Practice a physical activity regularly, there is nothing that will bring you more rapid benefits and endorphins and overall good feelings in your life than being physically active.. and it doesn't necessarily have to be the gym by the way you can play football, tennis, run, dance rock climb, yoga whatever gets your heart rate going up and gets your body moving out of its comfort zone and pushing its limits is great.

For me personally I like to exercise although I don't do that more often as I used to, it's because it can hit all of your different muscle groups, it can actually improve the way your body looks aesthetically I mean and on top of being healthy for you you can even incorporate more and more to surpass your self consistently.. Incorporating some sort of physical activity in your life style is a game changing habit that I would recommend to anyone.

Over the long run I started making some reflections on my past year, my accomplishments, my failures, the way I've lived and what i can learn from all of those things in order to have a better year this year and all the following years.. our habits makes a difference and this resonates a lot with me, our lives today is a direct reflections of the actions we've taken till today, our actions now become the only controllable thing that molds our life and moves us forward for a happier moment.. We can dedicate time regularly to a hobby or a passion project.

Even if you feel fulfilled by your work you have to still do something passionate that makes you happy. It might be completing a side project or anything not really related to your primary job. For example right now I am investing into my favorite hobby which I know brings Happiness and joy in my life lets just say adding a little spice to it to take my main dish into a whole new level, I literally just brought food into this.. 😂 well what I’m saying is that the side stuffs you dedicate time to could just be what makes your life a lot more enjoyable.

The last thing on this list will be to eat healthier, if you need something and you can afford to get them then why not.. nothing should stop you from eating to your very satisfaction.. in my region a lot of people spend literally the whole day eating outside, if you can cook atleast one meal a day that’s golden.. make that an habit as well. Take your time to utilize what you have to make the best out of it yourself without needing to leave your house… crazy me can only make a few dish but walking my way up to be better…

I think it would really depend to a person, whether he likes ot not to do recreational activities, and whether it would him happy or not. Even me myself, I can't really find myself happy doing such stuffs; although we really need to be physically active sometimes. I prefer to be watching movies, or sleep and eat and those make me happy. Exhaustion is the only thing I can get from exercises. Anyway, but don't judge me. I also do exercise. Its just that, I don't feel happy doing it HHAHHAHAAH

For me, it would be listening to someone play the guitar. Weird right? There is this joy that I get when I hear those sweet acoustic sound. I'm even learning how to play one because of the happiness it brings me.

Another man meat is another man poison, what makes us happy differs, and once we realize that we derive happiness from a particular thing, we should Stick to it, because there's nothing worth more than happiness.

What's the essence of doing all sorts of things , and yet none could guraantee happiness for you, that's crazy! Though i don't do exercise, maybe once in a blue moon... just saying the truth, but I don't joke with food, all these things are necessities of life, even at times , turn on your music with headphones and enjoy a Sweet melody...i love it anyways, no matter how sad i might be, that's one of my key to happiness.. just like i say,food is not exceptional.. hehehehe

I also do running and workouts regularly, and for extra skill I like painting and calligraphy but lately I am not being able to dedicate time to it but yeah I will manage some time for it too.
