Ayon sa pamunuan ng PBA, hindi muna mabibigyan ng schedule ng laro ang NorthPort Batang Pier. Ang press release ng PBA ay upang sila ay sumunod sa "health and safety protocols." At dahil hindi sinabi ang tunay na dahilan kung bakit wala silang laro ay may haka-haka na merong ilang miyembro ng team nila na nagkaron ng COVID. Ano man ang tunay na dahilan ay umaasa ang mga fans na maging ligtas ang lahat upang muli silang makapaglaro at mapanood.

Frustration builds when you feel that your staff is becoming incompetent much like being too dependent on their leader. But is it a leader's fault being too hands-on to them? I believe there's nothing wrong being hands-on at the moment up until they are able to master their tasks and little by little, the leader parts ways and let their staff do it on their own. But it is a different story when each and every step they do should get the leader's approval.

Sa overtime naman, si Eric Camson ang naging bida sa Terrafirma para maitala nila ang kanilang unang panalo.

Napaka exciting ng laro ng Magnolia at Meralco. Come from behind ang naging panalo ng Meralco at down the wire, buzzer beater ang ginawang lay-up ni Newsome. Pero bago nun ay naka tres muna siya upang makadikit ang Meralco, 93-94 na may 25 seconds na natitira. Sa kasunod na possession ay nagka turn-over ang Magnolia. Nang bumalik ang possession sa Meralco ay duon nga naka-drive si Newsome at naipasok ang buzzer-beating lay-up.

There are days when I do not put too much effort on my job but I do constantly find ways to be better. Sometimes I feel that my efforts are too much but compensation is not enough. Sometimes I feel the advancement in the organization is very slow that your professional advancement is being slowed down. These scenarios make me think of looking for other opportunities but with our pandemic situation, opportunities are few.

Granular lockdown to commence tomorrow in Metro Metro Manila. This is like GCQ but lockdowns will be confined within barangays, streets or smaller units within cities. Doing so will open businesses which can lead towards economic recovery. From my observation, this could have been done during the early stage of COVID via mass testing then eventually locking down the area for quarantine. It's been six months since I resigned from my former employer but sad to say, if I did not make a follow-up on the status of my final pay, I will not get an update on its release.
