When I ask around what a boring life means, here are the usual responses..
A life of routine
A life where I don’t do anything interesting
When I don’t have a social life
When I am doing the same thing again and again.
Sitting at home doing nothing
Do u feel the same??
It’s okay – we’ve all been there.
We all at a certain point feel that, why we not excited? why our careers is not inspiring us? We are unhappy about our personal state and unfulfillings. Sometimes we want to cane things around us, but we dont find any passion within ourselves..
See, you are not.. but we can all push ourselves to get out of this mental state..
here I'm sharing few ideas with u...
1.Do one thing different each day, out of your routine activities....
Doing something as simple as shopping at a new grocery store or biking instead of driving can work can do wonders to shift your mindset. And soon enough, these small changes could make u prepared for bigger ones..
2.Have a difficult conversation u are trying to avoid..
If we have an argument or problem with somebody, we try to ignore that person or cut off relations with him... but it's giving us a lot of mental stress and draining us a lot of our energy..
Sit down with that person.. or contact with him somehow, have a conversation.. sort things out... this will relieve a lot of stress from your mind.. Dont be awkward, give it a try... U will feel better...
3.Write a gratitude list every night...
When you are bored, bummed, or burnt out, your mind gets trained to see the worst. Writting down what u are grateful for can help train your mind to find the best in things instead. You don't necessarily need to write a gratitude list about your troublesome area (career, marriage, etc.) if you don't want to. Any gratitude list will do...
