Inspiration is valued in a special way in any creative process in which the spark arises, that is, it is the moment in which ideas sprout in a spontaneous and natural way. Any writer makes the most of his moments of inspiration, those moments of work that are totally unpredictable, that is, they do not arise from a previous planning by our mind, it is not a machine. He can take ideas for inspiration in his daily work from day-to-day situations.
Inspiration shows that the human being needs to go out of himself to keep learning constantly from others. It evokes something special in you. A hook that connects with a great idea. It is something really nice, however, any artist discovers, that there are very few moments of inspiration compared to the long hours of work in front of a blank paper. That's why the greatest philosophy any writer has is that inspiration finds you working. With this we could say that to be inspired it is advisable to have a good working predisposition.
That is why the so-called muse of inspiration is undoubtedly the fear of all those who write. "If I am not inspired, I don't write", it is said. However, the inspirational muse is always there. The recommendation is that you write whether you feel that inspiration or not. Once it starts, the words flow by themselves. The truth is that many of us write better when we feel very sad or very animated, as if this were catalysts to activate this inspiration. Most of the time we ask ourselves: What drives you to write? Think inside yourself about those things that move you to write. It can be your family, your dreams, everyone is free to choose their source of inspiration.
On the other hand, we must say that within the scenarios that are ideal as a point of inspiration, nature stands out as a perfect framework of well-being that produces very pleasant sensations and emotions. Being in contact with nature, the mind feels overwhelmed by the perfection of so much beauty, in addition, when breathing fresh air, anyone feels more relaxed and calm. They connect more with themselves. And in this environment of absolute well-being, ideas flow better. Because to have a good inspiration it is essential to be well rested and relaxed. In fact, people who carry high doses of stress and fatigue have few moments of inspiration because stress is exhausting in itself.
In the same vein, it should be noted that a moment of inspiration is a kind of magic moment through which a person can unleash all his creativity thanks to that spark of light, which gives rise to a brilliant, original and genuine idea. A writer may have great prose, a prodigious ability for description, a gift for creating characters, a knack for storytelling, but just as you cannot build a house without the required materials, all that ability is reduced to zero without inspiration. The writer possesses a muse that visits him whenever she wants, and many times she goes away for a long time, but her return is much sweeter and more profitable. When the inspiration leaves, it is advisable to take a break because the person's creativity is frustrated.
To conclude, let's say that finding inspiration to write is not easy. The muses are not always with us and even if you are dying to write, those ideas do not come to mind or you are unable to explain them in words. Writer's block is well known to those who dedicate themselves to writing. However, we all have a place of inspiration, find that place where you feel comfortable. Also write down the ideas you have, don't waste them. Do not be afraid to give free rein to your imagination, maybe the idea does not convince you and you are too demanding with yourself, do not be so perfectionist and work with what you have, in most cases, it was a better idea than you thought.
