Frustration builds when you feel that your staff is becoming incompetent much like being too dependent on their leader. But is it a leader's fault being too hands-on to them? I believe there's nothing wrong being hands-on at the moment up until they are able to master their tasks and little by little, the leader parts ways and let their staff do it on their own. But it is a different story when each and every step they do should get the leader's approval.
