Granular lockdown to commence tomorrow in Metro Metro Manila. This is like GCQ but lockdowns will be confined within barangays, streets or smaller units within cities. Doing so will open businesses which can lead towards economic recovery. From my observation, this could have been done during the early stage of COVID via mass testing then eventually locking down the area for quarantine. Anyhow, let us all cooperate, hope for the best and stay safe.
