-Arroz Caldo 2- It's raining cats and dogs. Fortunately my food arrived before the downpour. This time I ordered Arroz Caldo with chicken from a known "lugawan" (restaurant that serves porridge or congee) in our place through a food delivery rider. I love the consistency of this congee. It is so different from all others. I guess the cook added glutinous rice for that. There is also that crushed toasted garlic which was packed separately so, you'll have a choice to sprinkle them on top or not. Just perfect. My first mouthful is dedicated to the Arroz Caldo lovers out there. Kadakol bawang masiramon yan lalo na kong maharang.Makagibo nga ning chili garlic oil para pirmi na naman kami mag lugaw masiram pa naman ang bagas.
Iyo baga kaya lang postpone muna sili ta medyo makulog an tulak.
