Feelings in Decision-making?
In our Ethics course, our professor ask us about "how do you make sure your feelings are morally mature and not trapped in the pre-conventional stage?"
Our feelings are morally nature and not trapped in the pre-conventional stage of we can make a decision without putting our feelings and emotion in it. Sometimes, we tend to make a rough decision because of what we feel.
We make this decision either because we are angry or sad. Being morally mature is about setting aside your feelings and emotion in making a quite hard decision not basing on what you feel or what the authority tells you to do.
Your feelings are morally mature and not trapped in the pre-conventional stage if we know the intensity of our feelings, we know who are involved, and we as well as know the consequences behind the decision we will make without putting our feelings in it.
Our decision should and must have justification and not biases. You must not decision depending on your emotion and feelings, because it may tampered the real and ethicsl decision you've really wanted to choose.
Be wise all the time. In all aspect, set aside your feelings.

Quick info about BCH.
Bitcoin Cash is the hard fork that rose in order to battle bitcoins limitations. It is currently the most popular hard park. It was created in 2017 and actually follows the same skeleton as Bitcoin. As well as, much better than bitcoin.
Why BCH?
Simply because, BCH has a quick transaction with lowest and small fee. It is indeed a peer-to-peer crypto cash wherein a lot of people will surely enjoy. As well as, BCH does have a potential to be the Top 1 in the next few years.

I'll talk about the times wherein photo manipulation has been used to alter **World History**.
**Photography** has been one of the best ways of influencing popular opinion since its inception. **Propaganda, revisionism and lies** have been spread for more than a century using fake pictures.
It wasn't long after the **first photograph was taken in 1814** that people started to modify them. This was done by ****painting or bleaching the negatives or combining different ones in the darkroom.**** Around **1860 a portrait of Lincoln** was created by stitching his head to another print.
Still in **American History**, this picture of ****Ulysses S. Grant****, Civil War general and later president, was made by combining **3 different negatives in 1902.** Take a look at it and you'll see the seams!
As you can see, a lot of these are done to create an ****exageratted**** sense of **heroism**, to glorify a character. ****Photomanipulation**** was also often used to add people that weren't there for the shoot. On the right here, **General Francis P Blair** was added later. (1865)
Another widespread use of **photomanipulation is propaganda**. You know the famous picture of the soviet flag over the **Reichstag**, right? Well, appart from being staged, it was manipulated. Turns out in the original one of them had a watch on each hand, suggesting he had been **looting**!
**So, what have we learned from these photos?**
• **Manipulating pictures is as old as photography.**
• **It's often used by people in power for propaganda, gloryfing people and removing uncomfortable truths**
**• It's still very much done to this day, and it's only getting subtle.**

BCH Enters the Small Businesses

`BCH mass adoption was still hard for people who are not yet aware of many advantages of it. They had been brainwashed that BCH is a scam and such.`

*It is true that, in the near future, small businesses who wants to adopt BCH will be successful. They won't loss anything from it. It could be a "****trial and error****" for different possible outcomes while adopting it.*
**Personally**, when I graduated and starts a small business, I will definitely use **BCH** as one of my mode of payments. If you are planning on it too, I'll give you one **advantage and disadvantage** of having a **BCH** or any cryptocurrency as one of the modes of payment for any small businesses.
Let's go to the **disadvantage** first.
Having a BCH (other crypto as well) as one of a modes of payment may not last long. People (especially here in Philippines) are not fully aware of the existence of different cryptos. Also, paying thru BCH and other cypto wallet address will have a transaction fee. So, instead of just paying with exact price of the product, buyers will also pay for the transaction fee. But, BCH does have a very small fee which is better than other cryptos.
Then, let's proceed to the very important **advantage**.
One of the advantages of having a BCH payment in your small business is, a personal and direct contact of both seller and buyer will be lessen. The buyer can send their payment into the seller's bitcoin Cash wallet address without any hassle. We are currently experiencing a Pandemic wherein getting close to someone or having a close contact with someone is highly discourage, because it may cause the easy way to spread the virus. Also, we all know that above anything else, coins and paper bills are the dirtiest thing. It was passed by people-to-people without knowing that the previous holder of it might have contracted the virus. Thru digital cryptocurrency payment, direct contact and passing of paper bills will be lessen.

This will be my **last entry** for this contest and I'll tell you know how come I have much information and knowledge about alcohol-related diseases.
Year 2016, my lovely grandfather was confined due to ***Liver Hepatitis***. The reason behind of this is his addiction to alcohol. Whenever he have extra money, he will buy alcohol beverages.
Upon admitting him into the hospital, he always looks at us with **perplexed** look. Questioning why he ended up to the hospital. The Doctor explained to us and to him the possibilities that might happen to his liver. The worst possible happening is death.
2 months passed yet, he is still at the hospital. I always go straight to him every after my class. My family was always there to **support** him and help him to get through his illness. One night, my dad called me, telling me that my lovely grandfather is gone to heaven. He was cremated and his **ashes** was resided in our house. My mom knows that i really love my grand dad, that's why she bought a necklace wherein they can put a little bit of my grand dad's **ashes** (I lost it when I get drown on the beach).
Since that day, I started to hate alcohol. Whenever my friends do offer me to drink atleast one glass, I always lectured them. Telling them what happened to my grandfather.
I pursued being a medical student because that's what my family wants me to be in the near future, to be a doctor. It was almost 4 years since he died. It was so sad to think that he didn't even had a chance to see his 2 **charming** great-grandchildren. I can't help but to cry while writing this.
To anyone who loves to drink alcohol, I hope that you know your limitations. Don't let alcoholism ruin your future. Find something wherein you can **release** your anger, stress, or broken heart. Alcohol is not an answer. Stop thinking that when you got drunk, you'll be able to forget those things you want to forget. You'll just end up having a migraine or worst, Alcohol-related Diseases.

In the past 2 decades, alcohol-related deaths have got a high mortality rate by nearly three times (3x) for young people between ages of 25 to 34, killing **people** in the peak of their life.
A lot of **people** don't realize how can alcohol affects their liver. Our liver acts like a filter, processing everything we breathe, as well as filtering what we eat and drink including that one alcoholic drink we consumed per hour.
I know that you are now wearing a **perplexed** look about what will happen if you go beyond that one alcoholic drink per hour. Your liver will starts to malfunction, it becomes overworked and can't process the alcohol properly because of the ethanol content of it. The stress under liver can result to scarring causing a lot of damage and this continual damage may go unnoticed for years, because you won't feel anything and there are no visual and physical symptoms of it, resulting in an ***Alcoholic Liver Disease*****.**
Young people who are consuming about 4-5 alcoholic drinks in one sitting can be called as **binge drinkers**. This high concentrated amount of alcohol may strains your liver and can result in more damage. However, there are a lot of solutions to lower down your risk of having ***Alcoholic Liver Diseases***, like having knowledge on how much you're actually consuming, controlling the portion size of a drink you are taking, and cutting back yourself from being alcoholic can make a difference between being healthy and active later in life or worst, potentially **losing your life.**
In another word, if you are a binge drinker, you are just waiting for your life to turn into **ashes** once you go beyond that one drink per hour. You will not be able to have a normal life, healthy relationship or have a very **charming** children, and you won't be able to be at their side whenever they needed your **support** if they have a contest or problem.
Yes, drinking alcohol beverages maybe one of your ways to **release** your stress or tiredness, but let's be mindful of what will be the possible effect of it to you now and in the future.

Your Child's Future
Today, a lot of young people are getting more involved in drinking alcohol beverages while having fun. Little they don't know, they are doing a serious damage to their brains that will affect their own future.
Teen's brains are not fully developed until they are 25 years old. During this time of development, the brain are developing functional changes that will be used until future. At this time, if a teen get exposed into drinking alcohol beverages, this will have a critical effect on the young brain because development interruption happened.
Fact about it is when the alcohol reaches the hippocampus (part of the brain that's responsible in memory holding) a person may have a hard time in remembering something either important or not. Hippocampus is also a part of our brain wherein, the **release** and process of neurotransmitters happens.
Scientists just learned that young teens that always drink or repeatedly drinking alcohol beverages, can permanently damage the hippocampus, making learning new things or new knowledge will be much difficult as they get older.
Occasional drinking can also affect the frontal areas of the young brain, wherein, this part controls impulses and thinking through consequences. This can lead to poor decision making, lack of self control and it can trigger violence both now and into adulthood. Remember that the human brain is the **support** of our every action.
The consequences are mere tragic and too often dangerous, the developing brain is also more susceptible to addiction. A child that begins drinking at a young age is four times (4x) more likely to develop an addiction to alcohol than a child that waits until they turn into their legal age of 21.
Imagine, a children in a minor age are drinking, it could damage not only their mental stability but also their physical appearance. If you are **charming**, you can attract people easily, but as what I've said, alcohol can also ruin your physical appearance. If you get into a fight with a lot of people just because you are drunk, don't expect that your **charming** face will remain good.
As well as, the cost of underage drinking can extend far beyond in legal consequences because of the law regarding underage drinking. Alcohol does have a major effect on your mental health and can interfere with important milestones, including his or her memory term, have a healthy and long-lasting relationship, get accepted to college, or find a good and suitable job.
Parents, if you let your children to have their freedom without thinking what might happen sooner, the worst consequence of this will be their future might turn into **ashes** that will be blown away by wind if they get their selves into an alcohol addiction.
Help your child stay safe and sober. Don't **support** them into something that will ruin their future. Don't let them to be a **worm** in your family who was born just to dig their own grave.

Hello everyone! I'm still new to crypto world, I've done a lot of research to understand more about cryptos especially BCH, because when I tried to read the articles of @MarcDeMesel@molecular @ColinTalksCrypto @noise @TobiasRuck @Olad @Cain (his tweets on twitter) and other authors, I only understand the simplest word about cryptos and BCH.
So I start watching their vlogs, studying more about BCH, and reading reviews about it. Upon doing so, I came back to their (names mentioned above) articles and videos and I slowly understand it.
So, I thought of sharing it to all of new people in cryptocurrency. I hope that this will help you!
For your information, **Bitcoin Cash (BCH) and Bitcoin (BTC) are not the same thing**. They're not 100% different from each other, but they have a few key differences.
To get straight to the point, since the beginning, **Bitcoin's block size was too small.** And as more people started investing it, it became the reason why transaction speeds got even slower.
So, to solve this problem and complains, developers started looking for solutions. They found one by increasing Bitcoin size limit by doing so hard for occurred. And as a result, **Bitcoin Cash was born**.
**Bitcoin Cash** as the *hard fork* that rose in order to battle bitcoins limitations. It is currently the **most popular hard park**. It was created in **2017** and actually follows the *same skeleton as Bitcoin*.
It has a supply of **21 million**. It's decentralized and is a reliable means of transaction as well as a **low costing one** than Bitcoin.
*The main difference between the* two is that **when the hard work was executed, Bitcoin cash increased its block size from one megabyte to eight megabytes.**
In theory, this may increase the amount of transactions that can be processed as a result of this modification in block size. The **transaction speed of Bitcoin cash is much faster** than Bitcoin. These are much lower and it **served as a cryptocurrency that people could actually use as cash.**
At this time, Bitcoin Cash is valued at **$225** with a market cap of **$4,159,190,949** making it *cheaper than Bitcoin* with market cap of **$170,564,840,027.**
Bitcoin Cash highest price was able to reached up to **$4,300 per unit in December 2017**. From its creation, it has split up from the Bitcoin camp and is now its **own different thing**. It has multiple independent teams of developers who provide software implementations. It has even upgraded this system more, once again, increasing the **32 megabyte blocks**. The fourth continues to grow and we have to wait and see where it goes from here.
As per @MarcDeMesel prediction, BCH will still be one of the top 5 cryptocurrency after 4-5 years. There's also a possibility that BCH and ETH will slowly flip the BTC from its place.
If people get to know more about BCH as much as they've known BTC, BCH will be in good place after some time. As of now, the price of BCH, might be low than usual, but soon, it will rise again.

There are almost **6,000** different businesses are expected to utilize cryptocurrency as a method of payment in South Korea.
South Korea has been the **first** to enter the world of Cryptocurrency as blockchain-related projects for Medical Health purposes.
Today, they're still improving and adopting to unpredictable changes in crypto world.
We are still looking forward for the advancement of the technology and of cryptos as well. 5 or 10 years more, we can imagine our world functioning together with cryptos.
And, we all hope that by that time, BCH will be much more known that Bitcoin. If ever that I'm able to build my own hospital or clinic, I'll accept crptocurrency especially BCH, as a mode of payment. Because in the near future, we may not be able to live without crypto.

Breaking COVID-19 Myths
As the 2019 Novel Coronavirus known as COVID-19, threatens to infect almost one-third of our global population, misinformation and misconceptions can lead to unnecessary fear and threat to your overall health.
Below are some of them which is a myth, and we should know the fact about it.
**Myth #1: Spraying yourself with alcohol will kill the virus immediately.**
**Fact**: Although alcohol can be used to disinfect your skin, they still can't kill the virus once it goes through inside your body.
**Myth #2: Hand Sanitizers are much better than soap and water.**
**Fact**: Soap and water with proper hand washing is more effective in removing certain kinds of viruses and germs than hand sanitizers.
**Myth #3: A face mask will strongly protect you from COVID-19**
**Fact**: People that wear face mask are more likely to touch their own face and may get a high risk of catching the virus.
Wear face mask properly and wash your hands regularly.
**Myth #4: If you hold your breath for 10 seconds without coughing or discomfort, every morning, it means that you don't have COVID-19.**
**Fact**: The best and accurate way of knowing if you are a bearer of virus is thru laboratory tests. You won't be able to confirm it just by any breathing exercises, which can be even dangerous to your health.
All of us must be aware that not everything and not all of the things that we saw on the internet are true. Some of them are misleading information that might lead you into something much worse.
You should research first before believing something that has no proof.

History; Myths or Facts?

In this article, I'll tell you some popular ‘facts’ about Philippine history that are apparently wrong.
**Princess Urduja may be a mere legend, and not a historical figure.**
According to legend, the Filipino heroine Princess Urduja ruled an island called Tawalisi within the 14th century. She led a bunch of warrior women called **Kinalakihan, or the Amazons**, across battlefields, and was known for her kindness and intelligence.
She is claimed to own taken no husband because she would only choose a person who was braver, wiser, and stronger than she was, and no-one had enough guts to do to beat her in battle.
However, it’s also believed by many who Urduja actually existed as there have been records of her within the accounts of **Moroccan** traveler and scholar in Battuta.
A common theory is that Tawalisi was located in what's now referred to as Pangasinan, although common guesses for the princess’ native home also include Java, Cambodia, and China.
**Lapu-Lapu killed Fernand Magellan**.
Even first-graders know Lapu-Lapu, the ruler of Mactan who is additionally the primary Philippine hero. He led his men to win the battle of Mactan against Portuguese colonizer Ferdinand Magellan (who probably preferred to be called “**explorer**” and clearly failed to “**discover**” the Philippines), and is sometimes said to own killed Magellan within the fight.
The image may inspire nationalism, but the reality is, it’s impossible to inform whether Magellan did lose his life directly at the hands of Lapu-Lapu, who is also less young and vital than he's commonly depicted.

Miracle in Cell #7
Title: Miracle in Cell No. 7 (Philippine Adaptation)
Rating: 15/10!!! ♥✨
Seriously, I don't know how should I express what I felt about this movie. But If I would be asked to explain it in a phrase, it would be ***"greatest movie of all time."***
I'm pretty sure that a lot of people will agree with me.
The story line wasn't complicated at all, because it's an adaptation. I have watched the original movie that's why I had an idea of how it goes in the movie (**Korean Movie**).
But this is not usual in Pinoy (**Philippine**) movies, we're not often served with great movies such like this.
Realization in your life and Social Issues are included! This movie will make you realize how life is important, how life is unfair for the poor and privilege people, and how love and pain can serves as an motivation to keep fighting for justice.
To the people who already watched it, we all know how your father or mother will able to sacrifice everything just for the sake of your safety.
The main plot wist in this movie is, the single-father have a mental inability but despite of it, he still do everything just to give her daughter a good life even if it takes his own life.
If you want a movie that will hit you hard with so much realization, try this out!

FaceApp; Beware
Hi everyone! Lately, I’ve been seeing a lot of my friends and even my family are using the trending application, FaceApp (some of you are know this, I guess).
And I've been able to see that the application needs to access your phone's gallery and other information about you.
I'll tell you some facts about Privacy on FaceApp.
The company administrators may give us “**assurance**" and “**transparency**” regarding on how will they use your data, we have no sure-fire way of knowing how exactly our data is being processed — or where it ends up after letting the app have an access to your datas.
The truth about this company, is, they used your personal datas to **manipulate and control such social media algorithms** into showing **biased advertisement** or pages with the aim of reinforcing voters based on their perceptions of a specific candidate in politics.

I'm saying that whenever an application wants to get an access to your data, you need to **BE WARY and CAREFUL** about what you give companies consent to.
**Read their privacy policies first**. Learn about the nature of the companies. How legit it is that they will keep your personal data safe and confidential.
In order to give our personal data, we need to **read up on good ways to secure yourselves from hackers.** Because THERE ARE many dangerous ways to use your data. They are literally world-changing.
Cybersecurity is very important and keeping your privacy within you will always be much safer.
Myths about Depression
Today, mental health issues are starting to rise again. Now, we'll talk about the misconception about depression. We should know what depression is. Listed below are the myths and facts about it.
**Myth Number 1: Depression is all in your head.**
**Fact Number 1:** Depression is not just in your head. There are also debilitating physical symptoms such as, loss of weight, dark circles around your eyes, and etc.
**Myth Number 2: Depression is not a real illness.**
**Fact Number 2:** Depression is a mental illness so yes, it is a real illness. It needs a psychological assistance and guidance as well as medication.
Myth Number 3: Depression can only affect women.
**Fact Number 3:** Depression affects men too. According to the study, men are more likely to commit suicide because if depression.
Myth Number 4: You can 'snap out of it' and it's gone.
**Fact Number 4:** Nobody choses to be depressed! You cannot snap out of a mental illness. It needs psychological assistance and medication.
Myth Number 5: Depression is a sign of weakness.
**Fact Number 5:** People who are depressed or nearly experiencing it, are much strongee than theh think! Depression is NOT a sign of weakness. Fighting the demon within yourself is the most brave thing you can do.
If you are experiencing depression, you may call out to get a psychological assistance or you may want to to open it up to the person whom you really comfortable with.
**You're definitely not weak you go through repeated pain most people never or rarely experience you're a badass!**
Remember to always treat people with kindness and don’t EVER STIGMATISE people suffering from mental health illnesses, they are in a very sad and hard stage. They need someone who understands them, not someone who will stigmatise them with misconceptions.

There was a guy called **Devdutt Pattanaik**
Who rose to fame as a history freak
But then he had some mental confusion
Over history and mythology and changed his location.
His sudden fame went to his head
And so the enemy he decided to bed
Ridiculous things and tweets he sent
When called out online he started to vent
With abusive language of a seasoned troll
Digging himself into a deeper hole
Finally, he's officially gone bonkers
Tweeting about our army and worse.
Calling the sacrifice of our soldiers a stunt
And that of our PM who leads from the front
His ludicrous claims need a rebut,
So he can forever keep his mouth shut.
Myths about Mental Health
Mental health is a state of mind characterised by emotional well-being, good behavioural adjustment, relative freedom from anxiety and disabling symptoms, and a capacity to establish constructive relationships and cope with the ordinary demands and stresses of life.
Up until now, people seems to misunderstood the concept of mental health despite of different seminars and information about mental health.
#**Myth 1:** Mental health problems can’t affect me, it’s caused by personality weakness or character flaws.
#**Myth 2:** People with mental illness are violent and “**crazy**.”
#**Myth 3:** Children don't experience mental health problems, and it is impossible to prevent mental illnesses.
#**Myth 4:** There is no hope for people with mental health problems. Once a friend or family member develops mental health problems, he or she will never recover.
#**Myth 5:** It’s better to keep it a secret than seek help and get stigmatized.
Simply put, it involves our psychological, emotional, and social well being. It affects how we behave, interact with our society, handle issues and make decisions.
People should understand what mental health issues are and how important it is.
We must stop having this kind of minset for those people who does have mental illness. Let's be open and helpful for the person who needs us.

First, I want you all to know that I'm not a professional photographer, I'm only doing Mobile Photography, because I don't have a Camera or DSLR. I'm still exploring the wide world of Photography. I'm still learning.
