The internet has spread everywhere in people's lives.No animal in the world is out of the Internet.The most advanced technology in the world today is the Internet.The Internet has revolutionized the field of information technology.Through the Internet, computers on one side of the earth can provide all the information including pictures instantly to another computer on the other end.The Internet is a huge networking system.As a result of the Internet, what was impossible in the field of communication a century ago is now possible in the blink of an eye.
**Internet system in Bangladesh:**
The Internet was introduced in Bangladesh in November 1993.At that time internet service was launched through offline.Notable among these are Pradeshta, Table, Tap, BDMAIL, BDNET and Aurora.Not being able to use all the resources of the vast world of information through these organizations due to being connected offline.Nothing could be further from the truth except email downloads and uploads.In this case, the customers would exchange mail with the service provider from their computer through the communication software with the help of modem and telephone line.Service providers would send ISD several times a day to computers connected to telecommunications cables.At the same time the mails received by the customers were downloaded. As no communication was established between the 6 organizations mentioned a customer of one organization could not send mail to a customer of another organization.The information sent by one of them would go around the world and then to another customer.But with the introduction of online, all the barriers of communication system are removed.Bangladesh has been able to enter the huge world of online internet services. June 4, 1997 ISN launched the first online internet with the launch of VSAT.Since then, a total of 12 companies including Grameen Cyber Net, U Online, BRAC, BDMAIL, PRADESHTA NET etc. have been working as internet service provB As a result of being recently connected to the Optical Highway the people of Bangladesh are able to connect with the world more quickly and easily.

Many impossible things are being made possible today through communication networks.From sending and receiving information to chatting with people from all over the world, conferences, education, marketing, office management, entertainment, etc. are being done with the help of internet.With the development of multimedia, its potential is increasing day by day.A Bangladeshi man can enjoy an open air concert in New York through the internet.A patient from Bangladesh can take the advice of a doctor in London.Credit cards are being used to buy goods from one country to another.The Internet is helping scientists more in space research.There are also multiple uses of the Internet, including e-mail.The reality is that the Internet is inextricably linked with the world's communications.
**Disadvantages of the Internet:**
In addition to the advantages of using the Internet, there are some disadvantages.There is a class of people who accept evil more than good.Young people on the Internet are wasting their time watching various obscene and vulgar scenes. We want specific policies to protect this youth from decay.Although the government has enacted laws to prevent the misuse of information technology.
The Internet is one of the mainstays of modern man.Through this, people's life has become much easier.At present, the popularity of internet has increased a lot as the government of Bangladesh has made the import of computer completely tax free. In order to make the internet popular, an internet committee has been formed in Bangladesh.The current world is moving fast with the help of internet technology.
Gender discrimination & equality
**Gender discrimination**
Gender discrimination Bangladesh begins at birth. In our country women are the worst sufferers. Social prejudices and customs tend to degrade their position. When a female child is born, it is not regarded as a happy event. She is not welcomed with the deep warmth of heart.In stead of being delighted the male members think that she has come to add to their misery. Even the mother of the female child is not welcomed cordially for giving birth a female child. Rather Age is held in great contempt.
Obviously there are many reasons behind this social superstition. First of all she is regarded as a liability to be got rid of as soon as possible. Her marriage drives her parents mad for our evil dowry system . Her parents try to find a husband for her even beforehand she attains physical and mental maturity. Her marriage may cost her parents a heavy amount of money. Religious misinterpretation and social structures discourage often prevent girls from going to coeducation schools.
This problem can not be solved over night. To solve this problem our Outlook towards the girls should be changed. We should realize that women are equal partners to men. They should be made self sufficient by giving them proper education and employment.They should be provided the same type of food as are given to male children. Early marriage should stop.
Gender equality
Gender equality means the equal treatment both to male and female. It also means the equal rights enjoyed both by the male and female. There can be no denying the fact of it’s importance. If a female female not ensured equal rights, her sufferings know no bounds.
Development of the country can not be thought of if the rights of the females are not ensured. So the importance of gender can nit be denied. To speak the very truth the condition of gender discrimination is very vulnerable. In Bangladesh begins at birth. A girl is born to an unwelcome world. It is thought that she has come to this world to add miseries to her family. She is confined within the four walls of the house. She has to do all household work. She is deprived of all rights. She lives at the mercy of other people. She is considered to be burden for her family.
Gender equality is not maintained at all in Bangladesh. Ignorance, prejudice, religious misinterpretation, social values and Outlook are the social barriers to gender equality.There are many other reasons which are responsible for gender inequality. Society, ignorant people and uneducated parents are responsible for these barriers. Women constitute half of our total population. So keeping half of our generation in the darkness the development of the country can not be thought of. So gender equality is related to the overall development in our country.
To ensure gender equality first of all females should have the right to receive education. There should be no distinction between male and female. The female should be guaranteed equal rights. They should not be deprived of any right. Prejudices should be uprooted. Social outlook towards female should be changed. Religious misinterpretation should be abolished.Early marriage should be stopped. If we can do all these things, gender equality can be ensured in Bangladesh.
Sinusitis
The four airy special cavities on either side of the nasal cavity in the facial part of the skull are called sinus or paranasal sinus.If these sinuses are full of fluid instead of air And if that fluid is infected with germs (virus, bacteria, fungi) Inflammation occurs in the mucous membranes of the sinuses.Inflammation of the membrane caused by infection of virus,bacteria and fungi in the mucous membrane of the sinuses is called sinusitis.
Sinusitis can be divided into location and permanence as follows.
**Variations by location**
1. Maxillary sinus :Pain or pressure is felt in the maxillary region.Such as- toothache, headache etc.
2.Frontal sinus:Pain or pressure in the frontal sinus cavity,headache.
3.Ethmoidal sinus : Pain in the middle or back of the two eyes,headache.
4.Sphenoidal sinus:Pain or pressure behind the eyes or on the top of the head.
**Types in sustainab******i******lity**
1.Acute sinusitis :About 4-6 weeks. 2.Chronic sinusitis :8 weeks or more.
**Those who suffer from sinusitis**
If the mucous membranes of the nose become swollen due to cold or energy.If the nasal passages are narrow or closed.If there is a polyp inside the nose.If there is a change in height(such as -If you get on a plane or dive into the water). If the cilia inside the sinuses are unable to move.When the adenoids grow.If you smoke or if you are around the smoker.If you have allergic hay fever.If there is cystic fibrosis.If immunity is low ( If you are infected with HIV or take chemotherapy).Experts believe that if the ability to take medicine is reduced, the person becomes more prone to sinusitis.
Children tend to have energy tendencies,Illness from other children in school or day care,Crying loudly, reclining and drinking water and the main cause of sinusitis is Smoky environment.
Environment pollution in Bangladesh
Environment pollution is a much talked topic Of the present time. Our life is so deeply and invariably related yo that any pollution of it causes dangers and brings about different disasters.
Environment is being polluted in a number of ways. Human beings and their unscrupulous activities are mostly responsible for all kinds of pollution occurred.
Air is the most vital element of the environment. Air is being polluted by the smoke and different gases emitted from various sources. Increasing population need more fuel and more cars. So,when they clear forests for wood and burn them as fuel, and run car by burning gasoline, they create smoke. This also pollutes the air.
Water, another important element of the environment is also being polluted in many different ways. Mills and factories, water vehicles, and human beings throw their waste products and rubbish in the water and thus pollute water. Insanitary latrines, chemical fertilisers and insecticides used in farmlands, drainage and sewerage lines also contribute to further pollution.
We also experience sound and odour pollution. Modern life is full of machines. And different types of machines, transports and also metal works create a lot of noise and causes sound pollution. Again,due to lake of proper disposal, rubbish dumped here and there create stinking smell causing odour pollution.
Environmental pollution badly and seriously affect our lives. Pollution causes various health hazards. A polluted environment breeds different kinds of germs and diseases, some of which are very fatal for human lives. People not only suffer from various diseases and illness, their normal life is also destroyed.
Besides health hazarded,environmental pollution causes other harms. It causes temperatures to rise. As a result, different epidemic break out and natural disaster occur. Thus environmental pollution is the major cause of global warming, and consequently climate change. And,as a consequence of global warming of climate change,the whole human race will face unprecedented calamity and danger.
Raising awareness about how to protect environment and how to reduce pollution can be a good solution. Apart from this, we have to use environment friendly fuels like bio fuels or nature gas,and also environment friendly machines. Finally, environment protection laws should be made effective and those who pollute environment indiscriminately or violate laws, should be severely punished.
Environmental pollution is a global issue. In Bangladesh, the problem requires special attention and address because we are heading towards a disaster as our environment is now in a very adverse condition. If we want to healthy and peaceful life and a sound and better living, we must prevent environmental pollution and protect the environment.
Travelling as a part of education
The instinct of roaming about, is rooted in man's nature. Travelling has, therefore, been popular with him from time immemorial. It is the romance of seeing the unseen,knowing the unknown and unveiling the shrouds of mystery.
But it is no entirely driven by a blind urge that man has been travelling year after year. He has also found it useful immensely beneficial. One of it's leading benefits is that it serves as a great teacher. It educates all the ignorant and the erudite alike,even those who may have the pride to think that they have nothing more to learn.
The knowledge we acquire in the college and universities is mainly bookish in nature. It may add to our learning without enhancing our real sagacity. The bulk of theoretical studies that have no practical application in our day-to-day life may as well be regarded as a sterile piece of earth, unproductive and useless. The essential link between Scholastic knowledge and the actual affairs of life can be provided by the realistic understanding of the world derived through travelling.
Travelling across distant countries expands the mental horizon of man. Fanaticism, prejudices, intolerance and such other vices are cured and complexes removed when a man comes into contact with people from different places. Books only conveys theoretical informations on these things. It is travelling that effects real exchange between nation and nation, to the benefit of the whole world.
In these days of international tension,travelling can help to bring about cordiality and harmony between hostile nations. When we travel through countries, we come to know that people in general all over the world want peace and amity. That strengthens our own hope of peace and removes the fear of a third world war.likewise, travelling can bring different countries closer and closer and establish better economic co-operation among them for their mutual benefit.
A long stay at one place brings monotony and stagnation to our life. Change and variety is the spice of life. This is no mere platitude but most palpably true. A change of atmosphere from the plains to the hills, from moist to dry climate, brings about such a perceptible improvement in the state of our mental and physical health that doctors prescribe change of place when other remedies fail to restore health and spirits to ailing persons. When our eyes feast on the gorgeous beauty of nature, the rolling waves of the blue oceans, the proud pinnacles of mountains, the mysterious wilderness of the flamboyant flower-decked valleys, our hearts swell with ecstasy. Our mind shed all the narrowness and unwholesome tendencies at the sight of nature's magnificence. Our soul breaks its bondage and soars high in quest of the real values of life.
A man never knows his own native land completely till he has gone out of it to some other country. Only a rational comparison with other countries can specify vividly the true character, the merits and drawbacks of our own motherland. An awareness of our defects inspires us to work hard and improve the unhappy condition of our country. We, the people of the east, have learnt from travelling in the western countries how they enjoy their Liberties and discharge their responsibilities. This has been a greater teacher than hundreds of sermons on civic rights and duties.
Tourism industry of Bangladesh
Wise and nature-loving people all over the world travel from one country to another. People always want to know, want to understand, want to conquer the unknown.That is why people have conquered the Himalayas, inaccessible places like the moon.The new world has given a gift on archeology.For knowledge, man has ignored all obstacles to know.Like the natural beauty of other parts of the world, Bangladesh also has innumerable places and innumerable architectures scattered all over the place.This country of changing conspiracies is one of the most diverse countries in the world.There are many traditional tourist destinations in Bangladesh.Tourism is the best way to introduce the nature of Bangladesh and the heritage and culture of the Bengali nation to the world.
Tourism is an industry like any other.It is possible to learn as much as you can by reading heavy books throughout your life if you can see it with your eyes.Because man receives 80% of his knowledge through the senses called eyes.Those who have not seen the Taj Mahal in Agra or Pyramids of Egypt or Niagara Falls,he is unable to read the book and understand its meaning.Man is thirsty for knowledge at the very beginning of creation.The unknown mysteries of man and his fame and of nature and its glory are known only through tourism.People in different parts of the world know about the behavior, place, beauty, clothing,Rituals, shapes, nature, antiquities, animals etc. through the tourism industry.It is possible to derive knowledge from all kinds of objects, big and small, on earth.And all knowledge is priceless.To know about the world and and to show the glory of one's country to the whole world the importance and necessity of the tourism industry is undeniable.
The economic importance of the tourism industry is undeniable.Many countries in the world have built strong economies by capitalizing on the tourism industry.That is about the natural beauty of our country the great scholars of the country and abroad have given various beautiful explanations.
In addition to the variety of seasons, the lush green nature attracts people easily.The nature of Bangladesh is as calm and loving as motherhood.There are fascinating tourist places scattered all over Bangladesh. Paharpur, Rangamati, Sagardighi, Mainamati, Kuakata, Patharghata, Sonargaon, Bandarban and numerous other tourist spots including the Sundarbans are full of history and natural beauty.The longest beach in the world is also situated in Cox's Bazar, Bangladesh.Bangladesh has high mountains on one side and huge body of water on the other.Which easily fascinates tourists.
Realizing the potential of Bangladesh's development in the tourism industry, government and non-government authorities have focused on its development.At present, initiatives have been taken to make various tourist destinations of the country profitable.The crowd of domestic and foreign tourists in Cox's Bazar, Kuakata, Sundarbans, Chittagong Hill Tracts Sylhet and other areas is quite promising. Cultural exchanges between international tourism organizations and local organizations are regular.But in recent times, due to political instability and security issues, tourists are not coming to the tourism companies as before.Moreover, due to improved arrangements for foreign tourists, travel expenses for domestic tourists are increasing.They are being discouraged.
Earlier, there were no specific facilities for tourists in Bangladesh.Even then, thousands of tourists from different countries would be fascinated just for nature observation.Recently, the government has taken steps to increase various facilities for tourists.Has done hotels and motels in different tourist places of Bangladesh.These government hotels have the advantage of booking seats at a much lower price than various private hotels.Moreover, different types of vehicles have been arranged. Bangladesh Tourism Corporation has been set up to popularize tourism in Bangladesh.Its primary task is to solve all the problems of the tourists and make the overall facilities available.
Bangladesh is rich in tourism industry.There are innumerable rare and beautiful places scattered in different parts of Bangladesh.The tourism corporation has to take special responsibility for the conservation of these places.Bangladesh's tourist destinations need to be highlighted to the world using various media.Accommodation needs to be ensured and travel arrangements need to be made easy and low cost.Security must be ensured in tourist centers.Tourist centers have to make arrangements so that the environment is beautiful.Cooperation should be provided to tourism related organizations and associations.Only then will Bangladesh occupy a high position in the tourism industry.In the development of tourism industry in Bangladesh the responsibilities and duties of the Tourism Corporation are immense.
You don't have to imagine the green beauty of Bangladesh.It is both visible and tangible.There is no comparison of tourist places in Bangladesh.Bangladesh Tourism Corporation, non-governmental organization, Above all, if everyone is a little aware, the tourism industry of Bangladesh will be in the best position in the world.
Sylhet is a land of natural beauty
Sylhet is a divisional city located in the northeast of Bangladesh.Situated on the banks of the river Surma, this city is a land of natural beauty.Wherever you look in this district, there are hills and greenery.And this green scene is the tea garden.Tea gardens, hills, rivers, fountains, plants have filled this district with beauty.Located in Sylhet, Jaflong is known all over the country as the daughter of nature.Sylhet supplies ninety percent of Bangladesh's tea.Tourists go to Sylhet whenever they get a chance.Sylhet supplies most of Bangladesh's natural gas.
Among the places of interest in Sylhet are Jaflong,bisanakandi, Malnichara tea garden, Lalkhan, Hazrat ShahJalal Dargha,Shahparan Dorgha, Ratargul swamp forest, Khadimnagar national park etc.

The games we used to play in childhood
In childhood we used to play in the field in the afternoon or on holidays.When I remember my childhood memories, I want to go back to my childhood.But nowadays children feel more comfortable playing games on computer or smartphone at home than playing on the field.But sports are very important for children.Both body and mind are better through sports.So now children need to be encouraged to play on the field rather than playing games on mobile, computer.
Every nation of the world has it's own games and sports. They are as necessary for life as food and drink. A man eats and drinks to fulfil his hunger and quench his thirst.But he takes part in games and sports to build up his body and character. Bangladesh is a tropical country . So she has games and sports suited to her climate .
There are many village games and sports. Ha-du-du, Dariabandha, kanamachi, Gollachut, Danguli dix guti, sixteen guti, lathi khela, Bou chi,kutkut, kanamachi,Meat thief and lots of games not knowing more names. Which has been lost in the evolution of time.This sports and games are the main village games and sports in Bangladesh. We used to play these games In our leisure time.
Ha-du-du is a very popular game. It is an outdoor games.It is a game of joy not only to the players but also to the spectators . It costs minimum but gives maximum joy and thril.This game requires a small plain ground.The ground is divided into two equal parts. A line is drawn across the middle of the field. The young and the strong boys of the village play Ha-du-du. There are two teams. Each team has equal number of players. The players stand face to on a line. Each team stands in one part of the ground. One player of a team is allowed to enter the ground of the opponent party. He utters Ha-du-du all the time holding his breath. He tries his best to touch one or more players of the opponent party. If he is successful in his attempt and comes back to his own area, the touched player or players are called dead. And if he is caught within the area of the opponent party, he is called dead. In this way the game goes in. The game comes to an end when all the players of a party are dead and other party wins.
Dariabandha is another popular game in our country. In this game a field is made under certain rules equally divided with lines keeping equal distance from each other. Players are divided into two equal teams. One team stand outside of the field and each of the players of the other team stands on each line facing at least one opponent player. Players standing outside enter into the field one by one and try to pass across the field to the finishing end. If any player of a team can cross the field from the starting point to the finishing point and vice - versa, the team concerned wins the game.
Kanamachi is s popular game. A number of children stand in e circle. One of them becomes the kanamachi. He is called so because a piece of cloth is tied over his eyes and he can not see. Hd runs after children. If he can touch anybody, then the touched person becomes the kanamachi.
Another popular game of our country is Gollachut. It is played between two teams. There are equal number of players in each team. A team stands at a fixed point on one side of the field. The players of the other team stand scattered on the field facing the team standing at the fixed point. If the players standing at the fixed point can cross the field untouched, they win the game.
Lati khela is also a popular village game in our country. This game requires some skills and tactics. The healthy and strong people of the village take part in this game. This game is a source of great joy to the spectators. The spectators enjoy the game much.
Our country games are very interesting indeed. They can be played without spending much money.large fields are not needed. The games give sufficient exercise to the limbs of the body.They are source of innocent joy and pleasure. They make us strong, healthy and active.
The games are part of our culture and heritage. We should play the games to uphold our age old culture and heritage.
Illiteracy, child marriage, polygamy bring a black chapter in a girl's life.

Today I am writing about the true story of a girl's life in a remote area of Bangladesh.Most people in remote areas thought girls were a burden.They never accepted the education of the girls.They thought that girls were born just to follow their husbands.Although this perverted inhumanity has changed, many do not want to accept it.They say there is no need for girls to study. They will just do the housework and will serve the husband.But how much of a dark chapter this meditation carries in a girl's life is the subject of today's story.
A girl named Helena.The girl was then 14-15 years old.She read in class eight. The restless mind of the girl sometimes run on the top of a tree, sometimes in a boat in the middle of the river and sometimes in the middle of a green paddy field.Used to play with friends. His dream was to study and get a big job. He will achieve success in his life. Parents will gain a reputation.But for his foolish parents he could not fulfill his dream.
Her unconscious parents thought something else.They thought their daughter was fit for marriage. So they went in search of the groom.His father found the influential son of the village.The recipient also liked the girl. They were marrying their daughter at that age,when she did not understand the meaning of marriage.The wedding day was fixed,but on the eve of the wedding, the boy demanded a large amount of dowry.The girl's father refused to pay the dowry. And the marriage broke up.
Helena had no hand in breaking up the marriage. But the girl and her fate were blamed for it.Her parents were very upset over her.They thought, they could not show their face in the society with this unfortunate girl.After 2-3 days, they married their daughter with a fanatical, Poor,and elderly .They knew nothing about the man with whom Helena was marrying. They did not see if he had a house.
After the marriage, Helena saw that her husband was pre-married and had four children. He was very stingy.He used to torture Helena very much after marriage.He used to give food twice a day. Helena was kept captive between four walls.She was forbidden to go in front of both men and women.On the other hand, Helena's husband's other wife and children also abused her. Even she was allowed to go to her father's house after 4 month of her marriage.
After going to her father's house, Helena refuses to go to her husband's house.Even after she cried a lot, her parents sent her to her husband's house.Her parents behaved as if Helena was a burden to them.They did not try to understand the suffering of their innocent daughter.Helena went to her husband's house With mental anguish.Unable to bear the abuse of her husband and her husband’s other wife,Helena committed suicide a few days later.
Thus the dreams of hundreds of girls are being destroyed.Some unconscious parents are ruining the lives of their children in this way.In this case, some dishonest people are also to blame. Therefore, more steps need to be taken to prevent child marriage and polygamy.And women's education must be ensured.Women's are not burden of the society, they plays an important role in the formation of the society.

We are polluting the soil, water, air for our own unconscious activities.We are randomly cutting down our best friend tree.We are drinking contaminated water, inhaling polluted air, eating contaminated food for our unconsciousness.A child has been growing up in a polluted world since birth.For this, our dear relatives, we ourselves are suffering from a deadly disease.
As a result of our actions we are now experiencing global warming.Many animals are becoming extinct in warmer climates.As a result, the sea ice is melting and various flat lands are being submerged.This is reducing the space of the home. Crop land is declining.Its impact on poor countries is now being realized.
The seasons are changing due to environmental pollution. Many seasons do not exist.There has been a huge change in the ecosystem.If pollution continues like this, the idea is that the destruction of the earth is inevitable.
Bangladesh is called a riverine country. But due to pollution in this country, some rivers are now taking a terrible shape.Many natural tourist destinations are already on the verge of destruction due to our destructive activities.
We have given an artificial look to the beautiful smile of the world. We are giving a strange look to the beautiful smile of the world.
Can't we realize our mistakes ??When will we give up our destructive activities ??Shall we not cease to destroy this world?

Smartphone is a telephone system that works without any wire. It is one of the wonders of modern science. It has added a new dimension to our life and to communication system.It can be easily carried in a pocket from one place to another.With smartphones we can talk in audio and video calls, Games can be played, messages can be sent, solve the work of calculation, anywhere can be known, online jobs can be done. In a word, all the work can be done sitting at home through smartphone.
A smartphone is an electronic device. A sim card inside the mobile helps us to keep constant with the person. We can keep constant contact with the person carting a smartphone. Just a smartphone is not enough. A connection from a local service provider will ensure the functioning of smartphone.
The advantages of smartphone is numerous. It’s great advantages is it’s mobility and portability. The overwhelming popularity of mobile has threatened the existence of fixed phone. A smartphone removes the worries of our dear ones by helping to contact the person concerned any time we like. When we hear of any accident or mishap, we want to and can know about our or near on the spot. Despite numerous advantages of smartphone sometimes it becomes the cause of health hazard to the users.Specially today's children are affected much.Children sit with their smartphones for hours without dropping out of school.They sit with games all day. This is leading to future destruction. Scientists believe that use of mobile phone can cause of brain tumours,genetic damage and many incurable irreparable damage to human body. They say that millions of people are getting benefits but damaged. The blood pressure gets high and red blood cells are damaged if person gets continued exposure to radiation caused by smartphone. Using smartphone is harmful to the pregnant women. So, it should have an official ban on using smartphone by children and pregnant women.
Smartphone is a blessing as well as wonder of modern science. We should use it realising maximum benefits. Misuses of smartphone should be prevented.Talking over smartphone should not be an addiction. However despite it’s disadvantages the necessity of a smartphone can not be denied to our practical life.

How to keep parents happy
Parents are the best gift in the world.The second of everything in the world can be imagined.But the alternative of parents can not be imagined.Once you lose your parents forever, you can't find them anymore.
Parents are our closest relatives in the world.Mother holds us in her womb, gives birth to us, raises us with care.We learn to walk holding Dad’s hand.Dad worked tirelessly to earn a living.Dad pays for our education. Put a smile on our face in exchange for anything.They feed us without eating themselves, they make us sleep by waking up night after night without sleeping by themselves.
Shouldn't we do something for those who have sacrificed their lives for us?
We should love our parents.
We should talk to our parents with a smile.
We show great flexibility to our superiors.But those who deserve our most respect are our parents.But we show others without respecting our parents.But we should not do it.
Often we misbehave with parents. We hurt them.The mood of others poured out on them.It should never be done.They should always be treated well.

The best time to get close to the Lord is in the morning.And that must be very early in the morning.There are many benefits to waking up in the morning.We can pray in solitude.When we wake up in the morning we can do some physical exercise.We can walk in the open field or by the river.When we study in the morning, the memory is strong.When we wake up in the morning we can start work in the morning.As a result, we can do more work than we do on other days.There is no need to rush into any work.Also, waking up very early in the morning is good for health and mind.
So we should make it a habit to wake up very early in the morning To get the above benefits.
Currently we sleep late at night and wake up at noon.We are very much affected by this.We need to give up this bad habit.

When I woke up today, my mind was filled with joy. Marriage is a legal contract of between a man and a woman and their confession.
Today i am writing an article about the wedding ceremony of the Bengali Muslim community.
At the initial stage the boy and girl are selected, the engagement is held with the people closest to the boy and the girl.At this time the ring exchange of son and daughter is completed. There is nothing in the interpretation of religion except the marriage of Muslims and Walima. Previously, no rules were followed except Walima.New cultures have been added as times have changed.
At present the ceremonies of marriage are performed as follows.
Select the bride and groom
The bride and groom are chosen considering different aspects. In this case, their education, descent, appearance and profession are considered
Engagement
The exchange of the bride and groom's ring is completed.The date of the engagement is fixed with the consent of the bride and groom.
Mehedi night
At this time the bride and groom's friends and relatives rejoice.Mehendi and turmeric are used. Songs, dances and various entertainment programs are performed.
Wedding ceremony
On this occasion the bride is dressed in sari or lehenga.The groom wears sherwani.The ceremony used to be the bride's home but is currently seen at the community center.At the end of the ceremony, the bride is taken to the groom's house.
Walima
After the wedding, the groom organized the party.The people of the bride's house and the groom's relatives are invited to the event.

Hiccups ( হেঁচকি)

How are you all???
Hope you all are fit and fine in this Corona epidemic by the grace of Almighty.
I'm also well by the grace of Almighty Allah. But i have been suffering in a problem for a while.And the problem is hiccups.
I think sometimes everyone gets into this problem.It is very painful. So my today's article on how to get rid of hiccups.
The vagus nerve in our body or one of its conch branches (extending from the brain to the abdomen) is blocked or stimulated.Experts say it is usually due to digestive disturbances. It can be seen in children.
Two methods can be used to get rid of this.
1. the brain to do other important things. Then hiccups will be prevented from the brain.
2. Another way is to increase the amount of carbon dioxide in the blood. This then eliminates the body hiccups and Will be busy in expelling excess carbon dioxide.
**Below are some ways to prevent hiccups -**
1.Take a teaspoon of sugar and place it on the back of the tongue [where you taste the sour taste]. This will increase the tension of the nerves.
2.Some doctors say that if you get hiccups, put your fingers in your ears for a while. It will stimulate the vagus nerve.
But be careful not to put your finger deeper into the ear.
3. Hiccup goes away when suddenly surprised.
4.Hiccup is interrupted by drinking water. You can also gurgle with water.
5.Keep the tongue out, it will help prevent hiccups.
6.You can tickle the bottom of the face with a cotton bird.Any kind of tickling works to prevent hiccups
7.Hold your nose and close your mouth [the way you do before jumping into the pool] until the hiccups go away.
8.Breathe inside a paper bag.It increases the amount of carbon dioxide in the blood.
9.Magnesium tablets [antacids] are very effective in preventing hiccups.
10.When food is eaten too fast, air gets trapped inside the food which stimulates nerve . You can avoid hiccups by chewing food properly and drinking moderate amounts of water.
