I'm surprised and grateful
The other day I read some articles here about activity bonuses from advertisers, so I checked my wallet and found nothing. But then, just last night while I was browsing read.cash, I thought of checking my wallet again. And am surprised to see those numbers below my wallet.
For those of users like me, who are more of a reader, this is a HUGE BONUS. I am a silent reader here, seldom giving remarks or comments, and posting articles. I only read articles here, not into writing, (don't get me wrong, I want to learn how to write, but sadly, I still don't know how to 😅. Hopefully someday I'll learn the basics and get the courage to write something.)
As of now, I have this earning from last night.
I am very pleased to know that I am eligible for this activity bonus. Thank you so much read.cash and advertisers for giving this bonus to us. God bless 💋❤
How to become Organize
No one arrives on this earth an ***organized person***, as should be obvious from the chaos that little children wreak. **Organization** - by which I mean the ability to effectively manage your time and/or your team's time - is a skill, and we all have to learn it. More accurately, being organized is a constellation of skills. You need to learn how to identify priorities, how to map your goals to your long-term priorities, how to break down large goals into specific tasks, how to communicate effectively, and more.
https://community.chronicle.com/news/1355-organization-is-a-skill-not-a-trait
Being organized is a skill. It is an ability to manage your time effectively and be productive. If you are organized, you will feel less stressed.
Here are a few tips on how to become organized:
**Jot down a list**
Write down everything you need to get done daily, the things you do, and the things that you should get done.
**Arrange your day**
Think about when you work best, and categorize your tasks into the time of day that makes the most sense for when you will finish the tasks.
*Morning* - Get the task that you want to do least done first thing in the morning.
*Midday* - Use this time to do simple tasks that aren't taking too much of your effort and your mind.
*Evening* - Make a plan and prepare for the next day. Customize your checklist to match your schedule. You can also use this time to revise, review, or analyze the things you did for a day.
**Stick to your routine**
This helps to automate tasks that need to get done. Those tasks will become part of your life without you even thinking about them. Try it out for a month and see if it suits you. Check if there is something that needs adjustments.
**Do not dawdle**
What you can do now, do it now. Don't waste your time. Do not let the tasks to be put off. The longer you postpone, the harder it will be to get the task done.
**Sort everything**
Sort out and make storage for everything. Look for similar items and label them. Make easy to access storage for the things you usually use. Always put the items back to where storage it belongs.
**Declutter consistently**
Consistency is a must. Try to declutter every week. Check your schedule to find time to organize.
**Only keep what you need**
More stuff means more clutter. Keep only those you need. Get rid of some things. Don't try to hold on everything that you want but not really needed.
**Don't buy everything**
When shopping or doing groceries, write down first the lists of things that you need to purchase and buy those items ***only.*** Some people buy things that captivate their attention, others buy because it is on sale or cheap. Check first your list. If you need that thing, then buy it.
**Stay motivated**
Put a lot of effort to stay organized. Work harder when you feel like giving up. Always remember that what you work for is important to you.
You can give yourself a reward for your hard work. This will make you get motivated.
**Create some ME TIME**
Give yourself some time to do what you like. Maybe an hour will do. Do things that you enjoy like painting, reading, baking, watching, etc.. This will give you the energy to do the task as you will feel more fulfilled.
Everybody needs to take a break. Weekends especially Sunday are the best to take a day off. This will help you get over the stress, fatigue, and anxiety.
We have different strategies for managing our time. These are just a few things that may help you become an organized person. Like every skill, you have to learn and practice being organized consistently. Make it a habit. The more you do this, the more the tasks get easier.

Fight it
*Hello everyone. I hope you are having a great time today. I happen to read this quote and I just want to share with you what I think about this. I hope you will like it.*
"The struggle you're in today is developing the strength you need for tomorrow." - Robert Tew
Challenges. Everybody faces it. Each of us is enduring some hardships that life is throwing us.
Even the young ones have a situation that they need to confront.
Babies can't walk immediately, they need to face the struggles trying to learn how to walk. They are striving to have their first step. They sometimes stumble, but they still get up to have those steps and won't give up until they can walk.
Children can't read, write, or draw abruptly. They have to memorize the alphabet and have to know how to hold a pencil first.
We all have difficulties in life that we have to deal with. Those struggles are giving us strengths so we can endure the dilemmas we will have to face in the future. Struggles offer us lessons in life, making us a better person.
Struggles. Challenges. Disappointments. Failure. Pain. If these don't exist, then we will never have the courage or motivation to deal with tomorrow. If these don't exist, then I think life will be nothing but meaningless. Life will be boring. Challenges made us what we are today.
We all have our weapons in life to fight with our battles. Family, friends, even our little pals(pets), and of course our faith in our Almighty God. All of those you love and who loves you is your weapon. They give you the power you need to move forward. And you yourself as a whole (your heart, mind, and your soul) are second to the best weapon you have. You must believe in yourself and your capabilities. Unleash that fighting spirit. If you don't have that self-confidence, then the confidence, the boosts that are given to you by those around you is nonsense.

Live Your Life
Live your life the way you want.
It is your choice, it is your own existence. Other people can give you advice, their opinions about the situation you are in, but it is just that. The decision is still yours to make. The choices are up to you. They can only give you some guidance, some ideas based on their experiences, or from their observations. You don't have to heed to what they say.
Live your life the way you want.
People can suggest what profession suits you. But it is your future. You can choose whatever you want to be, you can dream what you are wishing for. You choose the things that will make you happy, not the things that will please them.
Live your life the way you want.
What other people might say about you does not matter. Never mind if others talk about you behind your back. Just do your thing. Do what you want to do as long as you are happy and what you are doing doesn't harm anyone.
Live for yourself. You don't exist for the sake of others. Just be yourself. Be who are. God gave you life for **YOU** to live.
***Live your life the way that you want...***

When I Met Read.Cash
When I first came here to read.cash, I was after the points or the income (I guess most of us were). I am a full-time mom so I find some of my time to look for a way on the internet that might help me earn some extra income. And it happened that one of the members on our group chat mentioned this platform, read.cash. So I tried to sign up knowing only a few about this platform. Eventually, after having stayed here I guess for almost a month now, read.cash became a part of my everyday life. I love staying here, reading articles especially the ones that give encouragement. I don't want to be a hypocrite, I still want to earn here, but it is only a big bonus. During my stay here on this platform, I learned about cryptocurrencies, read about other peoples' life experiences, how they face and overcome the challenges of life, see some beautiful photos that they share, their views about life, and everything.
I don't write but I like reading. I am not fluent in English. But because of read.cash, I am able to improve my English grammar gradually. It's not flawless but at least it is improving slightly. Because of read.cash, I found myself getting fond of writing ( though it is all in my drafts 😅). It is fun to write here. I can jot down anything that happens to my life, my past, and what is going on in my mind. Every morning, while having our breakfast, I will first browse read.cash, check my notifications and read some articles that get my attention. It becomes part of my daily routines. Whenever I have spare time, I will come here to see or read some articles. Another thing that I like here is that I can interact with other people especially with the ones that have the same interests as mine.
When I met read.cash, I discovered much new stuff here, meet new people around the world. I am slowly trying to learn how to write. Read.cash helps me with English. And I hope this platform will stay.
Thank you for reading. Keep safe and God bless everyone!
Banana and its Health Benefits
A banana is an elongated, edible fruit - botanically a berry - produced by several kinds of large herbaceous flowering plants in the genus Musa. In some countries, bananas used for cooking may be called "*plantains*", distinguishing them from dessert bananas. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Banana https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Berry_(botany) https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Herbaceous_plant https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flowering_plant https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Genus https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Musa_(genus) https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cooking_banana
Worldwide, there is no sharp distinction between "bananas" and "plantains". Especially in the Americas and Europe, "banana" usually refers to soft, sweet, dessert bananas, particularly those of the Cavendish group, which are the main exports from banana-growing countries. By contrast, *Musa* cultivars with firmer, starchier fruit are called "plantains". In other regions, such as Southeast Asia, many more kinds of banana are grown and eaten, so the binary distinction is not useful and is not made in local languages. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cavendish_banana https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_banana_cultivars
Bananas are one of the most popular fruits. They vary in size, color, and firmness. But they are usually elongated and curved, with soft flesh rich in starch covered with a rind, which may be green, yellow, red, purple, or brown when ripe. The most common type of banana is the Cavendish, which is a type of dessert banana. It is green when unripe and becomes yellow when it matures.
Bananas contain various essential nutrients and they can contribute benefits for digestion, heart health, and weight loss. Eating bananas can help lower blood pressure and may reduce the risk of cancer.
Bananas are rich in fiber, various antioxidants, several nutrients, phytonutrients.
Potassium - 9% of the RDI https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reference_Daily_Intake
Vitamin B6 - 33% of the RDI
Vitamin C - 11% of the RDI
Magnesium - 8% of the RDI
Copper - 10% of the RDI
Manganese - 14% of the RDI
Net carbs - 24 grams
Fiber - 3.1 grams
Protein - 1.3 grams
Fats - 0.4 grams
A medium-sized banana has about 105 calories. It consists mainly of water (75%) and carbs (23%). It has very little protein and almost no fats.
Bananas are a rich source of carbs. It mainly occurs as starch and resistant starch in the unripe, green bananas. During ripening, the starch turns into sugar (glucose, fructose, and sucrose) and ends up being less than 1% when the banana is fully ripe. https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/resistant-starch-101
Bananas are also a good source of pectin, a type of dietary fiber. Pectins can help moderate sugar levels after meals and may reduce appetite by slowing the emptying of your stomach. Both pectin and resistant starch offer appetite-reducing effects and help you keep full. Bananas may help improve digestive health. Resistant starch and pectin act as prebiotic nutrients, supporting the growth of beneficial gut bacteria and safeguard against colon cancer.
Bananas may aid weight loss because they are low in calories and rich in fiber and nutrients. It can also help in heart health because it's also a good source of the two essential nutrients - potassium and magnesium. Potassium plays a crucial role in blood pressure control and kidney function. Magnesium may protect against high blood pressure, heart disease, and type 2 diabetes. It may also play a beneficial role in bone health.
Bananas also consist of antioxidants, including dopamine and catechins. These antioxidants may help reduce damage from free radicals and lower your risk of some diseases.
Bananas contain tryptophan, an amino acid that may help preserve memory, boost a person's ability to learn and remember things, and regulate mood.
The Bottom Line
Bananas are a popular fruit that provides many essential nutrients that help a person healthy. They are among the world's commonly consumed fruits.
Primarily composed of water and carbs, they contain vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
Among other things, they may boost digestive and heart health due to their fiber and antioxidant content.
Bananas may have numerous benefits when consumed regularly as a part of a healthy lifestyle.

I am blessed
Some of us are part of a broken family. The others were abandoned by their parents and became homeless on the road. Others are adopted at church or by relatives.
I am one of those. I was one of the latter. My biological parents gave me *(or us, me and my eldest sister)* to our aunt after we were born. They said it was due to poverty that was why our parents gave us to them. They cannot afford to bring us up.
We grew up knowing the truth. I don't know how it happened, but we knew it from the start that we were adopted and not their real children. My aunt and uncle have their own children, 2 girls, and a boy. My aunt is my mother's eldest sister. They are also poor but they still have a golden heart. They didn't think twice about adopting us and raising us as if we are their own.
They raised us and fed us with their love. Even the relatives of my uncle are all wonderful. They treated us the way they treat their family. I remember my childhood days to be full of love. I have 2 Nanays and 2 Tatays ( *actually 3 nanay and 3 tatay if you count my biological parents)*, Mommy and Daddy, Papa, and Mama. I have very kind sisters and a brother *(I ate and my cousins)*.
I am very fortunate. Very blessed to have them. I still had my ups and downs when growing up. I rebelled once against them. I know I was selfish. I only think of myself and what I am feeling. I even thought of wishing I was dead. It was difficult for me at that time. Because I never opened up my heart to them. But that was until I got pregnant. When I am building up my own family, I finally realized all the mistakes I did. I regret the things that I did that caused them pain. That's the moment I finally let out all my emotions. I am very lucky they still understand me and still love me unquestionably. And I am very grateful I had them.
I share my story with you in hopes of being able to help you not to feel miserable. I shared it to somehow be an inspiration. We must never take for granted the people who are loving us dearly. Always remember that someone is always there for you, loving you and expect nothing in return. You have Almighty God with you. You have your family beside you, blood-related or not. You are not alone. Never was and never will. We all have problems but it is not an obstacle for us to be happy. We have to open up our hearts and look at the good things that are happening in our lives. ***I am blessed.*** We are all blessed.
*Thank you for reading. I hope it didn't bore you. Have a blessed day everyone!*
Monarch butterfly Nail Art
When I was browsing my photos, I stumbled across this picture that was taken 8 years ago. This is the nail art that I did to myself. I honestly remember having had a hard time doing it. It's very difficult doing manicure especially nail art to yourself. I took 2 months studying cosmetology when our barangay had a livelihood program. I am not a PRO but at least *(and I hope so)* I know a little bit of the basics. If I remember correctly, our teacher(trainer) gives us a task after every subject. So it was when our lesson at that time was about manicure/pedicure and nail arts. I did some research looking for nail arts and found this Monarch Butterfly Nail Art on Youtube. It looked simple and easy to do. And my tools were limited so I chose this nail art. Thought it was easy but I never knew it was hard to do. I had trials and errors before executing this nail art that is convincing for me.
I don't know if it looks like a butterfly to you but I was satisfied with the result of my hard work.
I am very happy and pleased that I attended that livelihood program. I never regretted it, in fact, I was very gratified. What I learned from the livelihood program I am still performing it to my husband and my lads. (*But not the nail arts haha.).* Nowadays I am the one that cuts their hair. Whatever hairstyle they like. We just search for tutorials about the hairstyle they fancy, then I will try to perform it to them. It isn't perfect and precisely like what we had watched but it was still presentable and pleasing to the eye. At first, they don't want me to be their haircutter haha. But practice makes perfect, as they say. Because I always try to cut hair, gradually it came to be acceptable for them. I had persuaded them to accept me as their hairstylist *(lucky for them haha)*. Honestly, for me, cutting boys' hair is harder compared to cutting girls'hair.
Okay, back to nail arts, I guess I can say my performance of doing nail art is fairly acceptable. Not outstanding and not badly. Just decent enough. I still do manicure/pedicure to myself and my family. But I can't do nail arts now because I have no more tools. And I don't have someone to practice it with. Yes, I can do it with myself but I think it is much better having someone else. *(I wish I have a daughter hehe.)* I was able to do nail arts before when I was still in Quezon City because most of my relatives and friends were there. I practice it with them for free (*but many times they still want to pay me.)* But ever since now that I am here located at Valenzuela City, I don't have time to and someone else to practice nail arts.
*Thanks for dropping by and taking the time to read this.*
*If you want to try this monarch butterfly nail art, you can try searching it on Youtube. If you want to ask my suggestion, I recommend checking* *this* *out. This is not the one that I watched, I can't seem to find it. But I think this video is detailed too. I hope you will like it.* https://youtu.be/VYTzcJeqbi8
Have a fabulous day everyone!

Don't Stop Dreaming
"If there is a will, there is a way."
If we want or dream something, there are many ways to achieve it, but if we aren't willing, we have many reasons and excuses.
When we have something we dream of, we have to find a way to attain it. We must gear up our goals in order to get what we want. We have to find our motivation and our inspiration. We have to demand action for us to acquire it. Merely let us not hurt or oppress other people just to reach our goals or dreams. We do not have to tread on others. We will succeed without hurting anyone else. We possess our own abilities and strengths.
Only sometimes, there comes a time when we are skeptical. We sometimes ask ourselves, can we make that happen? Some of us think they can't because they are simply poor. Others think they are improbable to reach their dreams because they seem to be old.
Take a good long look at yourself. You possess qualities that will help you to bring home the bacon. All you have to do is check it out. Acknowledge your uniqueness and accept yourself as you are. Identify your weaknesses and strong points. Overcome your weaknesses and make them your new determination.
Life is full of challenges, but don't let it break you. **Do not give up dreaming**. Let us not render up on what we want to achieve. It doesn't count if you are young, old, rich or poor. Everyone holds the right to dream and make it come true. All that matter is that we are trying our very best to attain it. Without someone getting hurt.
Let the Lord be the core of our lives. Anything is possible with Him. Let us ask for His guidance and He will lead the path. And don't forget, have confidence. Don't and never ever doubt yourself. Trust in yourself that you can do it.
*Thank you so much for reading! Hope everyone has a nice day!*
Good morning..
“Don’t limit yourself. Many people limit themselves to what they think they can do. You can go as far as your mind lets you. What you believe, remember, you can achieve.”
– Mary Kay Ash
You yourself will help. If many believe in you but you lack confidence in yourself, you really can’t. So believe in yourself. You have abilities and talent. Keep fighting..
"Never let the things you want make you forget the things you have. "
Good morning ❤️ Happy Monday!
Can't go back
We experience things we regret doing in the past. There are times when we hurt ourselves or our loved ones unintentionally. There are events in our lifetimes that we feel remorse and desire to travel back and change.
We have a bunch of "what if..?" What would have happened if we had not done this or that?
Is there a chance we can fetch back the past?
Not even a chance. We can **LOOK** **BACK** but we can no longer **GO BACK** in time. We can no longer change or erase the fact that it fell out. What happened has happened, what has been done has been sufficed.
There is nothing we can do but ***live with*** it. There are things that are meant to befall. We can't alter the past, but we can learn from it. Let's relish the present and face the future.
Let's not take into account our past to haunt us. Let's focus on starting a new chapter in our lives and concentrate on making our future great. We can constantly make ourselves a much better person. The present is the time given to us to change our future.
***Thank you all for reading. Have a great day ahead!***
Home
"Home is where the heart is."
-Gaius Plinius Secundus
Home, this is the place where we feel the deepest affection. The place where we are happy, well-off and secure. This is the place where we feel we belong. This is where we can find and be with the precious person or people very dear to us. Here we are free to do the things we relish. Here we feel our importance. Where we feel accepted who we are. Home is where we can be ourselves.
It does not matter where we are, as long as we bear in our hearts the people who are dearest and most important in our lives.
*Thank you so much for reading! I sure hope you are* ***HOME****. Have a blessed Sunday!*
Lessons
Throughout our lives, we have learned a great deal. We pick up a heap of things. Things that are important in forming our personality. We learn from what is going on around us. We also acquire our knowledge or lessons in reading and watching. But oftentimes, there are many lessons in life that we cannot learn until we are confronted with a situation.
Experiences are the best teacher. We will not learn to get up if we do not falter. We will not learn if we are not hurt. We need to go through everything in order for us to develop and attain wisdom. We need to face realities, experience the ups and downs, and feel every feeling.
Let us not forget what we have ascertained from the precepts of life. The lessons from what we've been through. Let us recall the things that gave us wisdom. Times that tested our resilience.
*Thanks for reading! Please feel free to voice your thoughts and opinions. Please correct me if I did or wrote something wrong.*
Good morning everyone! Today is another day full of blessings! Thank you God sa lahat ng biyayang binigay Mo at patuloy na ibibigay. 💕
Take a Break
After a busy day, it was nice to loosen up. We need a break even for a second.
So come on, stop what you are doing even for a moment and get a break. You need that to regain your strength. Don't be overly harsh with yourself. Work when needed, rest when exhausted.
So have a seat, take hold of your favorite snack and unwind. You deserve to be given that because of your hard work.
Enjoy!
Take it Easy
There is no need for us to rush at all. No one is chasing us. *Take it slowly*. We do not need to hurry things up.
Conduct a little step by step. Slowly but certainly. Gradually, we will reach where we desire to go without realizing it. We have our own time to shine.
So let's just relax, take our time and savor life. Let's go through it one by one. Let's not do it all of a sudden. But let's not be overly complacent. Let's do it slowly but with determination. Let us seek inspiration so that we may persevere. Nothing will befall if we do not act, if we do not put in the effort. Let us all do our best to accomplish our dreams.
*Thank you for your time.. Hope you enjoy it! Have an amazing day!*
Be optimistic
It's morning again. Thank Him and He woke us up again. A lot will happen again today. Let's anticipate the unexpected. Whether it be good or bad. May this happen if it is the volition of God.
Let us be positive today and every day. Let us not allow the negative to consume us. Let's practice always smiling and being positive in dealing with our everyday lives. Let's be more optimistic!
Have a great morning! 💕
The day is coming to an end but God's grace to us continues. May we never forget to praise and thank Him of His unfailing love for us. May we sleep soundly, with a smile on our faces.
Good eve...
Good evening. It's been a week since I found out about readcash. As I always say, I don't really write. I prefer to read than to write. But I said to myself, why don't I try? Nothing will be lost if I try. There is nothing wrong with trying something new. So here I am today, and I am so thankful I tried it. I read a lot of great articles. I have some discoveries that I do not yet know. And most of all, I made new friends.
Speaking of a new friend, I met someone here who was very kind. She has works here that can really help us a lot especially for us beginners. So my dear friends, I hope you can read the articles she wrote. Especially this article.
https://read.cash/@thootzy713/comment-rules-2182ae2a
Little things
We should also pay attention to the little things. Everything in this world has value. Let us not neglect the little things. Everything that happens in our lives, small or large, is a blessing to us. Sometimes we do not notice the small things or events in our lives, but there is the opportunity we are looking for. We do not know, there is the happiness we are looking for. So hopefully, we will pay attention to the little things before we repent or regret it later. Let's enjoy the little things.
A blessed and meaningful day to you my friends.
Why judge others?
Why do some people force us to go down?Even with our little gestures, with our every move, they have something to say. Do we need to ask their permission for every move we make? Do we have to do everything we can to make them happy? Does it need to be pleasing in their eyes?
Most of us are very judgmental of other people. Just seeing someone have a tattoo, "maybe he's an addict!" Can't his tattoo be just arts? Just seeing someone wearing makeup, "That woman is flirtatious!" Can't she just want to be presentable and clean to look at?
Everything we do has a reason. Let us not judge others by what we see with our eyes. The pure heart is more important than the outward appearance. Let's look in the mirror first, look at the dirt on our faces. Do we have the right to judge them?
****NOBODY'S PERFECT****. We do not have to be perfect, all we need is to be true to ourselves.
Thanks for reading. I hope you can leave your opinion and thoughts.
A great day
Good morning everyone.
Today is gonna be a great day again!
May God bless us even more.
May He give us enough strength to face the trial that lies ahead.
Regrets
We regret many things. We have made decisions that we thought were right. We are sorry but it is too late. We have hurt people. Especially the people who are special in our lives. Even if we do not mean to, we hurt them because of the wrong decision we made. It's unfortunate isn't it? We can no longer change what has already happened. We can do nothing but regret. It's too late to change things.
But there is nothing wrong with remorse or regret. Do not regret feeling regret. That's normal. We all have regrets, we all wish that our decision will be different then.

A New Start
Everyday is a new start. Another trial, another hope. Let us make our daily life meaningful. Let us live our lives to its fullest. We never know if today will be our last.
Blessed morning to you. Yehey ... I got points again. Thank you very much RC.
Be Brave
We need to be courageous in facing the challenges of our lives. Being brave is not based on fighting, not in contention. A person can be said to be brave if he can stand on his own two feet. You are brave if you can handle your responsibilities and obligations as a person. If you can stand whatever your decision may be in life. If you are not afraid to fight for what you know is right. We become more courageous through trials. Let us begin if we will accept and admit that we are afraid. Let us be honest with ourselves. It does not mean that a person is brave if he has nothing to fear, right?
Face your fears and overcome them. Find out what that is. We must find out what our fears are so that we can know how to deal with them.

It is twelve midnight here in the Philippines but until now I am still awake. And since I can't do anything right now, I want to know your point of view. Who will you choose? The person who is willing to give everything to you and willing to sacrifice? Or the person you will do everything for his happiness even if he hurts you?
