Its not wrong for you to be concerned about how you look.Many youths are obsessed with their appearance.Some girls believe that being attractive mean being thin.Comparing yourself in what you see in magazines can low your confidence.There's no doubt that how you look can affect how you view yourself-and how you treated by others.But,we don't need to worry on what people think of us.

Some researchers say that the most girls worried about their weight have no reason to be.Genes could play the role.If your genes designated you to be fat,you're not simply programmed to be thin.But exercise and diet can help.The best way you can shed pounds is to adopt plan in healthful eating and have some exercise.

There's nothing wrong in wanting to look good,but more important than physical appearance is your personality.We can always be beautiful not by our looks,not by what we say,but just in the way we are and in the way we show our good qualities to people around us.Even we have many imperfections,even receive plenty of ridicule we should always remember that we are wonderfully made by God.

fluffy or not SirPotato loves all the girls that feels the SirPotato energy. It well know that if you feel bad in your body simply change it, if not then stay like this if youre happy with it. It is not the environment or the society can make us feel for who really are. We shouldn't force ourselves to fit in. Look in the mirror, scan yourself, trust yourself. you are right. we must not look down our seld though everyone of us are so unique to each other. Many are going to self pity because of they look and I do that too but now I accepted who am I and love it the way am I too. The only reason to be happy is to accept and love the things we are. Yes,tas magshashare sila ng women empowerment kuno pero sila din naman nang di degrade sa kapwa nila babae.Sakaa skin shaming,napaka bigdeal sa kanila if may sugat ka or galis like hindi naman nga nila alam kung bakit nagkaroon ng ganon yung isang babae🙂
