Where's the meat? Lunch is ready. I cooked pork stew from the leftover meat yesterday. But the meat became invisible. -Idiosyncracy- I prepared some hotdogs for breakfast. The way I cook them shows my peculiar side. One of my little idiosyncracies comes from cooking hotdogs. I usually boil them first in water to get rid (or at least to lessen) of that bright colorings. Then I throw away the red colored water before I fry them with little oil so I can still obtain that particular tasty aroma of fried hotdogs. Where's the fish? That was my ludicrous question to myself when I uncovered the pan to take some snaps at the newly cooked dish for lunch. It was a 'paksiw na isda' (fish cooked in vinegar) with extra vegetables. I usually prefer a dish with some veggies for additional fiber. 'TINOLA' de Paeng I cooked a simple 'Tinolang Manok' (chicken soup) for lunch to beat the rainy weather. I added a lot of moringa leaves since it is the most accessible and slices of leftover chayote . I think I put so much water that the pot turned out like flooded.
