Our most useful asset as humans isn't a head filled with knowledge, just urging to be shared ...
No, our most valuable assets are a heart overflowing with love
Ears inclined on listening
And hands always willing and ready to hold and help.
Knowledge, shared and applied on basis of these three traits doesn't only get things done, but it brings longevity and leaves a beautiful legacy long after!
"Ultimately, there is light
and love and intelligence
in this universe. And we
are it, we carry that
within us.
It’s not just something
out there, it is within us
and this is what we are
trying to re-connect with,
our original Light and Love
and intelligence, which is
who we are.
✨
So do not get so distracted
by all this other stuff,
you know, really remember
what we are here on this
planet for."
Lesson learned. “Any relationship that is formed on a lie can be easily destroyed by the truth, and deserves to be destroyed by the truth.”
Since my childhood memories first inundated my awareness mind I have been altered by what I’ve unearthed about my own childhood horror that was buried deep within my subconscious mind that followed me into adulthood.
I learned the truth of all that was covered up by this incest family ugly history of child rape, sibling sexual abuse, inbreeding and domestic violence goes back many generations, with all the lies they told which have been passed on, I carried in the DNA memory bank, and as the adult observer I relived the pain a child felt and endured in every cell of my adult body.
Nothing you love is lost. Not really. Things, people, they always go away, sooner or later. You can’t hold them, any more than you can hold moonlight. But if they have touched you, if they are inside you, then they are still yours. The only things you ever really have are the ones you hold inside your heart.
Lesson learned. “True love doesn’t come to you it has to be inside you.” Julia Roberts.
Love, loyal love lives within your own heart, true love is when you can let people go, let them be free to be the best they can be for themselves, with no strings attached to you, when you love someone, care enough, love can set them free, even from you.
I love happy endings. I really do. For me it's something I can look forward to after such an unfair life, and I guess that's why I can ignore all the cuts, all times when everyone I love said no—because I long for a happy ending of my own.
It doesn't need to be perfect. It doesn't even have to be grand. I just hope for the day when everything just stops hurting, when I know I can allow myself to just sit somewhere, stop worrying about things that couldn't be, and just take a rest. I hope that all the times I shed tears would account for something. If my light is too weak for the universe to see, I hope that my teardrops light the way so that all the love I gave find their way back to me.
I have never been this friendly enough to be loved or liked by everyone, but I know I have been trying to create spaces for some people. I'm too reserved to initiate a conversation, but I know I have been so well with silence. I observe a lot and I appreciate so many small things or details around. I vividly remember things that catch my attention. I always love to talk, swear, but only with the things that make my heart sings in glee and things that open me to profound perspectives. I love deep talks. I listen, I always listen, I'm trying to look at someone's eyes while he speaks for I know, emotions are there and I could tell.
I may not be a very open person but I know, I'm trying my best to make everyone feel appreciated. But most often, people misunderstood my intention and I'm training myself to embrace whatever that is. I don't have to prove anything to them.
I have reserved and created a space for myself only a few have visited. But once you earned my trust, I let you dwell for some time—you will understand who and what I really am.
I said to myself
“I wish I was beautiful”
And a small voice within me whispered back
“You are”
I said to myself
“I wish I was talented”
And a soft voice within me echoed back
“You are"
I said to myself
“I wish I was loveable”
And a quiet voice within me replied
“You are”
And I said to myself
“I wish I was special”
And from the depths of my soul
A gentle voice responded
“You are.
You have always been these things.
All that is necessary
Is for you to remove the blocks and barriers
Preventing you from seeing it
And step into and fully embrace
All that you are.”
“The best and most beautiful things of this world can't be seen or touched. They must be felt by the heart.”
On this my own life-changing journey I decided many years ago that I would never allow the actions and criticisms of others to corrode the heart and spirit of my inner child.
I learned to trust and believe my inner child, trust her childhood memories in all her suffering truth.
Good morning. “Keep walking through the storm. Your rainbow is waiting on the other side.”
We need to always remember that regardless what life brings us, regardless the storm we face, there are always going to be sunsets and sunrises, remembering this, will make the journey of life less painful
.
When you find yourself in life’s storm you can’t direct the wind, but you can adjust the sails and directions on this life-changing journey.
And yes, sometimes, you need to have faith in the unseen, bow your head, say a silent prayer, and weather the storm.
"I’m not everything I want to be, but I’m more than I was, and I’m still learning.
I’m happy. Just sitting here. Knowing I have a few friends. Knowing I have a dream to work on. Knowing I have somewhere to go if it starts raining. A pillow to rest my head on. Someone to call when I get lonely. Nature to walk in, pure air, early mornings, seasons and weather. This is enough. This is more than enough.
and most of all, I am enough.
Everything changed when I forgave myself."
Lesson learned. “Most people who talk behind your back can never be trusted. Then there are those who twist facts and make it such that even the good things in a bad way.” Antoine Rivarol
Criticism, gossip and hearsay kill all relationships, destroys family connections and end friendships.
In life loyal friendships, and caring family endure the pressures of life just like the earth’s pressure form a diamond or as fire melts gold to forms and remodel jewellery.
When children are deprived of a healthy family, a safe environment and caring friendships they don’t have the security needed to build healthy families and caring friendships of their own.
They don’t know the feelings of being safe enough to understand that healthy family, and caring friendships are rear as precious gem, authentic and real, while false friendships, and dysfunctional families like autumn leaves are found everywhere.
No matter how carefully you choose your words, you will always offend someone when sharing the truth because people see and hear only from the limit of their own understanding.
We have to learn to listen to people without defending ourselves or protecting others, before the awakening of my soul I didn’t know that I was doing that or the reason why I followed fools.
The decision is yours ...
what to do;
where to go;
whom to love.
Absolutely.
But don't forget the price.
Everyone always forgets the price.
We pay for everything we do.
It's usually okay and worth every penny,
but people are often surprised when the check comes.
No one is going to tell me how to live or how to love,
and I've paid some hefty prices,
but I'm here and I'm free and I'm doing fairly well.
I'm doing it -
whatever this life is -
as only I could do it or care to do it.
And that,
I think,
is the point of all these questions and searching.
Love and live in the way that makes you useful.
I can see him in the sunset. I can see him when I drive. I can see his face the last time we met and the tears inside his eyes.
He said he had to let me go. I didn't understand. He still told me that he loved me and took me upon the hand.
He said he had to let me go, I guess this was goodbye. We both still loved each other and had tears within our eyes.
He said he had to let me go. I'm not sure what it will be like without each other. All I know for sure right now is his love was like none other.
He said he had to let me go my heart was torn apart.
He said I was his soulmate. I believe the same. I hope in our next lifetime our souls recognize each other. I hope it happens earlier. I'm sure I won't know his name.
If it happens earlier maybe we will get a chance, to live the love that we both share without a second glance.
He said he had to let me go. I didn't feel he "had" to. But if that's what his heart desires, what really?...what can I do?
SILENCE is the best Answer for ALL contentious questions
SMILING is the best Reaction in ALL situations
The correct response can save one years of heartache and regret. Even if temporary for thoughtful consideration. 💚
Lesson learned. “Nothing is more noble, nothing more venerable, than loyalty.”
Healthy boundaries are the strong foundations that are built between people in a long-standing relationship or friendship that is mixed with loyalty, loyalty to each other’s belief even if that belief is different to yours.
May Truth, Light, Loyal Friendships, honesty and Grace Reside within you, always.
Lesson learned. “Heavy hearts like heavy clouds in the sky are best relieved by the letting of a little water.”
To all those who have survived a childhood horror and have found the courage to tell their story as the adult, are able to share their own painful life changing journey with others survivors understand that the most painful tears cried are not the tears that fall from your eyes and cover your face.
The most painful tears cried are the ones that fall from your inner child broken heart and leave scars in your adult life that can’t be covered up with you wearing masks.
I don't go around saving other hearts as often as I used to. I guess life finally took a toll on me.
Now I know how tiring it could be to listen to other people's drama when you have more than enough that you wish you can just go numb. Some days, I just don't want to give my thoughts a chance to drown me. Some days, I don't care if I'm not very lovable. I just want to heal and feel whole again.
If you see me just lying around not helping other people pick their broken pieces, I hope you don't mind. This time, I just want to put myself first.
They talk about the hearts,
But they love the faces.
They talk about the crescent,
But they love the full moon.
They talk about the sunsets,
But they love the nights.
They talk about the oceans,
But they love the shores.
They talk about the flowers,
But they love the Roses.
They talk about you,
But they love someone else.
I don't go around saving other hearts as often as I used to. I guess life finally took a toll on me.

We convince ourselves that life will be better after we get married, have a baby, then another. Then we are frustrated that the kids aren't old enough, and we'll be more content when they are.
After that, we're frustrated that we have teenagers to deal with. We will certainly be happy when they are out of that stage. We tell ourselves that our life will be complete when our partner gets his or her act together when we get a nicer car, are able to go on a nice holiday, when we retire.
The truth is, there's no better time to be happy than right now. If not now, when?
Your life will always be filled with challenges.
It's best to admit this to yourself and decide to be happy anyway.
A quote comes from Alfred D. Souza. He said,
"For a long time it had seemed to me that life was about to begin - real life. But there was always some obstacle in the way, something to be gotten through first, some unfinished business, time still to be served, or a debt to be paid. Then life would begin. At last it dawned on me that these obstacles were my life."
This perspective has helped me to see that there is no way to happiness. Happiness is the way.
So, treasure every moment that you have and treasure it more because you shared it with someone special, special enough to spend your time...and remember that time waits for no one.
So, stop waiting until you lose ten pounds, until you gain ten pounds, until you have kids, until your kids leave the house, until you start work, until you retire, until you get married, until you get divorced, until Friday night, until Sunday morning, until you get a new car or home, until your car or home is paid off, until spring, until summer, until winter, until your song comes on, until you've had a drink.... there is no better time than right now to be happy.
Happiness is a journey, not a destination.
Work like you don't need money,
Love like you've never been hurt,
And dance like no one's watching.
"Ever since happiness heard your name, it has been running through the streets trying to find you."
*** Allow happiness to not just find you, but to stay.
Keep a check on your thoughts ... They become your reality
on your attitude ... It attracts as well as repels
and on your responses ... They reveal you
. “To remember who you are. You need to forget who they told you to be.”
When I was someone’s daughter, someone’s sister, and someone’s cousin, I never asked myself, who I am without these labels, the labels defined me.
You have to learn to respect yourself enough to build healthy boundaries where you once had none and be proud of who you are today, that has been built on honesty and truth.
Always be happy with what you yourself have been able to do on this your own life-changing journey of self-discovery.
When you know yourself, know who you are, the labels others put on you are more for their own benefits, and not yours.
The right person will know how to hold your love. The right person will choose you just as deeply as you choose them. You will not have to quiet the way you care, you will never feel like you are too much. You will not have to beg for the love you deserve. One day, you will be met where you are. One day, you will be someone's favorite thing, and you will not be confused — you will not feel like you are fighting for someone who isn't fighting for you. One day, you will understand that it never mattered how tightly you held on to the wrong people, how intensely you tried, because the right people were always going to find you. The right people were always going to stay. ❄️
"Family isn’t always blood, it’s the people in your life who want you in theirs: the ones who accept you for who you are, the ones who would do anything to see you smile and who love you no matter what.”. 🌻
Lesson learned. “To remember who you are. You need to forget who they told you to be.”
When I was someone’s daughter, someone’s wife, and someone’s mother, I never asked myself, who I am without these labels, the labels defined me.
You have to learn to respect yourself enough to build healthy boundaries where you once had none and be proud of who you are today, that has been built on honesty and truth.

Does unkindness represent disappointment from self?
Unkind are the ones who are unable to handle their emotions. When they go through a tough time or are hurt, they blame others to satisfy their ego.
Sometimes we come across people who are unkind and inconsiderate. They don’t care how their words, actions are behaviour can hurt us. They don’t realise they are so unhappy that all they give to others is pain.
Never let unkind people become a reason for your hurt. Unkind people are themselves wounded; they don’t know how to heal. If you can help them, help them heal with love and patience; if you can’t, learn to ignore them
Everybody wants peace until they realize peace means changing your tone when speaking with someone who has irritated you, no longer making everything an argument, listening before responding, setting boundaries & understanding boundaries others have set, and no longer allowing just anyone to have access to you.
Some of you don’t want real peace because to require peace is to give it to others.
How do you expect peace when you’re responding in toxic ways?
Lesson learned. “No society wants you to become wise: it is against the investment of all societies. If people are wise, they cannot be exploited. They will assert their individuality. They will have the fragrance of rebellion around them. The moment they start using their intelligence they become dangerous. In fact, a wise man is a fire, alive, a flame. He would rather die than be enslaved" Osho.
It is true that ignorance and denial about issues that matter in our society is our enemy. Once you understand that your actions and character value is decided by your own moral integrity, and not by your family reputation, your true character is built on the strong foundation of your own inner truth and beliefs.
A Reminder;
You don’t have to be someone else but yourself, to be liked.
Wear the colors that you call your own. Be plain, be stripe or paint yourself with a rainbow. Be loud or somewhat mysterious. Be emotional and fragile. Be crazy. Be gentle or be the person who doesn’t care.
Be boring.
Be fine with things that makes you weird, rather than over explaining yourself from things that makes your own branding. You are who you are including your curves and sharp edges, your birth marks and traumas. You are your own perception.
You are amazing, because you are exceptional in your own way. You are loved. You nailed every inch of yourself, your body and your discomforts. You are your own photograph, a vintage—with a beautiful story to tell.
