It's lunchtime and I made some twirl fusilli pasta. We had extra pasta sauce yesterday so I just added a few ingredients to have different taste. Do you know what I added? Well, I sautéed some button mushrooms in butter and added some tomato sauce and fresh oregano picked from the garden. Adding cheese on top makes the pasta taste more flavorful. Kain po tayo!

Dessert time Mangoes are now in season. Cebu mangoes are well known for its sweetness. I was able to buy some ripe mangoes last night from my sis-in-law. She's an expert when it comes to mangoes because she has been in this business since she was still in school learning the trade from her parents. We decided to have some mango shake after lunch. Homemade Burgers It's burger time at home! My daughter prepared our dinner for tonight. We had the burger buns, vegies, cheese ,homemade Burger patties and fries. The burger patties weighed 175grams or 0.385 lbs. It's more than a quarter pounder. It's so delicious and super filling! I can't believe I finished my share. Sitting for a few minutes in the garden full of weeds, you'll be surprised when tiny butterflies visit and stopped on tiny flowers too. Snapped this a few days ago using my iPhone 7 Plus and thought of sharing this cutie butterfly caught on cam. Ilocos Sunset I have been missing outside world since due to pandemic, our movements are limited. I missed watching the sunsets. Sharing with you the sunset I captured when my daughter and I joined an Ilocos Tour. This happened a few years ago in 2015. My daughter availed of the sand dunes adventure so I was left waiting and watching people come and go. I saw the sunset and glad to capture this amazing sight , the Ilocos sunset. I was able to have a good nap this afternoon. I had about an hour of sleep. I am thankful that I was able to rest. I noticed that I am still sleepy. Tanghalian Magandang tanghali po mga ka Tambay at kaingay! Natapos din po ang paghahanda ng tanghalian. Nag luto po ako ng malunggay soup with shredded chicken meat and reheated the donated Lechon. Mabuti po may nagbigay po ng Lechon kanina. Dalawang klase po ang Lechon meron dito, yung binili ng bunso ko noong isang araw na hindi po naubos at yung bagong bigay. Nakahiwalay po sila . Halina po kayo at kumain na po.

Pepper The gray cat is Pepper, our house cat. The other cat is alley cat Ginger. After lunch, Pepper went out of the house when she saw Ginger peeped on the open door. This little pinkish flower is very interesting. I don't know the name of this plant. My daughter brought this home and planted it in a small pot. It grew quickly and I noticed it's flower blooms in the morning but quickly closes its petals before noon. Isn't nature so amazing? Have you seen a plant similar to this? Visitor This morning when I went to the garden I saw this visitor on the leaf of my oregano plant. I know it's a common fly but when I search Google for its name it is called Green Bottle Fly. When my parents were still alive, I used to visit them in Bacolod City. I have a sister who also lives there. Mt Tapyas My sisters and I visited the island of Coron, Palawan in July 2019. We had a great time bonding together. I have 3 sisters so we were 4 who traveled to Coron. We stayed in 2 island resorts and we enjoyed our stay in those resorts. The island is so enchanting that I wish I can go back soon. Another trial in planting lemongrass or tanglad. My daughter bought a big bunch of lemongrass from the market so I got a few stalks for planting. I got an empty pot where I planted the old lemongrass but it died so I used that pot since it is located under the shade. Meron avocado na malamig sa loob ng ref. I slice it and peeled it off. Malabo or very sticky po ang klase ng avocado . I added a little sugar and some powdered milk. Wow ang sarap po. It's time fo avocado banana shake. Very timely for this hot day. After our homemade shawarma bonding , I volunteered to make the avocado shake. Allergic rhinitis I noticed that since early this morning I have been repeatedly sneezing. Whenever this happens I know I'm having allergic rhinitis. Allergic rhinitis is an inflammation of the inside of the nose which is caused by an allergen in the air like pollen, dust, or anything that irritates the nose. It's cooking time for lunch. My menu for lunch is ground beef with pechay. I already sautéed the ground beef and added the white portion of the pechay leaf because it is a little tough. My siblings and I visited Coron,Palawan in 2019 and one of the spots we went to was the Maquinit Spring. We went there after we climb Mt Tapyas. Good morning again. Lumabas po ulit ako kasi may pinaprocess na papers. Back to waiting again kasi yung in charge na kausap ko ay absent so I will request another personnel to do the processing. They are now serving #19 and I got #26. It's okay, I can wait patiently. We just have to face circumstances beyond our control with good attitude and always stay positive. Matatapos din po ito.

Naabutan po ako ng lunch break at dapat number ko na . Nag request na lng po ako sa isang personnel kung pwede ipa receive ko po yung documents para meron silang copy sa Main Office. I finally accomplished my tasks for the day . Since I seldom come to the mall due to pandemic, I rewarded myself with food! Kain po tayo ng late lunch, roasted chicken with mixed vegetables and a glass of water to satisfy my hunger. I'm eating alone now.. Let's eat.

Nakatulog po ako at nagising about 30 minutes ago. Parang nanaginip lng po ako. Nag check po ako ng External wallet ko at nagtaka bakit today ang nakalagay , in my mind hindi yata updated. Haha. I was looking at the photo I uploaded earlier when I was going home which was the dark clouds. I posted it here again but this time I cropped it and positioned it well so that you can see it well too. What can you see in the cloud formation? I can see two faces facing each other. I did not do any editing on this photo except cropping it to remove some of the buildings. What do you think? I find it creepy. Good night.
