Hi Philippines, I’m Korean
Filipino internet citizens expressed disappointment over circulating videos of foreign online users (youtuber) who claimed to be Koreans “disrespecting” the Philippine flag.
This is an insult to our nation and to the Philippine flag. Some Filipinos said they are unaffected because the flag showed no three stars, while the other lacked the rays of the sun.
To recall, Filipino and Korean netizens previously engaged in an online feud after Filipina-American Tiktoker sparked controversy for having an arm tattoo that showed Japan’s Rising Sun flag.
Korean netizens who said they were “hurt and offended” with the tattoo.
The Fil-Am Tiktoker later on issued an apology, vowing to have her ink removed.
However, Some Korean netizens, were allegedly not contented with the apology and wrote racial slurs on the comment section of the tiktoker's profile.
This prompted Filipinos to call out this alleged racist comments, making #CancelKorea and #ApologizetoFilipino hashtags on twitter.
Some Koreans took to twitter and apologized with the hashtag #SorrytoFilipinos.
But some just did this insult of spitting and tearing the Philippine flag.
I did not include their names and links to their videos/channel. because i want to prevent giving them further attention on their platform.
Clearly the said foreign netizens are just **Attention Seekers.**
**Hindi siguro minahal ng mga magulang nila.**

Why are they not telling you this?
The ability of the owners of the political media class to discredit and neutralize anyone who poses a threat to their interests simply by rearranging the narratives about them is one of the most destructive psychological weapons in their arsenal
the main reason it's so hard to convince the public that they have been taken in by propaganda and smear campaigns is because for some stupid reason one of the most shameful things anyone can do in our society is be fooled
if we are to overcome the narrative dominance of the powerful it is essential that we find a way to shift that shame from those who have been fooled onto those who have been fooling them
**what is life life is simple ?**
it's choice and consequence, choice and consequence people are blind in their mind to what's actually happening.
things are moving fast in the world today they really are and they're all going in the same direction and it's happening in all countries the problem is that many people look at this stuff and they just go directly into fear and look.
it's understandable i mean i'm certainly concerned about it there's a lot to be concerned about with what's happening but too often people will look at and say well it's happening we just don't have a choice.
We all have a choice the only reason people think they don't have a choice is because they don't know who and what they are this is the mind blindness one of the things it seeks to do and the cult seeks to do is shut this down.
What it seeks to do is stop this manifesting by closing the heart and the heart is the center of everything and people talk about the physical heart, okay, but if you go back what they're really talking about is this heart the energetic heart the connection out there and you look at all the things, all the symbolism through the aegis and still today relating to this open heart, part of stone broken heart you look at all the phrases relating to the heart and it's because this is the center of everything and we've been manipulated to think this is the center of everything it's not the heart is the biggest electromagnetic field most powerful electromagnetic field in the body and this when it's open dominates the head.
What do people say all the time what does your head say, okay what **does your heart say and they tell you** very different things because this is out there and **this is down here** and when this opens **everything changes** because **you change everything about you changes.**
The reason this has become so prominent in modern society is because our societies themselves are fear-based. it's simply a system of fear-based mind control. I mean that's all it really is.
Our education system is fear-based, our social structure is fear-based our corporate and business world is all fear-based.
it's all centered around a fear of shortage **and the concept of the meaning of life is the one with the most stuff wins.** and it's all fear-based it's all fear-based and ego-based.
Stop identifying with labels they are a brief experience even your name is a brief experience. you are the consciousness having the experience so when someone says to you who are you you are all that is has been it ever can be having an experience if you meet someone and people say, who are you they'll give you their name they'll give you their job they might give you their family background that famed history where they went to school that's what they're saying they are who are you**.** but that's just what they've experienced the point of attention that I am is an expression of the same consciousness that the point of attention that you are is the same with all of us**.**
You are what is having the experience and when that penny drops and this as a result opens. **game over game over**. this is not some theory this is fact and this is real and this is happening this is precisely what happens with **subliminal advertising** and **subliminal images.** Subliminal means below threshold below the threshold of the conscious mind it's speaking to the subconscious so you'll see an image it could be an advertisement and your conscious mind will see the image as it appears to be but the overwhelming majority of people will not see the subliminal insert that's hidden

OFFICIAL: The Brooklyn Nets hired Steve Nash as next coach
The Brooklyn Nets have named Steve Nash as the 23rd head coach in the franchise’s NBA history.
In addition, the team announced that Jacque Vaughn will return to Brooklyn as lead assistant coach.
Nash will replace Jacque Vaughn. Nets officials, led by General Manager Sean Marks, decided to take a splashy gamble on Nash rather than retain Vaughn or hire a more experienced replacement, believing Nash is a coaching natural who will benefit greatly from his relationship with the star forward Kevin Durant.
Nash, 46, arrived in Brooklyn this week, according to the people. An eight-time All-Star who led the league in assists five times, Nash had resisted all previous overtures to join an N.B.A. coaching staff full time, even as an assistant, since retiring after the 2013-14 season, saying repeatedly that he intended to put his coaching and front office aspirations on hold until his five children were older.
Nets GM Sean Marks on Steve Nash, the organization’s new head coach: “In Steve we see a leader, communicator and mentor who will garner the respect of our players.” Full statement:
“After meeting with a number of highly accomplished coaching candidates from diverse backgrounds, we knew we had a difficult decision to make,” said General Manager Sean Marks. “In Steve we see a leader, communicator and mentor who will garner the respect of our players. I have had the privilege to know Steve for many years. One of the great on-court leaders in our game, I have witnessed firsthand his basketball acumen and selfless approach to prioritize team success. His instincts for the game, combined with an inherent ability to communicate with and unite players towards a common goal, will prepare us to compete at the highest levels of the league. We are excited to welcome Steve, Lilla, Lola, Bella, Matteo, Luca and Ruby to Brooklyn.”
A five-time assist champion, Nash currently ranks third in NBA history with 10,335 career assists. The culmination of his brilliant playing career came in 2018 when Nash was enshrined in the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame.
I think Nash will be a great coach! he makes plays! and that's one of the important aspects on winning a game!
I'm excited to see what he can do with the Brooklyn Nets, specially he will have a very talented point-guard named Kyrie Irving in his team.

New Nintendo Switch console reportedly coming in 2021
According to the report, the new Nintendo Switch model will have improved visuals and more interactivity.
It seems that there could be an enhanced Nintendo Switch model on the way, but it won't be facing off against the PS5 or Xbox Series X, as it won't be coming until 2021.
It has been quite a while that rumors have been swirling about a Switch “Pro” variant, in line with previous iterations that Nintendo is known for such as the DS / 3DS family of handhelds. If anything, the Switch Pro would have the obvious upgrades of better screen resolution, more powerful components, possible 4K support, and better battery life, among others.
What i'm expecting
Better Screen Resolution
Enhancements to Current Game Lineup
Same or Improved Battery Life
Improved Joy-Cons
Built in Wireless Audio Capability
Bigger Internal Memory
Alternative Dock
Got anything else to add? Let me know in the comments section if you’re looking forward to a beefier Switch model in the future!

Luka Doncic game winner beats Clippers, earns praise from NBA's best
Luka Doncic wasn't even supposed to play in Game 4 of the Western Conference quarterfinals series between his No. 7 Dallas Mavericks and the No. 2 LA Clippers. Doncic received clearance to play and proceeded to deliver a historic performance.
The Mavericks trailed by 21 points in the first half but came back to lead the Clippers by 12 in the fourth quarter. L.A. rebounded to force overtime and took a 133-132 lead following a Marcus Morris Sr. corner 3 on an assist from Kawhi Leonard. http://www.espn.com/nba/player/_/id/3945274/luka-doncic https://www.espn.com/nba/team/_/name/dal/dallas-mavericks https://www.espn.com/nba/team/_/name/lac/la-clippers http://www.espn.com/nba/player/_/id/6462/marcus-morris-sr http://www.espn.com/nba/player/_/id/6450/kawhi-leonard
That set up the second-year All-Star from Slovenia with a chance to win it with 9.6 seconds remaining. Following a Clippers foul, Dallas came out of a timeout with 3.7 seconds left. Doncic lost Leonard on a Maxi Kleber screen, snatched Reggie Jackson's ankles with the step-back move and rose up from 28 feet as time expired.
**Bang! Bang!**
Few people gave the Mavericks a chance of upsetting the Clippers in round one. To this point, they’ve been the better team in the series because Doncic has clearly been the best player on the floor. http://www.espn.com/nba/player/_/id/2960236/maxi-kleber http://www.espn.com/nba/player/_/id/6443/reggie-jackson
Oh and he also dropped a 40-point triple-double in the **135-133 overtime win** — finishing the night with 43 points, 17 rebounds and 13 assists.

LOOK! Authorities discovered and eradicated nine marijuana plantation
Authorities discovered and eradicated nine marijuana plantation sites in Tinglayan, Kalinga Province, Philippines from August 17 to 20.
Government enforcers uproot marijuana plants at plantation sites discovered in Buscalan, Tinglayan in Kalinga province. A total of P146-million (300,000 USD) worth of marijuana was destroyed in a three-day operation from August 13 to 15. *(Photo courtesy of PROCOR PIO)*
In other countries this is legal. but in the Philippines, it's not. What are your thoughts about this?
is it bad like alcohol? i think not. but i think research on marijuana as a medicine should have been done decades ago. the fact that we have not study it as a means of medicine is truly disappointing.
Now lets talk about its recreational use. when you drink alcohol because it affects so many parts of your body, it gives you hangovers, it makes you throw up, it function itself as a deterrent so you limit how much you drink and and often you drink. but if you smoke marijuana or eat it, they say you can do that for a long period of time, even multiple days in a row. And it does not much as a deterrent other than being smelly because a lot of people are turned off by the smell of it. I myself even hate the smell of cigarette smokes. So without its significant deterrent effect you can actually consume a lot of this compared to alcohol.
Some people also self medicate using this. They have some social anxieties and instead of facing their goals, instead of achieving and becoming better people, that they can become happier with themselves, they blunt that anxiety by smoking or ingesting marijuana.
So do I think marijuana is this horrible evil thing that people have once said it once was, **I think it's on its way to get legalized, but that doesn't mean that it's safe**, it doesn't mean that I recommend people do it, I do think it has serious medical harms that do exist, that we don't yet even know about 'cause it hasn't been studied properly.
WE just don't have the, research to show otherwise. The big danger with marijuana is young people using it and it can change the chemistry of your brain and change the development of it so that's obviously a danger. But we can regulate that, we can control it. There are some pros, there's also some cons. It's about balancing that and getting your science in order before making a decision.
Intermittent fasting (IF) should you do it?
I eat for eight hours, and I fast for 16. I can feel the difference. I have been doing this for exactly 14 days now. I am using the ZERO app. It keeps me track of my progress and reminds me if I have finished 16 hours, and at the time that I should be starting my timer.
Before we get into the **pros and cons**, and if you should do it, let's talk about what intermittent fasting actually is. Human fasting is not a new concept by any means. **Humans have been doing it for a millennia**. Intermittent fasting is just a rebranding of something that we have already been doing.
Our bodies enter a fasting state every time we're asleep. **Some people do intermittent fasting and not even know it**. I mean, there's plenty of times where I had a stressful schedules in college, or a difficult job in the office, where I didn't have time to eat breakfast. That's a form of intermittent fasting and our bodies are totally capable of handling this.
I know what you're thinking. **I don't want to starve myself for health benefits**. Intermittent fasting is not starving. When you are fasting, your body is using stored nutrients and stored energy forms in order to make your body continue to function. When you're starving, you've run out of those energy sources and are breaking down vital tissues like organs to get that same energy.
There are many different ways to go about going on one of these diets and that not only makes it confusing for you, but that also makes it very difficult to do research on it to find out how effective it truly is because if **there are multiple ways to do it**, we have to be able to test each one of those ways.
The 16/8 diet which is not eating during 16 hours of the day. Alternate day fasting where you eat one day, fast the other day. 5:2 where two days of the week that you're fasting. There's no hard and fast rule saying that this is the correct way of doing it.
You may be wondering **how is IF beneficial to me**? There's been a lot of proposed health benefits, many of them have been proven within animal studies or lab models which is not the same thing as being proven in a human model. But they are very promising.
**Now, those benefits include:**
**increased mental sharpness,**
**a favorable hormonal profile,**
**weight loss,**
**decreases of inflammation within the body,**
**decreases of certain diseases within the body.**
**How can IF help you lose weight?**
You have an increase in growth hormone, a decrease in insulin, and that alone will help you lose weight.
Next, because you're skipping meals or you're even going days without eating meals, it is very likely that when you look throughout the week, you'll be eating fewer calories.
Our thinking is that during eight hours you'll eat less than you would if you were eating during 16 hours.
Let's talk about these other **health benefits**. We know that chronic stress is not good for the body. The body is just not meant to be chronically stressed out. It's not meant to have a high heart rate, high blood pressure. Intermittent fasting is really a form acute, short-term, mild stress. This time of acute, short-term stress is really good for the body. What can we use as a metaphor here?
**Exercise**
Exercise is a form of acute, mild stress. What happens after exercise?
**We have benefits for the brain,**
**we have benefits for weight loss,**
**we have benefits for disease prevention.**
Now similarly, when you stress your body through intermittent fasting, there are some benefits. More autophagy, which is the removal of cellular waste, more production of neurotropic factors, which protect your brain. And a favorable hormonal profile with increases in human growth hormone and norepinephrine.
Let's talk about some of the shortcoming of IF.
**Primarily**, there's not enough guidance of what you should eat. We don't know how many calories, we don't know what foods to eat on the days or times that you actually are eating.
**Second**, we don't know which form of IF is best.
**Third**, there are some side effects when you are fasting that people do experience: headaches, mental fog, heartburn, these things do exist, it's not totally benign. Photo by DESIGNECOLOGIST on Unsplash
**Four**, we don't know the consequences of following an intermittent fasting diet long term. Most, if not all, of these studies are done on the short term. If you are eating a very unhealthy diet and then make a change you're definitely gonna see a benefit But now does this benefit still hold up one, two, three, 10 years down the line? We don't know that yet When it comes to IF.
And **five**, it's not easy for everybody to fight off those cravings on fasting days. All right, my final take on IF, I think it is a great concept with some really promising medical research behind it. I think that if you can skip a meal, you can skip a breakfast here and there, you're gonna see some benefits.
So does that mean you should go on this very rigid diet where you're doing the five and two or 16 and eight? I don't think we should quite make this a religious, rigorous part of our everyday life because we don't know the long term consequences of it. For me I will just be doing it for 15 days straight, then I will stop for a while. Then I will be back again after 15 days.
In a society that is prone to overeating, a fasting day won't hurt and will probably help.
**Stay healthy everybody!**
