at first were really difficult and painful for me to do. I did some movements slowly but still feel the pain so I rested in bed. When my eldest daughter came down to make her breakfast she also made food for me, pan de sal with spam sandwich. My two daughters and I ate together at the dining table. Thank you my Achi for sharing your breakfast to us. I still struggled moving from my room towards the dining area and vice versa. I requested my bunso to fill up my Hydrogen Water bottle maker. That's what I drank after my breakfast. As much as possible, I don't take pain reliever medicines. Now I am still in bed. My bunso is preparing our lunch. I am praying that my body will heal itself after some resting period. I know God is watching me and I am offering to Him all the pain I am suffering now. I am scanning my old photos and saw this photo which I took when I visited the Kalanggaman Island in Palompon, Leyte( this happened before pandemic period). It gave me an inspiration and I can recall my reaction when I reached the island. It was so beautiful , clean, peaceful and magical! I was grateful for my friend and his wife for inviting me to join them to that island to celebrate his birthday. He invited only 2 college friends but I was the only one who was available at the time. His wife also invited some of her college friends. I am happy I accepted the invitation because I gained more friends and had a very memorable experience. Have a great day everyone!
