“Cut ties and Start healing.” 🧘♀️🧘
To be honest this year has filled me a lot of things, i have grown so much from the things that drains me a lot and i have manage to at-least filter the people around me. This year also gave me the opportunity to think from the things that i thought i am at the safe zone of my mental solitude.
This coming year, my only resolution is to take care of my own-self by healing and prioritizing my own peace and my self tranquility.
I will start cutting ties from people who attract negativity. From people who loves to create issues from other people, people that loves to talk about other people from their behinds.
I will cut ties to people who only see you as their material of interest, people who consumes your kindness, people who demand so much of your kindness for being so generous.
Cut ties to people who is untruthful, people who have a heavy heart in forgiving, people who navigates bitterness, people who always talk about other people’s businesses, people whose so plastic, people who don’t know what dignity means and people who has so much pride but not growing.
This coming year it’s time for me to become the best version of myself, prioritizing the people who truly matters, it’s time for us to grow and start making changes by living our lives by just being positive.
It’s time for us to face growth without isolating ourself just to prevent issues that connects with us.
It’s time for us to move forward and chase growth by surrounding yourself with people who teaches us to have humility. It’s time for us to have our own boundaries and just concentrate for our own mental solitude.
It’s time for us to choose the people who will help you find your own growth. Choose the people who has the kindness in their hearts not the people who has the pride and acts only for bitterness.
End this year with reconciliation, end this year with a forgiving heart, end this year with a warm heart, end this year with a happy mind and choose only happiness, not just to you but for other people as well.
This year may have done so much hardships but learn to stay humble and wait for your time. Lets just be positive and be that source of inspiration to inspire other people to move forward. Give yourself a break from all the negativity and start living full of positivity.
It may take for you to process it but I’m sure it’s worth it.
I think I made too many wishes when I was younger. I didn't know life back then. Didn't realize it's not always a sunny day, or how the rain would eventually bring sadness instead of happy moments.
Everyone's just so lost inside their own bubble now, trying to reach for the stars, giving their all with each passing day. And I totally understand. I, too, am fighting.
I remember I used to make and play with paper planes when I was little. They never reached the skies, but somehow, that has always been enough to put a smile on my face. Our ceiling was my clouds back in the day.
I hope I can be like those paper planes. I hope that if my best is not enough to shine bright like a star in the night-sky, and my flight is too low to even dance with the clouds, I'm still able to bring happiness to the beautiful souls around me.
That somehow, despite my failures and shortcomings, I'm more than enough. Because I can live with that.

I don't think many people around me know how hard I am to myself. How there are so many days when my frustrations would get to me, and more often than not, how I would just keep all the broken pieces inside my head and let them eat me from the inside. That is why I will always have a special place in my heart for the silent cheers. For the corny jokes to perk me up, the warm hugs. Those simple gestures, those beautiful people—they're the ones that pull the pieces of my world back together. And I know for a fact that even after winning all the battles I have in life, they're the ones my heart will always remember.
On some days you will just feel too tired.
Too tired to talk
Too tired to socialize
Too tired to think about anything
Too tired to worry
Too tired to feel sad
Too tired to be positive
You’re just too tired. And all what you want is to be left alone in peace and maybe lay some place and stare at the ceiling with nothing on your mind.
Steps for the avoidance of suffering and emotional ups and downs
Sometimes, we remain sad. Brain pushes the same thoughts into our heads and we continuously think about it but we don't want to. We are hopeless in this and we can't do anything about that. We can only suppress our thoughts, but it's difficult.
You don't need to start something that you can't finish. There is a limit to everything. We should hold things before things hold us. We should take action at the appropriate time so we don't have to suffer anymore.
Don't hype your feelings and suffering. They will turn into a volcano. Discuss them and find an appropriate solution for them. We are human and we don't avoid or run from suffering, but we can minimize the suffering, we can minimize our negative behavior slowly and steadily.
There are a few steps I am going to discuss.
The first thing you should do to the avoidance of your suffering is set your mind and tune your heart. Once you set your mind with much effort, then don't look back. Once you give 100 percent to something, don't live in false hopes, and don't live in unexpected scenarios. Accept it and set your mind. Sometimes, the heart is not ready to let go of things. Sometimes the heart is not ready to accept what we have lost. Tuning with the heart is very difficult, but once you have done it after a heartbreak, your suffering will be minimum.
The second thing you should do to avoid suffering is to heal yourself in the same place that breaks you. Once you accept, healing ultimately is waiting for you. Don't hate the place or thing into which you broke. Just heal yourself and leave things to Allah. He is seeing and knows everything that is in your heart. Believe in yourself and Him.
The third thing you should do is minimize the effects of suffering. Don't give them more chances, don't give them more trust and attention. Ignore them and let them go. Letting them go is not easy, but work on your weak points and don't wait anymore. Don't waste your time. Don't run in the same direction again and again. Life is not easy, learn from it and don't stick on the same page of life. Stuckness is not easy. It sucks everything from you.
The fourth thing is, you must move on with the new way of life. Make a different plan, make a different strategy for moving forward in a different direction, and continuously pray for yourself. Don’t lose hope. Don't be disappointed by Allah. Allah is listening but sometimes the reply is late.
Emotional ups and downs
Sometimes, we will be at zero point after setting our minds and tuning with heart. Sadness hit as we have done nothing for ourselves. Thoughts, our behavior, will be like we are at the same stage where we started, and our input seems to be lost because we are at a low level again.
At this stage, I suggest you feel the pain and pass every thought that comes into your mind. Pass everything and discuss it again, then you find clarity about it. This phase is very difficult, extremely difficult. You have to go through the pain and let it go because there is nothing you can do with it. Letting go is better than holding on with false hopes.
False hopes will kill you. Don't survive in this. Don't burn the life within yourself. Life is not going to run in the same direction. When you change direction, change yourself too, because when the heart lies in the same place, the mind will not cooperate. Changing direction is important, very important but changing yourself mentally is more important.
There is nothing free in this life. You have to struggle for everything. You have to struggle for yourself. You have to set your mind and bin the unnecessary thoughts. That's will provide you peace of heart and mind and slowly you learn how to deal with them. That's the pattern of life in which you live. You must deal with the things right at the initial stage, so your heart can easily accept them and the level of suffering will be minimum.
I'm a spectator of my own life—
I watch as every scene of it unfolds
as each comely part arises
as every character introduces themselves,
and give additional meaning to my story
I also witness how every climax happens—
the changing of seasons,
the switch of events—
how my life is like a rollercoaster ride,
or just a plain journey, at times
I see how every chapter ends, too—
how every happy page
has this other side—
the saddest;
how every bright morning,
will sometimes conclude
with the most obscured nights;
how people slowly fade,
from being on the spotlight
down to being out of sight:
I watch them, as they leave,
'though I don't want to—
and I don't have a choice, on most times,
but to accept the fact
that their part
has come to its finale,
but I have to continue living my life
I'm an audience of my own storyline
and I can't even change how it is written;
it's a surprise,
both filled with smiles and tears,
but after all these years
it's the latter
I don't have any control
how I want it to be penned down;
it has been decided
how it is inscribed—
by destiny
I don't wish for a fairytale,
but I do hope it ends happily
Lesson learned. "The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different results."
Sometimes we look for the answers in the wrong place, because we fear the truth within us.
We need to remember that we all have a past be it good or bad, and all have a family history that has governed and ruled our life today even as the adult.
The way to avoid criticism is to do nothing, say nothing and be nothing, people will judge you anyway, don’t live your life always impressing others.
Don't let the fall of the leaves make you give up hope. Let the season end; You will see yourself blossom yet again.
When we experience difficult times, it seems like the longest phase of life, and it even feels like that phase will never end. We feel like giving up is our only choice.
If you are going through such a phase, hold on. Nothing remains forever. Seasons always change. Today you might be like a bare autumn tree; it is just a matter of time that new buds will form and you will fruit.
To keep hopeful, never lose trust in life. Have faith, speak to people you trust, keep yourself involved, so you don't keep thinking about it, and try to look into solutions than thinking about your problems. Solve what you can and if something is beyond your control, don't give up, just let life take care of it.
Enjoy life, imploy life ... It flits away and would not stay ... Let's make every person in our life matter, and every moment count!
As the Apostle James said so eloquently,
"What is your life? For you are a mist that appears for a little time and then vanishes" -The Apostle James 💛
Sometimes silence makes me feel like I'm happy to live this way, when there are no distractions and I feel comfortable sitting under a tree, listening to my favourite sounds of nature. There is no tension, I feel free from the burden I always feel on my chest. My soul feels light because I have no heavy thoughts in my mind. I'm not trapped in anything unnecessarily.
And sometimes I feel as if I have made a mistake by taking some moments of silence for myself. The silence tears me apart, I feel as if it's pulling my soul thread by thread, layer by layer. It's been so long that I feel like it's been years, and I still can't see the end of it. I can feel the sharpness of silence slicing my body as if I'm made of softness. I feel my inner self melting from the heat it creates within me.
That's why I'm afraid to sit by myself in a corner. I keep myself surrounded by people because I'm scared of my silence. It doesn't feel like a happy place anymore. The sound feels like it is piercing through my ear and telling me that you don't deserve to live in silence. It brings back every bad memory I have ever lived throughout my life. And I don't want to live that life again.
What do you feel when you hear silence? Peace or horror.
People say that time is supposed to make things better, or the bigger picture, clearer. But to me, everything just seems to get more blurry as the days go by. I just get more confused about which path to take and more scared that I already missed my train. It's the worst feeling.
Everyday, when I walk in the busy streets, I always wonder how most people have this calm look on their faces. I want to ask them how they do it, I want to know if they're just trying to keep a straight face but their head is full of storms, too. And at night, I talk to the stars till I fall asleep. I silently wish that tomorrow's a better day. That things would eventually feel right, and that one day, I'd smile to myself, realizing that I somehow just stopped wondering.
It's been raining a lot lately. Maybe not where other people can see, but my head is full of storms I just can't seem to calm. I don't know if this comes with age, but I've been having restless bus rides home where I keep on asking myself, "where do I go now?"
I always get frustrated not knowing how others figure it out. I'm just so tired. Of course I'll keep going, but I really hope there's an end to this cycle. I think it'll be nice to wake up one day and I don't have to ask questions anymore. To lay on my bed without staring at the ceiling for hours, hoping to finally fall asleep. To ride the bus or the train without having to fight back the tears or needing to drown my thoughts with music.
I really hope with all my heart that this rain stops sooner.
Lesson learned. “Can you remember who you were, before the world told you who you should be?”
Who I am? Was the question I finally learned to ask myself, a question that I feared to ask for almost my entire life?
Sometimes the chains that prevent us from being free are more emotional and mental than physical, we can’t heal what we refuse to confront.
“Still Proud of you No Matter What” 🫂
I am proud of those people who took their examinations and unfortunately didn’t passed. Yes you can cry all you want, you can burst out all your emotions questioning your capabilities thinking you disappointed your family, —their expectations, their eagerness to celebrate your passing success and to be honest it is really hard to redeem yourself for now.
I know what it’s like to be in a situation where you feel the pressure and the expectations to do well.
I know what it’s like to experience so many sleepless nights concentrating, reviewing and expecting.
I know how hard it is thinking yourself as a disappointment, but this is not the end, This is just the beginning, —maybe this is not your time yet, always think that there’s always chances to improve and chances to be better.
Never think that you are not enough, i know you did your best, I know you put so much hardwork, i know how hard it is to put so much pressure. There’s always a nextime and countless opportunities ahead of you. Never ever lose hope and determination to achieve the things you want and prayed for. 🙏
Always tell yourself that you’ll do better and improve. Never stop learning and exploring and when you try again nextime I’m sure people will celebrate and happy for your success.
You may be too scared of failing but never ever stop trying things out until you achieve your goals and enjoying the success!
And lastly, I am proud of you.
"Never give up” means to keep trying and never stop working for your goals. It must be the attitude that we should carry and live our lives with, no matter what the situation is. We should keep struggling and fighting with the odds and should wait for the day when we achieve our goals. Failure is not an option for anyone. When we give up on life, we're giving up on any chance of success.
So just keep on going! You can do it!
it's not your responsibility to take care of everything and everyone around you, all the time. it's great if you take care of your loved ones and surely is a reflection of the kindness inside your heart but you are not obligated to do when you aren't feeling up to it. don't let people take advantage of your kindness in anyway. you can only be helpful, if you feel appreciated and happy. helping others with a feeling of resentment is not a good scenario for either you or them. make sure your own cup is full, before you pour out feelings and kindness for others. think of yourself too, and not as an after thought ✨
Iʼm always labeled as “emotional” because I often get lonely. Honestly, it's not easy to feel sad in the midst of a moment— believe me, I don't like it. It's not my will to frown when everything is in bliss, nor to space out when everyone seems friendly.
How many times do I have to bottled up these emotions just to not be called “emotional”?
I am tired being a mess, but I can't do anything about it. It's not me, it's my mind. I just wanted to be more than the crybaby they knew— to get up with a feeling of something new.
Thank you for your sorry.
After months of believing I was naive for letting you leave the door, your sudden apology validated my struggle. That what I went through was morbid, tragic, helpless, and crucifying. But at that time, we called it being generous in the name of love. Thank you for liberating me from my past self who thought asking for a little more was too much.
I do wish I met you a little later, a little more steady, a little more mature. But don't mistranslate me. Not again. Not until the end. Loving you is the cross I would bear all over again. I would trade my wealth just to replay your voice, your laugh, your gaze, your touch, your grumpiness when you wake up, your silly jokes, your busy times, your shirtless body against the cold, your attempt to sing my favorite tracks, your permission to call, your good morning, your lack of energy to go out, your "I have to go now," and your goodbye.
You were my primetime rom-com I wanted to watch every day. But, without a prelude or a warning signal, the genre shifted into heavy drama; I wasn't ready to be an emotional punching bag. No matter how hard I try to take another burn, the degree was just too hot and deep to handle. No hood or sleeve could hide the bruises I got from trying to extend whatever lived between us. It was easy to summarize our togetherness, you know? I saved your 2021 and you broke my 2022.
So thank you for your sorry. And I hope you can also forgive me for refusing to rebuild and return. I'm sorry that the urge to turn on the television stopped growing on me. It's best to say that what we had is now kept in a columbarium. We can only visit it, but we cannot bring it back to life.
2022 is coming to an end, and to be honest it was not an easy ride. There were days that sometimes waking up every morning has been very difficult, days where i feel like the world is unfair because of so many struggles, days where i feel like I’m not good enough —or I’m not enough, times where i feel so down and really depressed, moments where i had to experience mental breakdowns, moments where anxiety is digging up my mental peace.
Although this year got me a lot of difficulties i can also say that this year gave me a lot of positive things, countless unforgettable experiences, countless blessings, surprises and so many lesson learned.
I met new friends, i traveled to places that i never been before, i experienced being in love, i experienced being prioritized, I’m still being loved by the people who see my worth and still have my strongest bond with my family, their health. —and for that i am still beyond grateful.
This year taught me a lot of things and to learn more about myself and find my purpose. It also taught me to become more dependable to the things that i enjoyed doing, this year gave me countless learning from all the difficult moments I had experienced.
Year 2022 for me is the year of healing and acceptance, this year helped me to accept my flaws and to show the people what i can offer, 2022 gave me the opportunity to heal myself from the past experiences, from all the rejections I’ve been through, from all the people who left me without any reason, from people who don’t value me as a person, and from people who gave up on me, and from people who gave me nothing but wounds. —for that i am still beyond thankful for being strong.
Year 2022 gave me the path to create doors for myself, to prepare myself for what’s coming ahead, it’s the year of healing yourself and allowing yourself to move on and to create a new peace of mind.
Let us remind ourselves that not all days in a year are perfect, it reminds us to stay focused. It reminds us to keep going for the sake of our goals and purposes in life.
As this year is going to close it’s chapter. I want you to realize that you are strong and i really commend you for not giving up. I want you to thank yourself and tell that you made it this far. I want you to allow yourself to take a deep breath and say, this is not the end but the beginning of all the blessings thats coming ahead of your journey.
Thank you for being brave. Thank you for being so strong. Thank you for Standing up. Thank you for Believing yourself and embracing your experiences.
Soon unexpected blessings are going to happen. 💚🙏
Let's be grateful in everything this festive season!
Thankfulness is a key that unlock the door of blessing and real joy in our hearts.
In the words of Eckhart Tolle, "Acknowledging the good that you already have in your life is the foundation for all abundance."
Iʼm always the “intimidating” person to someone else. The “hard to approach” and “too much”. But I have no regrets for this— I am happy for the way I am.
People sometimes want you to be who they want you to be. Less intimidating. Easy to approach. Enough like everybody else. Mediocre. But let me tell you this, be who you want to be— be happy with who you want yourself to be.
Be freak. Be weird. Be playful. Be someone who never gets afraid to go against the current. You're not too much, nor intimidating and hard to approach— in the eye of the right persons, you are more than a positive aura comes in sunshine.
You're more than what they think of you.
Love is painful and it hurts. No matter how bad do things end, you can never un-love a person. I repeat , never. After a heartbreak , you may find it difficult to love again or you may not be able to accept love for a very long time but it never goes away. You have a hard time opening up to pople and love again, still you do. You bleed and bleed till you're ready to accept pain with grace and dignity because pain- my friend - is not going anywhere .Just like love, it stays . It's us - we grow and we get stronger than before. This is how it works.
Being hurt for years on top of years! Being walked out on, looked over, laughed at, traumatized and tormented takes a toll on you mentally! You find yourself scared of what’s to come next! You find yourself guarded and sheltered! You find yourself walking around bleeding on ppl who means you good and most of the time it’s not because you want too it’s because you dnt know how to accept love because the way love have been shown to you! Or your scared that it’s too good to be true! You find it in yourself that when you come across something great that they are going to eventually turn out like everyone else and you wait until the smallest thing and you dnt see it for a mistake but as them doing the same thing you already told them trigger you. (Or you read to much into it) sabotaging the greatness that’s there. You gotta get to a place where you finally let go of all that pain and hurt and move on so you can get what you really deserve and that’s true happiness!! You are in control of your happiness!!! Cutting ppl off and distancing yourself for a peace of mind for your future for sanity do what you have to do to get to where you want to be!!!
- [ ] To the person who is still there your hurt because you have did everything in your power to show the person you love that you have NO hidden agendas!! Now the person has seen you for who you truly are and have found it in them to choose them and let go of everything so they can have you and it’s to late in your eyes. Dnt treat them cold hearted because your now hurt! Yes your entitled to choose you and be tired because you have tried and have fought for them. It’s not easy for a person to accept something so foreign. Take your time to see them for who they are becoming and not for the hurt they caused because they were blinded by life circumstances they had no control over. NO NEED TO HURT WHATS HEALING EVEN MORE BECAUSE IT DOES MORE BAD THAN GOOD!!! Find it in your heart to forgive and love on who loves you and what you love!!! Heal together!!
"When the world is on your shoulders
And your heart feels full of lead
And your stomach churns like butter
And the voice inside your head
is reminding you of everything
you've ever done and said
All your failures and regrets
All the times your fear has won ...
Take a minute to remember
That you've survived all this before
You've battled and you've conquered
When you thought you had no more
You're stronger than you realise
And you know you're so much bigger
than the doubts that fill your mind
You are brave and wise and kind
So breathe it in then let it out
Allow the ebb and flow
You can win the his war
You're a warrior, you know" 🗡️❣️
I spent most of my life trying to catch up with the world, not knowing where to go, always wondering if there really is a star out there shining just for me. It was the most tiring thing to do and eventually, I stopped trying. I stopped walking, and instead just looked around. Little by little, I realized that I'm not missing out in life—at least not on the things that matter. That I had just been so busy looking way past them. Yes, my life would be more colorful if some of my dreams came true, but the sky I see when I ride the train after the morning rush is just as blue as everybody else's. The sunsets are just as beautiful, and while I may not have a lot of people caring for me, when I'm with those who do, my heart swells up, too, like the biggest star in the galaxy.
It really is amazing, the things you see when you slow down. The blur, the jagged pieces of the puzzle, every tic of the clock and every bridge burned—they all suddenly make sense. You realize how life is not about the numbers, how it's not about a bunch of stranger's idea of success that makes it worth living. Instead, it's the happy moments we're here to experience, those little ones that make us feel like somehow, we shine, too.
How do you relate?
The level of Life we live is directly related to the level of consciousness we are at.
You look at the people that you relate to. The ones that make sense and seemed involved. This is the level you are at.
Is it because of some ceiling you have place upon yourself by limiting beliefs or is it the level of mindfulness that you acknowledge everyday? In most, it is both. If we are not conscious of the choices we make every day, we become our environment. The energy we surround ourselves with. This lack of consciousness also keeps us at our present level unable to advance because we refuse to see new ideas and information because we seek to be comfortable and unaffected.
All of us occupy a certain level in Life. This is our acknowledgment of consciousness and mindfulness. When we are willing to learn, courageous to try, and open to being uncomfortable we experience new growth to broaden our awareness. Our wisdom is able to be challenged and expanded.
What level are you at? What level do you belong?
Just by acknowledging that you need to grow to rise to the next level allows you to be open to these new ideas and information. To push yourself on being uncomfortable to grow.
Look around.
Are you truly where you want to be in life?
Be willing to level up.
Be more conscious of where you are. Who you are around. What you are doing.
Be ok with uncomfortableness.
Acknowledge new ideas and information.
Discover that next level with growth.

Do you ever wonder where the time goes
One day you're looking in the mirror
Seeing a young person staring back at you
Then all of a sudden the picture changes
~
Slowly time takes away that once perfect skin
Leaving wrinkles now upon it's surface
The long full head of hair now a memory
Or with new grey highlights there within
~
For me it's quite scary how fast we change
I'm still living like a child here within my mind
Yet as I look at this stranger in the mirror
Reality comes forward to slap me in the face
~
I'm now looking more like my grandparents
The ones who helped guide me through life
While I'm left wondering where exactly did it go
And if now it's my time to do the same
~
I look at the young as I walk down the street
I remember the days when I was that carefree
When my biggest worry would be
If I'm going out at the weekend or not
~
If there's anyone young here reading this
My advice for you would be
Live life while you still have the chance
As time has a way of taking it away from you
~
Make sure you tell the ones you love
Just how much they mean to you
Make a point of doing this every day
Because time fly's by at the blink of an eye
~
Go out and reach those goals you've set
You only get one life to make a difference
So don't waste the time you're given
Living in the mistakes of yesterday
~
Try to smile every single day
Because time will soon drift on
You'll want to relive those memories
When you get grey and old.
Lesson learned. “The 3 C’s in life, Choice, Chance, Change. You must make the Choice to take the Chance, if you want anything in your life to Change.”
Most people fear change, and sadly you can't fix others all you can do is fix yourself, because there are and always will be people who fear change saying stupid things that only stupid people believe.
I will never apologise for how I fix myself, and repair my adult life, I understand that fear is learned and fear can be unlearned, sadly it’s a choice to change once you are aware that ignorance and stupidity go hand in hand, and often the more people fear the more they will resist change, and blame you for doing what they never will do.
