Good evening my dear friends and noisemates. We just finished our dinner. We reheated the KFC fried chicken left yesterday and I made an avocado banana shake. That's good for our dinner. I was able to sleep for an hour this afternoon. I felt some pains on my knee joints so I took a paracetamol. The arm with the vaccine jab felt a little sore and heavy but I can still raise my arm so it's ok. It's just a normal vaccine reaction. I drank lots of water as instructed and have ready allergy pills. So far I'm feeling fine, just sleepy. I'll keep an update. It's almost 8 hours after the injection.
