I finally finished cooking. I have eggplant lasagna. Come let's eat. It's a bit late already but my bunso is finishing her laundry and I allowed my lasagna to rest for a few minutes. I did not cook rice but made garlic rice ftom leftover rice saved inside the refrigerator. Let have some lunch.
