I'm back Ive been away from read.cash for a while now a year plus my notifications are so much like alot and I'm back now I've also been away from my parents and siblings too. It's good to be back home and it's good to be back here ☺️ All this time I've been away I finished school I became a graphic designer 😊 My family is really happy I'm back home now I really missed them it's so good to be back.

Life According to the dictionary, Life is the state that follows birth, and precedes death; the state of being alive and living. Life is what we live its our getting up in the morning doing ur morning routine and heading out to ur daily activities checking all ur to do list and returning home at the end of the days activities to return to it again. Life is having to go to school Kindergarten, Primary, Secondary, University going to service and furthering to get a Masters and Phd. Life is getting a job make money own properties and then getting married going for a honeymoon and get a time away from everyone, coming back and make kids. Life is training kids and then making them go through the same whole process and we grow old and die And they go on the same process. THIS IS LIFE. IS THIS LIFE ? Another definition of Life is waking up in the morning Not having what to eat wallow in bed and not having anyone to help heading out to seek help but find none get a menial job get something for the night return in home at the end of the day to return to it again. Life is having issues with school being driven home severally, loosing parents or guardians along the line and then struggle to come out out of school. The eldest gets to stop school to get a job to train the rest three young ones they go on struggling together and then the last one dies as a result of improper care And the eldest has just two left to take care off. She sees them through kindergarten, primary, secondary, and they get into the University they know where they are from and they study hard even though they don't have all that they want and being considerate to ease the eldest, one of them decides to get money to take away all the pains they have been through and also to have all he has ever wanted joins his friends and they head out to steal it was a success but along the line they were caught the gang was sentenced because they involved in not just stealing but murder. He wanted it big but it didn't work out. Just Two left the eldest gets married to someone who came to take away pain and sorrows from their lives. The remaining one in school graduates and came out with flying colours Months later after her clearance she got a job and began to live well she fell ill and was diagnosed of kidney failure because during her school year she consoled herself with alcohol during school days which has damaged both her kidneys she died and living the eldest one alone who now has to focus in raising her own family. Life is not the same for everyone life is filled with Pain, Happiness, sorrows laughter good things and alot of bad things. Some persons have life on a platter or Gold and some don't, some have hardship till death, some come out of hardship some never see hardship some never even get to live their lives to the fullest some never live some are enslaved all their lives, some miss their help and loose their life. Life is Beautiful, Life is Ugly. Life is beyond breathing its more than just being alive. We can say therefore that life is what we get, what we see, what God has written for us and what we rewrite for ourselves.

Love People say love pure, painful sweet and dreadful all at once. Love can be seen as a basic necessity in everyones life. Everyone has their own definition of love from a variety of feelings, emotions and attitude. Love is more than physical interest it has to do with emotional attachment. Love is an intense feeling of deep affection, a great interest or pleasure in something. Love in Filipino is pagmamahal Love in French is amour Love in German is liebe Love in Howaiian is aloha Love in Igbo is ihunaanya Lobe in Hausa is Kauna What is love ? LOVE IS NEVER RUSHING INTO A RELATIONSHIP; Give time to yourself and your partner. Take things slowly everyone has a dark side which should be looked at before settling down with him or her. LOVE IS NOT BEING JEALOUS; When you really care there is no room for jealously and possessiveness. Being possessive should be done healthy a n with understanding. LOVE IS GIVING YOUR SELF A CHANCE; Conflicts dissent mean things won't work out, give yourself a chance because perception differs. LOBE IS TO STOP EXPECTING; The expectations you had in mind might differ from that of your partner so do not expect much. LOVE IS MAINTAINING PRIVACY; Your relationship should not be taken outside issues between you two should be between you two alone. LOBE IS AVOIDING MISUNDERSTANDING; You should avoid conflicts at all times. Always hear out reasons for actions before jumping to conclusion and creating a drama. Types of love. Eros Pragma Ludus Agape Philla Philautia Storge Mania Eros; Eros is all about romance, passion, and attraction. It describes the intoxicating and thrilling emotions that the initial stages of a relationship can induce. Pragma; This can be seen as practical love referring to the kind of love grounded in duty, commitment, and practicality. Ludus; Ludus is a very flirtatious and fun without the strings that come with eros and ptagma. It can also be seen in the early stages of a relationship. Agape; This is universal love agape is a selfless love, like the kind you might associate with saintly figures like Jesus e.t.c. Philia; This develops over a long lasting friendship. Its platonic but nevertheless you feel very close to those you have philia towards and you confide in them, trust and respect them on a very personal level. Philautia; This is love about ones self love and compassion. The relationship we have with ourselves are very important. Storge; This is love shared between family members friends from childhood e.t.c. Mania; An in balanced relationship where one person carries it. It is sometimes considered toxic. Black velvet tamarind(Dialium guineense) Good pm from here lovelies today I'm going to share with you a very wonderful and delicious fruit that has a lot of benefits to the body. The black velvet tamarind it's from a tall tropical fruit bearing tree. It belongs to the family leguminosae, and has a small typically grape sized edible fruit and hard brown inedible shells. The flavour of the fruit is similar to tamarind where it derives its English name from and i guess the velvet is from its shell that has a velvet like covering. The fruit usually has a sweet sour taste compared to tamarind it is sweeter, dryer, powder like and the shell is thicker than that of tamarind. The fruit is used as a candy like snack food in Thailand, often dried, sugar coated and spiced with chili. The dried fruit has a powdery texture, and is orange in colour with a tangy flavour. The fruit is found in west African countries such as GHANA where it is called "yoyi",SIERRA LEONE, SENEGAL, and here in NIGERIA where it is called Awin in youruba language, icheku in Igbo and Tsamiyar krum in Hausa. It can be freshly consumed, dried or soaked in water and drink water afterwards. It helps shed extra kilos and it also subdues hunger. Nutrients in black tamarind The fruits seed and pulp consist of the following. Moisture, organic matter, crude protein, crude fat, ash, crude fiber, carbohydrate and ascorbic acid and they are all in certain quantities. Health benefits of the black velvet tamarind The black velvet tamarind has a lot of health benefits which seems to make the fruit very important. CURES MALARIA ; The decoction of the black velvet tamarind has an ability to inhibit the growth of plasmodium flaciparum which is the main cause of malaria, therefore the malaria patient will be recovered quickly. What do you have inside. Hello lovelies I'm here to encourage you so stay tuned and i hope you enjoy this. Everyone has something in them something special that no one has and it makes us to differ from one another better and most times preferred and other times it pulls us out of troubles and serves as a solution or guide to people around I'm going to tell how what you have inside can be of help to you. It takes a lot to know what you have inside and put it to use. There were ten virgins who took their lamp and went out to meet the bridegroom five were wise and five were foolish. The five wise virgins took their lamps and carried extra oil with them while the five foolish virgins took their lamps and did not carry extra oil with them. Upon their arrival the bridegroom delayed and the ten wise and foolish virgins slept off while waiting for the bridegrooms arrival. And at midnight there was a loud out cry that the bridegroom has arrived and the virgins should go out and meet him. As they arise the five wise virgins added their extra oil to their lamps and were ready o set out but the foolish ones had no oil with them so they asked from the wise virgins to spare them a little but they refused saying they do not have enough to spare and they advised the foolish virgins to go out and buy oil for themselves. And as they went out to buy oil for their lamps the bridegroom came and the five wise virgins went in with the bridegroom. And the doors were shut and by the time the five foolish virgins got the door has been shut and they missed out from the feast of the bridegroom. The ten virgins were all at the same base but what they had inside them differ. What we have inside us glows from within and reaches out to others. Another instant from the Bible. A very rich ruler was about to go on a journey so he called his servants and gave them talents. To one he gave five, to another he gave two and to the other he gave one. Each man according to his own ability and what he has inside. And he said to them do business with it till i return. And he set out on his journey . The first servant traded with his five talent and got five more talents. He who received two also did the same by trading and he got two more talents . But he who had received one tied it in a cloth dug a hole and kept it awaiting the masters return. And after a while the master returns and settles account with them. The first servant who was given 5 Talent came forth and handed over to to his master 5 talents and his profit on it and he took charge of five cities and likewise, the second servant came forth and submitted his 2 talents and his 2 talent profit on it and he was placed in charge of two cities. And the last servant who was given 1 talent came forth and returned the talent just to the master who chased and punished him and he was cast into a place of suffering. And the 1 talent that the lazy servant had was given to another to take possession. If we put what we have to good use we will have lots of good results and we will always be rewarded. Just like the five wise virgins and the two servants who were rewarded greatly. They are all amazing but No. 1 is so mind blowing. I hope you enjoy the count down. No.10 The blue morpho This is one of the most largest Butterflies in the world,they are found in the tropical forest of south and central america. No.9 The zebra long wing butterfly The name is drawn from its looks, And this is the official butterfly of Florida of United states, declared in 1996 and it is found throughout the south and central america. No.8 The peacock pancy These Butterflies are recognized by their eye spot, they are native to south Asian countries. The pattern under its wings changes in seasons its brighter in dry seasons and dull during wet seasons. No.7 The eighty eight It's so amazing his a butterfly has eighty -eight on its wing. Its called diaethria clymena and its a native to south and central america. The other eighty-eight species are of different colour but they all have the 88 spot. No.6 The Forest giant owl butterfly. These have very serious wings these are member of the owl butterfly family a native to south and central america. The large eye pattern helps scare away small predators and helps escapes from lizards and frogs. No.5 Apollo butterfly They are found in some specific areas in italy, Spain and France. Their red eye spot size vary depending on areas where they belong to. No.4 The emerald swallow This is a member of a large family of swallow tails Butterflies. There are 550 species of swallowtails in the world and they are found mainly in south east Asia. No.3 The glass winged butterfly They are found across mexico and Columbia their transparent wings make it hard for predators to spot them. And they teen on a common flower called lantana. No.2 The Sylphina Angel As the name implies its an Angel. They are found across Ecuador and Bolivia the spend most times under leaves and fly at full sunlight. No.1 The dead leaf I've never seen anything like this before. The dead leaf butterfly are of different colours like orange, blue, brown, and white. The story of life 01 Hello everyone I'm going to share about the life of a very beautiful insect. A BUTTERFLY A butterfly is an insect in the macrolepidopteran clade Rhopalocera. Butterfly has 18000 species around the world. Fully grown butterflies have large colourful wings. A butterfly has three body parts. The head, the throax and the abdomen. The butterfly is coloured with tiny hairs and it's four wings and six legs are attached to the throax. What a butterfly eats A caterpillar eats leaves. And fully grown butterflies sips nectar and sap from flowers and juices from fruit. A minority of butterflies almost never visit flowers they eat tree saps, rotting animal matter and other organic material. What eats butterflies / Deaths They are so many predators to these preety creatures we have wasps, ants, parasitic flies, birds,snakes, toads, rats, lizards, dragons flies, monkeys and spiders. Male butterfly dies from predators or natural causes. While a female butterfly dies after she has laid all her eggs. They mate once in a life time laying a 100 eggs. Not mating prolongs their life if they are not killed by predators. A butterfly life cycle The life of a butterfly revolves around four stages. And the process is known a s metamorphosis. -Egg stage -Larva stage -Pupa stage -Adult stage THE EGG STAGE Once the egg is laid the caterpillar grows inside. The egg is laid on leaves or a stem of plant. The egg shape and texture vary depending on the specie. The egg could be round, oval, cylindrical, smooth, bumpy or wrinkled. Hatching time also vary some take a few weeks while some hatch once the weather is warm enough. THE LARVA STAGE Once its out of the egg it becomes a larva the larva eats a lot once its out of the egg and as it eats it gets bigger and shed its skin at most five times. A fully grown caterpillar is 100times larger than when it came out from its egg. THE PUPA STAGE The larva forms itself into a pupa once it is fully grown this is a vessel in which the larva changes into a butterfly. It lasts for weeks to several months depending on the specie. A hardened case forms around the pupa to protect it from predators and weather conditions. THE BUTTERFLY STAGE Once the butterfly is fully formed the case splits opens the butterfly waits for its wings to dry, and straighten out and also become big and strong by pumping a liquid called hemolymph into them. And once he is set to fly he takes of to feed on flowers, mate and the cycle continues again from a laid egg. Facts about Butterflies All of which I wow at 1) Butterflies taste with their feet 2) Butterflies wings are transparent 3) Butterflies live on all liquid diet 4)Butterflies drink from mud puddles 5)Butterflies can't fly when they are cold. Schum) Monkey kola, it took me a very long time to try it out but when I did it tasted really nice Its a common type of African indigenous wild fruit, that can be found around homes and villages and its mainly found in the southern parts of Nigeria. It has a lot of potential contents beta-carotene, vitamin c, riboflavin, niacin, thiamine, flavonoids, alkaloids, saponins, tannins, fibre, and other nutrients. The nutrients include vitamins, carbohydrate, phosphorus, pottasium, calcium, magnesium. It contains vitamins, mineral elements and others which are of good benefit to human health. Monkey kola has a lot of benefits to the human body. But I will share the little I know i) it helps in metabolizing fat and proteins in the body. ii) The fruits helps in lowering the level of cholesterol iii) It reduces the risk of of having a heart disease and improves a healthy heart. iv) it gives us strong bones and help in making cells, organs and systems to function well. v) it contributes to the health of the gastrointestinal tract. vi) it aids in weight loss and weight management vii) it gives an appealing glow to the skin viii) it gives good eye sight cause it has vitamins We have three types of monkey kola YELLOW MONKEY KOLA RED MONKEY KOLA WHITE MONKEY KOLA SIDE EFFECTS The monkey kola is delicious and nutritious but its advisable to take it for health improvement and not to be taken in excess to avoid micro nutrient deficiencies. And this looks like a snow mountain I've never seen one in person before only in the movies and in the clouds 😁. This is my favorite spot for taking pictures it makes the sky looks like a landscape painting. The clouds close to the roof shows the rising will take a shot later when the sun comes up. And finally my last shot of the day. I see the cloud as a very beautiful painting that brings a smile on ones face. My entry to Read.cash singing Authors idols competition 2020. Hello everyone @Jdine and a few others are putting up this contest to also bring out music here on Read.cash a generally accepted language. Since music is a part of art and a lot of artists are here so she decided to put this up. So here is my entry for round one. I did a video of myself singing a cover of oceans by hillsongs. It was the first hillsongs I heared after which I downloaded lots of hillsongs I love hillsongs a lot because they do my kind of songs more which is worship. I picked this song because of what the song depicts it means a lot to me and I've also ministered it in my church choir severally. Peace Hello everyone good morning to you I'm dropping this write up on peace it was our bible study topic yesterday. This was all I could jot down. I hope it makes meaning to you. PEACE is a fruit of the holy spirit brought to us by Jesus. Peace in Hebrew means SHALOM. After the garden of eden we lost peace in all ways we could think of, but Jesus brought peace back to us by dieing on the cross of calvary. He abolished all that would pull us away from God and from peace. phillipians 4:7 says and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard our hearts and mind through Christ Jesus. It is only in God that we can find true peace. We can't find peace in DRINKING, ADULTERY, REVENGE OR whatever vices we do in other to find peace. In whatsoever we do or in what decision we take, if we do not have peace then we do not have Gods approval *Let me share my story with you. I have always had a trouble with myself I would wake up and be angry not wanting to eat or talk to anyone I would be angry at my parents and siblings for no reason plus I'm Alps angry with myself I just hated everything and everyone including myself .But when I genuinely got born again I found peace and that angry and troubled self dissapered.* HOW TO BE AT PEACE. AREAS PEACE MUST TOUCH. 1.BEING AT PEACE WITH GOD; This is having complete trust in God and resting in his ability.Psalm 27: 10 says when my father and my mother forsake me, then the lord will take care of me. 2.BEING AT PEACE WITH OTHERS; You must first be a peace maker that strives for a peaceful relationship always. Romans 12:18 says if it is possible, as much as depends on you live peaceably with all men. Issues based on our differences will spring out, but we should overlook differences and always help improve each other. 3.BEING AT PEACE WITH YOURSELF; This is most important. Accept and be proud of who you are made to be. You are unique the way you are don't compare yourself to others. POINTS TO NOTE PEACE HEALS BROKEN HOMES, THE HEART AND THE WORLD. WE MUST BE AT PEACE WITH EVERYONE BECAUSE A DAY WOULD COME WHEN THEY MIGHT BE OF HELP TO YOU. BEFORE YOU CAN BE AT PEACE WITH GOD AND OTHERS YOU SHOULD BE AT PEACE WITH YOURSELF AND BE A PEACE MAKER WHEN WE REPENT AND RESPOND IN FAITH TO THE GIFT OF GOD, HE SAVES US AND PEACE IS BORN. The eyes I was privileged to be a part of a seminar yesterday where I laernt about the eyes. So enjoy me giving you a seminar. Enjoy😀 Definition The eye is found at the front of the human body and the eye is our organ of sight. The eye has a number of components which include but are not limited to the cornea, iris, pupil, lens, retina, macula, optic nerve, choroid, and vitreous. Its Defense God made it in a way that it can protect itself with the eyelids and eyelashes, which helps keep dirt, dust and even harmful bright light out of the eyes. The eyes are also protected by tears which moistens them and cleans out dirt, dust, and other irritants that get past the defenses if the eyelashes and eyelids. The eye is a means through which we see the world. Treatments We shouldn't put urine, salt water or anything without a doctors prescription into the eyes. We shouldn't self medicate or do any ancient practices on our eyes its dangerous. *Let me share a story i was told at the seminar. A lady who was breaking palm kerniels was hit by a small palm kerniel piece in the eye and it hurt her instead of going to the hospital to check on it she just went to buy a very common eye drop chlorophenicle for her eyes and after application of the eye drop into her eyes she lost the eye and got blind . And when she went to the hospital she was told that due to the irritation on the eyes that wasn't the treatment to be used.* Once you disturb the means through which the eyes takes perception to the brain and gets back information you will go blind or have blur vision. The process of message transmission from the eyes to the brain. The cells in the retina absorbs and coverts the light to electrochemical impulses which are transfused along the optic nerve to the brain. The brain is instrumental in helping us see as it translates the image into something we can understand. The eyes might be small but it is one of the most amazing part of our body. Diseases that affect the eye To mention but a few we have CATARACT, AMBYOPIA, GLAUCOMA e.t.c. In other for us to avoid eye problems it is expected to have a regular eye check up. Yearly. And if anything is wrong with the eye you should see an eye doctor. Things to help the eye last . 1.Eat right lots of fruits and veggies that will supply us with a lot of vitamins that fights free radicals that would affect the eyes we shoult eat things like Green leafy vegetables(spinach, kale, and collards),salmon, egg, nuts, tuna, oranges, oyesters,and Porks e.t.c. 2.Do not put your hands in your eye 3.Do not self medicate Facts about the eye 1.Your eyes focused on 50 different object every second. 2.The only more organ more complex than the eye is the brain. 3.Your eyes can distinguish approximately 10million different colours. 4.Its impossible to sneeze with your eyes open. 5.80% of all learning come through the eye. 6.Your eyes can detect a candle flame 1.7 miles away. 7.Your iris has 25% unique characteristics; your finger print has just 40. 8.Only 1/6 of your eye ball is visible. 9.Heterochomia is the medical term for having two different coloured eyes. 10.Ommatophobia is a fear of the eyes. The doctor shared a saying that is very wonderful it says. If you think the cost of eye vision is expensive, evaluate that of blindness. In Italian confusion is "confusione" In Indonesian "kebingungan" In Filipino "pagkalito" In Hawaiian "hilahila" In Igbo "mmesa anya" In Yoruba "iruju" CAUSES OF CONFUSION Stress Sleep deprivation Information overlaod Intoxication or exposure to new situation Confusion can also be caused by underlying disease condition such as Enlarged lymph node, fever, headache, seizure e.t.c. OVERCOMING CONFUSION 1. ACCEPT WHERE YOU ARE 2.TAKE A DEEP BREATH 3.FOCUS ON WHAT YOU KNOW 4.BE PATIENT FRUSTRATION Frustration is the feeling of being upset or annoyed as a result of being unable to change or achieve something. Frustration is prevention of the progress, success or fulfillment of something. In Italian frustration is "frustrazione" In Indonesian "frustrasi" In Filipino "pagkabigo" In Hawaiian "hūnā" In Igbo "odida mba" In Yoruba "pinle mi" Frustration can be Internal and External. Internal can be in form of challenges in fulfilling goals and desires. While External can be in the form of challenges that happens around you. CAUSES OF FRUSTRATION Frustration originates from the feelings of uncertainty and insecurity which stems from an inability to fulfill needs.And also Frustration is a reaction to stress that you're not able to handle or manage. OVERCOMING FRUSTRATION 1.Talking with someone you trust 2.Talking out loud to yourself 3.Writing about your feelings 4.Recognizing things that you change 5.Making changes to help reduce your anger and frustration. DEPRESSION Depression is a mood disorder that causes a persistent feeling of sadness or loss of interest. Medically called major depressive disorder or clinical depression, it affects how you feel, think and and behave and can lead to a variety of emotional and physical problem. CAUSES OF DEPRESSION 1.Abuse; physical,sexual or emotional. 2.Certain medications 3.Conflict 4.Death or a loss 5.Genetics 6.Other personal problems 7.Serious illness FORMS OF DEPRESSION. 1.Major Depression it comes with thoughts of death or suicide . 2.Depression for women influenced by reproductive hormones which are Perinatal Depression and Premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD). OVERCOMING DEPRESSION 1.Visualize a happy memory 2.Make plans on good things you want to achieve daily. Don't stay indoors head out and have fun. 3.Take a different view and see things positively 4.Don't take or listen to bad compliments or comments. 5.Find something to look forward to. For instance Plan a party, Book a trip, Buy concerts tickets e.t.c.
