Got a piece of ripe cardava banana, a cup of rice, and water to complete my lunch. 𝗧𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗺𝗼𝗸 is a mixture of finely chopped shrimp, young coconut meat, garlic, onions, ginger, lemon grass, chilis; coconut cream, fish sauce, salt, and seasoning.
