Spaghetti Bolognese

I happened to undergo a training in catering, we were taught how to prepare some meal and snacks, such as Spaghetti Bolognese, Cakes, Chinchin, Egg roll and the likes. I'll talk about Spaghetti Bolognese, Cakes and ChinChin in this article.
**1. Spaghetti Bolognese**
What is Spaghetti Bolognese?
Bolognese sauce is an Italian dish which is made up of a meat-based tomato sauce served with spaghetti or at times cooked as asepo(concoction spag).
The humble Spaghetti Bolognese is a family favourite in so many households, though not called by its name by most people.
I was surprised finding out It's meaning because we basically cook it as well with a slight difference but I never knew its name.
Ingredients For Bolognese Sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
4 smoked bacon, finely chopped
2 medium onions, finely chopped
2 carrots, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
500g grinded beef mince
2 plum tomatoes
2 fresh bay leaves
2 tbsp tomato purée
1 beef stock cube
125ml red wine
400g spaghetti
How To Make Spaghetti Bolognese
Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add the onions and turn until lightly golden, 2 to 3 minutes.
Add the garlic into the oil and onion and fry another minute.
Add the ground beef and also add the bacon
Fry until fully cooked and no pink shows at all in the meat. Then add the tomato paste and mix with the meat.
Add the tomatoes, and season with salt and pepper.
Add the spaghetti, simmer for 15 minutes.
Some serve the Spaghetti with the sauce.
Serve hot with the red wine.
Enjoy every last bite.

How to Bake a Cake
Prepare the Baking Pans
Allow your ingredients to be on Room Temperature
Then Preheat the Oven you want to use
Stir your Dry Ingredients together for use
Mix the Butter and Sugar together
Add the Eggs One at a Time into the mixture
Alternate Adding of Dry and Wet Ingredients together
Pour the Batter made into Pans and Bake it on the preheated oven
Check your Cake if it's done
Cool the Cake
Assemble the Cake
Add the First Coat of Frosting

Prepare the dough
Let the dough you prepared rise
Release the air in the dough by punching
Roll the dough and cut into doughnuts
Prepare your oil

Suicide!!!

Like every young lady from humble homes who go through thick and thin to ensure a better living condition for her parents, 21-year-old Promise, from Ondo State, Nigeria 🇳🇬 left her home town four years ago for Lagos, in search of greener pasture.
**Life at first in Lagos, was not as easy as she had envisaged back in the village.**
*This was because efforts made by Promise who was barely 21 years, and then trying to make ends meet met a brisk wall.*
She was said to have worked as sales girl in over nine restaurants, all in her bid to save some money to further her education.
But harassment from male folks ended her chances, as the promising young lady was reported to have vowed not to succumb to the temptation of using her woman- hood which she considered her most prized possession, in exchange for what she wanted.
In some of the restaurants, assault from these male customers in the full glare of her employers, who sometimes looked the other way in order to retain them, made the timid village girl to sometimes, politely register her dissatisfaction and at other times openly insulted them when such harassment became too close for comfort.
On several occasions, her action was vehemently kicked against by her employers, leading to her being sacked and thereby, returning her to the waiting hands of hunger.
The mere thought of returning back to the village after several failed attempts, sent trepidation and uncertainty down the spine of the frustrated teenager, as going back home was as good as remaining where she was.
*Just when she began giving up on hope, fate smiled on her as a friend introduced her to an American who was desperately looking for a loyal housemaid.*
Asides her monthly salary, she was given a-room apartment in her employer’s building in Ikoyi and this afforded her the opportunity to send money to her folks back in the village.
But like some good things which never last forever, her employer who was on a business contract in Nigeria, left a year ago for the United States of America, throwing Promise back to the cold.
But it was not too long before she got a similar job in Association Avenue, Dolphin Estate, Ikoyi, where the unexpected happened, following the discovery of the lifeless body of Promise dangling on top of a pole in front of her boys quarters apartment, last week Monday.
The atmosphere in the sleepy Dolphin Estate on that fateful day was charged following a scream from an unknown person on sighting the remains of the housemaid on top of a pole, with a rope tied to her neck.
Time was 7pm.
As the owner of the building simply identified as Mr. Apolos and other curious sympathizers got to the scene, a piece of paper on which was scribbled:
**"Please forgive me"**
**"This is the number of my boyfriend, call him to come and see what he has done to me"**, was reportedly found on the ground.
Preliminary investigations revealed that Promise eventually succumbed to the love advancement of one Stephen Ifeanyi after the latter’s promise to marry her and at the same time ensured she furthered her studies, which was the deceased's dream.
Crime guard gathered that the relationship blossomed by the day but like a pack of cards, it came crashing after Stephen’s decision to end it all, resulting in Promise committing suicide, following her inability to bear the emotional pains .
**Stephen was contacted on the telephone number scribbled on the suicide note by the Police.**
It was learnt that in his statement, he claimed he had to call off his relationship with Promise as a result of a strange illness she was suffering from.
He claimed he won’t be able to cope with the financial burden of the ailment which he said made Promise complain of internal excruciating pains and most times she fainted in the process.
*"I decided to inform her of my intention to quit during one of my visits, even though I earlier promised her I was going to marry her. But I could not go ahead with the marriage plan when I realized the illness was re-occurring. I did not kill her, neither did I cause her to commit suicide. On that day I told her she was a beautiful and nice person and as such would find a good man to marry."*

Recharge Your Battery
Today's service was awesome. I had a nice time in God's presence, from the beginning of the service to the end.
One significant thing I learnt today is from the sermon titled, "recharge your battery"
Whenever you feel you can't talk to God, it's significant to your battery being low, and anytime God can't speak to you this signifies that your battery is dead.
How exactly do we recharge our batteries?

You might wonder that why I'm talking about charging our batteries, without talking about a phone.
Many at times we charge our phone batteries and we leave it without using it, believe me the battery we be drained on its own, if we don't use it for days.
This same principle is applicable to the spirit realm, whenever you receive impartation or you just conclude a conference or retreat all you have to do is to keep the fire burning, keep it activated, take your bible and go on the street to preach and demonstrate power...
**Secondly is your battery dead???**
Seems the last time you hear from God was when a pastor prayer for you, and it should become a daily routine for you to always hear from your father all times.
He went further today to say that, when the Lord can't speak to you, all you have to do is to activate your battery.

I almost didn't want to do this post, but then I remembered that I need to make this move and I had a change of mind.
This here 👇is the story to the read to some of my achievements this year.
**I got Certified for yet another volunteering act.**
I can boldly say it's a means to an end. Yes, it is not the end I itself😁
As at last year, I do not have the confidence for this. I volunteered for lots of organisations (I got Certifications from some and none from others). I kept on pushing and at the same time kept hiding behind my shell (Anxiety got the better part of me) I had to ignite the fire of the giant in me to manage the situation.
**And Yes! It wasn't easy.**
And then this year i got to know about a #globalsummit, I decided to put in my best and make sure its worth it.
I registered to volunteer for the program, and I am happy the program was a success. Not only did I enjoy the benefit as a volunteer, I also got charged that it's not too late to start😀😀.
You can make a decision to shape your life anyway you wish it to be, by putting in much efforts into it on a daily basis.
I wish we are inspired to believe that it is not too late for you to live your dreams.
It's never too late for you to get started on that new path of success you ought to have embarked on!!!
It's never too late for you to give up what you are doing at the moment if it's not what you love and start doing what you realize you love!!!
It's never too late to make the decision to do or rather to do things the right way!!!
It's never too late to go after whatever dreams you dream off and fulfill it!!!
No matter how deep you've gone on the wrong path, you can still turn around!!!
You are never too old to set up another goal for yourself or even to get a new dream!!!

It's never too late to achieve whatever it is you really wanted to achieve in life!!!
I really hope everything works out for everyone of us, so that we can go for what is best for us and for our hearts.
It might take a lot of time, but we need to know that we can be happy once again.
Life is always a surprise and no one knows where he/she will be in 6 months or even in a year's time.
Lets keep moving forward, and keep our hope's high, hoping gracefully that all goes well.

Do you really want to be happy
Happiness is NOT something we need to start praying for.
God has already answered that prayer long ago before you where even formed in your mother's womb.
*I sat down to think deeply that in all the years I've spent on earth, what can I point at, as a source of my happiness. Is my happiness in the food I eat, the clothes I wear, the money I have.*
*Is your's in your spouse, your children?*
Every human being is born with an amazing innate ability to pursue after their own personal happiness.
Neither is happiness something that one should wish for, because happiness does not depend on how rich you are or how much materials you possess.
Happiness is something you design on your own.
Being happy basically has to do with our attitude and how we tackle things in life. Happiness to me is a skill that we can learn and has to do with making the decision to be happy.
**To stay happy:**
**Make the Decision to be Happy.**
Choosing a happy life is, in itself, the path to living a healthy life.
Happiness is NOT prepared solely for any particular faith or religion. And religion is not a path to one's happiness.
**Stop Comparing Yourself with People**
Comparing one's-self with others is the GREATEST impediment to human's happiness.
There is one thing that you’re better at being than any other person: and that is being YOU. Being YOU is the only game you can win.
**Stop Making Efforts to Impress Others.**
It takes a lot of energy trying to compete with other people or trying to impress those whose approval you seek.
**Encourage the Practice of Gratitude.**
Practicing gratitude is a very important strategy to be happy. Gratitude means putting all our focus on the things you have instead of putting it on the things you lack. Gratitude is mostly about you celebrating your present life and also being thankful for the joy and gladness you are experiencing.
**Always Look for the Goodness in Things**
It is very easy to see bad sides. Instead of seeing the bad sides, focus on the positive sides only. .
**Celebrate Yourself**
You are worthy to be celebrated. You shouldn't wait until it's your birthday or when there's an holiday before you celebrate yourself. Appreciate yourself.
Build your confidence in yourself by recognizing and appreciating your greatness anytime it comes.
Congratulate yourself for your successes, no matter how small or big it is.
Use your small wins to generate strength for the upcoming ones. You will realize that it is one of the bravest ways to stay happy.
**If it's PAST, Let it GO**
This is another great hindrance to people's happiness (holding on to the past)
The past is done already! There is no amount of worrying or wasted emotions that will change that fact that the past is gone already.
So, let it go!!!
As you grow as a person, you learn to see these past events as stepping stones toward a brighter and better future.

**What exactly is Cryptocurrency?**
Cryptocurrency can be said to be a digital/virtual currency which is confidentially secured, which makes it almost impossible to be counterfeited.
**Because cryptocurrencies are newly booming, I often hear various myths surrounding it.**
It is very common for new products to confuse people, until they get familiar with it. But the rate at which people speak ill of cryptocurrency is quite alarming.
I'll be listing some of the myths that I've heard about cryptocurrencies in time past.

They work strongly as a unit to gather all this food in their storage house during summer. And when winter or rainy season comes they wouldnt need to come outside so as not to be washed away by rain, all they would do is to stay indoors and enjoy their labor.
