This is the part 2 of the list of Korean dramas I have already watched.
In the first part, I have shared that I got to watch the My Girlfriend is a Gumiho, Boys over Flowers, and Princess Hours when I was still in Elementary. I also got to watch some episodes of The Heirs and City Hunter before but I didn't get to finish the whole series. And the 5 series I have already watched recently are the Tale of the Nine-Tailed, Squid Game, My Roommate is a Gumiho, Flower Crew: Joseon Marriage Agency, and The Liar and His Lover.
And in this article, I'm going to continue this list of Korean Dramas I have already watched, that you probably have seen too before. And if not, you might consider watching them too. So here it goes!
6. Encounter
Song Hye Kyo is just so pretty in this Korean romantic melodrama series and being a lady boss suits her, and she definitely has chemistry with Park Bo Gum. Sorry to Song Joong Ki but it's true.
Encounter is about a divorced rich woman who met a free-spirited young man during her business trip in Cuba, and they grew fond of each other. And when they went back to Seoul, they met again but this time, Jin Hyuk (played by Bo Gum) works for the hotel of Soo Hyun (portrayed by Hye Kyo) that was given to her as alimony. Tested by so many issues and scandals, their love for each other kept them together.
It's a good K-drama series for those who are hopelessly romantic and wants to believe in the power of Love.
7. What's Wrong with Secretary Kim?
Park Seo Joon and Park Min Young, also known as the Park-Park couple are the main casts of this romantic-comedy Korean drama. Their chemistry exudes to the screen to the point that as a viewer, you would think they are a real-life couple. Well, rumors say that they are actually dating and I hope it's true because they just look so perfect together.
Anyway, this series is about a smart, rich, and handsome vice president of a large company, but he is somehow arrogant. His secretary is Kim Mi-Soo who has been working for him for many years but decided to quit. As the story unfolds, they were actually childhood sweethearts.
I loved this series because it was very funny, and it gave me a good laugh. It is also a heart-warming drama and will make you believe in destiny.
8. Her Private Life
Let's talk about being the best FanGirl and we already have a winner here.
This romantic-comedy K-drama is about Sung Deok Mi (portrayed by Park Min Young) who works as an art gallery curator and is also a secret fangirl of an idol group member Shi An, and she also has a fan-site about him. Meanwhile, Ryan (portrayed by Kim Jae Wook) is the new director where Deok Mi works, and he got interested in her.
This K-drama is also funny and will give you butterfly in your stomach but I'd still go for Park-Park couple. Hahaha!
9. Weightlifting Fairy: Kim Book Jo
Before the Philippines got its first Olympic Gold medal through Ms. Hidilyn Diaz's golden hands, we first had Kim Book Jo as the Weightlifting Fairy.
This drama is starred by the NamLee couple, Nam Joo Hyuk and Lee Sung Kyung, who were a real-life couple but not anymore, but fans (including me) are hoping that they are still together.
WFKBJ is a sporty, romantic-comedy-drama about pursuing Bok Jo's ultimate dream of winning a Weightlifting gold medal, but also found love along the way with a swimmer athlete Joon Hyung. It portrays a story of choosing between Love and Career.
This is one of my favorites and also one of the best K-dramas to watch.
10. I'm Not a Robot
Before you go head-over-heels in love with the main lead, he is already off-limits because he is mine. Hahaha!
This fantasy romantic Korean drama is about a rich man named Kim Min Kyu (portrayed by Yoo Seung Ho) who lives a luxurious life. However, he is also suffering from a severe human allergy where he has to avoid having physical contact with other human beings. He then got interested in a Robotic project, but because of an accident that happened to the Robot's battery, Jo Ji Ah (portrayed by Chae Soo Bin) replaced the robot and acted as if she is a robot.
And the next thing we know, Min-Kyu is already developing romantic feelings towards Ji Ah the robot. And so she said, "I'm not a Robot!". Lols!
This K-drama is also one of my top favorites. It left me in tears, made me fall in love, but also tore my heart apart.
For this additional list, Encounter has the only different genre because most of them are romantic comedies. Nevertheless, all of these series are good dramas to watch. Have you seen these K-dramas too? What's your favorite from them?
There are still 5 K-dramas I have already watched and I'll write about them in another article, while I'm trying to remember the ones I forgot. Haha!
Thanks for reading!
You have a long list of K-dramas, I find it very interesting I'm not a robot, you can keep the boy, I like the girl. :D
