-Frozen JACK- Three days ago the Jackfruit started to give off its strong musky scent a clear sign that it was already ripe. So, I cut it open to collect the yellow fleshy arils. I stored them in the fridge. Some of which I kept in the freezer because I love to eat them frozen. Unfortunately, I haven't tried 'em yet until this day for fear that they would trigger my colicky gut. I'll just get back on them later when I'm ready. Somehow, I took some snaps for you to see.
