-My Tinolang Manok- The sky is now getting darker. It was a good decision that I chose to cook this chicken soup for lunch. Now it is ready. A noisemate asked me why there are string beans in my ingredients. Well, I prepare Tinolang Manok according to my fancy. I add into it whatever vegetables are available in my pantry (except maybe the bitter gourd, lol). I admit that carrots are lacking to counter the greens for I haven't found any.
