Success : What Is In Your Mind?
*If I'm having a bad day or I want to cry yet my tears won't come out, then aside from prayer I go in watching videos in YouTube which can help me to feel relieved. Recently, I've watched a motivational video which focuses on success and self motivation.*
*I have observed that motivational speeches is so common these days, even we ourselves can make a motivational speech, even in reality we are not motivated. In short, we have the words but don't have the action, we can make a reflection but unconsciously not taking any actions.*

Struggles in life is very common, and how we end up with that situation depends on how we react; how we think and take some actions. The one that got my attention more in that video is when a speaker said to a young one, *"It's okay to be who you are".* If we heard this line, we may first think that it is a word of relief. However, if we analyzed it deeper, we can say that it limit a child's dream. It's okay to be contented, but if you know to yourself that you can do more and be more, then better for you to do it. The secret of success doesn't depend on the opportunities that coming to you, but on how you think and act. Not everyone are lucky; if some don't need to do effort in order to get what they want, then it's different from most of us, sometimes we already do our best but still useless. There are no opportunities coming to us, does we should say, *"It's okay?"* What we need to do is to look for opportunities, grab all of those that we can take, if opportunities doesn't come, then let's do our duty to search for it.
I always heard this line to oldies, *"Yeah, we are poor because this is what God gave to us"*. Like really? I don't know if you have same opinion as me, but I'm really against in this belief. Everyone of us started with nothing, every succesful people started from being weak until they became great. Not everyone of us were born with a silver spoon in one`s mouth, yes there are some but it's the hardwork of their parents which was passed to them. But still, there own success based on how they act as the grow and be matured.
For me, the very basic yet major ingredient of success, in your self-motivation. Because no matter how lucky you are, talented, and have those opportunities if you're not motivated then still useless. Especially when you ask motivation from other people, like you're depending the power of your success based on what people tell to you.
What you need to do is to leave the people who pull you down, they are like sticky bond who will hold you to stop climbing the summit of your success. You don't need anyone for your success, except God and yourself. Try to ignore negativity; be blind with wrong doings, be deaf with bad words, and shield yourself from toxic people. By doing these, you already reach the success of improving yourself, then others will follow.
Remember that you can choose your own path, be the person whom what the real meaning of success for you. Also, don't limit the power of prayer and hardwork, much important, don't limit yourself because you can do more and be more. As of now, if you're still reaching for success like me, keep on believing and soon we can reach it.

Possible Causes of Problems in Writing
*First of all, this things that I am going to share are based on my observation and personal experiences in read.cash. There are more great writers, who know better than me but since this became a redundant question for most of us here, then I want to answer it as one, and hopefully this can help.*

But, does it give me the reason to stop? Of course not because as what I have said many times, my goal is to have someone that will read my articles. If your goal in here is to earn on your first article, then surely you will get frustrated with you can't achieve that. Avoid doing copy-paste in Google, and start to make your own article using your own point-of-view. Commenting and Replying Redundant Words
Words such as *"wow", "nice article", "Thank you for sharing"* are just few for many redundant comments that new users likes to do. Possible reasons, they don't know about English language and doesn't know about the platform's rules and regulations. Easy way to avoid this? Limit your comment, if it's not necessary, or you don't have something to share or to add information then better not to comment. I have seen a lot of users who do comments in every article that they engage, and it's okay as long as the comment is in good quality.
Malicious Activities
Downvoting other articles
If you downvote someone's article just because you're jealous or have personal issues about him/her then think twice before doing this, because it won't give a big effect to that someone's article but to your own account. Once you downvote a content, a users who already have stable account then the system will detect that it's you who have a problem.
Commenting bad words
Good thing, I haven't seen users doing this, but yes this can be a reason. Some users here are to conscious and sensitive about the words that they want to share, the reason why they prefer to use asterisk (*); how much more bad words.
Making article to drag down someone
You can make an article as a second demotion to someone's topic or to share your opinion from other's article but don't make this platform as your medium to spread hate and discrimination. Learn to understand and respect.
Copying someone's comment and use it to comment in other articles
I have seen a lot of these, especially in noise.cash. Those who copy someone's comment and sometimes they don't even paraphrase it but really copy everything. There's a concern user who mentioned me to show that someone copied my comment, but I didn't do anything, but to let the system do the revenge.
**Successive liking**
This is an exemption in terms of comment section, because you can reply and like comments just for seconds. But in articles, imagine that every article have 3 minutes and more reading time then in that 3 minutes you already visited 5-10 articles; it only shows that you're not reading.
Being not Active
I know we have a lot of works in real world but take some time to spend it in interacting with other users here, the system will reward you based on the good effort that you're doing.

Online Games That I Used To Play During Childhood
*During my primary school, one of our major source of income is our sari-sari store and computer shop. At first we have this Pisonet Arcade, this is a gaming computer which only have 8 buttons with transmission like controller. We have two kinds, the one wherein two players can play, and the other one is wherein four players can play.*

Come on Baby
Since I have a lot of childhood friends, one of our bonding is to play computer games; what we like the most is the game **Come on Baby**.
In Come on Baby, you can choose lots of games that you prefer to play alone or with your friend/s. Depends in the season that you want, for example summer, there are games such as boating, surfing, swimming and many more. It's called Come on Baby, because the characters that you can use are babies, just pick what you like; I prefer chubby baby boy, so cute. I observed that Pisonet Arcade is so durable, how much pressure we press and play it still well working.
*Years have passed, we level up(charr). We finally have computer units, and by the way these computers are owned by my father's bestfriend. He put all units in our house, since our location is best for this kind of business, so we have 50% share. And these following games that I am going to share was played using computer.*
The House of the Dead
This is my favorite horror game, that I almost spent all my savings just to play this. Honestly, I felt scared especially when a zombie doing jumpscare, and when I keep on shooting those enemies but still alive and running towards me. But then, it gives me satisfaction when I completed levels. Feels like I'm the protagonist in a zombie apocalypse.
Neighbors Back from Hell
If I have The House of the Dead as my favorite horror game, then this one is my favorite funny game. Let me tell you, although this is a funny game but this can make you more scared than horror games. That fat old man in the photo is Mr. Rottweiler, while you as a Player you're going to control this young man.
The role of the game is so easy, all you need to do is to make Mr. Rottweiler's life misery. The setting of the game is in the house of Mr. Rottweiler, you can find items inside his house to use as your tools in making naughty things. For example, you can have seen a chili sauce in Mr. Rottweiler's kitchen, you can keep it and use for your plans. When he is busy doing bath, you can go back inside the kitchen and put chili sauce in his breakfast. To make his angry is your power, but make sure that he will not see and catch you, no worries you can hide under the table, in the curtains, books shelves or in any other rooms in which you think he will not enter.
Plant Vs. Zombies
Yes, I am one those who got addicted in Plant vs. Zombies. I always use Peashooter, Kernel-Pult and Squash, but my favorites are Cattail and Chomper. Last year I installed this in my phone, start to level one again but then since I don't have space in my phone, I need to uninstall it to keep more important apps and documents.
Dress Up
This might be so girly for some, but this game gives me satisfaction. Sometimes it's irritating when I play this and there are boys looking at, because they keep on telling what dress should I pick; like can you please play your own dress up and let me decide what I want. Yes, boys during that time loves to watch dress-up games.*lol*

Colors Representing Horror, Featuring Mythological Approach
*Black is beauty, and I know that many of us here found the color black attractive. In fashion it is one of the major color to use in order to enhance someone's beauty and fit body. Personally, I love black, it's a kind of neat color in many aspects. On the other hand, black is the most common color in horror.*

Recently, I watched the movie **Orphan**. For those who haven't watched it, this it is about the protagonist(Esther) which is the orphan in the story.
The family Coleman symbolizes the *"special world"* that the protagonist trying to enter. In the beginning of the movie, Esther is an orphan trying to show good characteristics in order to get the sympathy and love of the whole family. When she finally achieved to be part of the family, she slowly making her real plans using her previous experiences, added with her disorder giving her more confidence to kill, and too much temper that she's trying to hide. Through this, she was able to successfully make her plans, but at the end of the story she get was she truly deserved.
I can relate this movie to a Mythological approach, and when we say Mythological Approach this is not only focusing about gods and/or goddesses, but those elements that create the holistic of the story or movie. Since there's a lot of elements, I will only focus to those colors, which also represents horror.
In Mythological Approach we can have the color black and gray. Black means chaos, mystery, death and melancholy in the story. The color that the protagonist likes to wear when she started to show her real identity, the dress, choker and bracelet. if you observed, this is the cinematic color of the movie the whole time. While the other one is Gray, means passionless. In the story, Esther revealed her identity of being passionless when she killed a bird in which Danny*(son of the Coleman couple)* targeted. This color can be seen throughout the whole cinematic color of the movie too.
Another story, Filipino animated series, which I already shared in my previous article is the **Trese** by **Budjette Tan**.
This a story about a lady named Alexandra who came from a family that is expert in dealing with supernatural entities. A story which involves a mythology approach as it shows the Philippines' well known folk creatures, including white lady, santelmo, kapre and aswang. Aside from this, the protagonist herself symbolizes history, beliefs and religious aspects of Filipinos, including common archetypes in a myth that can be seen while Alexandra is investigating different cases from different entities.
In here, we also have the color black, can be seen in the clothes that Alexandra is wearing, and even the mood of the whole series. Another color is the red, this is one of the main color that can be seen in the series, which represents blood and sacrifices. Besides, the whole story shows Mythological Approach obviously, specifically Philippine Mythology.
Why I shared this one is that, it a kind of interesting and challenging to critique a story, novel, movie or any piece of work, which catch people's interest. There's a lot of approaches, but since I am more into mythology, then I got an idea to share it here. I observed that some writers here, got an idea on there work based on the books or movies that they have watch, and it is a good way to share what are your critiques to a particular piece, to get into a more deeper understanding.
If reading is your love, I recommend you to make your own critique. You can start with the color, as for me it is so basic. We already have the black, gray and red; you can add more based on your interpretation and previous knowledge.

Girl, You are Wonderfully Designed
*It is just recently when I was watching some random videos online, then I came up to a video clip from the Miss Universe 2019 Competition, specifically in Question and Answer Portion. The host asked Miss Mexico about the question, "What is the most important thing we should be teaching young girls today?" The first thing comes in my mind is to teach them the value of good moral, to emphasize the importance of personality over beauty. But Miss Mexico gives a better answer in which she says,*
*It is very important to teach young girls today, the importance of their value. We see many perfection in social media: perfect lives, perfect bodies, perfect faces, perfect relationship, nothing is that is real. We have to teach them that who they are already amazing, who they are already worth it, because what they really are is not what it looks like, it is what they feel, what they act and the way they react to the world. I believe a girl, is worth for what she has to offer to the world, way more than the way she looks.*

In today's generation, especially the young girls have a lot of privileges than how young girls in the old generation was. Girls these days, have the right to speak out, to choose what they want and to do what they love. In the matter of Globalization, the use of internet widen and as a result social media became part of our everyday lives. Being a girl, it is innate to attract fancy and beauty online, it also serve as a gateway for them to have someone who they can look at; like actresses, dancers, models, singers and other social media influencers. For me, there's nothing wrong in idolizing people in social media, as long as they serve as your inspiration to strive more to reach your goals and to dream high.
But then, in social media you can edit your life to make it perfect, which is so different in real life, you need to face what is real and to fight what is in everyday lives. Bashers is very common in social media, their only goal is to pull down others, acting like they are perfect which is not.
As young girls keep on defending real life in social media, they already set standards what is the perfect beauty and on how a perfect life is. As a result, if they can't reach that standard they end up building sadness, anxiety and finally depression.
Being a concern person, a parent, a sister or brother, we must show to them how important being true to themselves is. It's good to dream high but not in a way that they forget how important their value is. Everyone have it's own path and to know what they can do is better than to get stress about a standard that doesn't fit for them. I have heard a lot of young girls saying *"She's so lucky. God's favorite",* without looking at themselves that they can do more, if they just act instead of complaining. God is good and fair to everyone, but it is in our hand how we respond on it. Let us spread awareness to every young girl's that they are wonderfully made inside and outside.

How You Motivate Yourself in Writing
*Blogging is fun yet it is not easy. You need to have a list of topics to share, to make ways how to boost your subscribers, to keep on learning in a way that you can enhance your piece, and to have a schedule(usually daily) when to publish.*

*Can you still remember the very first day that you make your own article here in read.cash? How was it?* In my case, I am very excited because if you read my previous articles talking about my journey here, my main goal is just to have viewers; people that will read my work. So, during that time when I see that my viewers turns 2, I was like *"Thank you Lord!"*
But then, just like most of the users here I also encountered a lot of struggles. As you can see my earnings is not stable but still I'm really blessed to have those. I also consider as an old user but why I still have problems? Of course, I already know the answer yet I prefer to do what my heart says than what is on my mind.
Yesterday, I read @Talecharm's article about "*An Open Letter To A Dear Friend Ranked As Spam**".* **Talecharm** is one of the generous, kind and motivational writer that I know here in read.cash, and I also get emotional reading her words of encouragement for those who are having problems in their account. he stated the major things to remember in writing especially that we are in a blogging site in which the system's rules ans regulations is a must. If you haven't read it yet, then it can be a big help in your journey being a writer in this great platform. Hopefully it can help.
Also, remember that if you have problems in your account take time to fix it. I have seen a lot of users who prefer to stay in their account and wait until it's back again. On the other hand, there are users who make another account. Remember that it is better to start again than forcing something which there is no improvement; it's hard to leave what you gain but think of what is more better for you.
My message
Before anything else, I would like to say that I am not good in giving advises and I am still improving myself in writing, but I'm glad to share my views. In blogging, there is only two choices; to quit or to keep going. Both choices have it's own advantages and disadvantages. If you love to be part in this community then accept those challenges that are coming to you and do your best to improved yourself; how can you motivate others when you haven't undergo the training of struggles.
This is a system. Be careful on that things that you do, be aware on the users that you interact and make your article presentable; these are the only major three things that I apply to myself. Motivate yourself because in reality it's only you who can push yourself. Feel the sadness and be worried, it's a sign that you aim for high, but don't be discourage, let those factors inspired you to keep on writing, as long as there are few users who interact with you, then treasure them.

Cat's Pure Love for Her Kittens
*Animals are like humans, they need love, care and understanding. Sometimes, it's funny how some animals act like a real human, than how a real human being is. You can train them to act good, you can show love and they will give an exchange, more than loyalty and forever accompany.*

I think it was five years ago when our cat Kakay gave birth to two kittens, we named this two kittens Sushi*(for the girl)* and Blacky*(for the boy)*. Years passes by Kakay passed away while Sushi get pregnant. We visited my grandma in their province and when we got home Sushi already have her kittens while Blacky is gone, we never seen him for a month, until one day he go back and when he saw that there are already kittens at home, he go away and never go back.
*Fast forward...*
Sushi is really a good mother, her cats finally grown up but she still take care of them like a baby. I've mentioned before in my noise.cash account that Sushi gave birth to her second generation of kittens yet unfortunately all of those are dead after days. Sushi keeps on looking at them, and I observed that Sushi started to looks for affection. She always want to stay with me, and want to sleep always in my lap, which she doesn't used to do before, maybe this is the result of loosing her kittens.
One month ago when we finally conclude that she's pregnant again, for her third generation of kittens, supposedly.
*(Sushi is a good cat, yet I can't deny that she is a flirty one. Until now we still don't know who are the father of her kittens huhu charr. )*
Then, it's almost two weeks ago when she gave birth to a cute kitten, same color as her.
She wants to put her kitten inside my room, to make it more comfortable and safe. But I need to close the window and door every night, so I cannot let her stay; I don't want her to pop in my room. So, I get a box and put a cloth on it, and place it outside our house. She is okay with it on the first day but since our dogs keeps on disturbing her, then she carry it again inside the house, I don't have a choice but to put the box inside, but in our kitchen.
On the other hand, one of Sushi's first generation kittens is also pregnant, in just almost two weeks after Sushi gave birth, she also give birth to two news kittens.
Okay to make it clear, we now have three kittens at home. One from Sushi, and two from Sushi's first generation cat.
But then, Sushi's first gen. don't want to take care her kittens. So Sushi adopt and do breastfeeding to all of them.
Imagine it's her who take care her first gen. to give birth, but after that, it only leave her the kittens like nothing happened.
As of now, Sushi is taking care of these 3 kittens, she treat these two new kittens as her own, although it's her grandkittens, and the mother must take care of it. Now she's not a grandma but a mother of three. A very loving cat, who always want to protect her kittens. Sometimes when Sushi need to eat or to go outside, it's her original kitten who take care of the two.
*That's it everyone! Hope you get what I share this day although I became redundant in most of the words here lol. I just want to flex how loving Sushi is, she take care the kittens like a human do.*

I have a boy bestfriend, he is kind, popular, sporty and intelligent in terms of politics. What I don't like about him is he is a kind of a boy who can't live without girlfriend. I have mentioned before that I transfer in private school when I was in fourth year Highschool. I also said that it is not so hard for me to cope up with the new environment, since many of my friends also transferred there, and one of the "friends" that I am talking to is him.
In our former school he have a girlfriend, but when we transfered there I found out that they already broke up. It is not so sad for him, as after a month he already have a new girlfriend. He is lucky in his new girlfriend, a very kind, feminine and shy, I think the girl give a positive change to him, he became loyal.
When we turn into college; guess what, I'm surprise that we are still schoolmates, and what's more surprising is that we take the same course and classmate again. We was like meant to be together in school life*(lol)*. So we are enjoying our first semester in college, until we met this beautiful girl named Jezzel(not her real name), she became our classmate, and our group of friends became close to her squad. My boy bestfriend keeps on talking at her, until we observe that they became close and sweet to each other.
There was a time when we are sitting in a bench, when her squad approach us, asking;
*"Is there something between your bestfriend and Jezzel?"*
*"Oh I thought it's only us who observed it. But none, you don't need to worry about the boy, Jay(my bestfriend) already have girlfriend in other school"*
*"That's good, because Jezzel's boyfriend told us that he is suspecting Jezzel cheating at him. We think that he is refering to Jay"*
After that, me and my other friends talk to Jay, we frankly tell him that what he is doing is not right. Both of them have a partner, and they must stop what they are doing. Weeks had passed, we thought that everything is fine, until Jay told us that they are already in a relationship with Jezzel, both of them broke up their own partners and decided to be together.
What's the point of this story?
Jezzel is almost 5 years in relationship with her boyfriend, but since my bestfriend is more popular and handsome, it catch her attention so easily.
I also had a conversation with my boy bestfriend and he said *"I also want to have a girlfriend who has a good personality, like a simple one. Yet, you know what world I have(modeling), If I go in different occasions, I must bring a girl with a beauty"*
I don't know why most people keeps on looking a life partner yet blind with beauty of the outside. While there are some who are born with physical beauty yet took advantage on it to get what they want. This may not be the world's major problem, but when we talk about love which is the greatest of all then this is one of the reason why relationship turns out broken.
Beauty is art, and beauty in the inside is the most important. Let us remember that beauty fades; it's the true love and personally that will last.

Another Chapter of My Life Unlocked
*Yes it's finally my birthday. I have a blessed day, and at 12 am I already received greetings from the people that are very close in my heart. And since I haven't enjoy much on this day, because I'm fully occupied with tasks needed to accomplish, I don't even have time to reply greetings in my fb wall. What do I love about my life?
Everything. My life isn't perfect but I know I am blessed. From the people that surrounds me up to the smallest things that I have, and I really love all of those. Yes, I want to achieve a lot, to improve myself, and to go in many places and do the things that I want; but these inspires me more to love my life. But if you gonna ask me only one, then it's about knowing God. When I am just a kid my parents already teach me about God and this became my gateway to appreciate everything in life.
Where do I want to be in 5 years?
Oh wow, this question suits on me for this special day, but still I'm thinking what to say. Hmmn, I want to be in a place with full of love, happiness and peace, my own definition of heaven on earth; a place where I have the people I love.
I will not describe it more, secret for now.
When I am the happiest version of me?
When I make my parents happy and proud. It's really hard to make them proud, maybe the reason why I'm a bit perfectionist. The other one is when I make other people happy, especially strangers. I know there's a lot of generous users here, just think about the feelings of making them smile when you give something, that's also the feeling that makes me glad.
What I am afraid to do?
I'm afraid to steal, lol, oh my! Honestly, I stole coins in our sari-sari store when I was in primary school just to buy stickers at school, and I regret it until now:D
Can I improve on my daily habits?
Of course, just like using phone, I can improve my typing skills *(charr)*. Yes I do, because of read.cash, writing became my daily habit and it improve my critical thinking and memorization.
How can I add to my happiness?
It's so easy to make myself happy, I'll just eat what food I want then I'm already happy. But if we go deeper in the term of joy, then it's when I achieved my goals and recieved my prayers.
I am doing all that I can to reach my goal?
Not really, I know that I can if I work hard on it, but sometimes laziness, sadness and stress defeat me. For this new chapter of my life, I'm going to kick those negativity, set what is more important and not to let any unnecessary things to bother me.

Easy Cooking Bite
*The topic that I am going to share now is nothing but the foods that we prepared last month. When I was active in noise.cash, I always took some photos on what we prepared in order to share some contents, but as time passes by, those users that I used to interact there already stop, one of the reason for me to quit too. I miss them, yet I know they have there own priorities in real world.*
*So much for that, these are just random viand and snacks that we prepared. Hope you enjoy!*

Vegetable Lumpia
Lumpia here in the Philippines, is one of the common foods that is always present in birthdays, fiesta, and other occasions. Since this is one of my younger brother's favorite food, then it became our Sunday routine to prepare some lumpia, by the way, that routine only happened on the month of March; for family bonding.
What we have inside it are; cabbage, Chinese cabbage, sweet potato(or potato is you don't have), carrots and chayote. We slice them into small pieces and cook together added with seasoning and sugar. When it's cooked, we let it to be cool and finally wrap with the lumpia wrapper, because I love to add cheese, then I also sliced some *(Eden cheese)*. We put it in the fridge and just fry if we want to eat some.
Squid Balls
This is one of my favorite snacks, including fries. But if I'm going to choose if I buy 1kl of squid balls or potato fries, then I'll go with squid balls. This one is not common in our area, unlike fries that vendors here are selling too.
If you're in the city, there are so many street foods that you can choose, but still squid balls isn't always available, so we grab the opportunity to buy.
Adobong Pusit(Squid)
If we have squid balls, then we also prepared this Adobong Pusit two weeks ago. Adobo is a famous Filipino recipe, known as mixture of soy sauce, vinegar and small amount of sugar; what will be the main ingredient for your adobo is up to you. So in here, our main ingredient is the squid, as you can see it's too plain because we prepared it based on the preference of my uncles. I actually don't like there style of cooking Adobong Pusit, yet I don't have a choice.
Chicken Nuggets
This is common for kids, prepared by moms if they are too busy and want to give easy yet delicious food to their kids. We went into the mall last week, I bought some groceries, we also take some nuggets as it's been so long the last time we tried it.
Fish Ball
Okay let me clear it, this is actually not a fish ball yet vegetables ball*(tama ba? Lol);* still we called it fish ball as it is the most common name in this type of food. Same as the vegetables that we use in making lumpia, we also put cabbage, Chinese cabbage, and so on in fish ball. We cut it into a more smaller pieces, Eden cheese into tiny cubes and mixed together with the flour and seasonings mixture.

Smart Ways to Start Your Day
*To live a happy life, one must have a good morning, and how we improve our day is determined by the things we do right after we get up. Morning habits can help us set the tone for the day and keep us from being sluggish.*
*These tips that I am going to share are based on the routine that I love to do to start my day good. Honestly, there are times that I have a bad morning, yet this things help me to recover the day. Hopefully, this can be a reminders or help to everyone.*

Praying
The very basic and the most important tip to start your day is to do a prayer. You can do a short prayer, just to thank God and ask His blessings for the day. If you make a paryer as a habit then nothing to worry for the whole day.
Before, when there's a youth camp in our church, we always do the dawn prayer, and I honestly feel the benefits of it, one verse at a time is fine just don't forget to open God's Holy Book. Maybe some of you here tried this one, and I hope the spirit wasn't gone.
Stretching
Another way to start your body and mind for a day is to do stretching. To make it proper then let's say yoga.

This video from YouTube is just a sample, there's a lot that you can choose in Google and Facebook; it's up on your preference. For body, it's good for proper blood circulation, because while sleeping our body stay in one or two positions only. For mind, it makes you to relax and have sharp concentration, to set your mind feeling good; also in stretching or yoga, you can do breathing exercise.
Fixing your Bed
There are two basic reasons for the benefits of fixing our bed. First, is to force yourself to get up; the more our bed appears to be in a set up for sleeping, the more our body and mind feel sluggish and sleepy; as a result, rather than waking up early, we wind up getting up around 10 or 11 a.m. Second, this reminds us to clean and organize our rooms; if you don't fix your bed when you get up, it will become a habit, and cleaning your room will eventually be out of your vocabulary.
Drinking one glass of water
If you have read my article about *Sleep Problems : How to Get Rid of it.*, I stated that one way to have a good sleep is to drink one glass of water before going to bed, it's the same thing in waking up in the morning. If you live in a tropical country like Philippines, then it's recommended to wash your face in the morning, especially when you have an oily skin; then after that drink one glass of water. If you didn't used to drink water at that time then you can do it little by little, for your first day you can try half of the glass until you reach 1 week. Why? Sleeping is the time that our body is at rest, but our internal organs is still working. In order to perform their task when you woke up they need water to serve as one of their fuel to get doing their specific job.
Walking
Since this pandemic spread worldwide, most of our works turn to online set-up, as a result we usually sit whole day. Walking in another form of exercise and relaxation, another technique to make your mood better; you can do this while looking at your plants, playing with your pets, and other things that can refresh your mind.
In my case, the reason why I like to walk in the morning is to get some sunlight, to have vitamin D. There are parents who used to take their babies early in the morning for the benefits of sunlight, but as we grow old we forget about this. If you have time why not to take even 30 minutes.

Get To Know Me More During School Days

***Dreamboy****'s answer makes me laugh, it brings back my student life memories during highschool, and because of it I dare to share my experience too by answering some questions/phrases. If you haven't try this one, then let's get throwback.*

Skipped a class
I did it many times, and the very first time I do it is when I was in second year highschool. It's already in our fourth quarter, and I don't if your class settings are like us, that we don't usually do class when it's already in fourth quarter, the only thing that we need to do is to go to school for attendance and pass their activities, but most of the time there's no class, most of the teachers don't discuss anymore. We are having our lunch break that time, then one of my classmate told us to go to Christine's house, also our classmates who's house is only 5 minutes walk from our campus. Since we all know that there's no teacher that will come at 1:00 pm class up to 4:30, then it's a perfect time to do a movie marathon in their house. We are so excited going out in the campus, and finally reached Christine's house and watch horror movie. Without knowing, our strict teacher came into her schedule and do her class, she is so angry why there's only few students inside the classroom, when we go back in the campus at 4:00 pm those good classmates of ours who chose to stay inside the classroom, welcome us saying *"Luhhh our teacher get angry why you guys didn't attend the class. She gave us additional 10 points."*
Cheat on exam
Unfortunately I did, it's actually not good, I'm against with this. But when I reached college everything is in the form of cheating. In my previous school, I never cheat and luckily surrounded with friends who also didn't cheat, this habit of ours stay until we reached college. On the first quiz, during my first year in college, me and my friends are so shocked why everyone is cheating, they are so expert. So during second sem, we try to cheat but failed as we are passing the *"kudigo"* notes of answers, on who will open it but none of us dare. As time passes by, we learn how to cheat, and used to cheat. *(Lol)*
Forged my parent's signature
Never. I think I already answer this question in my previous article. Yes we copy our teacher's signature, because she is so strict and we got irritated that she haven't sign our clearances. But about my parents, I haven't do it, I can trust my parents when I lie about school, don't need to forge their signatures.
Fake excuse for being late
I tried to get late, but to my luck I haven't came into a situation to have a punishment, and/or a teacher or guidance counselor ask me why I'm late. But if you will ask about fake excuse being absent, then I did it many times, featuring my parent's support.
Bullied anyone in school
Never. When we say intentionally bullying, hurting someone's feelings or physical then I haven't and never dare to do that, except when that person deserve it. It's common if you have group of friends in school, make fun about each and everyone's characteristics, but it's not that bullying just we are having some fun and jokes with each other.

*I have recently read some topics about online love, or let us say those couples having Long Distance Relationship in which the online world set as a bridge for their communication. To wrap up those insight, all agreed that there is a big possibility that online love can turns to a marriage, but still it is up for the couples, on how they want to work their relationship.*

I think I was in first year highschool when I enter the world of texting, Facebook that time is not so common, as we only have keypad phones and it's rear for it to access Facebook's site. I've observed that some of my friends are having fun of texting to strangers. They said that they only do GM(Group Message) and by one click they can have chatmates. *Why I came up with the GM? Because it was was the time when there's no judgement at all. You are going to talk to someone by texting; to listen his/her opinion anonymously, that you are talking to an unknown friend. Asking for your picture or meet up is not in vocabulary, as the only intention is to have someone to talk heartedly.*

It is common for a group of friends, especially with the same gender to ask, *"who is your crush?"*, and to my surprise some of my friends stated name which is not familiar to some of us, then we found out that those names that they are sharing are their textmates. They don't know how it looks like; it says where they live, but since we're having no knowledge about places we only conclude that it's far; they stated some information about themselves without a proof if they said the truth or not. But these, possible reason for them not to like a person is not on my friend's concern, what they focus is the happiness that a particular textmate give to them.
If you're fun watching videos online, you might have seen a lot of couples having different nationalities end up with marriage and having their own family. Most of them started at online, maybe in Facebook while some tried their luck in online dating.
While there are people who don't believe in online love, they said that it's just wasting of time, nothings will work out if the couples are in Long Distance Relationship, but we can't judge then, because in most cases temptation occurs more when the couples are far with each other, or maybe these people who don't believe in online love came into being broken hearted having a Long Distance Relationship in the past.
On the other hand, there are also people who don't like to enter LDR. It doesn't mean that they don't believe in love starting online, but within themselves they can't take to be far to whom they love. Those persons is when they know that their relationship will turns for separation physically then don't go for it.
We can't deny that the use of internet in today's situation really gives a good impact not only about our economy, different job sectors, studies, this pandemic and many more but also in terms of love. But then, still we must be careful as in online, there are scams, cyberbullying, fakenews, and other pages/apps/site that can bring negativity to our life. As what a saying is *"Think Before you Click".*

Spending Quality Time at the Shopping Mall
*The day is so fast, we are finally on the last day of March in the year 2022, hope that everyone had a blessed month. I wish everyone to have another fruitful month of April, I have lots of special occasions this new month, praying that I can celebrate those with love and joy.*

Last week, one of my uncle called my father to inform that he is going to visit in our house together with his son. It's been so long the last time that they met, so the day that they will be here is gonna be a great day for them. They are actually not a biological brother, yet they treated each other as a real family.
Since my father wants to prepare some foods for uncle, he asked me to buy some groceries at the mall, my brother also will accompany me since he wants to buy some clothes. We are far from the main city, and although there are lot of mini stores in our neighbor, they only sell those basic needs and junkfoods for the kids, their daily customers. In order for us to buy some fresh meat, vegetables, fruits and other important groceries, then we need to go in the mall or city market.
It was 9 am when we left our house, my mom and dad are going to work, while me and my younger brother are going to the city.
Finally at 10 am when we arrived at the mall, we immediately go to the stores for my brother's T-shirt; it was his gift for himself after working in a cryto site*(I forgot the name).*
He likes to buy branded clothes which is opposite in my part. I don't like to buy expensive clothes, I even wear ukay-ukay and clothes less than 1$(lol)
Here he is, trying to pick some designs, but at the end he asked for my help and let me decide what to buy.
After that we go to food court and take our lunch, I really love to eat in Jollibee but when we go on the first floor the Jollibee restaurant is so full with customers, so we change our plan and just take this fried chicken and rice.
Also, we take Shawarma, we likes to eat but I honestly not satisfied with the taste of this Shawarma, better is we buy in a well-known store.
After our lunch we go to the groceries. My favorite part of the mall when I have money, but if none this is my most hated part(charr). We take some meat and other ingredients for cooking, and since we are there, we also bought some necessities for our daily consumption like shampoo, soap, etc. I'm really thankful with this platform because I am using my income here to buy this groceries, that my parents don't need to worry in many expenses.
There are many people inside the grocery store except this part, so I take the opportunity to take some pictures, I'm just shy and not comfortable if I take pictures with many people. I think some of you can relate to this; introvert be like.
When I'm in the city, especially at the mall, I make the most of my time because I cannot go here in a daily basis, just for important appointments or need to buy some necessary things.
At last, we go home in the afternoon, it's almost dark when we arrived safe and sound. Another blessings that God showered to us on that day.

Black Magic to Cast Kleptomaniac
*Last Sunday, when I heard my father talking to our relatives through phone. They are discussing about my Tiyo(father's uncle) who is in the hospital as of now. It started when my Tiyo was cutting some trees in their backyard. He stepped into a sharp thing, which they think a broken glass, as they haven't seen it. It begins with a small wound, but the before the day end his feet started to grow bigger until it swollen and now looking like a decaying skin.*
*They bring him to the hospital, but the doctors don't findings about what happened to him, they still wait for another day but still none. So my uncle(Tiyo's son) call my father and said that Tiyo might be a victim of witchcraft. My father also agree, and also a big chances that he might hit some entities while cutting the tree.*
*My father knew a healer in our area, so he contacted him right away and asked if he could come to the hospital to check on his uncle. According to the healer, the first step is to determine whether Tiyo was truly a victim of black magic. He suggested that we try facing Tiyo's palm upward, stretching it, and measuring if the two arms are equal. If they're equal, Tiyo has a health issue or infection; if they're not, he's a victim of witchcraft or a spiritual entity.*

What happened to Tiyo reminds me of the tactics that our teachers use in school.
I was in second year highschool when I first encountered stealing inside the classroom. It was a regular morning, having our discussion when one of my classmate started to cry as her cellphone was gone. Our teacher told her to check her bag again, but still there's none.
In order to found the phone, our teacher check every bags of ours. Even if you're innocent you can still feel scared, thinking that maybe someone put the phone inside your things.
The phone was still missing at the end of the day, so our teacher gave the thief two choices for returning the phone. For the first option, the thief must return the phone first thing in the morning, what he need to do is to put the phone secretly in the teacher's drawer. Second, our teacher will wait until no one is on campus in the afternoon before, she will wait student who stole the phone to present himself. Our teacher will hide the student's identity and allow that student to explain why he did the act. Aside from these two options, our teacher warned that if that student does not return the phone before the next day end, our teacher would go to Master and ask him to punish the thief, it will turns the hands of the thief to paralyzed or, his hand will decay while worms coming out in the his hands.
*Fast forward…*
The next day, early in the morning, my early-bird classmates saw that the phone had already been placed in the last row. There's also a letter under the phone, saying he is sorry and that he won't do it again. We already know who took the phone based on the letter's penmanship. We told our teacher about it, and she advised us to keep it a secret so that the situation won't grow bigger; the main thing was that the phone was returned.
Did you observed that some people are more scared of sorcery than God in doing bad things? Like they are more scared in worldy punishment than suffering after life. But then, it's not my main point here, but to share the tactics of most teachers in public school when stealing happened.
The same thing when I was in fourth year highschool, the thief that time was so obvious. All the witnesses point that she is the suspect. When our teacher was scolding in front, she's the only one who cannot look in our teacher's eyes, like she's uncomfortable in her chair. Yes, she also have a **Kleptomania**; for those who don't know, this term refers to *a person who's habit is stealing, it's a mental disorder in which they cannot control theirselves in stealing. Taking things even they don't need makes them relieved.*
Just like the technique what my second year teacher did, she also tell the whole class that whoever stole the money, his/her hand will decay.

My Very Own Seven Wonders of the World

*The seven places that I am going to share are those that really catch my interest, places that makes me wow and aim that someday hopefully I can visit, these places are those that I've never think exist. I am more fascinated about historical places, part of the mythology and religion but for today I'm going to exclude it, also places such as Chichén Itzá, Great Pyramid of Giza and Great Wall of China because these are always on the list of choices. I gonna exclude also the places in the Philippines as I don't want to be biased, if I have the chance, I will put all those 7 Wonders as all places from Philippines, besides Rices Terraces, Mayon Volcano, Puerto Princesa became part of the list/votings for the 7 Wonders of the World.*

Lucky 8 Months of Writing Achieved
*Before anything else I would like to say A Happy 8th Monthsary to us read.cash!(sana all tumatagal). I'm really happy to achieved this long, did you know that 8 is one of my top favorite numbers? Yes, just sharing. The number 8 is known as a lucky number as it represents the symbol infinity; infinite luck, infinite love and infinite hope. I don't usually publish anything about my income and monthly achievements although it's inspiring to share, but then for this 8th month I want to at least express my feelings.*

Who Wants to Be a Single Parent

I have shared before in my previous articles that I have this one of my bestfriend who get pregnant by his ex-boyfriend, that as of now she became a single mom, a strong and independent one. I remember when we were in Highschool, during that time Wattpad in our campus is very popular. My bestfriend like to read it whole day, even our teacher is discussing in front. She have a secret big notebook, which only me can read it. What's written on her big notebook are those stories that she made inspired by the stories she read in Wattpad. Just like a typical girl that time, she wants to have a partner same as the leading man in the story. But this dream of her changed when we reached college. We were talking in their house when she said that she wants to have a foreigner partner in the future, but since it's hard to find a faithful one then what she wants is just to get pregnant by a foreigner, it's okay if the man doesn't support her but atleast she have a beautiful/handsome child.
Same from what my mom told me months ago, that she have a co-worker who is always flexing her daughter to them when they are having chitchats. One day, her co-worker called her and told her to go outside the company as her daughter is in the gate. Since my mom wants to see it, she go outside and saw that her daughter was really beautiful, half American. By the way, her co-worker is a single mom, but so satisfied because what she only wants is to have a beautiful daughter and not a partner.
Lastly, I have this gay bestfriend, not a typical one who likes to wear girly clothes, you can see him wearing manly outfit, neat and clean, just his heart is also for man. He have a huge dream, he take every opportunity to give scholarship for his studies and to do make-up as his sideline job. One of is dream is to have his own family someday, he was open trying to change himself someday that somehow he will fall in love to a girl. But recently, when we are talking, he mentioned that he only want to have a baby, even with no partner. To have a surrogate mother, just like what some of our LGBTQ+ community wants to have.
Hearing this kind of stories makes me realized that in life, there are people who only wants to have a son/daughter and not a partner. Some reasons might be, they don't want to get hurt having a partner so they prefer to have a child at least to have someone that they can call as their own.
Some professional, prefer to go abroad and choose the best surrogate mother for them, their ultimate goal is to have a child whom they can showered their love and care. All they want to do is to make the child's life better and meaningful. Some people who prefer to be a single parent encountered abuse from their own parents, broken relationship, and/or bullying when they was young, now that they have the right and chance to do what they want, then what we need to do is to respect their decision.
Some may judge their choice, but remember, look at yourself, are you perfect?

What's the Hardest Battle Comes in Our Mind
*I was watching some videos online when I came to a very short horror story wherein the protagonist seeing the picture in her room moving. I was in primary when I also encounter this one, I even dream about it at night and since my parents ignore what I am saying, then I usually share it to my friends and favorite uncle. According to them, maybe it's just my guardian angel or just a spirit wants to ask for help.*
*As of now, I still don't know the answer since after we change the position of our house it fades; maybe it's just my imagination or trick of the eyes.*

I have read the story ***The Yellow Wallpaper*** *by Charlotte Perkins Gilman*, it is all about a woman who's name is Jane and his husband named John.
This couple when to a mansion for vacation, the view outside was really good; there are beautiful flowers and trees. But then, John chose the room upstairs where they can stay.
Jane was aware that there was a problem about her, she told her husband about it which is a doctor, but he didn't believe her because he doesn't see any symptoms. John concludes that Jane is just going through a phase of despair, or a temporary depression. Because John is a manipulative husband, he forbade Jane from doing any job and just allowed her to stay in the room as her medication.
Inside the room there was a yellow paper that gives irritation to Jane. She told his husband to remove it, but since John is thinking that it's just waste of time, then he told Jane to ignore it. Jane keeps on staring at the yellow wallpaper, until she saw a woman standing inside it when the lights hit it. She again told his husband on what she saw, telling him that it's haunted but still her husband ignore it.
Days passes by, Jane still keeps on looking at the wallpaper wondering what the woman is doing there. When she go downstairs she can still smell the scent of the wallpaper, thinking that the woman is following her.
The medication made by John isn't helping Jane's mental health; she's already hallucinating, but John chose to ignore it. At last, it just worsen Jane's situation.
*Fast forward..*
On their last day in the mansion, Jane's husband was attempting to enter the room while Jane locked herself inside. She throws the key outdoors, but still tells her husband, John, where he can find it. Jane was already creeping when her husband finally opened the door, she already crumpled and torn the wallpaper believing that the girl on it will be set free. Jane now is completely insane, while her husband is became unconscious.
The story of The Yellow Paper represents a lot of symbolism, if we are going to critique the whole piece we can understand that it doesn't only depicts a normal scenario or a horror story but freedom, face of society and many more. But if we look on the literal outcome of it, the story shows that the more we ignore the condition, the more it worst.
What I want to convey here is that we have the capacity to know whether we are doing good or not. Why I understand some teenagers who prefer to run in their friends than family because, usually the family ignore while the friends listen and give some advice. To experience stress is hard, how much more the depression; it involves hallucination and bad habits.
At last, we should know how to observed on the people around us especially our love ones. Most people don't need some advices but just a person who knows how to listen. Mental health is very important, let's choose to have and help to spread mental health awareness than ignoring it's importance.

Breathe In, Breathe Out
*What I will share today is nothing but just what I did yesterday. One of the basic needs of our human body is rest. Being too busy, I sometimes don't have time to take a rest that makes my mind fly; I'm experiencing 'lutang' moments now. But then yesterday still a busy day for me but at least it turns out good, not only for my physical body but also to my mental health.*

I need to go at the city at 8 in the morning but since I need to do some work at home, I decided to go there at noon. My team mates are already mentioning me in our group chat asking where am I, which I already told them that I need to do some work, so what I did is to mute our gc; most of the time muting group chats can give me peace.
We Filipinos also have this what we called ***"Mañana Habit"***, in Filipino it's *"Mamaya na"*, which means *"later/just later"*; a procrastination.
So when I arrived with my bestfriend, my teams are just talking. I just realized that Mañana Habit have an advantage, like if I arrived early I just keep on talking and haven't finish some of my task. We are scheduled to present some documents at 4 pm but fortunately, we are able to present it at 2 pm and finished almost 3 pm.
We don't have anything important to do after that, so my bestfriend requested if we can just stay at the city until evening. He said that he want to unwind, and to atleast take a short rest.
There was just 3 of us, my girl bestfriend, boy bestfriend and me. My girl bestfriend wants to eat some rice as she haven't take her lunch. We are talking where to eat, whether to eat at the eatery beside the stores that we usually go, or to the Jollibee. What's the final decision? Of course the Jollibee*(lol!)*
We just take out what we order, and go to the nearest park. Feels so good to go there again; the green scenery of the park, people passing by and a lot of street foods.
Before, when there's no pandemic this park looks crowded and the plants are not so healthy but now, everything backs to it's beauty. I realized that pandemic brought peace and rest to our nature.
As usual, we spend our time sitting and talking about random things. There are still some kids who will go to you and ask for money, I feel pity to them but sometimes I don't like it because the government already provided benefits for them but still they chose to be in that situation; just saying:)
I also took some pictures for remembrance. See how beautiful the sky that time, the good thing is it's not so hot that day. I remember when I was in first year college, our NSTP(National Service Training Program) adviser required us to pick some trash around the park. It was so hot that time, wearing our thick NSTP shirt. Imagine seeing some couples sitting there, and we are passing in their front carrying sack for garbage. Ay okey!
The time is so fast, it's already like 5:30 pm, and the sky started to dark, posts already have lights; really love seeing city lights.
This seems like there's no many people in the park but then after we passed the last bench, there's a lot of youth, especially that some schools are already having their face-to-face class.
That's it everyone. Hope you also give time for yourself to relax, once or twice a month is already pretty good. Have a healthy mind!

Surprisingly, It's Different from What I Know

I'm actually familiar about the tradition of using a dowry, because here in the Philippines our Muslim brothers ans sisters are practicing this.
I was in Highschool when I first heard the word "dowry", when me and one of my bestfriend who is a Muslim talks about the upcoming wedding of her cousin. According to her, her cousin who is the groom is going to marry the next few weeks, and because of that their family must provide something that they can offer to the family of the bride. I was surprised, yet it sounds interesting, she added that in the most cases, they give cows, goats, money and golden jewelry. I asked her wants the process, and she told me that there are two processes; One is to ask the parents of the bride, of what they want to received. By this, the gifts depends on the bride's parent's interest. While the second one, is the free-will of the groom, no matter what he can offer as long as it is okay to the side of the bride.
Back to **TheGuy**'s article, I get confused because he is pointing to a woman who needs to give dowry to a man. I'm thinking that maybe I just misunderstood his explanation, so what I did is to leave a comment for clarification, and then got the answer when I saw his reply.
And yes, I read it right. Their tradition is different from what I know, although they have the same process but opposite to whom who take the responsibility of giving dowry. After reading his reply, I immediately remember the movie **3 Idiots**. For those who haven't seen this, it's worth to watch.
In the movie, there are 3 main characters who are Rancho, Raju Rastogi and Farhan Qureshi. Raju came from a poor family and aim to have a good grades for the sake of his family's future. His father is already sick, while his mother is worried about their social status. Raju have a sister who cannot married yet because they are poor and don't have something to give for dowry.
What's the funny is, after this scene me and my mom was looking at each other confused what's happening. Then my mom said, *"So it's the women who need to give dowry?"* And I said yes, maybe it's their tradition.
Why I shared this topic is that it surprise me, it gives another learning, and lastly to share what I feel. I'm not against their tradition because I'm not in the shoe who experience it. We don't have this kind of dowry thing in Christian tradition, unless you're too rich and your parents ask money or property as an exchange of their blessings to approved the wedding.
Every culture has it's own history, and I think it's also good that we know and understand other's tradition. By this the discrimination or racism can be lessen, remember that those who likes to discriminate are those who have no knowledge.

*It's been more than a decade when my father met this Priest as his one of the closest friend. They might not seen each other frequently because as a Priest he is too busy, but he always send motivational messages to my father. Since those messages catch my heart, I decided to write those in a Formal Theme Book. As of now, even it's been more than a decade when I write those messages, I was still ale to preserve it and read when I want to.*
*For today, my objective is to share those top messages which inspires me, hopefully this can also help you in your journey in life.*

*Blessed is the man whom understand that the reason for praying is not to remind God of what He needs but to remind himself that he needs God.*
In reality, most people only talk to God when they need to ask for something, then after that no more thanksgiving. A man who understand the importance of prayer is better than a man who knows the importance of socializing. We should remember that God already know what's in our mind, and what are the struggles that we are experiencing and soon to experience. Prayer is the form of communicating God, not to make him as our credit card or genie, but Someone who is always there in every situation of our life.
*Do you know what is the first blessing you receive from God everyday? It's when you open your eyes because it's a constant reminder that God gave you another day. To be better than yesterday.*
Not every morning is good, there are some instances that we have this bad morning, and it's normal it is part of our innate emotion as a human. But then, bear in your mind that every morning is another chance not to change what happened yesterday, but to make that day a better one. Don't forget to thank Him, there's a lot of people asking for life but ended, God gave you life without asking it, so better use it for a good purpose.
*Life is very beautiful. Don't focus on how many times you feel worthless, unloved, left behind and cheated. Instead, think of how many times you stood up and took the courage to let go, move on and live again.*
This is in the part of thinking positivity. Don't let your mind and heart consume negativity, but instead gain love, hope and faith so that you can have a better life. As I've said, it's okay to be sad, but don't let that sadness give a negative effect in your personality.
*Certainly, hard time will always reveal true friends. So if you are experiencing those hard times, rejoice. You will be able to separate those who are true to you from those who are just there for a joy ride.*
I was reading articles the other day when I came up with **ArticLEE**'s article about friendship, in there I leave a comment saying the same thought as it reminds me of this quote. Mostly, our reaction everytime we are experiencing challenges is that, *"why my friends are not here?"*, but the real question is *"is they're your real friends?"*
*Some important things weve learned in our walk with God. To give even when we ourselves are in need. To encourage even though we're in pain. To smile despite our problems. To be there for someone even though we're desperately seeking for help.*
Life is not all about taking but about giving. Never ask anything in return, do your best to help as long as you can. Life teaches us many lesson, there are cases when we have nothing; no money, no job, doesn't have someone to be with and struggling with many problems. But in every darkness that you're experiencing, make that as an opportunity to shine yourself. There are so many people having bigger problems that you're experiencing, be the instrument as their light and hope.
To end this, I want to share this manifestation to everyone. Give everything to God, let the universe brings you the positivity in life.

5 Hobbies for a Better Life
*Since before I'd love to watch motivational videos on YouTube, those that can make me understand the flow of life and that can give me moral lessons which I can stand as a support everytime I feel weak. This hobby of mine started to fade when I became so busy, not until earlier when I'm cleaning my drawer, I've seen my note pad in which I wrote some of the motivational message and tips. One of it is the* ***5 Hobbies for success****, and as I remember I saw it in Tiktok.*
*So for now, I would like to elaborate why those tips is the best remainder for a better life.*

One to make you money
Earning money for living is very important. As a human we have these basic needs as water, clothing, shelter and food; in reality we can't get most of it by asking for free, we must work hard to earn money. In order to achieve this, we must have our own job or business.
According to some entrepreneurs, for you to have a successful business you must choose something that you love to do. For example, you love to cook, it's one of your hobbies, then why not to make your own business when you can sell some of your recipes. Just remember that you must be prudent with your earnings and save enough money for the future to ensure that you will still have enough money when you can no longer do your work.

One to keep you in shape
Health is part of our life, and in order to have a happy life we must have a good health. Hobbies like playing sports, dancing, hiking and doing some adventurous travels can make your body in shape.
To be pysically fit should be one of goals, not just to be sexy or hot but to make you look more presentable. Remember, that health problems occur when we didn't take care of ourselves.

If you're creative, you can think about more possible solutions in any situation. You can turn a simple thing into a much better and outstanding. Inventors doesn't create their inventions by magic, but through their creative mindset.
Hobbies like drawing, painting, coloring, gardening, photography are just only few for many hobbies can you can do to enhance your creativity. Don't let your talent became useless, discover and enhance it so you can share to the others, and became their role model to reach their level of creativity.
One to build your knowledge
Yes you have the money, and the shape of your body, but you don't have the knowledge; still useless right? How can you manage your business or how can you improve in your job when you don't have the knowledge.
Hobbies like reading books, watching educational videos and listening to podcast can help us improve of knowledge. Don't quite on learning, it's not only about gaining information but exercising your mind for a better memory.

Sleep Problems : How to Get Rid of it.

*As I've mentioned, I see a lot of articles about trouble of sleeping, so I decided to share some tips which I highly recommend. Remember once again that these are just a guide, if there's no positive changes after doing these tips then better to consult a doctor.*

Drinking a glass of water before sleeping
Even we are sleeping our internal body is still working, that's why we have this Homeostasis, a process of keeping our internal body stable despite of the changes that happens in our enviroment. Since we're talking about sleeping, we'll need water to allow our cells to perform their functions properly while we sleep; to stay hydrated throughout the night; and to aid in the removal of toxins.

So, before going to sleep try to drink at least one glass of water.
Ventilation
Temperature and smell of your room, are one of the main factors why we can't sleep well. For temperature, especially when it's too hot or too cold, our body and mind can't relax well, the reason why we tend to get stress than to take a rest.
***What to do:***
Set your room in a good condition, if you don't have fan or air-con., then I recommend you to open your windows to let the air enter and circulate. There are some people who put plants inside their house, particularly the snake plants inside their room
Snake plant stands out among the other oxygen-producing plants because it converts a large amount of *CO2* **(carbon dioxide)** to *O2 (oxygen)* at night. On the other hand, the smell of your room can affect your mood and ruin your sleeping. Who can sleep well if their room smells like a rotten egg? Sanitation is very important, to clean it in a daily basis. Others like to put fabric conditioner in their bed sheet, pillow and blanket. While some like to spray a mild scent of perfume before going to sleep. It's up to your choice.
Exercising
If you're having some trouble in sleeping, try to do exercise at the morning, this will help you to have a good blood circulation, reduces stress and prevent health problems. If you're not into doing moderate or hard exercise then just do yoga.

There's a lot of benefits that this yoga can offer. You can search in yt yoga about how to have a regular menstrual cycle, for relaxing/meditation, for diet, body posture and ofcourse for sleeping.
For a better result, try not to eat two hours before going to sleep; take dinner in a fixed time and also set your sleeping time to maintain your body clock. Avoid drinking softdrinks or hard drinks, maybe you fall asleep but waking up having headache; also coffee as it have a Caffeine. Avoid using gadgets one hour before going to sleep. You better to read books*(not online)* or to do some arts. Sad but reality, some people use Holy Book as a sleeping pill.
You can search for relaxing music which can help your mind to be at peace and fall asleep. If your mind is still active, try to think something which is boring, just like imagining that you're sleeping; sounds weird but yes boring things can make you fall asleep. Btw, don't forget to clean yourself too, take some bath/half-bath before going to sleep.

Sleep Disorders : Symptoms and Definition
*One of the foundations for optimal health is getting at least 7-8 hours of sleep. Some people may overlook the necessity of sleeping, even setting their body clocks for various reasons, but it is important to remember that our bodies needs proper care and rest.*
*I've read a lot of articles about people having trouble sleeping or not getting enough sleep as a result of being too busy, which is not good and to which we should pay attention. I was planning to provide some advice on how to get rid of it, but then I realized that I needed to first explain what sleep problems/disorder are. Since I still have the notes from our discussion about this topic in General Psychology during my first year in college. Then I'd like to share it here as well.*

Sleep Disorders
1. Kleine Levin Syndrome
A person who are experiencing excessive sleep, more than 11 hours per day. This might not the harsh that a person will experience this situation in his/her everyday life but it comes once or twice a year, within 2 days - 4 weeks in duration.
During episodes, people may experience excessive food intake, anger, childishness, confusion, hallucinations, and an unnaturally uncontrolled sex urge.

2. Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syndrome
Most people may ignore this one, as it looks like an ordinary matter on sleeping. When something in your sleep blocks part or all of your upper airway. This disorder have the symptoms of snoring, gasping and/or breathing pauses during sleep.
3. Primary Central Sleep Apnea
This happens when your brain isn't sending the right signals to the muscles that control your breathing. There are three possible symptoms on this;
***(1) Excessive daytime sleepiness***
***(2) Awakenings during sleeping time***
***(3) Awakening short of breath***
4. Insomnia
The most common and well-known sleep disorder, especially those who are students are workers who are stress or in depression. This is the difficulty of falling asleep, or yes you have the chance to sleep but you always wake up after a short period of time.
5. Narcolepsy
Maybe some of you have encountered this a one, a person who will easily fall asleep without intentionally doing it, like he/she is just sitting then just a minute you will see him/her sleeping already, fall into a deep sleep that fast.
6. Rapid Eye Movement Behavior Disorder
The scariest sleep disorder for me. This are those people who do sleep talking, and person may moan, groan, making scary sounds or speaking that you can't understand, that's why this can be relate to nightmare(paranormal activities). Also those who will punch and kick you while sleeping.
7. Restless Leg Syndrome
This is common in children, when they unconsciously move or kick while sleeping, and/or stretching their legs. During sleeping time they may feel uncomfortable or unpleasant sensation with their legs.
8. Disorder of Arousal
***Divided into three types;***
**Confusional Arousal** - when someone is already awake but still his/her mind is unconscious; actions are strange.
**Sleep walking/talking** - walking or talking while sleeping. People who are experiencing this are hard to wake up (you need to slap them charr)
**Sleep terrors** - have you dream falling into a cliff? This is one example of sleep terrors, when you suddenly woke up screaming and/or kicking.

Get spanked.
Our parents likes to spank us after me and my younger brother had a fight when we are just a kid; so I used to it. I'm not comfortable if someone touch my face, how much more if someone slap me.
Eat too salty food or eat too spicy food?
Eat too spicy food.
Nothing, just I want to challenge myself this time to eat spicy, I like to put spice in our sauce but not too much. I have seen videos on yt when the vloggers do this Mukbang, those sea foods with spicy sauce. I think it's a challenges yet delicious at the same time.
Be in love or someone in love with you?
Be in love.
First, I don't want to hurt anyone, I hate rejecting someone but it's the best decision to do in order not to waste his/her effort and time. I rather to choose someone who doesn't love me, I think I can handle it; ofcourse it's hurt but I know I can move on fast. *Lol!*
Hate someone or someone hate you?
Someone hate me.
Can you imagine how it feels hating someone? It's disgusting, it ruin my day. I hate hating someone, because I don't like to take a revenge *(except to my younger brother),* and holding that hate makes me weak. I don't care if someone hate me, as I know I'm not doing anything bad, so if someone hate me it's not my problem anymore.
Have a job you hate but make good money or a job you love but do not make good money?
A job that I love but do not make good money.
I suppose to be in practical, to earn good as money is essential, I'm not rich for me not to grab this opportunity. But, while reading the question second time, I realized that the only job that I don't like are those that are illegal. So I'll go with the one that I love even small income, I don't want to be in trouble and if I did bad my conscience will kill me day by day.
Be the caregiver or be taken care of?
Be the caregiver.
When I'm in highschool, there this blind man who always visit our house*(yes, he memorized the path going to our house)* to ask money. During that time, my goal is to be a doctor, he asked me about my plans in life, then I told him about it. After I give him a small amount, he told me that may I achieve my goal and be the blessing to cure his eyes. Hearing those words makes me emotional, I actually failed to take medical course due to financial problem. But still, I hope that someone day, I can be one of his caregiver.
Live alone or be surrounded by crowds of people?
Live alone.
I think this is the answer for introvert people like me. I like to hangout with friends and even stranger, but I love being alone. No one will interrupt me, no negativity.
Swim with sharks or alligators/crocodiles?
Sharks.
Why I would risk my life with alligators who see me as fried chicken, when I can do scuba diving with whale sharks.
Be too hot or too cold?
Too cold.
I want to be the Elsa of Frozen; Let it go, Let it go... Charr! Just I'm irritated with the hot weather these days, we renovate our house and until now I don't have ceiling fan in my room, seems like I'm in an oven
Be too hungry or too thirsty
Hungry.
I'll die with that thirst. I can have my satisfaction with just water, it is more essential to our body. I can eat foods but still hungry, but when I drink, no more thirst, no more hungry tummy.
Be dominant or be submissive?
Dominant. Who doesn't want to be a leader? My life, my rule.

Nyctophile : Night, be my Light
***Nyctophile*** *is the term that we can use to refer someone who love darkness or night. Personally, I can say that I love the night more than morning; stars more than white clouds; black color than white. Days ago when I've mentioned that I met my friends, and we have this heart to heart talk. One of us mentioned, "I love dark. I don't know, just I found comfort with the darkness".*
*When I'm just a kid, I really hate darkness because when it's dark I can see and hear supernatural entities. But as I grow up, I realized that the darkness of the night, can be the safeties moment you can have; time to relax, time to have your 'me time', time to think peacefully.*
*When I'm in highschool, I have this introvert boy bestfriend. The literal quiet and shy type student in the class. Our house have the same direction, so every dismissal we go home together with our other friends. One afternoon after dismissal, we are walking until he open up about his love to darkness. Since this give me an idea, I decided to write a narration about the topic Nyctophile, inspired to his real life story.*

I am only 9 years old when I seek for my parents attention. At the very young age, I realized that life is not about love but about being independent. I have a lot of flaws; they don't like me, they only hate me. My teenage life is not the life that everyone wants to have.
One day, I was sitting alone in the seashore looking at the sunset, I asked the sun, *"Why you're leaving? Do you also hate seeing how cruel people are? If you do, can I go with you?".* It's so funny how I talk to the sun. Just I don't have someone, or I'm just nothing, none.
...
Oh! It's already dark, I fell asleep. So quiet. So peaceful. Let me enjoy this night, no hurt feelings. This is the life that I want to have. In darkness I found my comfort, no one will hurt me, no one will judge me.
Another day has come. I need to face life. I need to smile and pretend that everything is fine. I don't know why they say *"Good morning",* when there's nothing good in morning. Besides, I don't have a choice but to wait until the darkness arrived.
Now that I grow up, I learned to hate light. It doesn't give me power, strength and life. It's killing me. Please night, be my light.
Finally, the night has come again, I am free. Looking at the sky makes me feel love. The beauty of darkness is mesmerizing. This is the life that I want to have. In darkness, I found my comfort. No one can see, no one can control me, no one will hurt me.

The Kind of "Pinagtagpo pero di Tinadhana" in Literature Stories
*"Pinagtagpo pero di tinadhana"* is the filipino term for '*you had met but not destined*', or '*you had been together but not meant to be together forever'.*
*I had read a lot of fictional and real life stories here which end with break-up or losing someone. We do feel sad on how the story goes, but bear in mind that the flow of the story depends on the author, how he/she wants to make it more meaningful.*
*In literature, there are also various authors who made a story in sad or tragic ending, one example is William Shakespeare. Last year I have read these 3 stories from different author which give a sad impact after I read, so for now gonna give you the summary of those.*

The Cactus by O. Henry
The story was about the main character, Trysdale. One of the main theme of the story is egoism; based on the way how Trysdale think and he show love to the girl*(no name mentioned in the story)*. So, he has this girl which adores him like a god. He was only accepting all the love and adoration without giving an exchange. He used to treat himself special, and only loved the girl on how "she" adores him. Trysdale was so proud of himself and told the girl that he knows everything even Spanish language.
One day, he asked a marriage proposal to the girl. The girl told him that she will answer his proposal on the next day. So in the next day, the girl didn't arrive but only send him a cactus in the red earthen jar with a tag.
Trysdale feel bad about it, thinking what's wrong with the girl. After two days he have a chance to talk to the girl but he didn't say anything, as his anger controlled him. He was only focusing on what's on his mind about the situation.
Trysdale attend a wedding, and had a talk with a friend. It asked about his status and he said what happened. Looking at the cactus, the man asked him if he knows Spanish because he was familiar with the cactus; they call it by this name--Ventomarme. A Name means in English, *'Come and take me.'*
Dead Stars by Paz Marquez Benitez
The story is about the three main characters Alfredo Salazar, Esperanza and Julia Salas. Alfredo and Esperanza are already engaged for so long, but there family are curious why they still haven't married.
Alfredo accompanied to go to his father's friend, and where he met Julia Salas. Julia got Alfredo's attention, and this become more as they keep on getting to know each other. Since Alfredo is already engage, she keep this as a secret to both Julia and Esperanza.
One day, Julia meet Alfredo to say that she is going to return in her hometown. Alfredo wants to confess to Julia what he really feel but he is hesitant to do so. It was after church mass when Alfredo saw Julia, she approach Julia and said that he thought she's already done, but Julia said that it was postponed, so she will go home the next day. Alfredo take this chance to talk to her, and accompany Julia to go home. He suppose to tell his feelings when Julia congratulate him, she said that hopefully she knew it earlier, so she can congratulate him for his upcoming wedding.
When Alfredo got home, he saw Esperanza who is already waiting for him, he sit beside then Esperanza confronted him. She said that she knows about him and Julia, but she remain silent waiting for Alfredo to tell it, she's not blind nor deaf; she knows everything. That she will let Alfredo go but not to keep a secret to her.
Years had passed, Alfredo went to Julia's hometown for work purposes. She take this chance to see Julia, and there he found her. He saw the same Julia whom he fall in love before, but he felt there something missing. Until, he realized that it was his love who died for Julia, and marrying Esperanza is the best choice he made.
The Wedding Dance by Amador T. Daguio
This is a story about Awiyao and Lumnay who were married for seven years. They happy and inlove being together but Lumnay can't bare a child. Because of their tradition, that a man must have his own son who will carry his name, they need to separate and let Awiyao marry again to another woman who can give him a son.
On the night of Awiyao's wedding to another woman. He went to their house to talk to Lumnay, Awiyao don't want to do it but Lumnay push him as it is the best decision for Awiyao's name.
Awiyao left Lumnay alone, being heartbroken. Awiyao decided to stop the wedding, to speak out about their rights. She go fast to the ceremony, but when she arrived all her courage fades. She went away and let the ceremony happen.

Birthday and Christening; A Day with Siblings by Heart
*Another blessed day I had, I woke again with the sounds of the pouring rain but I need to get up because it's a special day, especially to my bestfriend; the first birthday and Christening of her son.*
*For those who haven't tracked my articles, I've shared an article about my bestfriend. She broke up with her bf, but after a months she found out that she's pregnant. She keep it as a secret and she was pressured on what will the society will say about her, especially the high expectations of her family. I am the first person whom she shared about her situation, and I do my best just to support morally. Finally, the right time came and she was able to tell the truth to her parents. He open up about it, until her ex discovered it too. But then, her ex spread a lot of accusations and don't even visit her; as of now, her ex didn't support the child. After all these struggles makes my bestfriend to became strong, and know her worth. She was able to provide more than what her son needs, and give the love and care for the baby without asking anything from her ex. Finally the day has come, and it's her son's first birthday and Christening.*
As a bestfriend, ofcourse I'm one of her chosen godparent. I'm even so excited when she told it to me. Way back two months ago, she chatted me for upcoming celebration. I am not good in planning about occasion, but she always asked me on what's the best thing to do for that day. One month later she chat me again and asked if I can layout the invitation card, stickers for giveaways and photo of her son intended for the cake. I don't know why but she is so confident about my skills on these things although I'm not pro, I remember when we're highschool she always request me to write for her card.
Since I don't have time to go in the city, I only order dress and sandal online, but then so discouraged when it arrived because it's too big for me. I sell the sandal and bought another one but still not satisfied with the sized, while for the dress it need some adjustments.
At the end, I only wear flat shoes and jeans
First, as usual we go to the church for the proper blessing, she only picked those friends whom she think the best godparents for her son and fortunately most of them are just my bestfriends too.
The Pastor remind us about 3 things that we must do as a godparents which are to guide our godchild spiritually, morality and financially, as we are officially the second parents by the blessings of our almighty God.
After the ceremony, we go to their house and take our lunch.
We stay there until 3 pm, then one of my bestfriend request me if they can stay in our house after the party. We usually gather in our house to have some bonding but since we are too busy in our own life then we rarely do it, until earlier that we gathered again.
3:30 pm when we arrived at home, and all we do is to talk and talk. What I like most about my set of friends is that they are all good influence, I can say that they are a blessings, a bestfriends for lifetime.
We keep on talking about random things, we first talked about "chikas" in social media until end up about the reality of life. Everyone of us aim for good and success, and that is what our conversation make so meaningful.
I'm just hurt when we keep on laughing talking about our past relationships, which we are all victims of cheating, until we noticed that one of our bestfriend is just quiet and smiling. We asked about her relationship with her bf, she smile and said "we broke up". We thought that she is just joking, but then she started to cry, which makes everyone of us get emotional too. She said that she caught her bf flirting with other girl in chat, she confronted him and then she found out that the boy is really cheating at her.
I really hate it when my bestfriends experience it, but then I know that this will make her more strong and know her worth.
At the end, they stay until night, we cook for dinner and they go home 8:30 pm.
