Since I joined this platform, first of all it wasn't that easy for me making it to where I am now. Getting about 302 subscribers. Thank you guys for being there for me. It all started when I joined this platform for the first time. I think after the first week, I made my first cash and that was about 1.2$ in BCH. That was when the point system was introduced. I decided to change my writing style since I thought that would help me to earn a bit more from the point system. I decided to write motivational articles and through that I was able to get about 15-20$ on my 1st and second month and that was a green flag to me. I think I became a power user once and I also gave tips too. Readcash is a very nice platform though I am encountering some problems. It was time for me to go to school so I had to stop writing . little did I know what would happen. Well, from that moment I stopped writing ,I got about 149$ from read.cash since I started and that was very good for me since I used it to buy some books for schooling and also some for my upkeep whiles in school. I didn't know about trading so I decided to withdraw the money for 🏫. When I came back from school , my account has been spammed. 🙆🙆🙆🙆 . Well it was pretty hard for me to believe because this platform made me unleash my writing skills and also helped me in one of my test in school when the teacher said we should write a motivational speech. Now I'm back and I think I will go back again to complete my exams. Science is a pretty hard subject 😂😂😂😂😂 I just have to undure. So guys this is how BCH has taken me as far as my life is concerned. Now let me finish the love article/poem I wanted to write. I'm sure you guys were about to scold me 😂😂😂. Nothing will make me go away from you dear. Inactive since October 2020 Hello guys. It's a long time I came to the site. I actually had alot of busy stuff to do. Writing exams here and there just to get myself prepared for the final exams. It is going to be tough though but with determination and the Prime factor,God everything will be possible. In terms of academics, if you don't back up,you will not get Enough knowledge for your final exam and this alone can harm your future. How to effectively manage time. Hello readcashers, it is Herbert and I am very delighted to be given this Platform to Share what I have in mind in a form of an article. In this article,I will lay more emphasis on some ways on how to manage time properly. Suscribe and comment for more articles. Thank you. If you want to realise your dream you have to make the best out of the time available to you. God worked within time and rested on the 7th day. After God worked for six days, he rested. Sleep on time You need to have enough rest it is good for you. One of my weaknesses when it comes to time management is when I do not sleep on time. I wake up very late which affects the whole day's work. In some cases, you have to forgo sleep to achieve your set goals. Having a good sleep will help you start your day right and become more productive. God took a rest after his work. I do not encourage laziness but sleeping will not only help you propel you realising your dreams but it will also help you health. You can use the alarm clock to control sleep. Enough sleep will help you wake up on time and achieve better results. Sleep is a blessing from God. If you have problems sleeping if not because you are worrying, then you'll have to see the doctor. Anybody who does not regulate sleep retards his growth physically. Your boss will not be happy when you meet him sleeping at work while job has to be done. Too much sleep is inimical to your progress. The average person ready to realise his dreams should not sleep beyond 4:30 a.m.. If circumstances are beyond your control you can wake up at 5 a.m.. Waking up at 6 a.m. 7 a.m. or 8 a.m. I cannot guarantee that you are ready to realise your dreams. In the weekends you can sleep with beyond 4 a.m.. Sleep is very important. Plan your day Many people do not plan their day. Take at least 7 to 10 minutes to plan for your day. Without planning for your day, your energy will be used up in different directions. After a day's work try to plan for the next day. It is very easy to do that. When you wake up the next day try to review your plan for that very day. write out your plan for the day and carry it around. As the day goes on check to see if you are following your plans and achieving them. If you do not want to write it you can keep it in your electronic device as a remainder. After every 3 hours check your plan for the day to see your progress. 20% of time spent in planning for your day will save us 80% chances of making mistakes. A work of about five hours if clearly planned will require only three or four hours to execute it. Plan your day. Keep a to-do list A to-do list is a form of reminder system that informs one that needs to be done and when it needs to be done in order to manage time effectively. Although the human brain has the ability to recollect,not all tasks can be recollected Accurately. A to-do list could be written into one's diary for easy access and urgent tasks can be highlighted with an asterisk. The to do list will guide you. Every month try to achieve more than 65% of what you stated on your to-do list. Every list you made circle out 6 urgent things that must be done now and start right away. The others can be accomplished later in the day. Allocate time to tasks in your to-do list. Advantages of keeping a to-do list. *Keeps the individuals mind focused on important tasks. *Forgetfulness is unlikely to occur. *Helps one to choose wisely especially in relation to activities within a day. Organize and control Controlling is very important for anybody who wants to make the best out of time. You have to know when to pick the phone calls ,use the social media or engage in a conversation. Organise yourself by putting files in their right location because it will save the time when looking for them. When you live in a disordered room you will delay in searching for things in the room. You should be able to know where this is or where that is even in the dark when lights are out. Draw away from what extorts time from you. Identify what takes your time and control them. Control yourself so you will not involved in unprofitable arguments which waste time. Organise and control. Prioritize tasks in order of importance to manage time effectively Although one may work according to a to-do list not all tasks are important.prioritizing is simply identifying important tasks and focusing on them. In your To-do list, prioritize your tasks in order of importance and devote much time to only important tasks. Prioritizing of tasks leads to effective and efficient time management. To be able to prioritize effectively try answering these questions. What is required of me? When is it required of me? What gives Me the greatest returns? By helping yourself answer these questions you will be able to prioritize easily. Break down prioritized tasks into steps After prioritizing tasks,the important tasks should be further broken down into steps. This will help you to accomplish one step at a time with ease. Try as much as possible to complete one step at a time before moving to the next step. Interact with the right people This is another way of managing time. Interacting with purposeful people instead of problematic people will help one effectively manage time. Interact with productive and positive minded people. Interact with people who believe in the existence of 24 hours in a day because some people believe that there is more than 24 hours in a day which is not true. Many people do not have a good attitude towards time. They believe that there is always another day or an extension to finish a task. That bad attitude towards time is contagious. Why the truth it bitter. Truth be told, truth unmarks bitterness. In this captivating article I'm going to write about what I experienced and what I have learnt from it. Sometimes you wished you had something that you liked the most but you are unable to get it... Why is it so hard to attain some grades whiles you see others getting the grades easily...why is it that people do not trust these online way of making money but others do.., why is it that some people we know unexpectedly become rich and we are still trying to get there but to no avail,..why is it that sometimes you wished what you did in the past shouldn't have been done this way ,.all these are some of the things you are thinking about generally. We are humans and we ought to think this way... There was one time a friend of mine introduced me to an online Bitcoin mining site, without any hesitation I signed up and used about 40$ in mining bitcoins, not knowing my Friend wanted to bring my downfall... The money I used everything just vanished in a twinkle of an eye. Hmm the experience made me realize how some friends are. He was also scammed so he wanted someone to feel the pain he felt when he was robbed online of all his money... sometimes this memory comes all over again trying to drive me to something 🤔😐,...the bitter truth is to trust no man in all you do and you have to listen more and talk less. I had another encounter with a friend. Sometimes you will just be there and say"are these friends at all". Do you know what he did to me? You will be surprised. He teamed up with robbers to come and Rob me of my money I won from a lottery.. guess what the plan was successful. They took my car,the money I won....about 230$. That day , man must cry. I was very disappointed at what my friend did due to sheer greed.. WHAT A FRIEND I HAVE!. I was actually going to give him something from what I won and see what happened to me😐. Very sad... right.... Some friends have no shame at all .. My uncle bought me a new phone from China and I showed it to my cousin.He suddenly changed his attitude towards me. 😶 I realized he wasn't the cousin I Know him to be... He was showing a rude attitude towards me and after seeing all this, I gave the phone back to my uncle, giving excuses as to why I gave it him. Well at least it solved the problem . This has really gotten deep into my mind as to why are some people like this . They only want to see your downfall. This experience is the most tragic of them all. My Friend wanted to kill me .......! All because he has been hearing rumors that I have been with his girlfriend.😶 What a fallacy.. i myself, I didn't know her that much, she was once a classmate of mine and I decided to take her out. I didn't even know he had something to do with her. As we were at the mall, he saw me with her walking around, he then followed us... When we were done with shopping we decided to pass by another classmate's residence. When we got there, she and I entered the house and he got angry,.....took his gun and also entered the house. To his surprise, he saw my former classmates and I in the living room and we all saw him with the gun, surprisenly I asked why he was having a gun with him and he said he saw his girlfriend with me so he wanted to kill me.....😐 Wow what a friend..! The bitter truth ......there are people who see you differently and some tend to like you, others pretend to like you, and some just hate you for just no reason at all.... Just because someone is striving in life doesn't mean you should conclude by saying he is bad person or ... I'm your labrat....... I have come to realize that in life what you do for some people is still not Enough for them, they want all of what you have so they find means of getting it.. I have also learnt to think twice in all what I do... .. I hope you learn from this article. Thank you.

The most important product of his effort is his own personality. In this article, I will be centering on the caption"Personal discovery". As the year is about to end you have to discover some stuff about your self. Visualize and have the time to discover your hidden self. Make a transformation this year as we are crossing over. If we can be made to see perhaps for the rest of our lives we will be unwilling to settle for less. Personal Discovery is the process of understanding who you are and what you are meant to be. It is the journey of self. I believe that there is an undiscovered leader in every individual. I also believe that there is more to life than you see. There is more you can do than you are doing now or have ever done. Your personality is the product of your beliefs and values. Your values and beliefs inform your behaviour ,your behaviour forms your habits , your habit determines your character and your character defines your personality. The creative is the place where no one else has ever been. You have to leave the city of your comfort and go into the wilderness of your intuition. What you discover will be wonderful. And what you discover will be yourself. He who knows others is Learned, he who knows himself is wise. What do people say about you? how do you receive what people say about you? How do you use the information people give about you? It is said that the unexamined life is not worth living. There comes a time in our lives when we must open our lives up for people to tell us what they see or have realised about us. Now you need to give people you trust and will be honest with you the opportunity to give you feedback about yourself. I am not buy this asking you to solicit for feedback in friends who will not be honest with you because they would not want to hurt you. In fact you are better off without that. In life you need people you can trust to give you honest feedback when you need it, not those who sing your praise because of their selfish gains.If those you call your friends always make you believe that you're always right that you are the best in everything watch out. It could be that they are not telling you the truth or only telling you what you want to hear. You need to surround yourself with people who can give you honest feedback. The family friends colleagues and even neighbours may know something about you that you didn't realise. If you ask them, the information received will help you to increase your level of self-awareness and once you increase your level of self-awareness ,you increase the probability of knowing your true self. You can do this by writing of questions such as the ones below that you want to know from someone you really trust and get them to answer them honestly. What do you like most about me? What do you dislike most about me? What is the most difficult thing about me to come to terms with ? What do people say is unique about me? What are my weaknesses? What would you consider as my strengths? What do you see as very unique about me? Receiving honest responses to these questions will assist you to discover who you truly are. Once again it all depends on what you do with the feedback received. Remember these questions are not exhaustive you can add on so as it serves the purpose of receiving honest feedback. And I am writing this article in particular for a reason, which is to write an article to teach an individual who wants to become a readcasher to adapt to the readcash community especially Africans to enable them know how the readcash site actually works. Alot of people in school asked me how readcash is done. I showed it to them alright buh they seem to have forgotten some stuff. So I am writing this article purposely for this reason. In readcash, you can write about anything at all but it must be reasonable and catch the readers eye. This platform is very good when it also comes to having vocabulary. Well for me, since I started using readcash, I have made a slight impact in my proficiency in English. In fact, readcash is very influencial. Well most individuals think readcash is like "some" sites where you get scammed. Well naturally that is the first impression of every individual though but it's all wrong. Readcash is actually legit. Where do I start from? Good question. Where do you start from. Easy! Readcash is very easy to register. Unlike other sites where you will be asked alot of details and numerous set of passwords. Readcash is very easy. First of all there are some options to consider when registering. You can choose to search on Google for read.cash. Through a referral link. Now when you are registering, there are some things the site will ask of you during registrations. **A nickname** Most people regret using some nicknames after some time and they even tend to leave that account for a new one, which I see it to be somehow a "waste of resources". Because you might now know what that particular account can fetch you. So before you are going to register, think about the kind of name which you like and use it. The names used there are **permanent**. **Password** Here you have to give a password which you will not forget easily. It can follow a trend or something. Maybe you can use the periodic table or prime numbers or anything at all you think no one can access easily. There is one thing you have to take note most importantly. **Your seedphase** This is very important and I urge you to write it down somewhere or screenshot it and store it in your gallery if you want to. Content This is where the work is actually. Content should be strongly considered here. You have to make your article reasonable such that no one will doubt you for your actions. You have to create this atmosphere where the reader will like to read more of your articles which will eventually make him or her tip you or suscribe for more. Who knows? You can get a huge tip for the holidays 🍾🍾🍾. Arrangement You must make sure that your article looks presentable and neatly aligned. This will also catch the readers interest. The picture above shows the pop-up menu where you can make your article very nice. H1 and H2 are for subtopics. The picture part is for image. That is if you want to insert an image. Iny next article I will highlight the mechanics of inserting an image using links. The video part is when you want to insert a video to your article. This part is a problem to some people because they cannot upload some videos here. Reason: the site only accepts videos made with LBRY, YouTube and the others. I will Elaborate more on my next article about this. The bullet part is for arranging items in order of number or creating a bullet. The chat part is for a comment or a special text. Mostly it can be a note or anything special. Maybe a memory verse or something. The arrow part is for highlighting something or a nice way of introducing a topic. For example,5 ways to stay healthy. 5 ways to stay healthy. It makes the topic very catchy. Diction That's the writer's way of making an article. It can be about his/her life or something about school. Anything at all. Done with your article? When you are done with your article, then you can publish it. Make sure you choose the right community and more over make sure the image you choose for the topic will not contradict the topic. Make it similar. That's imagery for you. Now when you are done publishing it. You can take the link from the article and send it to other websites and social media apps like whatsapp, Facebook and the others. Having a positive attitude. Positive attitude is a kind of attitude exhibited in order to make a positive result. To bring a positive result to reality can be visualized by the potentials of showing positive attitude in all endeavors. Dear readcashers, I introduce to you my article about 'positive attitude' and the effects in the near future. BE POSITIVE! Positivity leads to proficiency, high productivity, achieving a high self esteem, completing a given task quickly and effectively and among others. Positive attitude will lead to the ability of acquiring the spirit of confidence in all your doings and achieving Maslow's highest theory of need, 'self actualization'. Being positive can make one believe in oneself to bring about high productivity. No matter the setbacks, disappointments and inabilities in life, positive attitude makes one move on with life. And one day, you will achieve what you wanted or something bigger than that. Sometimes in life, you are being trampled upon and you ask God, "Why me"? You have to be experiencing both good and bad comings in life because no one is perfect. A positive attitude can help you do away with all these setbacks and disappointments in life. Self examination In aquiring self examination, one must develop the spirit if positive attitude. If there are some mistakes you have done before in life, having the spirit of positive attitude can help you examine yourself and accept the correction made and move on. Others don't. Reason,......they lack positive attitude towards their doings. It takes time to develop the spirit of positive attitude and as such we should try and make an effort to accomplish this goal. Life In School( reaching the pillar of success) Hello fellow readcashers. This is Herbert. I'm here to write an article with the caption,"life after school". I hope you like this article. This I think will glue you to this page until you finish reading. Thank you. Life in school Life in school could be very interesting and full of fun you have your course mate you study with any most cases your parents and guardians who help with money for your upkeep. You go through tertiary education with very high hopes of making a first class and later Land in a very good paying job. Then comes the moment when you enter the final class after which you venture into the real world . It is at this juncture that it's dawns on most of us that ,"wow after this final year class I'm moving into a bigger classroom call the world." The feeling is always a mixed one. On one part you are elated because you're heading out of school without the regular demands of exams and assignments on the other part you will miss most of the friends you have made on campus. Lessons learnt... If all you did well in school was to study nothing but your course then you missed a great deal of opportunities to learn beyond academics. Granted, you primarily go to school to study in whichever program you were offered. However there are a few other things that make the tertiary level more than a school and no wonder the word University is from the root word universal which means including or covering or collectively or distribute evenly Without limits or exception according to Merriam-Webster dictionary. There are some lessons learnt to which I will give a brief outline., Now let's dive in...... Without God, we're nothing This lesson for me is the single most important lesson that I have learnt one School. It so happens that there were times where you could sit for an exam for instance then you come out of the exam hall and tell yourself," I may just have to resit this exam". I don't see myself passing. Somewhere somehow you see the results and you go like what happened what's my work swapped for someone else. The Mark registered on your results slip is just unbelievable. Then he admits that there is a force and power behind it. Who could it be well if not God who else. School work can be frustrating and very demanding. It takes once total reliance on God for the strength to weave through the maze. A team player One reason education is very important in specially in today's global marketplace is the various ways we are made to work in teams on a project or assignment. Being a team player and a terrific one at that is one of the key parameters that are laid out clearly in most job ads lately. The world of work has changed from being individual centred to team-oriented. the attention has shifted from individual performance to team performance even though we still individually have our responsibilities and benchmarks to meet. The power of a team cannot be underestimated. No wonder that someone said "TEAM means Together Everyone achieves more". That's incredible. The power of choice the power to make choices is one of the greatest opportunity every tertiary student is offered. As a student you have the power to choose between going for lectures and sleeping all day long. You have the sole right to the kind of people you associate with. You choose to take a boyfriend or a girlfriend. You can even make the choice of studying or not. Despite the power given to us to make choices, there are consequences we have to live with whether good or bad. So if you make the choice to absent yourself from lectures for instance, be sure to face the possible consequence of missing out on very important information that could be helpful during examination. If you choose to study you are certain to Excel with distinction. At this level almost every choice is within your power to make. The wiser the choices you make, the better the consequences. There are many times we have made unwise choices as students. What is important however, is for us to quickly learn from our mistakes and move on. The world is not going to stand still waiting for you to make amends to mistakes you made yesterday. Don't brood over your mistakes for far too long. Learn the lessons so that when you are faced with a similar challenge someday, you can make a more informed choice or decision. A sense of responsibility Another outstanding lesson we can learn from school is having a sense of responsibility that you are responsible for your life and no matter how it turns out to be. As great as this may sound, it is one thing many people run away from. You are solely responsible for your academics ,spirituality, social life and so on. In fact there are others who are even responsible for their finances. This sense of responsibility is just as important in school as it is after school. You blame everyone but yourself for your problems and have no solutions to them or your face them squarely and integrate a solution. Are you responsible for your life, or do others run it for you? **Last but not least, is to live a balanced life**. Living a balanced life In this aspect of your life. despite some situations you might find yourself in during school life, a balanced life is a very important ingredient in our bid to live successful lives both in or after-school. you cannot neglect your books in the name of attending every religious service on campus and expect pass. In like manner you shouldn't expect a rich social life if all you do is to lock yourself up in a little corner and study all day without reaching out to Make Friends and establish networks. **there should be a wise and healthy balance between your social, religious and academic life. When you live lop sided every other facet of your life begins to suffer. The potency of greatness Hello fellow read.cash users. This is Herbert and I'm here to write to you yet an exciting article that will wriggle your feet. In this "in dept" article, I will pen down my thoughts about the caption "**the potency of greatness**". I hope this article will entice you to read more of my articles. Please don't forget to suscribe,like and share your views. What makes us potent as individuals. What makes us potent? A Friend of mine asked. He was kind of confused as to whether being potent is making on require a job or a '**business**', or a local fighter to a boxer. As humans, we have the potency to do so. But this is the question, How do we make ourselves potent in all our endeavors?? Now let's dive in. **Time** is an essential resource and as such shouldn't be taken for granted. In order for us to use our potentials to the betterment of us, we must manage time and make sure we are on schedule. And do stuff based on the time allocated for it. When we misuse our time, it will tend to make us weak, lazy and disoriented. Time just as people will say, is no respector of persons. Time doesn't wait for you. So you must move with time. Sometimes during the day, you planned to do something to make it seem you are really in need of it. And in the end you procastinate (postponing) stuff. When time is used properly, we will all be successful and as such "a stitch in time saves nine". "If you want to unleash that potentials in you, make time for yourself". Hardwork. Hardwork is the key to Making an individual build His or her potentials. Yes of course. Hardwork can push the individual in building his or her potentials to make it worthwhile. When one is lazy, there is no way the individual will work. Hardwork comes with determination!. We as humans, are not perfect. That doesn't mean you can use that as an excuse. You can be "almost" perfect. Just be focused and work hard towards your dreams and you are done. These two factors, time and Hardwork together when managed, can help you build your potentials.
