I cannot totally remember the exact date I joined read.cash. However, my account tells me that I am already a three-month-old user of the platform. I first joined its sister site, noise.cash and when I saw a link there about a blogging platform the pays in crypto, I immediately signed up. And the rest, they say, is history.
Who wouldn't fall in love with the platform? I have been into other sites that remunerate authors but after a few months, they end up crumbling by over-promising then eventually failing to deliver. Read.cash so far is the best blogging site I've been to. And among my reasons are the following:
a simple and easy-to-use interface
a vibrant community, regardless of race, gender and beliefs
a website where you can post whatever your heart desires (as long as it's not illegal, pornographic, and plagiarized, you know what I mean)
In my three months of writing on this platform, I have already written 76 original blogs (this one is the 77th). I have written blogs on various topics - about writing, stress management, being productive, managing conflict, and some personal anecdotes. I have also learned to write about BCH, though I still consider myself a newbie on the topic.
Result of Hardwork
I am glad to share that I have earned a total of $678.40 for the whole 3 months of writing. At first, I thought that only BCH-related blogs earn in the platform and I should not expect much from the topics I write about. But I was wrong. Of course, BCH-related topics gain the attention of our generous tippers, but that should not limit us from writing about what we love. Here are my Top 5 highest-tipped articles. As the famous meme goes, "it's not much, but it is hard work."
Top 5: Practical Reasons Why You Should Have Contingency Plans
Earnings: $22.67
Top 4: Being an Active Listener During Important Meetings
Earnings: $25.67
Top 3: Control Your Anger Before It Controls You
Earnings: $26.2
Top 2: Develop a Habit of Writing: My Routine
Earnings: $31.84
Top 1: Pandemic, Politics and my Hope for Bitcoin Cash
Earnings: $46.66
Taking into consideration my noise.cash earnings which amount to $100 more or less, as well as BCH earnings from other sources, I have earned a total of almost $800.
Takeaways
I am glad that I am introduced to BCH through read.cash and noise.cash. I get to know amazing people from whom I learn valuable information - both cryptocurrency-related or not. I also get to know passionate individuals doing their part in spreading BCH awareness. I don't know with other crypto circles, but I'm pretty sure BCH has the best and most amazing community there is.
And we're just starting. The best is yet to come!
