In this contest, we will be searching for talents and skills of our dear users. 😊 We all know that music is also considered a universal language just like writing and photography. And also, giveaway articles are trending, may it be good in quality or not, it's still trending. So I thought, why not make this an opportunity to host another giveaway and let people share their talent in writing and singing. Just like what the saying says, "If you can't beat them, join them.." (I don't know who said these lines though)That's why I will host another giveaway that will bring out the best of every user that will join. "Join them" in a sense that I will be delivering a good quality giveaway instead. (Or so I hope)
So in this contest, we invite users who want to share their talent in singing!!! I know a lot of you are good singers! Or at least you think you are. 😊

We will still encourage participants to write of course... 😊 They will have to write an article in which they explain why they picked the song and/or their thoughts about the song. No need to include thoughts about the contest. But hey, it will be an awesome feeling to know what you think about the contest too. 😊
Are you a professional singer or vocal teacher at least? Do you have any background in the music industry? Who's going to judge, you?
>Well... I would love to believe that I am a good singer. And that I have enough experience in the music industry... But the answer is, NO. Haha, 😂🤣 I don't think I am a good singer, but my parents, kids, and husband think I am as much as I do. 😂 But I will not be judging this. We will have the audience judge this contest. I will just be that "Fergie" in "The four" if you know what I mean. (Fergie being the host of the TV show The Four)
So this contest will be just like " THE FOUR" where you compete for face to face until last one standing?
>I wouldn't describe it like that. It will not be like that. But of course, you will technically compete with one another but not like a face-off.

What you should do:
🎙💜Record yourself singing your favorite song and write an article about it that explains why you picked the song and/or any thoughts about the song. It should have at least 600 characters** (characters, not words, chillax). Mention me in the article so I'll get notified. Please do your best to make it well-written. You can use grammarly.com for editing the text. 😊
(YOU CAN EITHER DO A COVER SONG OR SING AN ORIGINAL SONG YOU'VE WRITTEN)
(**character consists of letters,numbers,symbols,punctuation marks that you can type using keyboard. Emojis and whatnot are excluded)
🎙💜Join and Submit your article in "THE SINGING AUTHORS" community. This community will serve as our guide to the contest for now and after the contest, we hope this community to grow and show read.cash the other side of us which is singing.

HOW WILL THE CONTEST GO:
💜👑Every week (for two weeks), we will have our preliminary stage where people can submit their entries and at weekends (SATURDAY AND SUNDAY *PH TIME), people will vote for their favorite. Top 3 will advance for the next round. This is for two weeks so we can have 6 finalists.
💜👑 For the 3rd week, the 6 finalists from the preliminary round will have to send another entry, and again, at weekends (Saturday and Sunday PH TIME), people will vote for their favorite. And top 3 winners will win respective prizes.
💜👑Top 3 finalists will then have to compete with each other by sending their final entry and be voted by again, our valuable users. 💗😊
So, How much are we talking about here with all these efforts?
