I woke up on Thursday morning with a positive feeling, not in the wrong bed thankfully. It was as positive as the weather. And as I opened our balcony door, the azure blue sky dotted with white cottony clouds greeted me. They reminded me to clear every black patch of negative thoughts in my mind, forget the weary yesterday, and just focus on the day positively. And gladly, I didn't have weird dreams again. In fact, my dream was funny and a special child I met in the past visited me in my dream. I wonder how she is now. Perhaps a beautiful grown-up girl already.
The Autumn is about to end and the temperature is falling significantly day by day as the year approaches the winter season. Every morning, its cold breeze always sends chills to my frame that make me quiver. I am hesitant sometimes to touch the water in washing my face in the morning. It makes my skin dry. And a lot of moisturizers are truly needed this season. Fortunately, at night, the heater in my comfort room is available to enjoy my bathing without shivering. But hoping out of the shower is another problem, lol.
This temperature could really make us feel not to do anything other than just coil under your quilt while hugging our soft pillow. Just sleep or binge-listening soft acoustic music with a headset on or binge-watching our favorite movies. Dang! That's what I truly wanted to do, seriously, at the moment of writing this.
It's not that I want to procrastinate, I just want to relax and lay down on my bed the whole day and would only get up once the food is served on the table. What a life! Of a lazy person, lol. Who doesn't like to take a break from bustling and hustling anyway? We all need to.
At the end of the day, we would wait for the beautiful sunset to make stunning scenery in the darkest hours. And let it calm our tired body and soul.
Isn't it stunning? This was taken last Wednesday at around 6 in the evening while waiting for the dinner to be served. Our kitchen really has a perfect spot to take a perfect shot of the setting sun. The beauty of the night was as perfect as the next day's weather.
And after dinner, we would go back to slumber under our soft thick quilt and embrace our comfy pillow. Continue listening to soft music until our mind gets blank. That would be the time that the string of night pulled our sleeping soul into the dreamland, safe and sound.
They said that the last time we thought before sleeping might appear in our dreams. So if we are anxious before we hit the sack, we would likely dream something weird just like what happened to me these past few nights. So better clear our mind of weary thoughts and fill them with something positive before drifting off to sleep so our dreams would be as beautiful as the sky at night.
The next day would be beautiful as well and we could fill our minds with new happy thoughts and memories. In that way, we wouldn't feel heavy and anxious even if we meet the dealer of our monthly bills once we open our door in the morning, lol. Just greet him good morning and smile at him even though we want to scratch our head because the figures on the bills are a pain in the ass.
However, a simple smile in the morning could make our whole day positive. And it's more overwhelming if we could be the dealer of smiles and happiness to other people. The feeling when you make someone smile or happy is different and unexplainable. Something beautiful in our hearts that we could call a sweet achievement.
And that simple smile and happiness we give to others could also ease the pain we are feeling. Isn't it relieving when we smile or laugh when feeling pain? Undoubtedly, it is. Sometimes when I am in pain or feeling weary, this young Chinese lady at home would joke at me and would cheer me up. The feeling is calming when she successfully makes me smile or laugh.
We also feel lighter when seeing other people's smiles or hearing their laughter. Those curves on their lips are calming to our eyes and the sounds of their laughter are soothing to our ears. Undeniably, smile and laughter are the best medicine as the adage said.
"Smile through the pain to make our feeling better amidst all odds. That's the best thing we could do to alleviate our pain and lessen our heavy feelings, divert our negative thoughts, and forget about people and things causing pain and suffering." -Jane
And it is worth noting that a simple smile in the morning could make our whole day positive. SO SMILE BEAUTIFUL READCASHERS π
After several days of feeling weary and just pushing myself to smile in front of other people inside and outside this digital world, I could say that I am now feeling better, except with my eyes, as the strains are still on and off despite taking a longer break from using the phone. Maybe I need a whole day's break which is quite tough to make, *sigh*.

We ought to smile through our pains and don't let anything bother us in our minds, smiling would give us the good vibes to go along with...take some break and take care of yourself
