'TINOLA' de Paeng I cooked a simple 'Tinolang Manok' (chicken soup) for lunch to beat the rainy weather. I added a lot of moringa leaves since it is the most accessible and slices of leftover chayote . I think I put so much water that the pot turned out like flooded. Ahy se prepara diferente, como se ve, aqui pone a hervir el pollo, luego se limpia la espuma fea , luego se pone los vegetables , obligatorio seboyas , zanahorias, pimiento pero no largo..q pica, pimiento rojo, verde.. del gordo.. no se como se llama aya.. , poco apio, y al final , perejil cortado muy fino. Bueno, olvide los patatas , pocas! Intentalo alguna ves y veras! Si pones los vegetables enteras, los sacas al final. Si los cortas fino, se quedan en la sopa! Buen probecho!
