Maybe it's the years or maturity, but there always comes a time when we finally wake up to that conscience. Because there is nothing more comforting than going to bed with a calm heart and a clear conscience, regardless of what the world may think. In fact, a renowned neurologist by the name of Antonio Damasco says that consciousness is a subtle harmony between an autobiographical self, a social self and a third self where an emotional self is mixed with a spiritual self.
Being fully aware of this unique and particular structure allows us to be more skillful and congruent in our reality. I believe that we all have a conscience and it is the one who in turn puts a voice in our hearts to tell us when something is right and when something is wrong. We must synchronize with it, we must know how to propitiate that inner awakening to be able to act without fear and make our conscience a calm reflection to walk through life.
In this sense, to become aware of the different situations we see ourselves in, we will analyze deeply to become conscious of unpleasant facts, of mistakes made and of personal values or principles not respected because of fear or indecision. Sometimes becoming aware of each of the personal dimensions is a real act of pain. Moreover, there are people who are capable of anything in order not to face their own soul or conscience. Therefore, in order to feel free, we must have a conscience.
Even a calm conscience is carried out from the heart. In many of the social and political contexts in which we live nowadays, there is a lack of conscience and morality; that is where ethics, respect, love for our neighbor and that sense of humanity that day by day escapes through selfishness and hidden interests should always flourish. It is important to put it into practice in ourselves and why not in the heirs of the future, the children.
I should also mention that our conscience is something more than the reflection of the moral teachings that have been transmitted to us. It is not enough to know what is right and what is wrong, "we must feel it." To do this, it is necessary to become aware of our own feelings and affections. A clear conscience is not only achieved by respecting others, but we must also assert our opinions and set limits. Most people seek above all else to avoid conflicts of any kind.
Let us try to live in that balance of being accepted. That is where we accept some annoying behaviors or attitudes in order not to generate more problems. This type of behavior is common, both in the family and at work. We put up with our parents' bad temper. We put up with our cousin's ill-advised words, we put up with that co-worker who speaks badly behind our back from time to time.
In short, little by little we tolerate so many things, that almost without knowing how, a big mountain is formed. A threatening mountain that gives us back the reflection of what we are: someone who is silent and concedes. The peace of consciousness is the vital ingredient for you to achieve peace of mind. It relates to your inner being and is controlled by what you do. It is only received from God through an upright and obedient life; otherwise, it could not exist. On the other hand, peace of mind is affected by external forces such as worries, worries, financial problems.

Having a conscience is very important, and I like the way you describe it here. Very clear and well written. You are a good writer - your texts are not only words, you also have something to say and you say it well. That requires clear thinking in the first place.
