I can't sleep so I decided to make a short article of what I craving for right now. Haha
The picture above is what I want to eat right now as in this time but sadly we don't have that.
I really missed eating unlimited samgyupsal!
**Samgyeopsal** (삼겹살, 三--, lit. 'three-layer meat'), **samgyeopsal**-gui (삼겹살구이), or grilled pork belly is a type of gui (grilled dish) in Korean cuisine.
And it has a side dish added like spicy cucumber salad, braised potatoes, spicy radish salad, seasoned spinach, seasoned soybean sprout & my all time favorite kimchi.

7 mos of Lockdown in all places,
7 mos for having no work of many people,
7 mos that our nurses & doctors struggling to help the person infected with the virus,
7 mos of many frontliners that far away from their love ones,
7 mos struggling of many people finding help just to survive,
7 mos that infected people was suffering and later died or recovered in that virus
7 mos of being paranoid in everything! 🥺
I know this year 2020 was one of the most unforgettable year for us!
Hoping that soon everything will be better by the help of our Lord Jesus!

We had visited her in Bulacan last week when we went home to celebrate my mother's birthday.
I really missed her talkative mouth and loud voice everytime we visited them during Fiesta, occasions or when we had time to go home.
I remember that she always had a reminder to us that we should love and respect our mother. We should always think before we had decided everything. Loved and take good care of our own children.

Every year we always celebrate this special day; our BIRTHDAY. It only come once a year, always thank our Lord God that he sent us into this world and experience to live.
My 24th birthday is one of the most unforgettable day in my life. I didn't expect that my friends at work specially my bestfriends there will surprised me in my special day! I am very shooked, at that day all I know is we will just went to Central Bar just to chill and then booooom.... They are all singing "Happy Birthday" inside the bar, they holding a cake with candle on it and they handed me a flowers tooo! I'm so speechless that day! 🥺😭

Let me share to you guys one of my favorite dish.
It comes from an old tagalog word "sisigan" which means "to make it sour". It is composed of a minced pork (belly pork) or a pig's head, chicken liver, onion and seasoned with calamansi and chili peppers.
Wait there's more 😅 it is marinated with soy sauce and vinegar to make an umami flavor. And some people put a mayonaise and egg on their sisig to make it cremier, Yummy!
We can enjoyed it with a warm rice as our main dish. And you can partner it with a beer, it is a best pulutan in town.
It is a popular dish here in Philippines and they are called it "SISIG".

Grotto
Our Lady of Lourdes Grotto in San Jose del Monte Bulacan is one of the famous religious place that the people want to visit. Based on my research the shrine was project of religious couple, Horacio A Guanzon and Anita Guidote-Guanzon. And it was an act of thanks giving for Anita, having been cured miraculously of cancer.
In Calvary Hill has a 14 stations of the cross that portray the agony of Jesus Christ. This place was the existing attraction of this grotto shrine. And behind the grotto church and basilica is a spring that is said that the miraculously water brings hope to those who are physically and mentally sick.
Every year we go there specially during holy week with my family. San Jose del Monte Bulacan was our hometown. And I'm really sad because my grandmother who lived in Bulacan died 2 years ago. I remember every year that we went home in Bulacan was just only to visit her. Our last bonding was when I organized a swimming party (public) just for her belated birthday and that was the last time I saw her.
It really makes me cry right now when I'm doing this article. I remember her face, her laugh, her mood, her voice that cause too much noise I really miss my lola Lina. 😭

Yesterday is the 3rd month of my son Akianne. We always celebrate his birth month in a simple way like cooking food (spaghetti) and we order a pizza and cake too.
His smile was so priceless! I wish everyday that he will have a good health and to be a good person someday.

I haven't wrote an article this past few weeks since Im busy with other stuffs.
Today I will reminisce and shared some photos of mine in my Sagada travel way back 2017.
Welcome to Sagada! It is a town in the Cordillera Mountains, within Phillipine's Mountain Province. They have so many rice terrraces in there and beautiful places that must see.
This photo was taken by my friend when we having our trekking in Sagada. It was a really nice view there and the air was so refrehing. You will didn't notice that youre walking for about an hour already because of the amazing view that you will see.
Bomod-ok Falls is also called the Big Falls because it is a definitely bigger than Bokong falls, another popular waterfalls in Sagada. Bomok-od has a very cold water, it's cold water cascades from the top of a beautiful naturally contoured cliff to a pool below, forming a 200-ft column of water. That falls was so amazing and worth the pain in our legs to see that wonferdul place.
That child on a photo was a Sagada baby. We saw her alone when we are going up and she just sitting in that wood and I surprised because she didn't cry as well. She didn't talk yet so were not ask her name.
