First of all, I want to greet you with a Merry Merry Christmas and advance Happy New Year Bitcoin Cash family from all parts of the world. May we all have a blissful and joyful Christmas. Are you enjoying your day? Did you go to church yet? What gift(s) did you receive or give today? I hope you are all happy and blessed.
The anticipated event of the year has finally come and everyone is happy. Are we? We should be, no matter how tough our lives are. This is the moment where we should be grateful for whatever we received and share the blessings with others without expecting something in return. It's the time for giving and loving, and there should be no room for negativity today despite being surrounded by the dirt of the world and pessimistic people.
There were a lot of things that happened to us this year and we've been busy in several aspects, both in the real world and digital world. And it is an undeniable fact that our Christmas preparations and celebrations somewhat differ from the past. There is less excitement and anticipation.
Taking down the memory lane...
Prior to Christmas Day, we would buy different candies and chocolates. We would then repack them to make 50-100 packs or more so that we could give little presents to random kids on Christmas day. We would go to church on Christmas day morning, then celebrate the special event at home and share whatever food we have on the table with our family. And with or without gifts, we always felt grateful and happy.
Nowadays, many would prefer to go to malls and other places, and many are more excited about exchanging gifts than doing the very important thing we should do on this special day, giving thanks to God for the blessings we received this whole year and glorifying the sacrifices He did for our us.
As time goes by, the true meaning of Christmas seems to be forgotten by many as they give more importance to things that offer them material pleasures. Even some families celebrating Christmas at home seem to forget about it too. They would only enjoy eating, exchanging gifts, playing, partying, etc, that could make them happy, as they believe that, Christmas must be a joyous celebration.
There's nothing wrong with that, however, let's not forget the true meaning of Christmas. Some would only know this as the birth of Jesus, yet, they seem to forget his sacrifices and death. So before anything else, let us take this opportunity to glorify Him who sacrifices everything for the sake of our salvation.
And my ideal Christmas would always be the same. With simple food on the table, and all of us are present around it, happy, blessed, and healthy.
For us crypto-enthusiasts, we are not only busy in the real world but as well as in the digital world, juggling from one thing to another, keeping the investment and other sources of income rolling. And even on Christmas day, it seems not to be a holiday for us. But we can take a break 😉.
This year has been fruitful for me as well with the help of Bitcoin Cash and its community. So as part of sharing the blessings I received, the 12 days of Christmas gift-giving was done wherein 50 or more users have received BCH gifts from me worth $0.50-$1 from my BCH Drops event. (If you have received this gift, say present in the comment section 🙂). And the allocated amount for this event even exceeded.
The BCH Treasure Hunt was fun and different users participated to collect the hidden seed phrases, and quickly import them and sweep the prize at the end of the game.
A special announcement was posted on the 5th day as I became busy in the real world and have no time to record everything. As part of appreciating the efforts of the participants, I dropped some BCH gifts to their addresses and the amount depends on the number of correct answers they submitted. A total of $10.10 BCH was spent here from my noisecash wallet.
At the end of the game, the fastest one would sweep the $20 prize later. Please inform me once you successfully import the seed phrases.
Noisecash turned 1 year old yesterday and I held some giveaways on behalf of #Club1BCH and gave BCH gifts to more than 50 participants.
It's the time of glorifying Jesus, and the time for sharing the blessings we have received so I didn't mind how much BCH I gave out this month. From 2 sets of Posting for a cause, donating to typhoon Odette's victims, and this 12 days of Christmas BCH gift-giving events.
I just wished that this pandemic would end soon so our lives would be restored. But by following the protocols, we can beat this monster soon. And who knows? Through prayers, there might be a miracle.
Let's just enjoy this day and don't worry about everything. Once again, Merry Christmas Bitcoin Cash family.
I want to take this opportunity as well to greet these awesome men. Without them, we don't have Bitcoin Cash by now and these platforms won't be here by now.
Merry Christmas @MarcDeMesel and of course, the creator of @Read.Cash Simon. And of course, all the developers and supporters of Bitcoin Cash Network. The development of Bitcoin Cash is all because of you guys which give hundreds to thousands of opportunities to the community.
May our Christmas be sparkled with moments of love, joy, and goodwill.
Have a joyous day!!
