Lesson learned. "The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different results." Sometimes we look for the answers in the wrong place, because we fear the truth within us. We need to remember that we all have a past be it good or bad, and all have a family history that has governed and ruled our life today even as the adult. The way to avoid criticism is to do nothing, say nothing and be nothing, people will judge you anyway, don’t live your life always impressing others.
