While browsing over the web, I spotted an article entitled Google Chrome finally gives users a free PDF editor. As a student, I find it interesting to read so I did not miss the chance to open it and read the full text. Since you're here, this post will help you understand the new update and feature of Adobe Acrobat, which is like I said - opening your PDFs in Acrobat online so that you could add comments and also, to share your files tp others for review.
I have always wanted to have an extension of pdf editor to browsers such as chrome to make it easier for students, teachers, and other people who always use and edit documents like Portable Document Format or simply PDF. Finally, after years of waiting it's here. Thanks to Adobe for making it possible.
Updates and Tools
With this lates update, each user can fill and sign their pdf document or even mark it up with some comments, or highlights, and yeah, drawings too. Aside from that, the users can also share their file with others, which is of great help especially in collecting all feedback right at one place.
So if you are busy editing it via browser, you can also take a break and start chatting with your friends via social media apps without the need to close or minimize an app since it is already in one app. You just have to click on new tab and voila, you can now do what you want.
Here is a thing that is worth noting: the Fill and Sign tool in this Adobe Acrobat extension would allow and authorize users to fill in forms and attach signatures. The good thing is it is free of cost, and you do not have to leave the browser. It saves time and increases efficiency. By the way, the free access also allows each user to download and print the documents, so you do not have to worry much about it.
Regarding formatting, the extension would also allow users to reorder, delete, or even rotate PDF pages to improve the viewing experience and printing. Transforming a PDF to a Microsoft Word document is also possible, and here is another fact, you could maintain and hold onto its formatting.
This is also available in Microsoft Edge, and absolutely, it somewhat eases the headache of some, if not most, people around the web who always use to view or edit pdf files. For a student like me, it is one of the bests updates I have seen so far this year because this announcement and release indicate that users will no longer need to download a standalone version of Acrobat app, or to access other tools online just to view or edit PDF files. With this, I am able to highlight my notes under the PDF format and many more. Hopefully, more cool features and updates will be released soon.
