Lesson learned. “Can you remember who you were, before the world told you who you should be?” Who I am? Was the question I finally learned to ask myself, a question that I feared to ask for almost my entire life? Sometimes the chains that prevent us from being free are more emotional and mental than physical, we can’t heal what we refuse to confront.
