Good evening dear virtual friends, how are you tonight? Here I am again today :) I found an interesting story and wanted to share it with you.
Swans are a genus of birds from the anatidae family, and geese and ducks are also included in this family. They are otherwise beautiful animals and as such have very often inspired human imagination. This is evidenced by the term swan song as well as the fairy tale "Ugly Duckling". In this fairy tale, as in European mythology, the swan symbolizes maturity and perfection, and in art it is often used as an allegory for purity.
I don't know if you've ever heard or watched the show "Born to explore". The creator of that show, Richard Weiss, through curiosity, warmth, humor and his passion for adventure and exploration, viewers see how the world of nature can inspire and transform us and how the survival of this delicately thin ecosystem depends on all of us.
Something wonderful happened on the set of one of the shows. Host Richard Weiss visited a swan in Great Britain during the filming of one of the shows. Then, quite by accident, he came across an injured swan entangled in a wire fence. Richard helped him get out of the wire as safely as possible.
Swans are otherwise very distrustful of people, which is why it is not safe to approach them, but after this beautiful deed that Richard did for the swan, he wrapped his neck around Richard to hug him and thank him.
I don't know about you, but to me this story is very beautiful, like a fairy tale. I hope you enjoyed reading it, as I enjoyed writing it. Greetings to all and I wish you a pleasant evening @Jigglyspy
