Happier Life Hacks
Practice a physical activity regularly, there is nothing that will bring you more rapid benefits and endorphins and overall good feelings in your life than being physically active.. and it doesn't necessarily have to be the gym by the way you can play football, tennis, run, dance rock climb, yoga whatever gets your heart rate going up and gets your body moving out of its comfort zone and pushing its limits is great.
For me personally I like to exercise although I don't do that more often as I used to, it's because it can hit all of your different muscle groups, it can actually improve the way your body looks aesthetically I mean and on top of being healthy for you you can even incorporate more and more to surpass your self consistently.. Incorporating some sort of physical activity in your life style is a game changing habit that I would recommend to anyone.
Over the long run I started making some reflections on my past year, my accomplishments, my failures, the way I've lived and what i can learn from all of those things in order to have a better year this year and all the following years.. our habits makes a difference and this resonates a lot with me, our lives today is a direct reflections of the actions we've taken till today, our actions now become the only controllable thing that molds our life and moves us forward for a happier moment.. We can dedicate time regularly to a hobby or a passion project.
Even if you feel fulfilled by your work you have to still do something passionate that makes you happy. It might be completing a side project or anything not really related to your primary job. For example right now I am investing into my favorite hobby which I know brings Happiness and joy in my life lets just say adding a little spice to it to take my main dish into a whole new level, I literally just brought food into this.. 😂 well what I’m saying is that the side stuffs you dedicate time to could just be what makes your life a lot more enjoyable.
The last thing on this list will be to eat healthier, if you need something and you can afford to get them then why not.. nothing should stop you from eating to your very satisfaction.. in my region a lot of people spend literally the whole day eating outside, if you can cook atleast one meal a day that’s golden.. make that an habit as well. Take your time to utilize what you have to make the best out of it yourself without needing to leave your house… crazy me can only make a few dish but walking my way up to be better…
