ATTENTION: IF YOU WANT TO STAY LONGER HERE IN RC, ACT NOW.
Our dear @thesatoshistore has just published an article about this matter. I really agree on her point. We should act as early as now to eliminate these spammers permanently here in RC.
There are round 20k active users now, and thousands of them are for sure spammers, some even are suspicious users like those who already have payments and subscribers just few hours after signing up.
As you can noticed, the payment per points are getting lower and lower day by day. From 100 points before it became 500 now just to get a payment of $1. That means, we need to double our work in order to get the payment that we wished to have.
These spammers are just getting the points and payments which supposed to be given to real active users of RC. The "move to spam" features was already made but seems that it doesn't gave them a threat. Despite of several warnings, and moving there irrelevant comments to spam, they still continue to do spamming.
I admit that I said in one of my post before that we should be vigilant and considerate to the users before moving their comments to spam as it will affect some innocent users. But as days past by, I realized that I need to take action already as it is so annoying receiving the same comments from the same users everyday. My notifications are just flooded with spam comments which made me not to check other important notif and messages.
I already started moving irrelevant comments to spam this week. I even blocked some and reported some as spammers directly to RC. They still keep commenting the same stuffs not only in one of my article only, but to my other articles as well. I did gave warning to them, but to no avail, they still continue doing the same thing. It seems that they really did it on purpose despite of the new rules and move to spam button.
So how can we identify the spammers? I've got this pic from @thesatoshistore, I asked him/her (I don't know the gender 😅) permission so I can post it here and help spread this issue.
Comments like, "sub me, I'll sub you back", "nice", "cool", and even those posted link of their articles are considered as spams.
Aside from spamming, plagiarism is already happening here wherein, a user of RC copied an article of another user, @Dolores and @Jdine had this issue and so far, everything has been resolved. But the worst case was by @M3i where his article has been copied and posted on another blogging site, and for sure that person is just quietly reading our articles right now. Let's say they apologized for what they did, but this might still happen as it gives an idea to those who wants to earn more points desperately.
How can we help RC to eliminate these spammers?
Move to spam button - we all know about this already.
Report this button -you can find this button on the comment section, just on the right side corner of the comments.
Click "Report this" and this box will appear. Put your complaints about the user then submit it to RC.
Block this user button - if you think the user is suspicious and a spammer, you can block that user so he/she won't be able to comment on any of your anymore.
By doing these methods, we can help RC to locate the spammers.
There is also a community where you can report spammers. @thesatoshistore made this and so happen that I'm one of the moderator there.
In case you encounter suspicious users and spammers, make an article or even short post about it then submit it here.

@thesatoshistore also made a petition about this issue. We need to collect 1000 signs so this issue can be submitted to RC. Please take action as early as now before it's too late. Here's the link for the petition. http://chng.it/v4QhH9WNpj
Another way to reduce spams on your notifications is "unsubscribe" those users who you think are spammers and doesn't really making good articles here in RC. I've got this idea from @Gracee.
I hope this issue will be solved as early as possible. Make use of move to spam, report this and block this user buttons.

Oh well, I have to agree with you this time. We all did our fair share. Some just kept quiet about this issue some were really annoyed very vocal how much they want to eliminate these people and there were also some (should I say most )who gave considerations, ignored, lectured and give these people warnings so they wont put their selves into trouble but then these people didnt listen. Which is sad. 😔 They didn't appreciate those authors who tried their best, exerts effort to published articles like guidelines and tips on how to gain points and earn more (by doing it properly) but I guess these people were blinded by their intense needs and so desperate that they will do everything regardless of the costs. As I've mentioned before we all have the common denominator why we're here in RC and that is to earn something... but let's all do it fair and square.
