Hey September, how well did we get along?
**30 September 2021**
On the first week of this month, I have published my article entitled: **Hey September, can we get along well?** wherein I stated all my **9 goals for this 9th month** of the year. https://read.cash/@immaryandmerry/hey-september-can-we-get-along-well-9fa8d103
Today, let us all see how well did September and I get along.
This month has been very eventful for me, both here and on real life. Actually, it is oir exam week right now but I couldn't afford to not give an update and see how I progress this month.
As for my happenings both here and at noise.cash, as you can see on the photos above, I was able to reach those achievements. Cheers for the subscribers and the views! Thank you so much for your continuous support.
Going back to the real deal, let me recall first all the **9 goals** I have set for myself for this month.
Published at least 15 articles
Read at least 3 articles per day
Sponsorship
Post at least 3x a day at noise.cash
Post a daily dose of encouragement
Spot trading
Spead bitcoin cash awareness
Christmas wallet
Earnings
**Published 15 articles**
15 articles is not that much, but for someone who is really busy, this is quite a struggle. To be honest, I am not really confident with myself if I'll be able to make this possible but to my surprise, before writing this one, I just visited my account and I counted all the articles I was able to published this month and this article turns out to be the 16th.
Clear as the sky, I nailed this goal!
**Read at least 3 articles per day**
On the first few days of this month, or maybe weeks, I was managing it well. I really thought I'll be able to get back to my old reading habit but real life stuffs happen and it ate most of my time that I wasn't able to read anymore in this past week.
Sadly, I may have had a good beginning for this goal but I wasn't able to sustain it until the end.
**Sponsorship**
Delayed payments. I got lot of those this month. I was too busy to check my notification that I didn't noticed that I have to renew my sponsorship to some user.
I stopped sponsoring those inactive users and though it is not many, I was able to offer a few more sponsorship on some users here. I also increases the payment to some and that made me to conclude that even with the delayed payments, I still managed to fulfill this goal of mine.
**Post at least 3x a day at noise.cash**
I am so much positive that I perfectly did this one. I always make sure to post on my noise.cash account and I am also making an effort to make my content better.
I know it is far from being perfect but I am trying my best to produce better content. For now, let me just celebrate how I was able to ace this another goal of mine.
**Post a daily dose of encouragement**
I am also very happy with the progress I made on this goal. Four months ago, I created this channel but I neglected it om its first 3 months.
For this month, I made a goal to be active on this one and seeing that 87 subscribers is really a huge progress for me. It was just 18 subscribers at the beginning of this month. 69 subscribers were added in a duratiom of this whole month.
What makes me even happier is that there are also other users who are posting on my channel. That really means a lot to me.
You can also visit, subscribe and post anything related to encouragement on this channel. I'll leave the link here in case that you are interested. --> **Daily Dose of Encouragement** https://noise.cash/c/daily-dose-of-encouragement-z6r9dz47g
**Spot trading**
This month, I was able to successfully go back spot trading at binance. But sadly, I received a notification from binance that I should verified my account for me to enjoy its feautures. Also, if I won't be able to verify my account, my funds there will be locked starting October 1.
I am already of legal age but I still don't have any government issued ID so I wasn't able to verify my account.
Actually, I didn't saw the notification earlier. Good thing, I saw it last night so I was able to withdraw my funds in there before it got locked.
Spot trading, partly successful.
**Spread bitcoin cash awareness**
If I remember it correctly, my plan for this goal us to create an article about noise.cash and to post it on my facebook account so that many people could see it.
One month later, the article that I am mentioning is still unexistent. I hope to finally do this once I find the time.
**Christmas wallet**
**Earnings**
For my Christmas wallet, I shared before that it will going to be my savings for the incoming Christmas. I also said that I'll be depositing $2 in there daily from my read.cash or noise.cash earnings.
I wasn't able to deposit in there in the past week though for I was really busy and I also ran out of daily funds.
As you see, I was able to save **$40.54** for Christmas on this month.
If you will notice, my noise.cash earnings is not that big for the reason that on the past month, the heart value that I am receiving is really low. From earning $3-$6 a day on the past month, on this month, I can barely earn $1 a day.
As for read.cash, almost all the amount that I put on my Christmas wallet are from there. Read.cash earnings isn't very good but it's not that bad either. At least, I got to earn $5-$10 on each article.
In total, my earnings for this month reached **$115.01** or **0.23368897 BCH.** Regardless of the amount, I am still happy for being able to earn on these 2 amazing platforms by just merely doing my hobby.
It has been a really eventful month for me. And I were to measure how well did September and I get along, I can confidently say that we get along pretty well. There are just really some aspects that we weren't able to meet each other but I'm good with that.
Another month has passed, this is not me beging conceited but I am just really proud of myself this month.
This is already a lot for me and I was so glad I made it. What a great and productive month indeed!
How about you? How was your month? Care to share it with me?
:)
3 Points I Learned from Galatians 6
**30 September 2021**
It is now the end of the month. Time is really moving so fast and I know we are all doing our best to keep up.
Like what I always to during month-end, I have this devotion series which I first started at January, and I am so glad I was able to sustain it until this month, and until the following months of course.
This is originally a compilation of daily devotions but as months passed by, I realized summarizing my daily devotion for the whole month will be too much for all of us so this time, I decided to highlight a chapter from one of our family devotions.
**Scripture reading:** ****Galatians 6:1-10****
I will be sharing my 3 points from the scripture but this is only based on my own perspective and understanding. Feel free to also read the scripture and let God speak to you through it. And maybe, you can also share a verse which strikes you the most on the comment section below once I'm done sharing mine.
Going back, as you see and as I have mentioned, I will be sharing my 3 points and those 3 points were based on the 3 verses on the red text on the photo above.
(1) v2 - Look out for one another.
Galatians 6:2 speak to me that we have to look for one another. It reminded me that we don't have to carry the burden alone, that we are made to help each other and not let anyone we see suffer alone.
I didn't dwell on the verse that much, I just focused on what it stated clearly, and that is to *carry each other's burden.*
May it be physical, financial, emotional, spiritual or whatever aspect. We don't let our brothers and sisters carry the burden alone. If we could help, then let us gladly do it.
(2) v4 - Do not compare.
This is very timely. If you are not new here, you must know that it is normal that every end of the month, most users are publishing their monthly report. It is so fun to see accomplishments after accomplishments but even though it is not publisized, I know that there wi be users who will compare their achievements to others.
There will be people who will wonder why others are earning bigger than theirs. And this verse is a very reminder that our only basis on what we have accomplished is ourselves.
We make progress on our own pace, we grow on our own pace. Accomplishments of others doesn't define ours.
At the end of the day, what matters is how we accomplish our goal. It doesn't matter if others have accomplished more than what we have accomplished. What's important is that we have reached the goals we set for ourselves.
So, let us live on our own standards that we have set for ourselves. We did our best, let's be proud of it.
(3) v9 - Do good all the time.
Just like the title of the scripture, we should do good to all. And just like what is stated on verse 10, we should do good to all people whenever we see an opportunity.
There are people who are not good, whom we think is not worthy to receive goodness but that is not what God is telling to us.
We are no diffetent from others, we are all sinners and we are undeserving of His love, grace, mercy and sacrifice. Yet, He didn't judge us.
So let us not be tired of doing good even though we are being surrounded with negativity. Do good and be kind. Also, know that whatever we do, we are doimg it for the Lord. And our labor in the Lord will never be in vain.
Look out for one another,
Let's not compare outselves with each other and,
Let us do good all the time.
Those are the 3 points or the 3 things that God spoke to me through the scripture. How about you, is there any particular verse that strikes to you? Feel free to share what have you learned or realize from the scripture.
Thank you so much for reading this one. I am looking forward for next month for another installation of this series of mine.
God bless you all. :)
*Scripture is from the bible, of course. But I got it from bible gateeay, New International Version.*

Ikalawang Bahagi: Isang linggong mga alaala noong may face to face classes pa
**28 September 2021**
**Unang Bahagi:** **Isang Linggong Mga Alaala Noong May Face to Face Classes Pa** https://read.cash/@immaryandmerry/isang-linggong-mga-alaala-noong-may-face-to-face-classes-pa-b5d5222c
Miyerkules
6:30AM *ring ring
snooze **dismiss**
Argh.
Isang linggong mga alaala noong may face to face classes pa
**28 September 2021**
Lunes
snooze **dismiss**
6:30AM *ring ring
Argh.
**snooze** dismiss
7:05AM *ring ring
**snooze** dismiss
7:10AM *ring ring
**snooze** dismiss
7:15AM *ring ring
snooze **dismiss**
Anong oras klase mo?!***”
11:30AM
At sa wakas, tapos na ang klase! Last subject na din namin sa araw na 'to. Konti lang kasi units namin, 2 subjects a day lang klase namin. Pag wala na group projects, uwian na. Yung iba naman, tumatambay pa sa University. O di kaya yung iba, kung saan saan pa gumagala.
Buti nalang, favorite subject ko 'to.
3 piraso 10 piso, parehong kwek kwek at siomai. Enjoy kain habang nagkkwentuhan.
10AM
Balik klase na naman. English class naman this time tapos yung prof namin dito favorite magpa role play. Pero dahil nga pulis dapat maliksi, mabilis naman siyang tumayo at tinuloy ang dapat na mangyari, the show must go on ika nga nila.
Very good yung mga mahuhusay magvideo talaga.
Grabe napahaba na pala 'to.
Mundane But It Can Be Therapeutic
**27 September 2021**
September 26, Sunday.
I woke up at almost 9am. It was already late. Worshio service starts at 9am and we haven't eaten breakfast yet. We had some porkchop during breakfast, and in addition to my meal is my brother's nagging about me waking up late all the time.
Way to start the morning eh? Good thing, it didn't ruin my mood because it was such a wonderful day and I shouldn't be dwelling on something negative.
At 9am, worship service started and magically, it's all good. All negativities forgotten.
**Excerpt from the worship service:**
*I am saved,*
*I am sealed and,*
*I am secured by the Holy Spirit.*
You must be wondering by now how this is related to mundane and so here it is, after the worship service, the cleaning begins.
At 10:30am, me and my niece sweep the whole surrounding outside home while my brother in law waters all the plants.
I really do love the trees in our surroundings but there are so many dry leaves that we have to clean and it is so tiring. But the sweat is all worth it once you see how clean it is. When you look around and all you see is green, without dry leaves and other trashers somewhere. Clean surroundings is just so satisfying, plus the green leaves from the tree and the fresh wind that is blowing on your skin. Therapeutic, indeed.
After the outside, the day is still long so I decided to finally clean my room. I have been busy the past week, I just want to rest but the sight of my mess is making me more restless that's why I have to clean.
I started with removing the curtains. Then I opened the windows to let the air go out and go in from my room.
Next is I used the curtains to cover my stuffs before I remove all the dirts, dusts and slider webs at the ceiling. I can't believe the ceiling is that dirty!
I also throw unnecessary stuffs which has no use anymore to lessen the things that is making my room more messier than it is.
I also removed the sheets from my bed, sprayed an anti-bacterial spray and just let it be for a while. I also removed the pillowcase from the pillows. I sprayed an anti-bacterial spray on the pillows too and I also put them under the sun to remove unwanted smell.
At that time, all the dirty sheets, pillowcase, and blanket are scattered around the floor, as well as the dirt from the ceiling so I cleaned that up first.
Lunch time came so I have to stop cleaning for a while. We had a good lunch, paired with a ice cold coke because it was really hot, I hae to go back cleaning.
Time to put on another set of clean sheets and I sprayed anti-bacterial spray for the last time. I also get the pillows from under the sun, put on pillowcase, sprayed anti-bacterial spray and the bed is all set.
Also, I forgot to mention that I also cleaned the electric fan earlier that day so assuming the it's already dry, I get it from outside and I set it up again. Clean electric fan with no dust, finally!
I changed the curtains too and sweet the floor again and again until I was satisfied.
Lastly, I sprayed a disinfectent and room spray all over the room and now it smells like lemon everywhere.
This is just me exaggerating but the electric fan feels like blowing some fresh air after cleaning.
I was done cleaning by 2pm, I look around the room, sniffed at the air and that was really satisfying. It smells fresh, everything is clean and organized that I feel more energized rather than tired because of the cleanliness.
I then took a shower, it was also relaxing, it took me longer than usual because I feel so dirty after cleaning throughly. After shower, I babysit for a bit, next thing I knew, it's ready 4pm. I slept, woke up at 7pm, had a nice dinner with the family and then I did the dishes afterwards.
All in all, I really had a good day. My body feels tired but somehow, I feel so relaxed.
Cleaning is mundane but for me who doesn't like seeing mess, who doesn't like it when it's dirty, cleaning can be really therapeutic.
The progress I'm making while cleaning, and the end result of what I did is giving me some sort of satisfaction. It brings me relaxation, it brings me peace, it makes me feel good.
Not everyone likes cleaning, or other mundane things like washing the dishes and folding the clothes, but for me, I find peace in it. I get to think clearly as I do it. It gives me peace, it gives me relief.
It must be mundane but it can be therapeutic.
Maybe your room is also messy right now, try to do some cleaning and maybe you'll also find it to be therapeutic.
Hey there folks! This was what made me occupied whole Sunday. And it was a time well spent for me.
And I just really want to share how everything smells so nice right now. Clean sheets! It is so nice to lie down and sleep.
Anyways, thank you for reading this far even though I basically just tell about my whole day in here. It's really not interesting so thank you so much for reaching this far.
Take care!

8th Month ft. My Time Management Tips
**22 September 2021**
*As of September 21, 2021, 11:59PM, I am officially an 8 months user of this platform.*
Time indeed flies so fast. I was just a newbie back then and now I am celebrating my 8 months in here. Few more months and it'll be one year.
Truly, when we are enjoying, we'll lost track of time that we wouldn't even notice that a lot of things have happened already. Just wow!
Anyways, I have been doing this monthly so I don't feel the need to recall everything since the first month. In this blog, let me just share some events that has happened to me in the past month.
Last August 22, the academic year has officially started. We're back to school, not literally though since it's just online class.
Going back, another semester has started and it only means that we're gonna be busy again.
Personally, I was really busy with all my stuffs here at outside world but read.cash has been part of my life for the past 8 months so I am really trying hard to juggle my time between studies, my other responsibilities, and being a trying hard blogger. Lol
College is really demanding and I know most students here can relate to that so salute to my co-students who are doing so well in managing their time both at studies, at their personal life and exploring at the cryptoverse.
As for me, I don't think I'm acing it but I guess I'm managing it just fine. For that, here's a little update about my goal for this month. The goal is to write at lesst 15 articles and guess what, this one is already the 11th article among those 15. I still have 8 days before this month ends so I am feeling positive that I'll be able to make it this time.
So much for the introduction. Let's now proceed to the real deal. I have academics to prioritize, I have a class to manage, I joined in an active and busy organization, I have household chores to do, I have a nephew to babysit, we have a business where I am helping to manage, and lastly, I am a friend who can't say no so extra tasks for me.
That's the tip of the iceberg to give you an idea about what I do and that's just me saying that I have a lot on my plate but see, I am managing it just fine. It's stressful, but once you love what you do, then you can surely make anything work for you.
With that, if you are struggling with time management, here are some tips that I can share to you.
**Know your priorities**
That's the very first step to not make everything messy. We need to prioritize. By prioritizing, I mean organize everything that you have to do. Then put it on order on what should be done first.
Listing down everything can make this step a lot more easier. Also, listing down helps so that we won't forget everything.
So list down everything, organize it and put it in order from the top priority to the least priority.
**Make a schedule**
Not everyone is a fan of this especially those people who don't like doing routinary things. But mind you, scheduling doesn't mean that everything should be routinary.
So from the list you made on prioritizing, you can make another list which will contain your schedule for the day, or for a week.
For instance, I usually do the prioritizing at the beginning of the week and from that, I am plotting my daily to do list.
Also, by scheduling, you can plan all the things that you have to do for the entire day. It doesn't have to be specific and it doesn't have to be all work.
Example:
8am- breakfast
9am-10am - take a bath and do other personal stuffs
10am-12nn - study
12nn-1pm - lunch
1pm-3pm - study
4pm-5pm - nap time/rest/watch
From a personal opinion, setting a time limit helps me focus on the task that I should do. I don't do follow this kind of schedule though since I prefer to work at my own time.
Or it could also be the tasks itself, without time limit. This is what I usually do, I list down all the tasks I have to accomplish and the only goal is to finish it for the day.
Note that you don't have to push yourself so hard. And here's a trick. I always feel a sense of accomplishment whenever I see my tasks being accomplist one by one.
More accomplishments, more satisfaction. So you can also include simple tasks on your to-do list to make you feel more accomplished. As you can see, I even include taking a bath on my to-do list. Told you, the list doesn't have to be so hard. Also, it's a way for us to appreciate every little thing and every progress that we do, even the simplest and easiest one.
**Begin, start doing, and avoid procrastination.**
Of course, those tasks won't be accomplished by themselves. We have to begin, we have to start to get the job done.
Procrastination is my biggest struggle too. It's so hard to avoid and to resist it. But my greatest motivation to overcome it are my deadlines. Haha. Who wants to be late in turning in their requirements, right?
Seriously though, I don't have a tip on overcoming procrastination. It's our own battle within ourselves and we're the only one who can figure out how we can beat it.
**Take time to rest**
We can't function to our fullest if we're not getting proper and enough rest. Maybe we can push our body to it's limit but let's not abuse it. You may think that you are accomplishing things but health is more important above all else.
Take care of yourself. Don't be too hard on yourself, you deserve a break so have one.
I am honestly guilty of abusing my body but I make sure to take a rest from time to time. I am also taking a break from my studies by not doing anything academic related when it's weekend. Sunday is rest day too, a lazy day, to give my body and mind a rest. Believe me, you won't get behind so take that rest and let yourself relax and enjoy.
I guess, that's it, that's all. I don't know if you'll find this helpful. As I have told you, this is very common. Maybe you already know that. What I can really tell you now is to stop procrastination. It won't do us any good. It's okay to relax and chill but to procrastinate, a big no.
I hope that you guys are doing well with yohr studies regardless of the situation we are im right now. Don't forget to take a break!
Thanks for reading this far, take care! :)

Be A Risk Taker
**19 September 2021**
I know all of us have goals, have dreams, and we all want success. Because who wouldn't want that? Who wouldn't want to succeed in life?
But as we know too, success isn't an easy process. True, we can all be successful on our own way but no one succeed in an instant, on the first try. Success is a process and **the first process to reach success is failure.**
When we try to be successful we also are taking the risk of failure. But you know what, no matter how hurtful, disappointing and discouraging it is, failure is a part of the process. That's life. We will all fail and it's normal.
You know what's more terrifying than failure? *A big mistake you can do is to continually fear that you will make one.*
Babies doesn't learn how to walk and to run in an instant. Before they learn, they have to fall, they have to stumble. But even though they are experiencing that, they will continue to stand and try to walk again.
When learning how to ride a bike, it is very common to stumble. Actually most people I know learned to finally ride a bike after their first fall. And I'm one of those learners by the way.
Going back, the thing here is that since failure is the first step to success, we won't reach success if we don't risk about failing. So be a risk taker. Take the risk. *It's either you take the risk or you will lose the chance.*
Also, take note that ***as long as you are trying, you are winning***. And failure doesn't necessarily mean defeat, it is just a delay but never a defeat.
Well, maybe, it could be a defeat sometimes, but *defeat could also be installments of victory.* Our life is like a game but we have unlimited lives. We can lose on the first game, to second, third, fourth but we'll never know, maybe we could have our win on our fifth try? Because the more we are losing, we are learning something and we can use what we learned on our next try.
Treat every lose as an opportunity to improve and then go try again but this time, we are way better than before.
Another thing, note that we do not need to be perfect in achieving something. We can excel without being perfect and the pursuit to excellence is so much better than pursuit to perfection. *Because the pursuit to excellence is gratifying and healthy but the pursuit to perfection is frustrating, unproductive and wasteful.*
This may sound so cliche but do not be afraid to fail, to make mistakes, and when you do, use those failures as an opportunity to improve and to do better.
We can't elimimate the risk. We have to take the risk. It's part of life. Failure and success must seem like opposite, but they are actually both products of the same process.
With that, let me end this article by this quote from **H. Stanley Judd:**
`Don't be afraid to fail. Don't waste energy trying to cover up failure. If you're not failing, you're not growing.`
So hey there folks! I don't really know why I write this one. All I know is that I was reading a book and then I was suddenly inspired to write this one.
This is just so cliche but I'm still going to share it here. Because maybe, just maybe, someone is struggling in here right now with constant failure and such. Maybe few people might need this reminder thay failure is normal. Failure isn't defeat. Failure is part of the process and that you didn't have to be too hard on yourself just because you make mistake.
So I guess that's it. That's all. I feel like this is too dramatic but whatever. Thanks for reading this far. Take care! :)
Always worth it
**17 September 2021**
I don’t know if you already know this for I have already shared it here, countless of times, but let me repeat it again and again. Hehe
I am a block president, then last semester, I joined in a student organization, and just this academic year, I was once again elected to be part of our section’s council. By the way, this is not me bragging or ranting, this is just me opening up and sharing to you all what I passionately do here at outside world.
Juggling my time in fulfilling all my duties and responsibilities was never easy. This is tiring, I am always drained at the end of the day but the good things is that I was never burnt out, for I love this. I love what I do and this gives me a different kind of fulfillment that I can only found in here.
Yesterday, we have conducted our very first **virtual General Assembly** for the whole marketing section. And I must say that the whole event was a blast! I have experienced that before, on a face to face setting and that really brings me so much fun, but even in this kind of setting, we still manage to keep the event so much fun and alive.
**4.4k comments**, that was surely a lot! It was just streamed at Facebook live yet there is so much interaction. The comment section is exploding and there was no dull moment all throughout the event.
We have our host all the way from Silliman University, from Visayas who made such a huge contribution in making the event so lively. The interaction between our professors who treats us more than students, who treats us as their own child was just so heartwarming. And to hear something from our speaker who is also our alumna is just so encouraging. We also heard from our former dean who also studied the same course at us and that surely inspires me to do more.
And then there comes a last performance from our freshmen student and I just can’t believe it is possible that a single performance can make me cry! The freshmen students are just so creative and talented, they cover a song with their own lyrics as our photos from the university when there is still face to face classes are flashing on the screen.
The lyrics, the photos, the memories. I so missed everything. That was such an emotional for us juniors and seniors. It feels like it’s just yesterday when we were being welcomed at the university. We were once the freshies and now we are welcoming the freshmen students as Junior students.
Then, the event was done. I guess it is very much obvious from my words above that I really did enjoy our virtual general assembly.
And here comes the best part that gives me such great feeling of fulfillment.
Our organization was the host for the event, also, it was in collaboration with my council. So nice to be part of both council and organization who made that event possible. I mean, I was not really one among the organizers from our organization but still, so nice to know that I am part of that organization. And the council too! **2in1**, yeah.
After the endless paperworks working on the permit for the activity, preparing videos that will be played on the event, the tiring and stressing preparation, it’s all worth it once the event was done.
Actually, it’s still not done for I am assigned in sending the E-Certificate of Participation to at least 300 attendees and sending email to them one by one is really not that fun. Hehe
Still, all the efforts, all the stress, everything! It always paid off. **It’s always worth it**. And this is the fulfillment that I get from being active in an org and in a council. Never easy but fun. Always stressful but worth it.
I know this is a school stuff that not everyone can enjoy but I hope you can feel my excitement while you’re reading this. We all have our own stuffs from the outside world and I hope that you are also enjoying what you do, regardless of what it is.
May we all be able to find and do the things that we are passionate about and may we have so much fun doing it. No matter how hard or stressful is it, at the end of the day, may we all be able to see and appreciate its worth.
Thank you very much for reading this far. Take care! 😊

One step at a time
**16 September 2021**
Last July 9-25, we attended a 17 days **Cell Leaders' Training**, an international virtual conference from our church.
It was meant to call us to still make disciple and to make use of all available platforms even at this time of pandemic. Because as a Christian, as a follower of Christ, we are called to make disciple and to do ministry, just like how Jesus called the apostles.
Also, the main highlight of the conference is to be **the new testament church**, now!
By being the new testament church, as most of us know, new testament on the bible contains how Jesus lived here on earth. Therefore, being the new testament church means imitating the way how Jesus lived because we believe that Christ have set us a standard on how we should live, and that's His life and we should follow it.
We also remembered His great commission that can be found on **Matthew 28:18-20**
`And Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them inthe name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” ESV`
It was such a loud wake up call to all of us that this pandemic is not a reason to perform the great commission. To cut the story short, while in the middle of the conference, with the grace of God, we already started moving, we already started sharing the gospel so that it'll reach all the people.
My brother in law is always taking a walk around the market every morning looking for people whom he can share the gospel.
Also, we made a move to reach out to our neighbors and engage them to have a cell group, just a small bible study.
And praise God for entrusting us 3 households around the neighborhood. My sister is handling the women, my brother in law is teaching the guys, and I am handling the teenage girls.
At first, reaching out was hard. Specially that we have different religions. But just like what Jesus said on His great commission, that He will be with us always. So with God's promise and the confidence that it is the Holy Spirit that will speak for us, we decided to push through with sharing the gospel. After all, it is not the religion that we are offering but the relationship that they can have with God if they will only accept it.
And so, praise God for they have accepted us on their home and most importantly, they accepted Jesus as their Lord and savior.
Next step that we do is to have a follow up with them at least once a week so that their relationship with God would be established. It wasn't easy at first but with the grace of God, step by step, patienty teaching them, patiently catching their attention and patiently teaching thek everything, after more than 2 months of following them up regularly, we can see now that they are growing and their relationship with God is being established.
Actually, the other family has truly opened their lives, their house and their pockets for us by hosting the dinner last Tuesday, September 7.
It was so nice that after feeding our souls with God's word, there comes very good physical foods that satiates our stomach.
I was also blessed with the other family that we visited last Friday, September 10. God is just so amazing for His works can truly be seen in their lives as the members of the family boldly said their praise items and answered prayers. They shared how God was so good to them since they have accepted the gospel.
We are growing weekly too for they keep on inviting their other relatives to join the cell group and to know God more.
So really, it wasn't easy but with patience, prayer and God's reliance, we can now see some progress on the lives of these families. And I can't wait to see them grow more to God and I can't wair for them to be my co-workers in Christ.
It wasn't a one time process where we share the gospel and that they are already on their own. No, it doesn't work like that. We have invested our time and resources for them. They are hesitant at first, they welcomed us yes but there was still a gap so we have to fill that up. And thankfully, we succesfully made it. I just really can't wait to see all of them to go all out in Christ too.
As of now, we already teach them about reading the bible and doing their daily devotion so that they can also encounter God personally aside from their prayers. And it was nice seeing them really doing the word to have a better relationship with our Heavenly Father.
Praise God for their lives! Praise God for using our lives to bring the message of salvation to them. We continue to pray to reach more souls, to keep on making disiciples and to continue to do ministry.
I am just so blessed to be one of the workers of Christ. **Glory to God!**
Hey folks! Thanks for reading this far. And if in any case, you're still now aware of the gospel, here's it: **The Bridge of Life** https://read.cash/@immaryandmerry/the-bridge-of-life-68056e7f

Finally vaccinated! Covid19 Vaccination Journey
**15 September 2021**
Back then we're in the middle of pandemic, when vaccines were still being developed and still in the middle of clinical trial, we keep on praying for its availability and effectivity. And God is so good for giving us answered prayers by providing different kind of vaccines that is now available.
But then, there are just people, including my family who doubts the vaccine. There are so many news, I don't even know if it's real or fake, that is spreading on the internet. Both health organizations and medical practitioners are encouraging the people to get vaccinated but there are just many videos spreading that is bringing fear to the people and it's keeping them from being vaccinated. I can't blame the people though.
As for me, ever since vaccines were made available, I was sure I will be vaccinated. I am following some medical professionals on social media and they are really a big influence on my decision. I'm also fan of medical dramas so I am with the doctors, I am with the professionals, when they say it's safe, then I'll go for it. But of course, I also did my own research about the vaccine, how it works, its risks, its efficacy rate and many other things about the vaccine before I really made up my mind that when a vaccine is finally available, I'll go get it.
Though I have already decided, all of my family members are against the vaccine and they thought I share the same decision with them. When I told them that I'm okay with the vaccine, they won't just believe me. But they didn't dwell on my decision that much since the vaccine was still not available on our area back then.
Surprisingly, after few months, I don't know what's got into them that they finally decided to get vaccinated. They finally realized that this vaccine is an answered prayer and all together, we hold on to our faith that the vaccine will do no harm on our body.
Last ***September 13, Monday***, I woke up at 8am but still didn't get up. At around 9am, I received a phone call from my sister asking me if I want to be vaccinated. And I answered, "as in right now?", she said yes and so I said I'll go for it.
I was kind of surprised since we still don't have a schedule but turns out, there are still 5 slots left for the vaccine so we decided to grab it. I was kind of hesitant not because I doubt the vaccine but because I lack of sleep that day and I still haven't eat breakfast. Good thing though, my brother in law must have heard my silent whisper for we stopped by to a fast food restaurant and he buys food for us.
The Vaccination Site and Process
We arrived at the vaccination are at nearly 11am. The forms were handed to us and we immediately fill it up with our information then we fall in line.
**(1) Waiting Area**
This is where we fall in line. A line that is so long. LOL. There were hundreds of people ahead of us and it really takes time. And since lunch time is near, when there's only less than 5 people ahead of us, the staffs decided to take their lunch break first.
Cut off. So we waited again for less than an hour before the staffs resume with their work.
And by the way, the vaccine that is available that time is the CoronaVac or the Sinovac. All the information about the vaccine were printed on the form that is given to us, it was written in Filipino so that everyone can understand.
While waiting, I took that time to read the information about the vaccine. There was also a doctor who explains to us all the needed information about the vaccine that will be injected to us.
**(2) Registration**
Next step is registration and I was actually kind of worried in this part since I don't have any valid ID with me. But I looked at the DOH website and it says there that birth certificate is valid so I brought mine just in case. But I noticed that I was the only one who has paper with me, everyone have their ID. Why am I the only one who doesn't have valid ID? This sucks. I really want to get a valid ID but before you get one, you need a valid ID. It doesn't make sense right? Lol. I already applied for national ID but it has been past 3 months already and it hasn't arrived yet.
Going back, I noticed 2 people who seems to be in my age too and I saw them holding their student ID. So when it's already my turn, I tried handing in my student ID and gladly, they accepted it.
By the way, at this step, they look for our forms and they typed our information on the computer to register us of course before we proceed to the next step.
**(3) Medical Evaluation**
Part of the form is a checklist that contains questions to evaluate our health. There are doctors and other healthcare workers who asks us those question, they also took our blood pressure before finally signing on the paper for us to proceed to the next step.
**(4) Here comes the injection**
`I forgot the name of this step. hehe`
After being evaluated, we finally got the shot.
It doesn't really hurt. Honestly, the anti rabies vaccine stings even more. Lol
**(5) Observation**
After getting the vaccine, we were observed first for a few minutes to see how our body will respond to the vaccine. Or to see if we will have some negative reaction about the vaccine.
Before we go, the healthcare workers asks us first if we are having headache, dizziness and the likes and then she told us about the possible side effects and what to do if we experience any of those. And then after the short lecture, our next schedule for the 2nd dose of the vaccine was announced before they finally handed us our vaccination card.
After almost 3 hours, we're finally done with our first dose.
After Effects
Our bodies have different response for the vaccine but we are just so blessed for God has given us another answered prayer. We already claimed that we won't feel any side effects and so there is none.
After getting the vaccine, the area on my arms where the vaccine was injected kinda feels sore and heavy but it goes away after a few hours. Aside from that, I didn't feel anything weird on my body, and so as my sister and brother in law.
We didn't have headache, we didn't feel dizziness, and our arms are not even sore. Praise God for that indeed!
And so this is it for now people. How about you, what's your take on the vaccine? Are you already vaccinated? Are you waiting to be vaccinated? Are you still undecided? Or have you already decided not to get the vaccine?
I'm not forcing you to be vaccinated but I am encouraging you all to be vaccinated. If you're in doubt then do your own research but make sure it is based on facts and not just on some random fake news running around on the internet.
That's all. Thanks for reading this far. Take care everyone. :)
Woah. Just so it now and I was like woah! Heya @dziefem thank you for the sponsorship!
Heya daddy @meitanteikudo thanks much for the sponsorship! You the best. :)
Writer turned to speaker: from the back to the stage
**13 September 2021**
I was never the type to speak. I am the type to prefer to work at the back, the one behind the scene, the one running some errands. I would rather do all the works, the paperworks, all the activity permits than have a participation to be one of those who will stand on the stage and speak, or the one who will face the camera and speak.
I hate recitation, I don't like reporting, and I don't have any confidence at presenting. My thoughts are haywired. For some reason, I can speak so fluently at my mind, I can compose nice sentences on my mind but when I try to voice it out, different words will come out from my mouth. Unorganized thoughts that I don't even know if it's understandable.
That's why I prefer to work at the back, to be in charge with other things other than speaking. I don't have the courage. It's not obvious but I'm really shy. I prefer writing, I know I can write somehow, but speaking, oh, my knees are trembling.
Last week, I forgot the exact date but I'm sure it's just last week, one of my orgmate who happen to be one of the coordinators of our organization's first activity this semester messaged me and asked me to be one of the speakers for the said event.
And me, not having the word "no" on my vocabulary answered yes without even thinking. Or I did some thinking and I was really nervous but I just can't say no.
**The event.**
One thing that comforts me about the event is that this is not really a formal one. As you can see on the poster, this is just a *kamustahan* for the whole marketing section at our college but it's main purpose is to welcome and gave the freshmen an idea about what to expect on our course, our college, and for us to share some tips and experiences from the previous years of studying at the university.
This is actually not that big but I was just really nervous. Every block section from 2nd year, 3rd year and 4th year was asked to have a representative who will have a 10 minutes talk for the event to share their experiences to the freshmen student. And as the block president, we're the one to be the representative of our block since we have extra experience that we can share than the rest of the class.
In short, all of us who are speakers are all students and it's just a 10 minutes talk but the nervousness that I was feeling won't go away. As I've said, I am not really good at expressing my thoughts through speaking. But since I already said yes, then fine, let's get over it.
The event happened last September 11, Saturday. I was the 2nd speaker and the 1st speaker is from the 4th year, one of my Kuya whom I really look up to. He's wearing a formal attire and he even prepared his own powerpoint presentation, and I almost dig up the ground where I am that time so that I can hide when it's already my turn.
He left such great impact that I didn't know how to follow that. I mean, I'm just me, I don't even know what I am going to say.
But here comes my turn and unexpectedly, words just seem to come out naturally on my mouth. Surprisingly, I managed to speak so clearly, naturally and most importantly, though it's not that organized, it's understandable and the whole 10 minutes talk goes smoothly. I feel like I'm not breathing while speaking but thankfully, my nervousness is not that obvious in the video.
And by the way, did I tell you that the talk is at zoom cloud meetings and we are also steaming live of facebook so that's another factor that adds up to my nervousness. I am just so glad right now that I managed to pull it off.
This is another thing that I made me so proud of myself for I was able to go out of my comfort zone.
The support and the feedback I got from my orgmates, blockmates, participants and other speakers are just so encouraging.
I know I still lack in many ways and if you'll ask me now, I still don't like speaking. But what happened the last time was surely a great and unforgettable experience for me.
Not a big deal, really. Just a casual 10 minutes talk but still, I made it, I did it. I'm looking forward to facing more things that will make me go out of my comfort zone.
And hey to you that is reading this, there are times that we will be forced to go out of our comfort zone, it's scary, yes. But trust me, it is worth the experience, it is worth the try. Just try and be surprised on how you can be able to pull off that certain thing.
Thanks for reading this far. I really enjoyed writing this one, words come out naturally from my mind and my fingers seems to have life on its own that it just started typing all these words that you have read and are reading.
How about you? Are there instances that you was forced to go out of your comfort zone? Mind to share it on the comment section?
:)
One mistake is all it takes
**11 September 2021**
9×1=9
9×2=18
9×3=27
9×4=36
9×5=45
9×6=54
9×7=63
9×8=72
9×9=81
9×10=91
***What have you noticed?***
If you noticed I was wrong at the last part, maybe you'll need these words.
Out of 10 items, there's only one thing that is wrong. In relation to real life, it is so easy for us people to point out mistakes without even acknowledging all the right ones or the good things.
We tend to overlook the good things and just focus our attention on the wrong ones, on the mistakes. And that's not a good attitude.
As humans, we're phrone to making mistakes so let's give ourselves and others a room to make mistake and before we point out the negative things, let's not forget to acknowledge the good thing that they have done.
**Always see the good side in everything.**
We are allowed to makes mistakes but that doesn't mean that we can't correct it.
Me, saying 9×10=91 doesn't mean that I don't really know the right answer. There's a lot of reason why we can make mistakes.
Maybe it's just a typographical error, maybe I just overlooked it, maybe I'm just so tired and sleepy already that I unknowingly made a mistake. Maybe I did it on purpose to knock some sense to all of us.
Making mistakes doesn't make us dumb. Making mistakes is part of life. Our mistakes doesn't define us.
At the end of the day, what's important is that we learned from those mistakes and that we won't be able to do it again because the next time we're in the situation like before, we already learned our lesson and we are smarter enough not to repeat the same mistakes.
What I'm saying is that we shouldn't judge someone just because of his mistake. It doesn't work that way. What we can do is to tell it to them, give them room for improvement and allow them to correct it.
Let's not be someone who's blind about the good and when it's bad, from having 500 eye grade, our vision suddenly comes back to 20/20.
It's just one mistake and it doesn't show the whole picture.
As I end this, let me say these words again:
• **You are human**
**• You're allowed to make mistakes**
**• Don't be too hard on yourself**
**• Give youself a room for mistakes**
**• Give yourself a room for improvement**
**• Appreciate the good things first**
**• Focus on the good things**
**• Acknowledge the good things**
**• Know that mistakes cannot be undone but we can definitely do better on the next time.**
There's a lot more that I can say but I'm sure you already get the thought. So go on people, stay postive, get your focus on the good side. It is nice to notice and point out mistakes only when our intention is to improve and not to laugh about others people mistakes.
As I finally end this, let me correct my previous mistake.
Let me say that maybe I'm just really sleepy that I overlooked it. But good thing, I reread it again before I post it and then I saw that 9×10=90 and not 91.
You see, I did made a mistake but on the next try, I was able to finally correct it. And that's because a mistake doesn't have to remain as mistake forever. We have our whole lifetime to make mistake, to learn and to improve.
My 11 year old niece told me about this math thing earlier and it makes a lot of sense. I thought that this is something that is worth sharing so here you go. I hope that we all learned something from this.
I was just about to post it on my noise.cash account but I realized that I can make it a little longer and turned it into a full article. Hopefully, it's long enough for me to share all my thoughts about this certain thing.
Thanks for reading this far. Spread positivity, goodness and kindness. Take care!

Encourage and be encouraged! Let's lift up one another. :)

Is yellow the most beautiful color?
Familiar noises, familiar faces.
Greetings here, catch up there. The excitement can be heard from their voices as they finally see each other again after quite a long time. It's the time of the year, it's the time for the annual family gathering that the whole clan is always looking forward to every time.
*"Hey Luke, come here! Your great grandpa is looking for you."*
*"Hey, Luke! Looking good. I heard you're doing well on your studies."*
*"Hey Luke! You look thin. Are you stressed with your studies? You should drink vitamins."*
*"Hey Luke! Your grandpa is so proud of you. I heard you did well on the business presentation and you didn't even prepared for that."*
*"Hey Luke"*
*"Hey Luke"*
*"Hey Luke"*
My cousin, the favorite one, finally arrived. I don't even know who's speaking anymore. My dad, my aunts, my uncles, all of them have their attention focused on Luke. I bet they don't even know the right words to say just to give him praises.
I'm fine with it, I can take it. I'm just there sitting on the corner without any company. No one wants to be acquainted with me huh? Who would like the black sheep anyway? So I just stayed quiet in there while listening to their praises for Luke the great.
*"Luke! I heard about your presentation. You're so good even without preparation, unlike Jake who's all prepared but backed out on the last minute. What a shame."* Ouch. That's my dad talking.
*"Why are you taking architecture by the way? Didn't you want to handle the business? We can't trust that to Jake."* Another uncle talking.
*"Looking good Luke! I heard you have such good grades. Unlike your cousin Jake who always have subjects behind."* My other aunt says.
*"You're so good, unlike Jake"*
*"You can really do great on our business, unlike Jake"*
*"You have bright future ahead of you, unlike Jake"*
*"...unlike Jake"*
And that's my cue to plug in my earphones. Earlier, I can take it. I have no objection about their praises for Luke but this is the one that I really can't take. I understand that he's really great but the comparison? Why do they need to drag me down so that they can pull Luke on high?
I know Luke isn't the problem here but I just can't help it but hate him. Am I that bad? Am I not their family? Why do they have to treat me this way?
It's true I'm the family's black sheep. And the more that they do this to me, the more that I want to rebel against them. It annoys them and that makes me happy. So I spend my days annoying them just to catch their attention. Just to have a title in the family. At least by doing this I'm proving them right, right? I'm just doing them a favor so that they'll be right about what they think about me. That I'm nothing, very unlikely to Luke. Even my own dad is ashamed of me.
So I keep living like that. I spend my life like that. I cut classes, I drink, I smoke, I involved myself with worthless fight. Every semester, I'll choose one subject that I'll fail so that I can retake it the next year, just to annoy them.
I'm living my life without direction, just like what they thought about me. Are they happy now that I proved them right?
But then, we had this one subject which I decided to fail this semester. I'm going to class late and I'm not doing the requirements but this annoying professor of ours requires us to do every activities by pair.
My partner then approached me but I ignored her. I told her that she could do it alone and if she doesn't want to include my name on the activity, then don't. The professor already dismissed the class so I immediately go out but I was surprised when a shoe hit my head. I look back to find the culprit only to see my partner glaring at me.
She was so mad that I can almost see smoke coming out from her nose.
*"hey hey, mister. Where do you think you're going?"*
*"out?"*
*"Didn't you hear Prof to do it by pair?"*
*"Didn't you hear me told you to just do it alone?"*
*"Are you dumb? Prof says it should be by pair. Of course I can do it alone but prof won't accept it."*
*"That's not my problem."* I said and then turned my back against her to start walking again.
I'm just about to take my third step when a hand grab my arm forcefully making me face whoever it is. And then I saw her, gritting her teeth because of too much anger.
*"You know what, if you want to fail then don't drag me down with you. If you can afford to fail and pay for the tuition fee, well I can't. I won't force you to do it with me if not needed. Please, cooperate. I am only studying here because of my scholarship, I have a grade to maintain. And if I failed this one, I couldn't afford to pay for this subject so that I can retake it."*
And then it hit me. I know exactly how it feels to be drag down. I may be a good for nothing guy that my family thinks but I'm not someone who drag people down. So from then on, I just found myself going to class on time and doing my part on our every activity.
Little by little we become closer until I just found myself opening myself to her about my family issues.
We were doing an activity and she doesn't get the case so I explained it to her and she was so impressed on how were I able to get that easily.
*"You're a genius! How did you get that so fast?"* she asked so amazed.
*"I'm a natural, babe. Really, I'm a genius."* I replied to her boastfully and playfully.
*"Then why are your grades like that? Why do you have behind subjects? Why act like that?"*
*"Because that's what my family thinks of me. Whatever I do to prove them wrong, they won't acknowledge. So I just decided to give them a favor and prove them right. I'm good for nothing? So am I."* I blurted out before I can even watch out for my words. I don't really share this side of me. I don't want their pity, I don't want her pity.
*"If I say yellow is the most beautiful color, am I telling the truth? Is it really the most beautiful color?"*
*"huh?"* I was really surprised with her sudden response. But before I can even speak again, she added more things that surely makes sense to me.
*"No, right? Just because I said yellow is the most beautiful color that doesn't mean that it's right. It's merely an opinion and an opinion of one or two person isn't the general truth."*
*"All of those that they are saying are just mere opinion and there is no proof that can attest that it's true. You don't have to prove yourself to other people because they will just think what they want to think. They will just say what they want to say."*
*"You are just wasting you time for the wrong things. Stop it. Stop proving to them if they are wrong or right. Start proving to yourself that you're the one that is right."*
I was left speechless.
Her every words are like freezing cold water that was pour on me while I was sleeping that it made me so awake.
So I started fixing my life. I started proving myself to me... and to her.
I like her. She gave my life a direction. And my current state doesn't deserve her. She deserve better so I'll be better.
I started to not mind my family. I stopped proving myself to them. I muted their voices on my head. There's nothing that they can say that can affect me. I just found my direction and my aim is clear. There is nothing that they can do that will make me lose my focus to my goal.
I was so determined and that same determination put me to the place where I am now.
Standing at the end of the aisle, waiting for what seems like forever for her to finally reach me. She's the most beautiful woman I've ever seen. The one who gives light to my dark path so that I can see my direction clearly.
The one who made me change for the better. The one who makes me see my worth. The very same person and the very same reason why I decided to change to make myself worthy of her because she is the best and she also deserves the best.
Now, I can finally say that I'm worthy of her.
I'm already the CEO of our company, my cousin Luke pursue architecture so the company was left to me. At first, all my relatives are against the idea of letting me lead it. But eventually, they have seen my potential without me trying to please them.
I finally heard them say praises to me now that I stopped craving for it. I have no more hard feelings for them and we're all in good terms. I feel so successful and now that she was finally declared as my wife, I feel so complete.
I am doing well on my job, I am in good terms with my family and relatives and now, I can finally call this wonderful woman beside me, my wife. My heart is so full and I couldn't be any happier.
*Through the years I realized that we really don't have to please everybody. We can try all we want but we can never be successful on pleasing everybody because no matter what we do, their minds will work on their own condition and it'll think what it wants to think.*
*We should stop investing our time and energy trying to prove our worth to the people around us. Be better for your own self, that's the key for a happy life.*
*"It's a rough journey for me but look where I am now. Just never ever let the opinion of others consume you. Just be you, you don't have to prove anything to anybody. All you have to do is to prove to yourself that you can and then all the good things will follow. Automatically."* I smiled as I said those last words of mine to end the interview for a magazine about the secrets on how to become successful.
Looking back to what I am before, I didn't imagine that I'll be able to turn out just fine like this. Thank God, He gave me her. Thank God for waking me up through her. If not for that freezing cold water that woke me up, I wouldn't feel the contentment that I am feeling right now.
---END---
Hey there folks! I honestly don't have any idea how I was able to write this. I just let my fingers to type and it goes on like this. I don't have any idea about what to write earlier and then tada, here's the result of my fingers non stop typing for more than an hour.
I'm nervous about this. Stories are not my forte but let me know about your feedback about it. And I hope that the message I want to share was clearly delivered through the story.
Thanks for reading this far. Take care! :)

Kindness Works Like A Boomerang
**08 September 2021**
I was reading a book earlier and this one about being a little kinder that what you have to be caught my attention. Just the title itself is self explanatory so I won't dig to it any further.
Now, let us focus on how kindness works like a boomerang.
I am so guilty about being unproductive these past days but I guess, it's not so bad at all. I have been spending my time watching random videos at facebook and there's one video related to kindness working like a boomerang caught my full attention, even my emotion. I tried looking for the video again right at this moment but I can't find it anymore.
Going back, as to what boomerang does, it causes a chain reaction that will pass on from person to another person until it came back to the original person where it came from. And that's exactly how kindness works.
We will never know how our kindness will affect the recipient of it. We will never know how far will our kindness go. Few videos I watched includes a person who helps someone in need and after a long time, when the person who receives help sees another person who is in need of help, he didn't hesitate to help the one in need without expecting anything in return.
And then at the end, I found out that the first receiver of kindness happened to help the child of the one who helps him back then when he's still the one in need. Indeed, kindness has its boomerang effects.
***So, help! Show kindness! Spread kindness!***
Help without expecting anything in return. Help knowing that you are making an impact to the life of that person whom you are helping. Help knowing that the chain won't just end in the one you have helped, for sure they will also help, then the one whom they helped will help and so on and so forth until the kindness you've shown will come back to you. Maybe not from the same person you helped, but surely, more blessings will come unto you.
I can't find the exact video I have watched but here's a video that exactly portrays boomerang kindness. It was a video from 10 years ago already but still, no matter how many times I have watched this, the effect is still the same for me.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nwAYpLVyeFU
Since boomerang involves going back, I don't necessarily mean that you should help so that the kindness you've shown will come back to you. I guess what I'm saying is that your little act of kindness can reach a lot of people that you couldn't even imagine. With our small act of kindness, assuming that the it'll produce a chain reaction, we can reach a lot of people without us even knowing.
Your simple act could make a difference. Show kindness and let it work like a boomerang.
**Be a little kinder than you have to be**
What saddening here is that no matter how easy it is to show kindness, it is just so hard from others to do it. So if we can, let us be a little kinder than necessary. Let us be extra kinder than we have to be.
The person who sows seeds of kindness will enjoy a perpetual harvest. Be kind and start sowing now!
Let me end this article with a poem from **Henry Burton;**
`Have you had a kindness shown?`
`Pass it on.`
`'Twas not given for thee alone,`
`Pass it on.`
`Let it travel down the years,`
`Let it wipe another's tears,`
`Till in heaven the deed appears--`
`Pass it on.`
Hi there. Thank you for reading this far. Let's pass on kindness and with our little act, let's make this world a better place. I hope you enjoyed reading this one. Feel free to share your thoughts at the comment section below. :)

Hey September, can we get along well?
**05 September 2021**
Hey folks! Yes, you're not wrong, welcome to another goal setting of mine.
First things first, I want to congratulate everyone for the past August. Also, I want to wish everyone good luck on this month in achieving our every goals. I know most of you are not new to this already, for some maybe they'll think that this is something like a trend or whatever but as for me, goals are meant to be my guide.
I do have goals daily, my to-do list can prove that. And the thing with having goals is that it can really give me direction. It's a target, and seeing the target helps me to aim for it better.
I see most of the population here have already posted their goals, but since it's still the first week of the month, I guess I'm not yet too late on posting mine today.
**(1) Published at least 15 articles**
Last month, I was only able to produce 11 articles since I was busy. This month, I still am busy with my studies but I'd like to give myself a challenge. I actually want to make it 20 but I thought it'll be more than a challenge for me. I mean, yes, I do like the challenge but I don't want too much pressure. There's a lot of things that I need to prioritize first.
There are no schedules on when I will write or publish. I just want to write at my own pace but I did set a limit on how many article will I have to produce because I don't want to lose the will to write when I stopped for a long time. It's hard. Been there and I don't want it to happen again.
Honestly, I'm still having a hard time right now. Whenever I am taking a break, my writer self seems to be stay on break for a long time so I have to get used to writing again. So, apologies for this output for now. Don't worry, I'll make sure to produce better content on the next time.
**(2) Read at least 3 articles a day**
I'm not proud with this one. This used to be at least 10 but my time won't really permit me to do that anymore regularly. So let me start with 3 for now. I thought about this a lot of time and I think this is better than setting a higher goal which I know I can't achieve.
And this is not me being negative, this is just me being realistic. This is also not me relaying the message to not set high goals, I just really want to accomplish something so I'm setting a lower goal.
It's been months since I achieved all my goals, I'm really hoping that I will finally able to achieve everything this month so I'm avoiding the thing that I think is impossible for now.
**(3) Sponsorship**
I offer and offer sponsorship and then I didn't notice that they are so many already. Not that many many but still, I'm telling you, it's many. Honestly, I haven't checked yet if all of them are still active so I'll make it a goal this month to finally see to it.
As much as I don't like it, I think I have to stop sponsoring those inactive ones. But to make up with that, I'll allot a budget for me to increase my sponsorship payment because they deserve more! If only I can afford it, I will really increase the payment for everyone.
Also, I'm looking for new users whom I will sponsor but this will depend on my reading activity since only in that way that I will know and discover them.
I really don't know where to get funds but I do love sponsoring, not just for the ads but I really do want to support them even though it's just a small amount. I really do hope that through sponsorship, my message to them that I believe in them will be clearly delivered.
**(4) Post at least 3x a day at noise.cash**
Maybe it'll be a morning post wherein I will say my daily reminder. That's just me saying some encouraging stuffs, but usually, it's the verse of the day coming from the bible of course. That's for morning because I believe that the day we'll face will be long so we really need such reminders for us to get through the whole day.
2nd post will be just random, depends on my mood. Maybe I'll just share update about myself and whatever it is under the sun or the moon.
3rd, that will lead me to my next goal which is about my channel at **noise.cash** https://noise.cash/u/immaryandmerry
**(5) Post a daily dose of encouragement**
If you still don't know, I have this channel named '**Daily Dose of Encouragement**' at noise.cash. As the name of the channel implies, I should be posting on it daily but sad to say, I may have abandoned it for the past months since it was made. https://noise.cash/c/daily-dose-of-encouragement-kx1p4k91
But this month, I want to start a new. Actually, I already started 2 days ago and I plan to do it daily, even just for once a day.
By the way, just click the link and up there and that will direct you to the channel. Feel free to subscribe and you are also free to share some words of encouragement coming from you there. Even a simple encouragement to smile is welcome in there.
**(6) Spot trading**
7 months exposed to the cryptoverse and I still don't know much about crypto but I think I know enough. At least for me, it's enough. I know I still have a lot of things to discover.
As for spot trading, I learned it months ago though I only know how to do it at Binance. So, going back, I learned it, tried doing it, earned some, lost more. LOL. Then I became busy so I wasn't able to focus on it.
I checked the last time and I still have at least $100 to spare on my binance wallet. Maybe I'll give it a try this month to do spot trading from time to time. Even for just small amount because profit is still a profit.
I'm also thinking ways on how I can make my money grow and I can't think of anything so why not try this one. I can earn and lose some but as long as I'm learning, all the losses are worth it. But of course, let's avoid the losing part. Haha
**(7) Spread Bitcoin Cash Awareness**
I'm not really fan on using social media, I rarely post about updates about me on my other social media accounts but I think it's high time to use the available platform in helping to spread the BCH awareness.
For this goal, I actually plan to post about read.cash and noise.cash on my facebook account since I sometimes post a screenshot of my article on my facebook stories and I noticed that there are people whoa re getting curious with it and I'm also betting that there's a lot of interested people but they are just too shy to ask.
So I'll post the basic then I'll also publish a more detailed article so that I can put the link on my facebook post so that if they are shy to ask, then just read the article. And maybe the detailed article can also help me and some users big time.
I don't know if you can relate but it is really a struggle whenever I'm inviting someone at read.cash or noise.cash because I have to assist them from explaining how the site works, creating their account, setting up their wallets and endless follow up questions and as for the ending, they won't even continue on using the platform. Efforts are wasted, tada. So maybe the article can save me some time and effort. What do you think?
**(8) Christmas Wallet**
This is originally my $1 Daily Goal wallet but since it's already ber months, it's the Christmas season so I decided to start saving for Christmas. We have a big family and I plan to give gifts to everyone so if I want to make that possible, then I should make an action now.
I plan to deposit at least $2 on it daily, funds will be coming from my read.cash or noise.cash wallet depending on which wallet have the needed fund at the end of the day. But the goal is to save at least $2 daily, maybe if I got more on a specific day I will save more.
Now, I'm really looking forward for Christmas already!
**(9) Earnings**
As usual, I actually have no earning goals. I want to reset my mind to not expect anything at all on my every articles. Whatever amount I will got, I will be thankful and grateful for that.
But of course, I hope to earn big this month becasue who doesn't like money? Hmm
There you go folks! 9 goals for the 9th month of this year. Technically, it's just 8 goals though. I kind of just cheated with the 9th goal because I want it to be 9. Haha
Anyways, for these goals, my wallets and my own calendar are now ready! I already transferred the amounts and had it back to zero. As for the calendar, it's just black and white for now but I can't wait to make this so colorful as I make progress on this whole month.
So I guess that's it. Sorry for my long ramblings. I just really want to be detailed on every goal. Thanks for reading folks. Let's continue to thrive for our goals. Smile always, stay positive. All the best! :)
August, you fly so fast!
**01 September 2021**
It's already the beginning of the month and this is supposed to be the time for another goal setting but there has been a delay on my part so let me share my August report first then we'll get to the new goals once this is done.
Honestly, I have been too busy this month that I already lost track of time. That's also the reason for this article's title since I literally feel that August did fly, so fast. It was like it's just yesterday when I was typing my goals then it's now the time to see if those goals we're achieved or not.
I don't want to delay you any further, so here's it.
I only have **3 simple goals last August** and here they are: https://read.cash/@immaryandmerry/keeping-the-grind-this-august-9e658618
**Published at least 3 articles per week**
**Increase reading activity, read as much as I can**
**Make a lot of noise**
To make this fast and short, no matter how simple these goals are, sad to say but **I wasn't able to achieve any of it.**
As I've said, I have been too busy and there's really a lot of happenings for me last month. **1st** week, I welcomed August being sick. I had a flu and because of that I have to rest for a bit, for a week specifically. So that's already too much time as you can see.
**2nd** week of August, I tried being active again but on the third week, here comes the classes. Being the block president comes with a lot of responsibilities. We have some trouble on our enrollment process and I have to step up and take charge of it. So following up daily took lot of my time.
**3rd** week and classes has officially started. Org responsibilities comes with it. We have an upcoming event at the org and I happened to be the activity head so hello paper works for me. Activity permits, letters, proposal almost buried me alive. LOL
**4th** week, same same. Academics, Org, Council, and since I'm staying at home, household chores is also waiting for me. I always try to include read.cash on my to-do list but it's always on the last and by the time that I should do it next, I already ran out of energy.
But of course, I'm not all negative about it. I'm the type of person who focuses more on the positive things so now that I already told you about the negative, let's get to the ***good side***!
Last month, I was able to publish **11 articles**. Goals was to publish at least 3 times a week but that didn't happen. Good thing is, I have an article every week. And 11 isn't bad after all. It's more than 10 and it's already good enough for me.
As for the **noise.cash**, my goal there is to make a lot of noise and I really tried my hardest to do that. I still post regularly whenever I have spare time. And on the last week of August, I was really active in there, and just so you know, active for me means **posting at least 3x a day**. haha https://noise.cash/u/immaryandmerry
Sad to day, I wasn't able to read as much as I can. Time didn't allow me. I know I have missed lots of good articles but the good thing here is that we are beginning another month and that's another chance to plot goals and achieve it.
Another good thing that happened to me this month is that finally, I was able to buy a phone. A **BCH Phone**, yes! I had to convert 0.6BCH for it, it hurts, not me but my wallet, but it's okay I think. It's worth it.
So I must say that despite busy schedule and despite lots of circumstances, August didn't fail to fly me so high. And here comes the most awaited part which is the **earnings.**
**read.cash** - **$123.24** or **0.195 301 69 BCH**
**noise.cash** - **$41.47** or **0.105 604 29 BCH**
****TOTAL**** **=** ****$164.92**** **or** ****0.260 905 98 BCH****
This did not reach even the half of what I got from last month but I am still grateful to earn this amount despite being unproductive. I must say that I really did fly high last August and I can say that it was really a productive month for me. Maybe not in here but on real life.
Life is good. I'm swimming with tasks but I'll never let myself get drown. I'm also making sure to only put things that I can chew on my plate so that I will not choke. I truly missed you all. It has been a great month and I want to congratulate all of us for doing so well on our own pace. I might not be able to read every articles of yours for your monthly report, but I know you did well. Goals achieved or not, great job!
Thank you for reading this far. Let me end this with, ***"well done, August. Welcome, September!".*** Let's face a new month with a lot of excitement, it's time for new goals, it's another chance to work hard, and it's another month to enjoy. Let's all see what September can offer to us.
Once again, thanks for reading. Take care! :)

The Bridge of Life
Hey folks! It's been a while. I have been busy the past week but I can't and I won't missed the end of the month.
Actually, initial plan was to publish my devotion series last night then tonight was supposed to be my monthly report but I was too tired last night so devotion series comes first. Monthly report can wait until tomorrow.
Anyways, I missed you all. This one I am writing right now is really important so I hope that you'll read it until the end.
As I was saying, this is for my devotion series. I've read the continuation of the book of Exodus this month and up to the 14th chapter of Leviticus but all of those are mostly just about God's laws on the old testaments. We don't apply most of them at this present time but if there's one thing I can share to you about those is that God's commandment is sacred and the punishment for breaking it is severe. God truly wants to save us all but remember that He is also a just God and at the end of this life, we will all face judgment.
Going back, for this month, I won't be posting my usual summary about the chapters or about the books I've read. This article is about sharing the gospel and hopefully, I can deliver it to you through this article.
I have 2 big news for you. A good news and a bad news. But before we proceed to what it is, let me tell you this about this truth.
**TRUTH**: God has given us the privelege to have a realationship with Him.
Back then, during Adam and Eve's time, they can go directly to God. They can talk to Him directly, and they can ask Him anything directly.
But here comes the **bad news**...
Our relationship with God has broken. We were separeted from Him and that's because of our sins. Adam and Eve sinned against Him by eating the forbidden fruit, and for that reason, they were separated from God.
And the same thing is happening until now, we are still sinners.
***Isaiah 59:2*** says that our inequities have separated us from God.
***Romans 3:23*** says that all of us have sinned and we fall short of the glory of God.
And the more saddening and terrifying news is written on ***Romans 6:23*** wherein it says that **the wages of sin is death.**
No one would want that righy? So the people look for ways on how they can save themselves and some of those ways are:
Good works
Education
Religion
But all of those, even combined, is not enough for us to escape judgment.
As ***Hebrews 9:27*** says, just as man is destined to die once and then to face judgment.
But God is so good and merciful that He gave us this **good news**...
Human ways might not be enough and so God has given us His own remedy, and that's the cross.
How great is our God for sending his own Son just to save us, people, who are unworthy of His love.
***John 3:16***
`For God so loved the world that He gave is only begotten son that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have an eternal life.`
***John 14:6***
`Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father excepth through Him.`
**God has given us an eternal life through His Son, Jesus Christ**.
Now, the decision is yours.
**Revelation 3:20 ESV**
`Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and eat with him, and he with me.`
The door that Jesus is pertaining to on that verse is your heart. He is knocking at your heart and it is your decision if you will allow Him to enter and be the center of your heart and of your life. Choice is all yours.
**If you decided to open the door for Him, here's what you have to do:**
Accept that you are a sinner.
Repent on your sins and ask for forgiveness.
Believe that Jesus Christ died and rose again to save you from your sins.
Accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior.
Lastly, pray. Pray the **prayer of acceptance**, saying all the 4 things I have mentioned above.
Here's a sample prayer, you can also use this but make sure that you say this prayer from your heart.
Heavenly Father, I admit that I am a sinner. Forgive me for I have sinned against you. I believe that you died for me and you rose again to save me. Lord Jesus, I am opening my heart as I accept you as my Lord and Savior. In Jesus name, Amen.
For better visualization, here's a less than 3 minutes video about the **gospel representation.**

Thank you so much for reading this one. I hope that you have accepted Jesus as your Lord and Savior too.
God bless you all. Glory all to God!

My latest article was a week ago. That's the longest time I didn't published anythimg for the past 7 months. I'm trying to write, I'm actually putting it on my to do list but it's usually at the end of the list, the last to my task and I am just so tired already when the only task left to do is to write.
I'm really trying but the real world keeps on pulling me. But today is the end of the month and I wouldn't missed this! As others are posting their montly report (like I should too), I'll be trying to write first my devotion series the I'll just write the monthly report tomorrow.
On the 2nd of September, that's when I'll post new goals. Hopefully, this 3 days of straight writing will work for me. And I hope to be back on grinding as we begin another month.
Wish me luck people! Haha.
Anyways, nice to be back. I so miss spending lots of time in here. Hope that my readers are still here. Aww :(
Great job this month! Cheers to another month. :)
Month 7: ft. the Noiseristificationism
Today marks my **7th month** of being here and this calls for a celebration! LOL, just kidding. Like what I always do, here's another article to share my every journey on this platform. And for this month, I would like to feature this group that is very dear to me, the **#Noiseristificationism** family.
Back on my early days, I'm not really sure if it was the last week of January or early February when I was added on this **telegram group chat**. It was a group chat made by **carisdaneym2** and for more information about the group, here's what she posted about it.
As to what she said, we already have 100 members. We really are growing! I remember that when I was added in here, I was the 13th member *(just my guess. Lol)*. Then we became 20, 30, 40, 50 and now, **a hundred.**
It's a support group wherein we can plug our posts and articles but more than that, it's a place where there's a lot of amazing people who really get along well with each other. It's more than a place where you just drop you article and ask for support, it's a place where you can stay and be comfortable. It's all about a relationship, friendship, and family. Usually, the new members are also newbies at **read.cash** and **noise.cash**, users who wants to improve, who wants to make more engagement and who wants to build a camaraderie.
Yes, it is a support group but we don't want to cheat the system. We want to support each other but not to the point that we will become spammers. To make sure that we are not being one, we have this **set of rules** on the group chat.
**Noiseristificationism** has truly a big part of my journey both here and at noise.cash. I have met a lot of amazing people and such good virtual friends in here. It's also nice to communicate to them on a daily basis and to just talk about random things. The idea of having a lot of people at your back who supports you and guide you is also so great in the feeling.
Big shoutout to these users whom I interact the most, @carisdaneym2 , @Ruffa, @kli4d, @dziefem, @ExpertWritter, @Sequoia, @kingofreview, @Maestro02, @WanderingMedStudent, @Eunoia, @meitanteikudo, @Meyzee, @emily2u, @Just1dood, @francescawrites, @Carewind, @mommykim, @OfficialGamboaLikeUs, @Corpsekunno, @imanagrcltrst and to the remaining 80 members.
Hey fam! I can't mention you all for we really are a lot but you guys know who you are and I am just so grateful to be able to get to know you and to meet all of you. You rock!
**Sorry for the tag, I hope you don't mind. hehe*
For the family's continuous growth, we recently created our own channel at noise.cash wherein she also launched our activity "**Noise with a Twist**" to make the channel more fun and interactive.
As you see, daily, there are different topics that we should be posting. And last Thursday, this activity has just began and I can't contain my happiness for seeing a lot of users who joined the activity and what more touching is how they genuinely shared their throwback experiences at both read.cash and noise.cash.
Hopefully, we can make more activities on the next few days, weeks or months.
I am so excited about this channel's future activities and I am also looking forward for the family's continuous growth.
Once again, to the whole **#Noiseristificationism family,** you guys are amazing!
And hey to you that is reading this, if this caught your attention and interest, I would like to welcome you in our growing family.
Click this to join our telegram group chat --> **Welcome aboard!** https://t.me/joinchat/0ZRbQPqSH6o2YjZl

Lastly, I would like to thank and give credits to @carisdaneym2. Lodicakes!
Stuffs about the fam and the channel are screenshot of her post at our channel. Channel's logo which I attach in here and the one I use for my lead image is also from her.
Thank you for reading this far. It was a great 7 months of experience for me so far and I really do hope to meet more people, to be friends with more people and to improve more.
On the past 7 months, I have experienced to feel lost, demotivated and so many things. I still remember the very first upvote I receive, the very first article I published, my very first article the Rusty noticed. I also experienced being heart broken and rejected by Rusty. I had a lot of first time experience in here. LOL. There's still a lot that I want to share to you but I'm afraid it'll took me forever before I can even finish this. This is it for now, cheers to more months with read.cash!
Take care y'all. :)

The Compassionate Family
This is a story about this family I know that shows true compassion to those who are in need.
She is Curacha (not her real name, of course.) Actually, I have already written an article about her before but that was about her success story. Read it here --> **CURACHA: A Success Story****.** This time, I will just share her compassionate side. https://read.cash/@immaryandmerry/curacha-a-success-story-b96c845d
She came from a failed marriage. Her husband was physically abusing her, he is also an alcoholic and he's into cockfight. The typical abusive husband that we see on dramas. They have 5 children but she decided to be brave enough to go out of that marriage. That results to her being separated from her other children.
On her success story, I shared that she was able to find another partner and together, they have established a business. Eventually, she was also able to put all her children in her custody and send them to school.
Her story is such a inspiration to me no matter how many times I have heard about it. But what made me look up more into her is her compassion.
So after she was separated from her husband, her husband also found another partner and he had 5 children with her second wife. Unfortunately, his second wife died when their kids are still so young. At that time, he's still like before who loves alcohol and cockfight. The kids are the most affected back then, they lost their mother and they have an irresponsible father.
*And here comes the story of how compassionate she is.*
By that time, her business was already established and she is living a comfortable life. With his son's idea, they decided to ask the first born of her ex-husband on his second wife to live with her. She provides for the child's need and send him to school. When the first born already graduated, she then get the second child and also send him to school. And then same thing happened again, after the other one graduated she will get another one to send to school.
I don't know if you're getting my point here but I am just so amazed how good is her heart to do that. Until now I can see his fear at the mention of his ex-husband's name probably because of the physical abused she experienced on his hands. They don't talk anymore with each other but she cared for his children that she even provided for them.
It's not her responsibility and it's not her business but still, she did it. Well, actually, it was his son's idea who is also my brother in law. Both of them are so compassionate and I have witnessed all those through the years.
The reason why we are so many at home is that there is also so many of us who are living with them. It's not just her ex-husband's children that she helped, everytime another one graduates, they will always get another relative whom they will support.
And mind you, I'm currently living with them and they are also the very reason why I am able to go to school. I feel like I'm their adopted child. LOL.
And then during the pandemic, we have 3 churchmates who weren't able to go home on their respective provinces so Kuya, my brother in law invited them to live with us instead so that they won't have to spend for their living expenses.
Our home is just always open for everyone. I'm so used to having visitors who will sleepover or live with us for a while. (*It's just annoying sometimes because there are so many plates to wash. Just kidding. Haha*)
Even when I was a kid, I have witnessed how compassionate Kuya is. There's this time that he saw two kids who are being chased by the police because of stealing foods from the public market. He found out that they live near us so he talked to them and told them to go to our house every meal time so that they could eat. He used to also give them foods, clothes and money for their needs.
He was strict, yes. I even hated him before because of that. His mom, the curacha I am talking about is also too much sometimes. But that's because they're human and they're not perfect. I witnessed how compassionate they are, I'm even a recipient of it. I have a lot of struggles living here but that's nothing compared to how good they are.
I'm not saying this to boast or to brag. I just genuinely adored them and I just can't help it but to share it to you all.
This home, our home, this family, our family is just never quiet. A very big family who have a big heart. We even named our group chat "**Bahay ni Kuya/PBB**" because this house is literally like that, a lot of housemates eh.
Sometimes it's stressful, specially when you're seeking for peace, but every meal time is just so fun. We made it a habit to eat together even if we can't fit on our 6 seater dining table. We need a bigger one! LOL
So blessed to be part of this compassionate family.
Anyways, thank you for reading this far! And oh, I just want to include this one as a part of Miss **JonicaBradley's** **Writing Prompt #7: Compassion** **.** Took me quite some time before finally writing about this one. I just only realized it now that this topic is just right on my face. https://read.cash/@JonicaBradley/writing-prompt-7-compassion-fe445f9e
Anyhow, feel free to join her prompts too. I'm sure most of us are already familiar with it and you already know the drill about the rules.
Again, thank you for reading and as always, take care. :)

Nakabibinging Katahimikan
Ngunit pag-aaral man ay kanilang magagawa.
That feeling when you hit the publish button
Hey there folks! I guess my title already says it all. So here's it. For today's blog, let's talk about how we feel whenever we will hit that **publish button** on the upper right corner of this site.
We can have all sorts of feeling whenever we hit that button. Maybe some of you are excited to share your article? For some it may be just nothing. But as for me, I always have mix emotions whenever I'll press it.
**First**, the feeling of ***relief*** is there. I admire those writers in here who have reserve articles on their drafts, who always have articles in advance that is ready to publish whenever they want it. Because me, on the other hand always produces raw articles.
Type then publish, that's what I do. LOL. Well, of course, I read my article first before publishing it (not all the time though) but that's it. I don't have any reserve articles. This one that I'm writing right now will be publish right away once I'm done typing it. When I have ideas for my next article, it's just the title that I'm taking note of, no content at all.
So there's really a relief since I made it, I just finish another article again. That's always part of the feeling.
**Second**, there's also an ***excitement***. The thought of sharing you article is exciting. I'm always looking forward for those who will gonna read my article. I'm always excited to share my inner thoughts through my article. I'm not really the expressive type of person, I'm not good at speaking and writing is the only thing where I can express myself the most.
I have a lot in mind and writing has always been my resort to let it all go. And the idea of sharing all these thoughts is just exciting, it's like opening a part of me and people reading what I have to share is just so good in the feeling.
**Third and last**, this is also the feeling that stand out the most, and that is the feeling of ***nervousness***. I am always nervous about what I wrote. I'm losing confidence whether my readers will like it or not, whether they can relate or not. I'm also nervous whether I was able to explain my thoughts well or not.
Comments excites me and my readers agreeing and relating to my article is just so good in the feeling, it's fulfilling. As a writer ( yeah, even though we're not a pro), isn't it just so nice that your readers is appreciating your article?
As for me, I will always have that nervousness in me whenever I'll hit the publish button. I love sharing my thoughts but I'll love it more if my audience appreciates what I'm writing. Them agreeing with me is such a boost in my confidence. I'll feel so right and it'll inspire me to right more.
I'll feel like I really do have a point, that my thoughts are valid and that they also feel the same way. I feel like I'm sounding like someone who's fishing for compliments right now but didn't we all like that?
I mean, I'm not exactly fishing for compliments or attention but it will be just so nice to know that someone is agreeing with you or that someone is actually reading your article and they have some thoughts to share about it because they can relate to it.
As writers, we will always have that of wanting our readers to relate to us, so if you can also feel this nervousness, it's okay and it's a good thing. It only means that we're open for opinions and criticisms and that we are willing to learn and to improve.
**How about you? What do you feel whenever you hit that publish button?**
Geez. And this is what I'm saying about producing raw article. I'm still not hitting the button but I can already feel the nervousness. I always write my articles on one sitting and the problem most of the time is that in the middle of typing, my thought will be lost and that's also the reason why I sometimes lose my confidence whether I was able to tell and explain well what I'm really trying to say.
I honestly don't know about it but you can testify for me on that matter. What do you think? Did you get what I'm trying to say in this article? Care to share your thoughts and answer at the comment section? I'll really appreciate it.
Another thing with this kind of free writing is that this is really not the way I planned to write this but for some reason, I ended up writing it this way. Apologies for that, I told you, this one is raw.
Nevermind my ramblings, this is it for now. My thoughts are already lost. Thanks for reading this far and as always, take care! :)

Here comes the mushroom... again
Hey folks! It's been a while. My previous article was 3 days ago and that was also the last time I opened my account in here. It was on the last week of January when I signed up in here and ever since, this platform has been part of my daily life and being inactive is just not usual for me.
Anyways, this is just an update, like a daily blog. This just contains what happened to me on the past 2 days, also, what happened is exactly how my life is going before I know read.cash, noise.cash and bitcoin cash.
I don't want to bore you and to waste your time. This is just me sharing my life and if it does not interest you, feel free to use your time reading a more meaningful article that this. I mean it. :)
Actually, the reason for my absence is that I really did had a terrible headache **last Friday**. It was so bad that I went to bed so early, like really early, not later than 8pm. (wow) LOL.
I posted at noise at Saturday morning and that's it. I didn't open it again until earlier.
Well, since our store is open from Mondays to Saturdays, I just spent my **usual Saturday** working at the store. The only difference is that I am avoiding my phone.
We arrived at home that day at 5pm and then I have to meet my follow ups at 5:30pm for our bible study. It was a fine Saturday and we had dinner after the bible study. And oh, big sister was here so she washed the dishes instead of me.
It was really a fun night since after dinner, we got to practice for a dance number that we have to perform for our Church's thanksgiving this month. I don't really dance but it's for the Lord so I did it. Also, there's an order from the authority *(I'm pertaining to the man of the house which is my brother in law. LOL*) that all of us at home should be part of the dance number. Being left with no choice, I had to participate.
Good thing the steps are easy and it was just so fun to practice. Mom being not able to follow the steps is just so funny. Yeah, we're bullying mom. LOL.
It was just a quick practice then after that, we gather in front of TV and had some quality time by watching **Maalaala Mo Kaya (*****MMK*****)**. Us watching together is so rare these days and it's just so nice in the feeling to be able to do such simple things with the family.
At 10pm, the house turned quiet again since they are already preparing to bed. And for me who's not used to sleeping early, of course I still can't sleep.
Usually, it's my time for read.cash and noise.cash but I just wasn't in the mood that day. I actually turned off my phone's wifi and I'm also purposely avoiding to open my messenger. We have something going on our student organization and there are also these concerns about the enrollment and I just don't want to face it at the moment. I tried hiding and I succeed.
Going back, I decided to just watch an episode of **Grey's Anatomy**. I have been watching it since last year and I stopped watching this year. I'm currently at Season 15; Episode 4. So I did watch an episode on our TV and while watching, I tried looking for something to eat but we have nothing for snacks. I opened the fridge and found an apple so I just settled for that.
I end up watching 2 episodes while munching the apply. hehe. By the time I finished watching, it's almost midnight. But since it's a Saturday night and I won't be having work at Sunday, I make the most out of it by rereading stories from Jonaxx.
If you know Wattpad, you must know **Jonaxx**. And if you're her fan, you must know about her app. I was reading her ongoing story under the **del Fierro series** but then, I already finished all the available chapters and I'm getting impatient about waiting for the new update so I just settled at rereading the **Good Lips Series** which is the story of the parents of those characters at del Fierro series. And once again, I'm hooked at reading and I just can't stop reading until I finished the story. I'm currently halfway reading the **3rd book** on the series right now.
I wrap up the night (*it's basically not night anymore though*) at 3am when I finished reading the first book.
**Sunday morning**, Ate woke us up at 8am to have breakfast then after eating, I have to run an errand at the store so I went there still wearing my Pajamas. At 9am, I was back at home, just in time because our online worship service has just began.
I saw them watching the service at the laptop and the screen is too small for us so I just connected the laptop to our TV for bigger screen, better watching and better worship.
After the worship service, I was so sleepy since I barely sleep that day and so I did sleep. Before lunch time, I decided to clean my room since the mess is already irritating me and by the time I finished, it's already lunch time.
**After lunch**, we just rest for a bit and then took a bath and we prepared to film ourselves for our part in the dance number. It's not really the whole song that we have to dance but it took us so many take before all of us are satisfied with our one minute dance video.
After the fun shoot, it's siesta time! But I spend the time reading again, at 4pm, we had some afternoon snacks and at 5pm-7pm, I was sleeping.
I woke up at **dinner time** then just like the usual, we clean up the table, wash the dishes and since it's Sunday, I just watched **Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho (*****KMJS*****)**. We used to watch it altogether but Ate and Kuya have a meeting for the church so it's just me, my nephew and my nieces who watched it.
After KMJS, I'm already preparing myself to read again but my niece asked me to play bad ice cream with her (***still playing at Y8 yeah. haha***) so we did play. We agreed that we'll stop playing when one of us already have 10 wins but there's a level that we can't finish so we stopped playing it. Our score is draw, we're got both 8 wins.
It was kind of late already so I asked her to sleep already while I stayed up until 3am again because of reading another story.
If you'll notice, I didn't really try to post something in here. As I've said, I turned off the wifi on my phone. I'm too stressed with everything the past few days. The organization is tiring and the enrollment process is stressful. I don't want to hide for I'm not like that, I was always responsible but I guess I reached my end, I decided to just be a mushroom and disappear. I used the weekends to buy me some time and I'm not regretting my decision.
I had a very good and relaxing weekend. I was able to rest.
But then, here comes Monday and as much as I want to still hide, I just can't. The time I have bought myself is all gone. So I opened my messenger earlier and I was bombarded with a lot of messages coming from my blockmates and orgmates. It took me few hours to finish answering all of them and it was really stressful.
Well, what can I expect? Those are the responsibilities which is the reason why I hide that weekend and I know I have to face it one way or another. Geez. This is what I get from prolonging the agony. LOL.
But as I've said, **my weekend was fine** and I'm glad I gave that time to myself. Right now, I still don't know how will I be able to face tomorrow but hiding time is done and I feel like I can do it this time.
I feel like ****I'm a mushroom.**** I don't really know a lot about it but from what I know, *mushroom only grows when the environmental condition is just right*. Just like mushroom, I shows up when I'm on the right condition. *And when the weather dries out, like mushroom, I can also go away*. And that's exactly what happened this weekend. I was so drained that I have to go away. Lastly, *the mushroom will once again emerge when the condition is just right*. So yeah, here comes the mushroom again for I'm already in the right condition.
Like mushroom, **I might emerge and go away, but I don't really disappear.** I might be away for the mean time but I will always emerge again when I'm on the right condition. It really feels so nice being a mushroom.
Anyhow, I guess this is it for now. I was just being a mushroom these days that's why you haven't heard of me. How I missed writing and reading here. How are you folks? Take a break when you need to. If you want, you can be a mushroom too.
Thanks for reading this far, I really appreciate it. And as always, take care! :)

"Oops! I can see your smile, you can't hide it. Tell me what happened!"
Gabe was welcomed with those words as he enters their home. He just came back from Melody's rest house and it was such a good day that he can't hide his smile. Actually, he's been practicing to hide his smile as he was walking home because for sure, Amelia will tease him but Gabe's unsuccessful about it. He's so happy and he just can't hide it.
"Mom! Stop being so nosy. We just talked." Gabe replied to his mom.
Amelia just smiled knowingly and teasingly but didn't say anything anymore. He's been teasing Gabe the whole day. She thought he needs a break and she knows she'll soon hit his limit so it's better to stop for now and just tease him again the next day.
Gabe go straight at his room, took a shower, played some video games for a while before he finally decide to sleep.
He's just lying down on his bed while thinking about what will happen tomorrow. He was so excited about the festival and is already planning about what they should do when he remembers something. "Oh shoot! I forgot to tell her what time will I pick her up." he said to himself.
He's spends the rest of the night thinking on how is he going to tell her the time and he finally, before he sleep, he come up with a decision that he'll just drop by early at her place the next day just to give her a heads up about what time is he going to pick her up.
Gabe slept past his sleeping time so that was probably the reason why he woke up kind of late the next day. He's usually already up before the sunrise but he woke up at 8am the next day.
Like what he always do, he grabbed his phone as he wake up to check for the time and messages. As he open his messenger app, he saw a notification from a message request so he opened it and was surprised to see a familiar photo.
He's wondering about the name so he thought it's just another fan account but as he opened the message, he was surprised to know that it's Melody. She's asking her about their meeting later, problem solved for him. He said he'll pick her up at 5pm before it sank into him that Melody just messaged him.
His fanboy heart become hyped. He immediately visits her account and was more surprised that she added him as friend.
He accepts the friend request instantly and he was literally smiling the whole time as he stalks her account. There's not that much in there but her photos are just so cute. He didn't noticed that he just spent an hour stalking on her account. He felt his stomach grumble and that was his cue to finally get up.
It's just 9am and Gabe has nothing to do anymore. He's so excited for the festival but the time isn't cooperating with his excitement. It felt like it's so slow to move. All he wanted to do is to pull the time and put it fast forward at 5pm. He just can't wait any longer.
His mom seems to be really busy with some things so he just spend his day on his room and he tries to clean it. He run through his old stuffs and reminisce a bit about some memories.
He's smiling about a photo of a thin guy who have thick glasses. It's him and he looks really nerdy back then. He also saw a class picture wherein both him and Melody are present. There are also some of his drawings and fan arts in there.
He's having a good time seeing all his stuffs when he sees a small envelope fall from his sketchpad. He opened it and his cheeks blushed instantly. There's a letter inside and it was addressed for Melody.
He then remembered that he wrote it for her back then, before they graduate from high school, he was planning to confess his admiration for her but he lacks the courage to actually do it. He have that on his graduation day but he wasn't able to give it to her.
He reads the content of the letter and his cheeks turned ever redder. He was so embarrassed for himself. The letter is so corny and now that he have seen it, it gave him all the more reason not to give it to Melody.
It's nearly 4pm so he immediately finished up cleaning and just bring back the envelope between the pages of his sketchpad and shove it back to his book shelf.
He took a bath and within 30 minutes, he already finished getting ready for the festival. He waited for a few minutes first before he drove his car to Melody's place.
He knock on her door and Sebastian welcomed him. "What can I do for you?"
"Uh. I'm here for Mel--"
"Get in. I'll get her for you." Sebastian cut what Gabe was about to say and just let him come in.
Gabe came in and sit on the couch as he waits for Sebastian to call Melody. He was just looking around when his gaze fixed on Melody as he saw her walking near him.
She's only wearing a simple plain shirt, pants and white sneakers yet she's looks so pretty. She's also wearing her eyeglasses. She looks different, she looks so simple and comfortable.
"Hey Gabe! Shall we go now?" Melody asked Gabe excitedly and so Gabe looked at her and get up from his seat. He noticed her excitement but he also felt that there's something off with Melody.
She's smiling and she also sounds excited but as he look into her eyes, he felt it. She's sad. But to not spoil the fun, Gabe just ignored it and he thought he'll just do his best to let her enjoy in the festival.
They rode his car on their way to the town proper and as he park his car, there's already a lot of people on the area.
Melody excitedly get off his car and then they roam around the area. There are different booths selling different things but most booths are offering different kind of foods.
The whole place is also so colorful, the ambiance is so lively and all the people roaming around are smiling and they are obviously having fun.
Gabe and Melody tried different foods. Melody is so happy, and this time, her eyes is also shining happily. They just walk and walk, go to different booths, tried different games, and they also eat into their hearts content. They also watch some shows until its time for the fireworks.
The host announced that in 5 minutes, the fireworks display will start. Gabe and Melody is in the middle of the crowd as they wait for it. But then, Melody had to go to the rest room. Gabe go with her but to give her privacy, he just stayed on a bench nearby while Melody fall in line for the public rest room.
Gabe was just looking around and observing the smiles on the people faces while he's waiting for Melody.
Few minutes later, he heard a loud shout of his name. "Gabe!" He knew the voice, it's Melody. He immediately got up and was about to go to the rest room's direction when the fireworks started and he was trapped in the middle of the crowd.
He tried his best to run as fast as he can towards Melody's direction but when he get's to the rest room, there's a commotion and he can't find Melody anywhere...
Hey there folks! There you have it, the 8th installment of my collaborative work with @meitanteikudo . I know this is such a late update. It has been 2 weeks since the last part and I apologize for the delay. The other week, rain won over me. It has been constantly raining and I just feel so lazy at those times and the other week, I was sick.
How's this new update by the way? Are you still with us in this story? Please, stay tune for the next updates. We're already near at the end and let's all find out about what did just happened at Melody. Where is she? What will Gabe do about it now?
Anyways, we appreciate you guys reaching this far. Thank you for reading and see you next update! :)

Saying no isn't a waste of opportunity
Merriam Webster defines opportunity as a chance for greater success. And yes, I do agree with that. Opportunities are present for us to do more and to achieve more. That was probably the reason why most of us have the mindset to grab every opportunity that will come to our life.
But there will come a time that we will be torn between grabbing and not grabbing an opportunity. Of course, when another opportunity opens, the first reaction should is that it's a blessing and we shouldn't think twice about getting it.
However, I also do believe that the mindset to grab every opportunity is not applicable every time. We will always reach some certain point wherein we have to say no and to decline to an opportunity, and it's completely okay.
Today, I just want us to focus on this thing, **"Saying no isn't a waste of opportunity."**
To make this more realistic, I have this very application to share to all of you.
Actually, most of my friends already know this and I have already shared it to my noise.cash account but here's how it goes.
Few weeks ago, a senior of mine messaged me and asked me to run as the Vice Governor for the student council. I asked her why and she said that she's seeing potential in me. Of course that's flattering, I almost said yes instantly but at that time, I am really busy with the student organization that I am part of. Also, I'm already a block president so I already have some responsibility and I'm also not sure if I can still handle another responsibility.
But since the offer is nice and it's really a nice training ground for me, I didn't decline right away. I'm 50-50 on my decision. I asked around about what to do and I am thankful about the support from the people around me.
I did weight the pros and cons if ever that I will agree and I decided that if ever that I'll win, I'll just give up my position as the block president to lessen the responsibility. Sounds like a nice plan but still, I am undecided at that time.
2 days after, I am being asked about my decision and I end up saying no. That was such a relief for me. That is also the first time that I said no and I'm not regretting my decision.
It was a nice offer but I just think that if I push through with it, the responsibilities will be too heavy for me for I also have some responsibilities at home.
Here's another real life example I can give to you.
Few nights ago, I received a message from @Maestro02. He's an incoming freshman student at my university. I asked him why and he told me that his block mates voted for him to be the block president.
He's also having trouble between saying yes or no and he asked about my opinion about some responsibilities of a block president since I am one myself.
We had a nice conversation and in the end, I advised him that it's okay to say no if he think he can't handle it. That was also the time when I realized that saying no isn't a wasted opportunity. No, by declining an offer we are not wasting opportunity.
Based on the examples I have said, I have this one realization that yes, opportunities are nice but we should also know when to grab them and when to decline them.
First, as to what it means, opportunities should be a chance for greater success. I have looked for its other meaning and it says that opportunity is a **favorable situation for a positive outcome**. So we should only grab opportunities that is favorable for us and would give us positive outcome.
Second, we should not grab opportunity if we think it's outcome won't be positive for us. Opportunities aren't to be grab if it won't make us greater.
Now, for the assessment, I was thinking, if I have accepted the offer to run for the student council and if ever that I'll win. I'll have more responsibilities and for that, I have to sacrifice the time for myself. I'll have lesser time for my other tasks and that can result for my poor performance academically. Yes, it was a nice offer but I already have too much on my plate and I'm glad I realized that I'll be the one to suffer if I get too much on what I can chew.
So yeah, I started writing this having a clear point but I just reached the point where I forgot what I have to say. LOL. I don't know if I'm still making any sense but to wrap it up, let me repeat this phrase that **"no, it's not a wasted opportunity."**
Let's be smart between choosing between things. Think through every decision and accept the fact that not every opportunity is should be grab since not every opportunity is good for us.
Be careful on your every decisions and always weight out the pros and cons before actually deciding on a certain matter. And if ever that you'll come up with a decision of saying no, for the nth time, it's okay.
You can say no, you can decline an offer. You might feel like you're wasting an opportunity but no, you're not. Just walk a little but further and there awaits another door of opportunity that is waiting for you. And maybe that time, it's the right one, the exact opportunity that we should grab.
Hey there folks! Thanks for reading this far and I hope I made some sense to you and I also hope that I also reach the right audience that is in need of some words in this article.
I appreciate you being here. Take care! :)

I was clearing my notifications earlier when a notification from 3 days ago caught my attention. Coz why won't it not? (What did I just say? LOL) It's a notification about new sponsor!
Receiving that kind of notification is really exciting, and thrilling! So yeah, this is just me thanking my newest sponsor, @Sequoia you rock!
Thanks always! I really appreciate it. :)
You're unconsciously being a spammer, stop now!
Welcome to another episode of read.cash basics! Just kidding, LOL.
And yes, you're reading the title right! Before anything else, I just want to clear it out that I am not accusing anyone of being a spammer, just read the whole thing first before you react.
This article's purpose is not to call out anyone for being a spammer, this is more like an awareness because as my title states, **"unconsciously"**. These are just some of my observations on the platform, I based it solely on my own perspective so if ever that there's a part of this article which you don't agree, feel free to share it on the comment section below. :)
If it so happened that you are doing some of the things that I will mention below, then you're unconsciously being a spammer, and that should stop.
I listed some of the things that some users are doing which I can consider spamming. I'm not saying that they are really spammers, actually, I am also guilty with some of the things that I am about to say in here, and that thought awakened me that I really should stop doing some of those things.
****saying the same comments over and over again****
What I mean in this is that, I just noticed that some of our comments are being generic. Whenever I read comments, may it be my article or not, a comment consisting "*thank you*", "*you're welcome*", and "*congratulations*" are always present.
I'm not saying that it's not right but maybe we are overusing it already. I mean, it can't be helped. I also do this one. When I posted an achievement, of course, *congratulatory messages* will come, and what can I say aside from *thank you* right? And then *you're welcome* will follow.
But maybe, we could do something about how we can make each comments unique despite the use of the generic words which I mentioned above. We can add messages based on how we know that user. We can also tackle about some things they mentioned on their article instead of focusing only on their achievement.
Think of commenting as if you are writing to a friend, make it more personal, thoughtful and what you say to one user should be at least different to another user. We all have different experiences. User 1 might have achieved his 1BCH in 2 months while user 2 achieved it in 6 months. That fact alone is already a huge difference so maybe we can produce another comment other than *"congratulations! Road to 2BCH!*". **Can we and shall we?**
****plugging went overboard****
This is another thing that I think should be addressed. Of course, there is nothing wrong in promoting our own article, it's allowed, and we all do that I think. However, we should be aware when it's getting overboard.
We can share some part of our article when we are promoting it so that readers can have a sneak peak on what it's all about. We can share the summary of it, we can share few lines that can caught reader's attention. We can even use clickbait.
But one thing that we shouldn't do is to insinuate that it is necessary that they should read our article. Plug it, drop it, but never say such words that would appear like it's required for us to read your article.
We have the liberty to plug and promote it but let's promote it with grace. Readers will read it if they want to read it, because they can relate to it. Not because they are too shy or worst, irritated on our constant plugging.
We can post it on our noise.cash account but posting it once or twice should be enough. I also think that it's okay to promote it privately but be careful to not be too intrusive. You can also plug it in conversations but make sure that it's related to the conversation. Avoid plugging it every chance you get even though it is unrelated to the conversation.
It can be really annoying and honestly and personally, it just gives me more reason not to read articles coming from plugging like that. It's giving me the feels that it is necessary for me to read that article and that it's giving me pressure that I should read it immediately.
We wouldn't want to give our readers that kind of feels right? We want to give them the excitement and the lessons on our articles, we want to be remembered because of having such a nice writeup, not because we're the annoying writer who's persistency went overboard on plugging our articles.
Again, there's nothing wrong in plugging, but don't go overboard. Okay?
****tip back, read back****
Another thing that we should be careful to read between the lines. Like what I mentioned above, there's also nothing wrong with tipping comments to your articles, and tipping the articles of your readers. There's also nothing wrong with also reading the articles of your readers, I also do that and I do encourage that. But I just want to ask this question, what is your purpose of doing that?
In tipping back and reading back, we should have clear intention. Are we tipping them because they deserve it and we really want to give it to them, or are we tipping just for the badge?
Are we also reading their articles because we want to read it or it's just because we want to pay them back for also reading their articles? Are we only limiting ourselves with only reading articles from those who supports us and disregard those who doesn't support us back?
What I'm saying in here is that we must read the articles of others because we want to read it. It's nice to pay it forward and it's a nice attitude to return the favor to your readers by also supporting them but let's also make sure to not limit ourselves with only reading articles from those who support us.
Explore in the platform, interact to new people. There's a lot of articles and writers out there who deserve our appreciation and support and it's just a shame to missed out from them just because they are not our supporter.
Again, just to be clear, it's nice to pay it forward or to give back, but make sure to have the intention that you really want to read their article, not just because you want to return their favor.
****not reading the full article****
I've been telling this quite a lot eh?
Not reading the full article might result to unrelated comment because there's a high chance that we won't get the full context of the article. And when we comment unrelated things, it's obviously spamming.
I won't elaborate this further, but please, read the full article. Don't just comment just for the sake of commenting or maybe tips or exposure.
I'm sure most of us who are readers in here are also trying to write in here. Would you also want to receive unrelated comments? If not, then be a model for yourself. Read the full article then feel free to express your thoughts through comment.
I guess, that would be all for now. I've been meaning to write about this since last month and finally, I made it. I'm kind of nervous to published this right now though. I feel like I didn't make any sense and some users could hate me for this. But please, no. hehe
Just like what I've said, I'm also guilty of doing some things which I have mentioned above. And that should stop.
We're not spammers but we have the tendency to be one without us even noticing. I hope that this article was able to bring awareness to all of us to be more careful on our actions at this very platform.
For the nth time, offending or accusing someone to be a spammer isn't the intention of this article but if I happened to actually do that, if this article might appear offending to some, I apologize.
Geez. I'm really nervous with this one but since I've already done it, I'm taking the risk to actually publish it.

Health Check: How are you?
Last Saturday, my throat feels itchy and my head hurts. Like what I always do whenever I'm feeling something on my throat, I prepared a lukewarm calamansi juice. It always works with me but this time it didn't.
I don't like drinking medicine so I just let my headache and did water therapy instead. I rested that night thinking that it'll all be gone on the next day but I thought wrong.
I woke up last Sunday having chills and fever. I'm also having dry cough, body pains and a headache. And so I eat, drink medicine and rest, and on the afternoon, the fever is gone.
But I woke up in the middle of the night having an unbearable headache and with a high temperature. That kept me awake all night. The next day, on the morning, I don't have fever anymore but it came back again. And it's gone again, and it'll came back again. In short, it's on and off.
I had a hard time sleeping last night but the good thing is that the fever didn't came back anymore.
I'm also aware that all those that I am feeling are mild symptoms for Covid19 but it can be manageable at home. So, just to make sure, I also isolated myself and distant myself with the people at home, specially to the kids since I don't want to risk their health.
I am confident though that this is just a normal fever I got from the changing weather, and I also have this habit of not using an umbrella if there's only a slight rain. This is what I got from feeling so invincible. LOL.
Right now, I'm already feeling a lot way better. Just slight headache, dry cough and nothing else. I'm just resting at home, regaining my energy, and I'll be back on track by tomorrow. 3 days is already enough rest for me.
Funny thing here is that it feels like *"school days are coming sickness"* because this is so consistent. This always happen to me yearly. Every time another school year will begin, I always get sick. LOL.
Anyway, I would like to take this opportunity to ask this one question; **how are you?**
Let's have a health check. How's your **physical, mental, spiritual**, and **emotional** health?
Are you physically tired? Give yourself a break, take a rest.
How's your mental health? Which level do you belong? In crisis, struggling, surviving, thriving or excelling?
How about your spiritual health? Do you have your spiritual family? How's your faith? When was the last time you pray?
And your emotional health? How are you coping up with everything that is happening to you right now?
Obviously, my physical health is not in a good shape right now and that's a reminder for all of us to take it easy on our body. We may have a lot of work to do but let's give it a rest, having enough sleep is also important in our physical health. I'm also guilty with not having regular exercise because I'm too lazy to do so. Another thing is to eat healthy foods. Eat vegetables even if you don't want to.
Enough sleep, regular exercise and a balanced diet, such a basic thing to do which we often forget and disregard. Let us take care of our health folks!
On the five zones of mental health continuum, where are you right now? In crisis and struggling is at high risk. Surviving is also at risk but still, it means that you are trying and fighting. But even though it is impossible, I do hope that we are all at the thriving or excelling level. But if not, let's continue to fight, to move forward, until we reach that certain point. We got this. Otherwise, you can always seek help from all the people around you. https://delphis.org.uk/mental-health/continuum-mental-health/
As for spiritual health, this is the part which I can say that I am healthy. But how about you? I know all of us are not religious in here but never let your connection and communication with God got lost. Because that's the time when you'll also feel lost. Always pray, always call upon Him, seek Him, seek for His help. Praise and thank Him both in good times and in bad times. Strengthen your faith in Him.
Lastly, our emotional health. Are you stressed? Are you having a hard time handling your emotion? Is your judgement always being clouded with emotions? I do hope that you're managing well with it. May we all have our own peace of mind and whatever that is bothering us, tell it to the Lord in prayer.
**How are you? Are you okay?**
If not, as to what the famous Kdrama says, "*it's okay not to be okay*" but I hope that all of you are doing fine right now.
**Taka care y'all!**
