No Christmas in Russia
There was not much of a Christmas celebration in the Soviet Union. The New Year was elevated to a significant occasion. Christmas was outlawed as a religious celebration in 1929 after the revolution of 1917, and Christmas trees were outlawed until 1935 when they were repurposed as "New Year" trees! In order to celebrate Christmas, individuals had to keep it a secret and limit it to their own kin.
It became legal for individuals to celebrate Christmas once more following the fall of the Soviet Union in 1991. After the massive New Year's celebrations, however, it's still a smaller and quieter holiday in Russia.
The New Year is a time to celebrate with copious amounts of food and drink. Christmas is a far more personal and pious occasion.
On New Year's Day, children get gifts from "Grandfather Frost," also referred to as "Ded Moroz" or "Дед Мoроз" in Russian. He is never alone; his granddaughter, Snegurochka, is with him. Children hold hands, form a circle around the Christmas tree, and call for Ded Moroz or Snegurochka on New Year's Eve. The star on the Christmas tree and the other lights turn on when they do! Ded Moroz has a large magic staff with him. 'S Novym Godom' is the customary way to wish someone a happy new year.
'The Irony of Fate' (Ирония сyдьбы or Ironiya sudby) is a well-known and 'traditional' film to watch on TV on New Year's Eve. It was recorded in 1975, during the Soviet era, and was broadcast on Soviet TV every New Year's Eve. It is also known as "Enjoy your Bath" or "With a Light Steam." In this romantic comedy, a man goes to the sauna with some of his pals and drinks too much, becoming completely lost in the process. Additionally, on New Year's Eve, Russian TV airs The Irony of Fate. In Belarus, it's also aired on New Year's Eve.
In Russia, Christmas is typically observed on January 7th (but some Catholics may observe it on December 25). The Russian Orthodox Church celebrates holy holidays according to the antiquated "Julian" calendar, which explains why the date is different. The Orthodox Church observes Advent as well. However, it is scheduled to begin on November 28 and end on January 6; hence, it lasts for 40 days.
Russia observes official Christmas and New Year's holidays from December 31 to January 10.
's rah-zh-dee-st-VOHM' (C рождеством!) or's-schah-st-lee-vah-vah rah-zh dee-st-vah' (Счaстливого рождества!) are the Russian words for "Happy/Merry Christmas." In many more languages, Happy/Merry Christmas.
On Christmas Eve, some individuals fast—that is, refrain from eating particular foods—until the first star appears in the sky. After that, they eat "sochivo" or "kutia," a wheat or rice porridge flavored with honey, poppy seeds, chopped walnuts, fruit (particularly berries and dried fruit like raisins), and occasionally even fruit jellies!
Kutia is occasionally consumed from a single communal bowl; this represents harmony. Some families used to enjoy tossing a spoonful of sochivo over the ceiling. Some believed that if it attached to the ceiling, it would bring them luck and a bountiful harvest!
The word "sochivo" is the root of the Russian word "sochelnik," which refers to Christmas Eve.
Furthermore, on Christmas Eve meals and feasts, some Russians who follow Orthodox Christianity refrain from eating meat and fish.
Aside from beetroot soup (borsch) or vegan potluck (solyanka), popular Christmas Eve dishes include sauerkraut, porridge dishes like buckwheat with fried onions and fried mushrooms, salads made mostly of vegetables like gherkins, tomatoes, or mushrooms, and potato or other root vegetable salads. Individual vegetable pies are typically made with cabbage, potato, or mushroom. Typically, there are 12 courses during the dinner, which stand in for Jesus' 12 disciples.
"Vzvar," which translates to "boil-up," is frequently offered as a last course. This sweet beverage is created by boiling honey and dried fruit in water. Since Vzvar is typically performed during a child's birth, it represents the birth of Jesus at Christmas.

After dinner, folks may say prayers before attending church services at midnight. They frequently wait till after church to wash the dishes, sometimes not until 4:00 or 5:00 in the morning!
Christmas Day dinner is typically more of a feast, consisting of foods like pirog, roast pork and goose, and pelletmeni (meat dumplings). Desserts typically include of fruit pies, Pryaniki (gingerbread and honeybread cookies), fresh and dried fruit, and additional nuts.
Russian Christmas cookies known as "Kozulya" come in the shapes of deer, goats, or sheep.
In some places, kids would sing Christmas carols to neighbors and family members to wish them a good new year. Typically, they receive cash, cookies, and candies as rewards.
The Babushka story is one of the most well-known aspects of Christmas in Russia for individuals in western Europe and the United States. In Russian, babushka means "grand mother." It describes how an elderly woman encountered the Wise men as they were en route to see Jesus.
But since the story was most likely written in 1907 by an American poet and writer named Edith Matilda Thomas, most Russians have never heard of it! Numerous letters have come in from Russian site visitors who are unfamiliar with the story!
**The Story of Babushka**
*"Once in a small Russian town, there lived a women called Babushka. Babushka always had work to do sweeping, polishing, dusting and cleaning. Her house was the best kept, most tidy house in the whole village. Her garden was beautiful and her cooking was wonderful. One evening she was busy dusting and cleaning, so busy that she didn't hear all the villagers outside in the village square talking about and looking at the new star in sky.*
*She had heard about the new star but thought, "All this fuss about a star! I don't even have the time to look because I'm so behind with my work. I must work all night!" So, she missed the star as it shone brightly, high overhead. She also missed the little line of twinkling lights coming down towards the village at* *dawn. She didn't hear the sounds of the pipes and drums. She missed the voices and whispers of the villagers wondering whether the lights were an army or a procession of some sort. She missed the sudden quiet of the villagers and even the footsteps coming up the path to her door. But the one thing that she couldn't miss was the loud knocking on her front door!*
*"Now what is that?" she wondered, opening the door. Babushka gaped in amazement. There were three kings at her door with one of their servants! "My masters need a place to rest," the servant said, "and yours is the best house in the village." "You want to stay here?" asked Babushka. "Yes, it would only be until night falls and the star appears again." the servant replied. Babushka gulped. "Come in, then." she said.*
*The kings were very pleased when they saw all of the of the home-baked bread, pies and cakes. She dashed about, serving them, asking lots of questions. "Have you come a long way?" "A very long way." sighed Caspar. "Where are you going?" "We're following the new star." said Melchior. "But where?" The kings didn't know, but they believed that it would lead the to a new-born king, a King of Earth* *and Heaven. "Why don't you come with us?" asked Balthasar. "You could bring him a gift like we do. I bring gold, and my colleagues bring spices and perfumes." "Oh, I'm not sure that he would welcome me," said Babushka, "and what could I bring for a gift? Toys! I know I could bring a toy. I've got a cupboard full of toys." she said sadly. "My baby son, died when he was small." Balthasar stopped her as she went to tidy the kitchen up. "This new king could be your king too. Come with us when the star appears tonight." he said. "I'll think about it." sighed Babushka.*
*As the kings slept, Babushka tidied up as quietly as she could. "What a lot of extra work there was!" she thought, "and this new king, what a funny idea, to go off with the kings to find him."*
*As the kings slept, Babushka tidied up as quietly as she could. "What a lot of extra work there was!" she thought, "and this new king, what a funny idea, to go off with the kings to find him."*
*Babushka shook herself. There was no time for dreaming, all this washing-up and putting away had to be done. "Anyway," she thought, "how long would she be away? What would she wear? What about the gift?" She sighed. "There is so much to do. The house will have to be cleaned when they've gone. I couldn't just leave it." Suddenly it was night-time again and the star was in the sky. "Are you ready, Babushka?" asked Balthasar. "I'll come tomorrow," Babushka called, "I must just tidy here first and find a gift."*
*The kings went away sadly. Babushka ran back into her house, keen to get on with her work.*
*Finally, she went to the small cupboard, opened the door and gazed at all the toys. But they were very dusty. They weren't* *fit for a baby king. They would all need to be cleaned. She cleaned all of the toys until each one shined. Babushka looked through the window. It was morning! The star had came and gone. The kings would have found somewhere else to rest by now. She could easily catch them up, but she felt so tired. She had to sleep. The next thing she knew, she was awake and it was dark outside. She had slept all day! She quickly pulled on her cloak, packed the toys in a basket and ran down the path the kings had taken.*
*Everywhere she asked "Have you seen the kings?" "Oh yes," everyone told her, "we saw them. They went that way." For a day Babushka followed the trail of the kings and the villages got bigger and became towns. But Babushka never stopped. Then she came to a city. "The palace," she thought. "That's where the royal baby would be born." "No, there is no royal baby here," said the palace guard when she asked him. "What about three kings?" asked Babushka. "Oh yes, they came here, but they didn't stay long. They were soon on their journey." "But where to?" asked Babushka. "Bethlehem, that was the place. I can't imagine why. It's a very poor place. But that's where they went." replied the guard. She set off towards Bethlehem. It was evening when Babushka arrived at Bethlehem and she had been traveling for a long time. She went into the local inn and asked about the kings. "Oh yes," said the landlord, "the kings were here two days ago. They were very excited, but they didn't even stay the night." "And what about a baby?" Babushka cried. "Yes there was." Said the landlord. "The kings asked about a baby, too." When he saw the disappointment in Babushka's eyes, he stopped. "If you'd like to see where the baby was," he said quickly, "it was across the yard there. I couldn't offer the couple anything better at the time. My inn was really full, so they had to go in the stable."*
*Babushka followed him across the yard. "Here's the stable." he said. He left her in the stable. "Babushka?" Someone was calling her from the doorway. He looked kindly at her. She wondered if he knew where the family had gone. She knew now that the baby king was the* *most important thing in the world to her. "They have gone to Egypt, and safety," he told Babushka. "And the kings have returned* *to their countries. But one of them told me about you. I am sorry but you are too late. It was Jesus that they found, the world's Savior."*
*Babushka was very sad that she had missed Jesus and it is said that Babushka is still looking for him.*
That's for today and thanks for visiting again. Merry Christmas y'all 💝
Female Boxer withdrew After confirming her Opponent is a Transgender
***After learning an hour in advance that her opponent was transgender, a female boxer from Canada withdrew from the competition out of concern for her safety***.
This is just a new episode of men beating women becoming women. I will take her side today because people always say that "once a soldier is always a soldier" . It doesn't really matter if you're retired, you would be addressed as a retired soldier.
After learning that she was scheduled to compete against Mya Walmsley at the 2023 Provincial Golden Glove Championship in Victoriaville, Quebec, Dr. Katia Bissonnette withdrew. Walmsley was declared the winner by default because the organizers were unable to find a replacement for Bissonnette, who cited "physical and psychological risks" as her reason.
Saguenay doctor Katia Bissonnette says she was paired with transgender boxer Mya Walmsley last month with only an hour's notice. The 2023 Provincial Golden Glove Championship in Victoriaville, Quebec, was scheduled to pit the two against each other.
However, Bissonnette pulled out at the last minute after finding out who her opponent was. As a result, Walmsley was crowned the winner by default because no one else was available to replace her in the same weight class.
"A man's decisions about his identity and personal life shouldn't put women at unnecessary physical and psychological risk," Bissonnette said to Reduxx. Two categories which are biological male and female should exist.
When boxer Katia Bissonnette discovered her opponent was transgender, she pulled out of a competition in Canada. For reasons of safety, Bissonnette did not want to fight Mya Walmsley. Since the fight's organizers were unable to find a replacement for Bissonnette, Walmsley was declared the winner by default.
She also mentioned research from the University of Utah that indicated men are 163% more powerful punchers than women. Hormone blockers may somewhat lessen this biological advantage, according to studies on transsexual women's strength. In order to avoid discrimination, Boxing Canada states that if a trans fighter underwent a transition prior to puberty, their identify should not be made public. But according to psychiatrist Bissonnette, Walmsley's past is unknown because she is originally from Australia. 'Zero fights as a woman' in Canada, according to Walmsley's file, she says.
The Australian native, for her part, has taken issue with Bissonnette's public exposure of her instead of contacting her directly to seek a settlement. A statement from Walmsley stated, "This kind of behavior puts athletes at risk of being excluded or receiving personal attacks based on hearsay." "I worry that accusations of this nature might eventually be used to undermine the credibility of female athletes and provide justification for arbitrary and intrusive rules."
The Canadian boxer revealed that one of the reasons she pulled out was because a study showed that men can hit 163% harder than women. The fight, which was scheduled to happen in Victoriaville, Quebec last month, has rekindled the discussion on how to accept transgender athletes in sports. The master's student of philosophy admitted to La Presse that she had not changed to become a boxer and that the entire experience had made her feel like a "political object."
She argued in favor of putting players' and coaches' self-determination about gender classifications in the forefront. Transwomen are allowed to compete in female categories if they drop their testosterone levels to a specified degree, according to a prior ruling by the International Olympic Committee.
However, Walmsley stated that testing her levels before entering the competition was not required. She contended that the need for these "arbitrary and invasive" examinations would be unachievable. The scandal has sparked a new discussion about how to best accommodate transgender athletes.
It happens after Fallon Fox, the first transgender mixed martial arts athlete, disclosed that, before retiring from the sport, she had broken a female competitor's bone in a battle. Regardless of gender, Tamika Brents' fractured orbital bone is a regular injury in the sport.
I definitely would quit that game if it was me. Men beating women becoming women, we await for similar news in the near future. Thanks for your time.

Woman Announces Herself Single After a DNA Test on their Child
Woman Announces Herself Single and Look for Proof That She Didn't Cheat on Her Husband Through DNA Test
A lady has brazenly announced that she is single and looking for a new relationship. This information was made public when the results of a DNA test disproved her husband's claims of adultery.
The woman told her side of the tale, saying that her husband was so protective of her because of his suspicions that it was almost hard for her to have a normal life.
The Zimbabwean couple publicly voiced their complaints on national television, revealing their personal hardships for all to see.
The woman accused her husband of mistreating her and even suggested that he might have married a supernatural person, which further inflamed the issue.
However, the husband continued to deny that one of their children was his child.
He expressed the idea that his affection for the contested child was different from their other children's, even though they had been providing for the youngster for two years without any complaints.
The woman suggested a spiritual connection when faced with the potential that the contested child might not be her husband's. She remained unmoved.
The audience was on the tip of their seats as the tension increased because it was unclear how she would respond if it found out that the child was indeed her husband's.
As the story progresses, a whole country is captivated by the couple's private drama as it plays out on the national scene.
One question keeps popping my mind and that is; what if the man wasn't the father of the child? The reverse could have been the case. In this case, I do not take sides. If the woman decides to move on with herself, I think she's doing so because her trust has been broken to pieces. Not everyone would love again after that heart has been shattered beyond repairs.
The man might have apologized but sometimes, it's too late to apologize.
This DNA test has become a trend in Africa and that's welcoming. How we run that test matters not just to our children but to our partners. Thanks for your time.

How to Write Your Resume Using ChatGPT: Three Easy Steps
*Jobscan reports that ATS (applicant tracking system) software is utilized by more than 97% of Fortune 500 organizations. It is an automated system that checks candidates for specific keywords. Using ChatGPT, Bard, and other AI tools can assist astute job seekers customize their resumes to match the criteria of the softwareI.e.*
The job search has become a war of the bots in a difficult economy. These days, both employers and candidates use software and machine learning. Here's how to use ChatGPT to construct your resume using three easy-to-follow instructions that will give you an edge in the ATS and AI worlds.
****Why Using ChatGPT to Write Your Resume Has Advantages****
Text generated by ChatGPT can be helpful, but the content on your resume must adhere to a standard. Some helpful websites include Resume Genius, Resume Nerd, Grammarly, and Career.io, which provide this format and coaching. These and other websites provide AI-powered tools to assist and improve your resume. But keep in mind the first rule of writing, just like you would with any written assignment: your finest work doesn't exist until it's been read by someone else (with a pulse). It may be a wise decision to entrust AI with your job, but be sure it's not your only one. Will you (or your bot) get feedback on what you've written from a dependable coach, counselor, or executive recruiter?
Use ChatGPT to Save Time: Starting from the beginning when writing a resume might be laborious. According to recent advice from FlexJobs, creating takes longer than editing, thus the time savings with AI are indisputable.
Automatically Evaluate Your Grammar and Spelling: AI can assist you in determining whether your story makes sense, going beyond simple spellchecking. According to Forbes Senior Contributor Jodie Cook, "there are times when you need help but don't know who to ask." Being a foremost authority on all matters AI, she states, "We need to be guided more often than we need to be taught."
Hastily Adjust your resume to the opportunity: With a few simple changes, you may quickly and simply adapt it to the demands of a new position. The secret is to know how to collaborate with AI. Basketball icon **John Wooden** once said, *"What really counts is what you learn after you know it all."* This is how you can use ChatGPT (and other AI platforms) to help you realize your potential.
****Step1: Compose An Excellent Synopsis****
*You have the ability to transform your resume summary into an effective showcase of your abilities. As an example, before you enter your CV into the bot: Make a better, more impactful summary for me based on this initial summary and the resume that follows. Incorporate these desired terms and phrases, optimize for both SEO and ATS keywords, and use data whenever possible to assist soft skills. Recall that ChatGPT functions similarly to a blender. To obtain the necessary results, you must add the elements you desire. "AI won't understand anything about your history that you don't tell it," according to FlexJobs.*
****Step 2: Add numbered lists****
*According to FlexJobs, ChatGPT or other AI systems can quickly transform your bullet points into coherent and supporting ideas. Give the bot some information about the size and breadth of your position along with a prompt similar to this one: "Create three to five succinct bullet points for my roles at [employer 1, employer 2, employer 3] using the data and numbers provided. Verify that the numbers correspond to the impact and that any adverbs are always supported. Why is ChatGPT support adverbs needed? Since it's well-written, it will make you stick out to potential employers! Think about how much more impactful it is to say you "hired a new team quickly" as opposed to "hired seven people in less than three months." Observe how the adverb's rapid departure supports it? Adverbs don't matter as much in a resume as size and scope do.*
****3. Maintain Consistency****
*Have you ever seen a resume that appears to have been authored by three separate individuals? Honesty is important. According to FlexJobs, you may employ AI techniques to give your resume a professional, consistent tone. Moreover, utilizing AI is a fantastic method to increase efficiency.*
Three of the many benefits of utilizing ChatGPT or other AI-based solutions to write your resume are time savings, consistency, and clarity. Furthermore, let's face it: in the current competitive job market, when nearly all employers screen applicants using some sort of ATS analysis, having AI input on your resume may be just what you need.
Thanks for your time.

The foreign policy of China is better.
**..How come? since it is CREATIVE.**
*The Chinese enter a devastated nation that is only left with natural resources and strike a deal. The nation will be entirely BUILT by them, starting from scratch. Everything will be built, including infrastructure. They will manage it and do maintenance. They are going to improve the nation.*
*Of course, China profits from everything, but they also BUILD and MANAGE everything. Making money off of a nation's and a country's progress is natural and for this reason, China has such sway over a large number of "Third World" countries.*
*China maintains its global dominance and influence in this way by providing you with A SERVICE, they force you to rely on them.*
YOUR LIFE IS BETTER BY THEM.
*China is in control of America because they manufacture everything that Americans purchase.*
*The whole point of criticizing "evil" China is that they are always trying to produce goods and get you dependent on them. This is where I bring in my Africa because half of our nations seem to still have their economy running around them.*
*We love foreigners to come visit and contribute to the nations growth but not to be dependent on the foreigners.*
*China to my understanding has a more positive impact on Africa. It's not news that every African country has them managing one of her major projects. The system given to them though isn't always what the outcome becomes but still we continue to share boundaries with them.* They really have something to offer and I acknowledge that.
Their dominance is something every African country should learn from them if possible rather than being dependent.

Waking up early has lots of benefits
For good reason, rising early, roughly 4 or 5 a.m. has become a hot productivity trend. The early hours of the day, before others rise, offer a blank canvas on which to begin creating your perfect day.
Throughout history, a great number of accomplished leaders, businesspeople, intellectuals, and artists have been early risers who used their alone time to focus on important tasks, create wholesome routines, and position themselves for success. Leaders such as Tim Cook, the CEO of Apple, Reid Hoffman, the creator of LinkedIn, and Michelle Obama, the former first lady, intentionally begin their days between 4 and 5 a.m.
The period of time just before sunrise offers a window of calm potential and concentration that establishes the tone for your day. You may make the most of your four a.m. wake-up time by using it for exercise, reading, meditation, goal-setting, and self-improvement. When you get a head start on things, it improves your attitude, outlook, productivity, and focus more than if you slept in and rushed through your day.
This post will discuss the several advantages of rising at four in the morning that have been supported by research, as well as practical ways to make the most of those early hours. A 4 a.m. alarm can become an effective productivity and wellness habit with some planning and commitment. Learn how to create consistency that can change your life and make the most out of your mornings by reading on.
**Use Free Time For Concentrated Work**
4 a.m. offers a place free of emails, calls, or texts, so you may devote your best mental energy to large undertakings. Prior to the inevitable interruptions piling up later, finish your thoughtful task. Research indicates that those who maintain a strong focus tend to complete their most mentally taxing tasks early in the day.
For instance, lecturer and novelist Hal Elrod gets up at 4 a.m. every day to write for one to two hours. With the undisturbed time, he works on his books a lot and finally becomes a bestselling author. Determine which of your priorities are the most difficult, then use 4 a.m. to make significant progress on them.
**Establish Healthful Morning Routines**
Creating morning routines that prepare you for everyday well-being is ideal. Make the most of the time by reading, writing in a journal, working out, or meditating. Studies verify that those who incorporate exercise and meditation into their morning routines reap advantages such as decreased levels of tension and anxiety.
The sports bra developer, Lisa Z. Lindahl, finds that walking three to five kilometers first thing in the morning increases her creativity and productivity throughout the day. Create a comparable, dependable morning routine that includes physical activity, a healthy diet, meditation, or any other activity that enhances your mental and physical well-being. Over time, those behaviors will accumulate.
**Refrain from Distractions to Improve Focus**
Getting up at four in the morning allows you to work productively without being distracted by technology. There are no emails ringing, coworkers pinging you on chat, or phones buzzing. Your ability to concentrate and think clearly will be at its best in the morning if there are no interruptions.
Research shows that frequent task switching and interruptions negatively impact concentration and productivity. You can keep focused and minimize those interruptions in the early morning. Disable alerts and arrange your calendar to get the most out of your deep work time.
**Turn Into An Early Riser**
You must optimize your sleep schedule if you want to become a successful early riser. Steer clear of screens right before bed, and avoid caffeine after the early afternoon. Prior to the 4 a.m. alarm, schedule 7-9 hours of steady sleep. Keep in mind that adjusting your body clock will take some time.
Additionally, have a driving force that forces you to get up early. Relate your 4 a.m. wake-up time to your values and objectives. When a habit is linked to a goal, such as finishing a book or picking up a new skill, it will become more ingrained over time. Internal drive drives reliability. Getting up at 4 a.m. will become second nature with some practice.
**Change Your Days And Your Life**
Making the commitment to rise at 4 a.m. for a month can change your days by giving you a significant boost in energy and productivity. Your career and life will improve if you can focus better, adopt healthy habits, and accomplish more in the morning.
For instance, depression, job stagnation, and weight were problems for Isaac Wright. His self-improvement rule was to wake up at four in the morning. Every day he would go for a stroll outside, have a nutritious breakfast, read, and practice meditation. After following this regimen for a year, he conquered his depression, shed 70 pounds, and discovered a new career.
**Make Modest Adjustments to Form Sustainable Habits**
Although getting up at 4 a.m. can have many advantages, it's important to avoid making too many changes at once and setting yourself up for failure. For stick adjustments, take small, progressive steps over the course of weeks and months. Start by, for instance, getting up thirty minutes earlier than normal and dedicating yourself to reading or meditation. Once that starts to happen often, wake up an additional half an hour earlier and incorporate a gentle workout like yoga. From there, progressively add to and enhance morning routines. Burnout is likely to result from rushing into waking up at 4 a.m. without adequately modifying your sleep routine and habits. The key to making long-lasting change is to begin small and gradually increase your routine and time. Don't rush things and concentrate on creating habits that will last a lifetime. If you are consistent, 4 a.m. will eventually stop being a hardship and start to seem like an exciting portion of your morning.
**In summary**
Just as consistent exercise builds muscle over time, small gains made every morning can add up to significant life transformations in the course of months and years. Your best life and perfect day can be created in the hours before dawn. Although getting up at four in the morning may seem difficult, the advantages make it well worth it. Those early hours offer a unique window of calm time when you may concentrate on your most important job and personal development without interruptions or outside distractions.
Positive morning routines provide exponential benefits over time when they are consistently practiced. Establishing healthy morning routines gives you energy and creates a positive atmosphere for increased wellbeing and productivity throughout the day. Enhanced focus, a more positive attitude, and better mood all add up.
*..give this a try, it works for me*

How To Ruin Your Life In 4 Simple Steps.
It might be easy to start down the path of self-destruction. In a society where achieving success and well-being is frequently a difficult and multifaceted path, the ways to ruin your life are surprisingly easy. This manual offers a clear overview of the mistakes to avoid, similar to a reverse blueprint. It's an exploration of the maze of destructive behaviors that can ensnare the careless or the naive. This article will traverse the perilous terrain that can lead one's life astray, from the snares of ignoring your health and the quicksand of financial disarray to the silent loss of social relationships and stopping your personal progress. This is incorrect behavior.
**First Step:** Ignore Your Health Disregard every facet of your health. Give up going to the gym, eat junk food, and make going to bed late a habit.
**Step 2:** Handle Money Improperly Spend excessively without planning, use all available credit on your cards, and make sure you have no investments or emergency money left.
**Step 3:** Socially Isolate Yourself Don't go to social events, don't keep up with friends, and never get in touch with relatives. Accept being alone yourself as your sole company.
**Step 4**: Give up on personal growth Never ask for comments, don't set goals, and reject picking up new abilities. Remain precisely where you are and never go forward or evolve.
*Let's examine these negative behaviors and actions in more detail.*
**Neglect Your Health in Whole**
Start with your health if you're determined to ruin your life. It serves as the cornerstone around which everything else is constructed, therefore ignoring it can have disastrous results. Ignoring fundamental health requirements like sleep, exercise, and diet can make you feel lethargic, agitated, and sluggish in the short term. Due to a compromised immune system, you'll probably experience a decrease in productivity as well as an increase in mild ailments like infections and colds.
But the actual life-destroying magic occurs in the long-term effects. Chronic illnesses are the outcome of persistently making bad health decisions; they do not develop suddenly. Obesity, diabetes, and heart disease can result from a diet that is consistently bad. Heart diseases, mental health disorders, and a number of malignancies are all made more likely by inactivity. Lack of sleep raises the risk of serious illnesses such as heart disease, stroke, and hypertension.
Neglecting one's mental health can have equally disastrous consequences. Disregard for mental health for an extended period of time can result in enduring melancholy or anxiety, which can worsen into more serious illnesses like depression or chronic anxiety disorders. These mental health problems can cause interpersonal conflicts, lower quality of life, and encourage substance usage as a self-medication strategy.
Neglecting your health is essentially like stacking dominoes with your life. The first one to fall causes the others to follow suit in a downward spiral, resulting in a life that is not only unhealthy but also miserable and unfulfilling.
**Engage in Irresponsible Finances**
A definite way to have a chaotic existence is to set out on the path of financial disaster. Living beyond your means is one way that financial irresponsibility seems in the near term. It's the everyday indulgence in unnecessary and unaffordable purchases, the rash internet shopping trips, and the opulent trips booked on your credit card. This kind of conduct quickly results in growing debt, financial stress, and a never-ending balancing act, cause a person to feel inferior to their peers, lose confidence, and have low self-esteem.
Stopping personal development has much more dire long-term effects. You will probably miss out on career prospects because advancement often necessitates constant learning and adaptation. In addition to dulling the mind and impairing cognitive performance as you age, a lack of intellectual stimulation might cause this. Personal conversations may become less interesting and more surface-level as a result of your lack of personal discussion subjects.
Furthermore, living a life of regret might result from a failure to change and advance. A source of profound grief and unhappiness might be looking back on years squandered, chances missed, and potentially unrealized. For life to become a boring cycle devoid of excitement, accomplishment, and the delight that comes from conquering obstacles and scaling new heights, personal growth is required.
You place a limit on what you can do and go through when you stop learning and growing yourself. It's a choice that has the power to turn an opportunity-filled existence into one of regret and mediocrity.
Starting a self-destructive path is a process full of intentional errors. It entails a methodical contempt for the cornerstones of a prosperous life: well-being, sound financial management, community involvement, and ongoing development. Every step taken along this path guarantees a trail of discontent and broken promises, diminishing the brightness of the present and casting dark shadows over the future. The purpose of this article is not to provide a set of instructions but rather to serve as a warning, emphasizing the dangers of such decisions and the importance of their antitheses in creating a life of purpose and success by performing the opposite of these procedures.
**Improving Your Life**
**Step 1:** Give your health top priority. Pay close attention to all facets of your well-being. Make healthy eating choices, go to the gym frequently, and have a regular, restful sleep schedule.
**Step 2:** Organize Your Money Manage Your Budget Carefully. Spend sensibly, manage your credit card debt, and accumulate a sizable emergency fund in addition to a well-rounded investment portfolio.
**Step 3:** Interact with Others Seek for Engagements with Others. Keep your family close and cultivate friendships. Value the community as a source of happiness and support.
**Step 4:** Seek Individual Development By Clearly Defined Objectives. Accept the process of picking up new abilities and make an effort to get feedback. Make a commitment to your own development and ongoing progress.

Woman in Love
A lady will readily do these things for you if she truly loves you.
A woman will go above and beyond for you if she truly loves you. There are numerous indicators that a woman is infatuated with you. A female is more likely to act differently if she likes you or falls in love. She may be helpful, kind, or nice in several contexts.
These are the actions women take when they are smitten with a man.
Remember that love is a feeling that starts to grow from small to big. It hastens quickly when it is reciprocated so if you love someone it someone loves you, try and show some impressions and reciprocate.
1. She finds it difficult to control her emotions and behavior. She may begin to express her feelings for you and desire to spend time with you.
2. She'll also prioritize you over her friends or anybody else she desires. Furthermore, because she loves you and is concerned about your feelings for her, she also likes to withhold some things from you and share her hobbies with you.
3. She wants to spend time with you in addition to being willing to give you extra time.
4. You may easily command it at any moment, telling it what to do and what not to do. She is extremely smitten with you for this reason, among others. It appears that you have some influence on her personal life as a result.
5. When she's with you, her face is constantly bright with happiness. It's simple for a lady who is smitten with a man to laugh or grin with him.
6. She is really interested in you, your aspirations, and your future plans. Most of the time, she shows you her love, affection, and time. Occasionally, she even cooks you really good meals.
7. Your intimate relationship with her and the work you do will also be appreciated by her.
8. A woman will treat you with respect if she genuinely cares about you.
9. She would give you her whole attention and time if you asked for it.
10. She's interested in learning more about your background, especially where you're from. Your brother and sister, among others in your family, are curious about some aspects of you.
11. She will forget you fast if you have ever offended her or made a mistake.
12. She will be personally concerned for your security and welfare. She'll be concerned that you'll be offended or wounded by how strongly you feel about her.

Confidence is Fitness
You should stop doing these things to yourself if you want to be a truly confident man since they can seriously undermine your self-assurance.
The good news is that every decision you make functions as a little exercise in decision-making techniques.
Even those seemingly inconsequential little decisions might serve as the foundation for your confidence.
*Therefore, every choice you make matters, whether it's what to watch on TV or what to wear to work.*
disregarding the way you look. Ignorance of appearance can have a negative impact on one's perception of oneself and other people. Fortunately, you can feel much better about yourself if you only spend a little time grooming and dressing how you feel about yourself. You're already boosting your confidence a little bit each day just by doing that. Thus, never undervalue the importance of feeling and looking your best.
**Thinking too much**
Have you ever found yourself pondering over something nonstop and attempting to consider every possibility? In a sense, you're trapped in your own mind. As a result, you might pass up opportunities and, to be honest, start to question your ability to make wise decisions. You can avoid falling into the overthinking trap by developing the ability to trust your intuition and learning to follow your gut. Making decisions that feel good and allowing your brain to relax can have a positive impact on your confidence.
**Putting off things**
Procrastination can seriously damage your mental health by producing a great deal of tension and worry. And you know what? It might completely destroy your confidence. It's this devious self-defeating behavior that prevents you from realizing your greatest potential. But you'll feel like you're making progress if you can master time management and begin tackling jobs head-on. That sense of accomplishment? It's an effective strategy to increase your self-assurance little by little.
**Having a narrow mindset**
Personal development can be seriously impeded by being set in your ways and refusing to consider alternative viewpoints. It seems to me like you're stuck in a never-ending cycle, which is bad for your confidence. To combat this, though, you have to be willing to consider alternative perspectives and be receptive to what others have to say. This not only advances your own development but also boosts your self-assurance in your capacity to interact with a diverse group of individuals and manage a variety of scenarios.
**Negative evaluations on oneself**
Individuals often find themselves comparing themselves to idealized versions of themselves or to their former "glory days." But playing that comparison game can seriously undermine your self-esteem. Just concentrate on your own development and adventure instead. Accept the fact that you are not flawless. No matter how tiny a step you take, remember to applaud your personal progress. You'll discover that doing this increases your self-assurance and makes the trip far more pleasurable.
**Adverse self-talk**
You're setting yourself up for failure if you're constantly criticizing yourself. The prophecy is fulfilled by itself. Your self-esteem and confidence may suffer greatly as a result of this. But you'll find that you can manage things better if you start treating yourself better, concentrate on your strengths, and, when times are hard, seek solutions rather than just dwelling on the issues. It all comes down to developing a more resilient and self-assured mindset.
**Persistently looking for outside inspiration**
When you rely too heavily on outside resources for inspiration, such as those upbeat sayings and films, it might start to seem as if you are dependent on them constantly to give you confidence boosts.
They can encourage you a little, but true, long-lasting confidence must come from within. Thus, make an effort to look within and discover the inner drive and motivation that sustains you.
Ignoring self-care is like spinning wheels without anybody noticing. But you receive a tiny confidence boost when you take a moment to congratulate yourself on your accomplishments. You'll gain a sense of genuine worth and confidence in yourself.
**Avoiding suggestions for improvement**
I view feedback as a growth map for myself. It's like trying to find your way in the dark when you reject it. You could trip, become disoriented, or overlook some breathtaking views. On the other hand, when you welcome constructive criticism, you're shining a light on the way to improving as a person. It's similar to learning how to prepare a new meal and having a buddy comment that it needs a little more seasoning because it's too bland.
You may initially feel a little defensive, as though they're critiquing your abilities. But you'll notice that they're not criticizing you if you take the time to listen to them and comprehend their viewpoint. Embracing that feedback can help you become a more proficient chef because, on the contrary, they're assisting you in creating a tastier dinner.
**Final reflections**
Instead of being an unachievable trait, confidence has the power to completely alter a man's course in life. It's the game-changer that enables you to seize chances, establish deeper connections with people, and generally live a more contented life.
occurrences in life that show you're genuinely evolving even when you feel stuck
Every issue had to be resolved by me on my own. Now, though, what? And I was not. I've come to understand over time that asking for help when I'm stuck is totally acceptable. That does not imply that I lack ability or competence. It's actually the exact opposite. It demonstrates that I'm conscious of my limitations and receptive to new information. For instance, I was working on a project the other day that was well beyond my capabilities. Rather than becoming overwhelmed and attempting to solve everything by myself, I contacted a colleague who has greater expertise in this field. And what's this? The project not only turned out fantastically, but I also gained a great deal more knowledge than if I had attempted to do it alone.
One of the most important indicators of personal development is the capacity to ask for assistance when needed rather than obstinately attempting to do things on your own.
It demonstrates humility, self-awareness, and the ability to learn from others. And isn't it something to be proud of, undoubtedly?
**You're managing your health more diligently.**
While it's common knowledge that leading a healthy lifestyle is vital, as we become older, we begin to fully comprehend and value this fact. You may discover that you are eating less fast food, working out more, or making sure you get enough sleep. These days, taking care of your body and feeling good are more important than just looking beautiful. As to Medical News Today, individuals who partake in consistent physical activity are at a lower chance of experiencing a heart attack or stroke, type 2 diabetes, hypertension, and some types of cancer. Give yourself some credit if you're choosing better options, regardless of how minor they may appear; this is an indication that you're developing and realizing the value of your health.
**You're letting go of grudges and forgiving more people.**
Everyone has experienced hurt, therefore it's normal to desire to shield oneself by harboring resentment. But as we mature, we begin to see that forgiveness is really about us, not about the other person. To forgive is not to condone what took place. Rather, we are making the decision to let go of the bitterness and rage that were dragging us down.
**You're not as keen on rumors.**
I won't dispute that gossip can be entertaining. But as we mature, we begin to realize how harmful and hollow it can be. Speaking about other people's life does not improve our own; rather, it only diverts our attention from our own development. Therefore, it's a sign of maturity if you're growing less and less interested in gossip. It demonstrates your preference for uplifting others rather demolishing them. And that's a major indication of personal development, my friend.
Last remarks
Recall that progress isn't always a simple or straightforward process. It's difficult and messy, but above all, it's fulfilling.
Give yourself a pat on the back if you recognize any of these indications in your life. Let's strive to be the finest version of ourselves!

Forge Your Soul
Someone needs to alert God about the manipulation of the universe He created by those He created. The benefits of current life, which were formerly free, have now become a fortune. Is it the intended outcome? No. To make life easier for those of us who are alive, God created man, food, and went above and beyond to create minerals. Finding them and using them was our only responsibility. Through the procedure, we are able to support ourselves financially. The current situation is very different from how the original was intended. These resources are still available, but only the wealthy can afford them.
I used to believe that everything was created equally, but eventually I understood that there are levels everywhere. Everything has been taken, and those who lack sufficient resources are seen as the weaker men. What caused this storm to form and when will it pass?
Storms are said to demolish frail men. They are unable to withstand the bitter rain and howling winds. They would be destroyed if they charged into a storm. Only powerful men have had the luxury of charging into storms. However, we all have families and kids to take care of. Who gives a damn? when the frail man's own mother is swept away by a storm. He is given two options that would both be disastrous.
1. To have a permanent mark of regret, sadness, and guilt on his soul for the rest of his life.
2. For the storm to evaporate and break down
This is the course that the modern world will take.
The dream of the weak man is that in these moments, power will come to him. Only under the illusion that, should a storm occur, he will have the strength to weather it, is he able to accept his frailty.
The fragile man gets by in life. One thing unites every man you have ever seen who is actually capable. In today's world, the amount of suffering, struggle, and agony needed to develop into a man of true strength is intolerable without a reason. Nobody is considered a man until they are wealthy, which is currently all that is required.
**What should we do**
Should we be ourselves and live as it should be done, or should we become selfish to fit into the system? I propose that we adapt our souls to the contemporary way of life. Selfish motivations are insufficient to withstand the soul-forging furnace. Being a superhero is an act of selflessness that can never be inspired by selfish goals. If your goal in life is to survive, you cannot die and come back stronger. In order to develop an iron mentality and prepare for the fight against strange life, I endure the fires of hell.
I'm happy to be alive in the present world, and since I'm still here, I should be taken into account. Why should I be weak when I can rely on enough? I have come to win and have made the necessary modifications. Reality should also be a part of the future rather than only fantasy.
What are you currently doing? Are you going to stand out and clear a path for yourself and your future, or are you just going to sit back and watch the powerful seize more territory?
There is no wilderness and no manna. Make one on your own.
Gianna is out to face reality. I'm never going to live a broke life!

To the Very Pretentious Person
We all encounter people who act like they’re walking encyclopedias, right? But do we know what really makes someone pretentious? Believe it or not, identifying certain behaviors can help us spot these show-offs. You might just recognize someone you know!
**They constantly name-drop**
You know the type. They’re always trying to impress by mentioning famous or influential people they supposedly know or have met. "Oh, did I ever tell you about the time I bumped into Elon Musk at a conference?” or “My close friend, who just so happens to be a renowned author, once told me…”. If every conversation includes a celebrity cameo, that’s a big red flag. It's as if they’re saying their worth is dependent on the important people they know. Isn't that concerning?
**They love to use fancy words**
Ever had a chat with someone who suddenly throws in words like ‘quintessential’ or ‘antidisestablishmentarianism’? If you need a dictionary to understand what they’re saying, chances are, you’re talking to a pretentious person. They love using complex words and phrases, often unnecessarily. It’s their way of showing off their ‘superior’ vocabulary. But let’s be real, communication is about understanding each other, not about showing off how many complicated words we know.
So, if someone is constantly talking in riddles or using words that even auto-correct can’t identify, you’ve probably found your pretentious person!
**They always have to be right**
We’ve all had those conversations where the other person just won’t accept they’re wrong, even when it’s clear as day. I once had a friend who absolutely insisted that the capital of Australia was Sydney. No matter how many times I told him it’s actually Canberra, he just wouldn’t budge. He even tried to convince me that my geography teacher had it all wrong! This need to always be right, even in the face of undeniable facts, is a classic sign of a pretentious person. They’re more interested in appearing smart than learning something new or admitting their mistakes.
**They can’t appreciate simple things**
Pretentious people often have a knack for dismissing the simple pleasures of life. For example, they might turn their noses up at a plain cheese pizza or scorn popular movies and music, opting instead for obscure foreign films or avant-garde jazz. It is actually shown that people who appreciate simple, everyday experiences, like a beautiful sunset or a good cup of coffee, tend to be happier and more satisfied with life.
On the contrary, those who constantly seek out highbrow or ‘sophisticated’ experiences may miss out on these simple joys. So if someone can’t enjoy the simple things in life without making it complicated or ‘classy’, you’ve probably spotted a pretentious behavior!
**They always want to stand out**
Pretentious people often have a deep-seated need to stand out from the crowd, to be seen as different or special. This isn’t just about having a unique style or personality, which can be a wonderful thing. It’s about doing things for the sole purpose of drawing attention and setting themselves apart. For example, they might wear outrageously expensive designer clothes when everyone else is dressed casually, or loudly express controversial opinions just to get a reaction. Here’s something to remember: it’s okay to blend in. It’s okay to be ‘ordinary’.
True individuality comes from being yourself, not from a desperate need to appear different.
**They criticize more than they compliment**
I remember a colleague who seemed to have a knack for finding faults. Whether it was the coffee at the office, the new guy’s presentation skills, or even the weather, nothing was ever good enough for her. She would criticize everything and seldom had a good word to say about anyone or anything. Now, being critical isn’t necessarily a bad thing. It can help us improve and grow. But when it becomes a habit and overshadows any form of appreciation or positivity, it becomes a pretentious behavior.
**They’re never impressed**
Pretentious people are the masters of the ‘meh’. Nothing seems to impress them. They’ve seen it all, done it all, and of course, they’ve done it better. Your new job? They’ve had a better one. Your vacation photos? They’ve been to more exotic places. Your favorite restaurant? They know a place that’s much better. This perpetual lack of enthusiasm or inability to be impressed by anything is a classic sign of pretentious behavior. It’s as if they’re saying, “I’m so superior that nothing can amaze me.” So, if someone never seems impressed by anything, chances are, you’ve got a pretentious person on your hands,

Better Life Choices For all
strong choices that result in a more in control and contented life
Do you ever feel like everything in your life is falling into place? Maybe you're having brunch on Sunday. You meet up with several of your closest pals just after a pulsating spin class. The eggs are perfectly cooked, the sun is shining, and you are feeling better than you have in a while. In situations like these, it may become obvious that life is more than just a collection of unrelated incidents; ultimately, it all depends on the decisions we make.
**Putting money into genuine, meaningful relationships**
Choosing to cultivate relationships is a strong choice that can improve your life more than you might imagine. This is due to the fact that genuine connections offer an emotional safety net amid both major and minor setbacks in life. Many of life's problems can be eased by a friend's warm embrace when you're feeling sad, a loved one's comforting voice through a personal crisis, and shared laughter. A positive view on life is greatly influenced by having good friends since they remove residual feelings of solitude and help to create a fantastic sense of belonging.
Just keep in mind that establishing lasting, genuine connections involves more than simply making new acquaintances; it involves preserving bonds that feed your spirit. These relationships give your daily life delight and meaning while reassuring you that you're not traveling alone.
**Keeping your money in check**
Money can frequently elicit very conflicted emotions, yet there is no doubting that it is essential to the quest of a happier life. A profound shift in viewpoint is required to be financially conscious, and this perspective change has a huge impact on your general mental health.
Imagine a life without worrying about bills or unforeseen expenses keeping you up at night. Financial mindfulness helps reduce the stress and anxiety that frequently go along with financial problems. It's the assurance that you have a strategy in place, which serves as a safety net when life presents you with unforeseen difficulties. You build a safe foundation for yourself and your loved ones when you manage your limited resources carefully. It's similar like constructing a strong shelter that will keep you safe from all the elements. Instead of being too preoccupied with money worries, this peace of mind enables you to concentrate on personal development, following your hobbies, and cultivating your relationships (i.e., all the things that truly matter!).
**Giving back to your community**
When you invest your time and energy in your community, whether it’s volunteering at a local shelter or organizing neighborhood events, the returns are tenfold. Contributing to your community not only strengthens the social network around you, it instills a profound sense of purpose within you. It’s the ripple effect of goodness, where your actions inspire others to follow your lead, creating a collective impact that improves everyone’s lives. The act of giving back to your community is one big way to declare your investment in the world around you. It’s recognizing that your own actions can have a positive impact beyond your immediate circle. Financial awareness involves more than just storing money; it also entails carefully considering your choices and coordinating your spending with your values and objectives.
Setting aside money first gives you greater freedom to choose what matters to you. This could take the shape of making a career shift, taking more trips, or funding further education. Financial independence can lead to opportunities and doors that can greatly improve your life.
Activities like helping out at a neighborhood shelter, participating in neighborhood clean-ups, or sponsoring community fundraising activities not only help others but also give you a sense of success. You contribute significantly to something greater than yourself through this work.
Giving back also frequently brings you to a variety of people, broadening your views and bringing new viewpoints into your life. These encounters can foster personal development, improve empathy, and broaden one's perspective on the world. In the end, choosing to give back changes your life into a patchwork of meaningful contacts and shared duties, resulting in a life that is more deliberate and driven by purpose.
**Developing a healthy lifestyle that includes frequent exercise and a balanced diet**
Have you ever experienced the complete joy that follows a particularly difficult workout? So perhaps this is a cue to hang on to that emotion and look for more of it. A balanced lifestyle is the treasure chest that keeps it all in place, and health is wealth. It's not just about looking nice when you take care of your body with nutritious food and regular exercise; it's also about feeling wonderful and taking control of your entire health. A healthy diet and exercise routine can improve one's physical and mental well-being as well as their emotional stability. These components can enable you to live a more active, vibrant life that is brimming with vigor and passion.
To sum up, keep in mind that your choices give you the ability to live in a more in control and contented manner. Making powerful choices that can change your life includes spending money on important relationships, volunteering in your community, managing your money wisely, taking measured chances, putting your physical health first, relishing each day, and developing a strong feeling of appreciation. So, while you drink your tea on a Sunday morning or start your busy day, take a moment to consider the decisions that have brought you to this point. Accept them and observe how they lead you to a life that is more deliberate and fulfilling.
Thanks for your time.

Increasing Mental Toughness
We frequently discuss how to strengthen our mental fortitude. What about the actions we ought to abstain from, though? Unbelievably, quitting some harmful habits can help you become cognitively stronger.
Let's examine the harmful behaviors that we must all give up if we wish to develop greater mental fortitude.
*"Your toughness is made up of equal parts persistence and experience. You don’t so much outrun your opponents as outlast and outsmart them, and the toughest opponent of all is the one inside your head."* – **Joe Henderson**
**Stop putting things off.**
We've all been there: the unpleasant conversation can wait, the report can be written tomorrow, and the washing can wait. But the truth is that procrastination is a significant obstacle to developing mental toughness. It's not just about being lazy. In essence, when we put off doing anything, we are saying to ourselves, *"I can't handle this right now."* And what's this? You start to believe it more and more the more you say it. It's a downward spiral that might drastically weaken your mental fortitude and self-assurance. How do you combat procrastination, then? Begin modestly. Choose one item you've put off, and finish it today. Today, not tomorrow or next week. Even though it can seem straightforward, acting right away is a big step in developing mental toughness. Remember that mental toughness and Rome weren't both constructed in a day.
**Stop self-critical speech.**
Do you have a small voice in your head that constantly criticizes you for your actions? Yes, you should tell that voice to go away. Self-talk that is negative can be quite harmful. It may cause you to question your skills, degrade your self-worth, or even have an adverse effect on your mental health. Additionally, it won't make you intellectually stronger. Awareness is the key to putting an end to negative self-talk. Be mindful of your ideas. Stop thinking negatively when you catch yourself doing so and refute it. Is this truly true, you ask? Or am I being overly critical of myself? Positive affirmations can also be a wonderful aid in replacing negative ones. Instead of telling yourself, "I can't do this," try reminding yourself, "I can handle whatever comes my way." You'll be astonished by how much one tiny adjustment can strengthen your mental fortitude. Keep in mind that you wouldn't criticize a buddy, so why would you do it to yourself? Be courteous and respectful to yourself as you would others. You'll be glad you altered your way of thinking.
**Stop avoiding challenging circumstances**.
There was a period in my life when I would steer clear of anything that sounded overly challenging or confusing. Have a difficult discussion with a friend? No, I'd want to remain silent. Try taking on a difficult project at work? I would stay with what I knew in no way. But what's this? My life didn't get any simpler by avoiding challenging experiences. It actually made me feel more frail. I avoided things because every time I did, I felt like a failure. I was telling myself that I lacked the fortitude to deal with these circumstances. Things changed when I made the decision to begin tackling these circumstances head-on. Yes, at first it was uncomfortable. It did occasionally not turn out as expected, yes. However, I felt stronger the more I did it.
So, my recommendation to you is to not avoid uncomfortable circumstances. Accept them. Consider them as chances to develop and strengthen your mental fortitude. Every obstacle you overcome offers you the potential to develop into a stronger version of yourself. to repress your genuine emotions or engage in activities you don't truly want to. Stress, fatigue, and resentment can result from this, none of which are good for developing mental toughness. Concentrate on what makes you happy rather than attempting to make everyone else happy. Learn to say no when it's necessary and establish limits. At first, it could feel awkward, but as time passes, you'll discover that it gets easier and you feel much better about yourself. An empty cup cannot be used to pour. You'll be in a lot better position to assist others if you take care of yourself first. You'll also be mentally stronger as a result.
**Quit blaming other people**
It's simple to assign blame when something goes wrong. It's much more difficult to accept accountability for our own deeds and choices. But the simple fact is that blaming others won't help anything. It only keeps us stationary in the same spot. We cede our power when we point the finger at others. We are effectively declaring, *"I have no control over my life or my choices."* But that is untrue. Every time, we have an option. And assuming accountability for those decisions, both the positive and negative ones, is a crucial step in developing mental toughness. So instead of blaming others, look inward. What decisions have you made? What can you change for the future? Although it's not always simple, self-reflection is essential for developing one's character and mental fortitude.
*"He who lives in harmony with himself lives in harmony with the universe."* – Marcus Aurelius

Money Must Be Made
Money in my understanding is similar to water. Rivers and streams experience ebbs and flows. Before raining somewhere else, it winds up in the ocean and then evaporates once more. constantly moving. You get soaked if you're standing in the correct spot at the right time. You become wealthy if you are at the right position at the right moment. Find out where it is moving, then figure out how to stand in the middle of it.
Everyone is poor because they are constantly attempting to relocate to the area where it LAST rained. That's a smart move as we keep believing in what we do not knowing that we are missing it. This is why so many individuals think a college education is essential for success. Now I don't underestimate the power of university education but I so much believe it isn't the only way to success.
A degree gave you a surefire chance at upper middle class 30 years ago. The world was opened by a degree. In the past thirty years, having a home in the United States gave you an unfair edge. Your nation establishes. Your destiny has altered, and the old rainforests are still experiencing a drought. It's both the best and the worst time to be alive. All this time ranges and year that it takes success to come is sure not easy but with time management and hard work, it happened.
Because of how you've spent your time, you are unimportant. There are 24 hours in every man's day. However, some men SQUEEZE every last drop of time. Some people will always dream about their future which is nice but have you ever used a dream to help solve your a problem? How can you expect to be competitive if you waste 8 hours a day, everyday? Now people would say that they spend eight hours sleeping for a whole day while some say they don't sleep. The solution is not to sleep less. Utilizing your sleep well is.
Success is just the result of effective time management. The race to see who makes the best use of their time starts the moment you are born. At age one, did your parents make sure you used your time well? At age 14, did you make sure you used your time well? Did you utilize your time yesterday effectively? Spend your time wisely since it will determine how your entire life turns out.
I always tell myself that I can't be a poor graduate, I can't be poor attending classes hoping to get rich one day after studying. Aren't there rich students in the university? Lots of them. How many heads do they have if not one just like me. The point is no excuse. I can't do it alone sometimes but I start it and seek for help because I know what seed I am planting.
Same student, same university. Sleepless nights reading while one is broke, sleepless nights reading while another is rich. Money has no gender, it is nobody's thing so let's get rich together. One question I ask myself every weekend for a reason is. "Gianna, where do you see yourself in three years? _imaginations follow

Earning more respect
Say good-bye to some actions if you want to be treated with genuine respect in life. Everyone wants to be respected, but sometimes our ingrained habits of behavior can work against us more than we think. Although you may be aware of your need for respect, you could be baffled as to why it is so difficult to get. Or perhaps you unintentionally engage in actions that harm your reputation.
How can you tell whether your activities are leading you closer to reverence or further away from it? I have chosen to compile these essays after thinking about my own experiences and studying the actions of others that inspire true respect. If you exhibit any of these behaviors, it may be time to reflect and make some changes.
**Claiming to be "yes" when you're truly "no."**
People pleasers tend to be ones that want to win over everyone's approval. You might believe that being kind to everyone and agreeing to their requests will increase your credibility and esteem. The brutal reality, however, is very different. Consistently giving in to requests you don't want to make compromises your authenticity and opens the door for others to take advantage of your generosity. Resentment, exhaustion, and inevitably a loss of respect from other people might result from this.
Setting and upholding boundaries clearly is the key to gaining genuine respect. This may at times require saying "no," even if it seems awkward at first. Keep in mind that those who genuinely care about you will respect your boundaries, and those who don't were probably not worth pleasing to begin with. The first step to gaining genuine respect and developing healthy relationships is to stop feeling obligated to always say "yes."
**Ignoring personal development**
One of the most appealing traits in a person is their commitment to their own growth and development. This demonstrates that they value themselves enough to put time and effort into improving their own selves. Neglecting personal development, on the other hand, can suggest that you lack ambition or are complacent. This may cause people to view you as unchanging, which won't win you many admirers.
Being flawless is not the goal of personal progress; rather, it is to constantly strive for improvement. This could entail improving a skill, broadening your knowledge, developing emotional intelligence, or just forming better habits. When you make a commitment to your own development, it not only raises your self-esteem but also makes other people admire you. So leave the rut behind and engage in continuous self-evolution! This will not only improve your life but also transform you into someone who naturally commands respect.
**Talking nonsense**
There was a moment in my life when I thought that bonding with people through gossip was simple. At the time, everything seemed like an innocent conversation the shared secrets, the mutual contempt. I didn't know how damaging this conduct could be until I found myself on the receiving end of such remarks.
Even while it may seem like a harmless hobby, gossip may significantly harm your reputation. This action gives the impression that you are unreliable with sensitive information and are amenable to demeaning other people for your own fun. When I made the decision to avoid gossip, I saw a change in how people viewed me. Friends and colleagues opened up to me more, and I saw a decrease in the weight of negativity on my shoulders. You must first respect others in order to earn their sincere respect. This entails keeping private discussions private and refraining from spreading false information or speculating about other people. Although it's a small adjustment, it has a significant impact on how people view you.
**Searching constantly for approval**
A few years ago, I realized that I was continually looking for other people's approval. I had a constant need for approval, whether it was for my decisions, my appearance, or my work. I frequently gave up my own wishes and happiness just to be accepted since this need was so strong. I eventually came to see that this conduct was not only draining, but also bad for my self-esteem. People started to perceive me as unsure of myself and unable to make decisions, which didn't inspire much respect. The day I made the decision to quit looking to other people for approval was the day I really began living for myself. I came to understand that my value is derived from how I view myself, not from what others think of me. You must first respect yourself if you wish to be treated with genuine respect. This entails acting in accordance with your ideals and refusing to be influenced by others' viewpoints. It's important to have self-assurance in your identity and your values. Not the approval of others, but internal validation should be the source of your worth.
**I'm taking more than I'm giving**
"Give and you shall receive" is a proverb. But in fact, we occasionally make the mistake of taking without giving without even realizing it. This might be as basic as constantly asking for favors but rarely providing anything in return or frequently relying on others for emotional support without delivering anything in return. This disparity might make people feel taken advantage of or undervalued, which is unlikely to promote much respect. True respect results from acting with fairness and reciprocity in our interactions. Try reorienting your attention toward giving if you discover that you are constantly taking.
Finding a balance where both parties feel respected and appreciated is important; it doesn't mean you have to become a doormat. Respect will come as a byproduct of being someone who offers kindly their time, effort, and compassion.
**Not accepting responsibility for errors**
Being human means we all make mistakes. However, how we respond to these errors can have a big impact on how other people see us. While owning up to your mistakes demonstrates integrity and maturity, denying or diverting blame might come across as untrustworthy or immature. I have worked with a manager who refused to acknowledge his errors. His team was not just resentful of him as a result, but they also lost faith in him as a leader. On the other hand, I've also worked with people who were willing to own up to their errors and seek to make amends; these people always commanded a lot more respect.
Gaining genuine respect requires letting go of the anxiety associated with making errors. Recognize that errors are not anything to be embarrassed of, but rather opportunities for development and learning. You demonstrate to other people that you are not just honest but also dedicated to your own personal development by admitting up to your mistakes and accepting responsibility for your deeds.
**Respect is a personal quality.**
In conclusion, it's critical to let rid of some negative behaviors if you want to be treated with genuine respect in life. We may live a life full of honesty and respect by letting go of these seven destructive habits, and we can improve our interpersonal connections. To earn someone's respect, one must strive to improve oneself and contribute to a kinder, more compassionate environment.
It is up to each of us to live moral lives in order to better the world rather than merely get respect. By putting an end to these actions, we not only better our own lives but also the lives of others around us, demonstrating to others what it means to be a kind and respectable person in a world that desperately needs more compassion and moral principles.

Social media life; a whack
*"Some people try too hard for social media but not hard enough in real life"* **Annie**
*"Make sure you are happy in real life not just on social media"* **Mai Doves**
"*Fake it till you make it*" refers to the idea that one can succeed by projecting competence, assurance, and a positive outlook.
Since they utterly fake everything that revolves around them, the so-called social media influencers have corrupted the genuine meaning of this adage. Unfortunately, this habit has also been adopted by the general populace.
It's all artificial, exactly like the battles in WWE, believe it or not. Nobody's life is as blissfully wonderful as these influencers portray it to be on social media. So, is it odd that after admiring someone on social media, you are confused when you eventually meet them in person?
Being faultless at all times is a difficult effort, and persuading others of this successfully can be even more difficult. Even after taking so many chances, many choose to inauthentically glamourize their less-than-ideal existence.
I don't just know an exact reason why people post so many fairytale plays on their online social media profiles. Posing attractively on social media platforms is an addiction for materialistic people. To maintain their ideal living image, they frequently flaunt their possessions on this site, including their automobiles, beverages, and even their shoes. Social media is LIFE for someone like this!
Most people have uninteresting lives. Not everyone has a cup of Starbucks in their hands when they awaken. We live in a routine in which we either attend school or college or go to work after waking up in the morning. So, even if we pretend for a time, these platforms give us a means to make it a little bit more enjoyable and thrilling.
Each of us has a favorite thing or person that we want to emulate by adopting their way of life, accent, or beliefs.
When we try to lead two distinct lives, we forget that it isn't who we are; we forget our true selves. And we only realize this when people respond differently to us in person.
It's now feasible to become famous on social media.
You've undoubtedly heard this a hundred times: someone suddenly became popular on Instagram. Anyone who likes fame? Sincerity be damned, it's like a drug. Not everyone finds social media fame to be their cup of tea. But regardless of whether it makes us famous or notorious, we frequently mimic our personalities to catch people's attention with just our thoughts. Even in a negative way, social media fame may drastically alter your life in an instant.
You shouldn't reveal your vulnerabilities on social media. It's a nightmare to be harassed or made fun of online because of your fears. Not everyone can take the insults and jokes that strangers have to offer.
People therefore try to appear to be someone else to gain attention on these platforms rather than displaying their most vulnerable sides.
We always try to escape our circumstances, but doing so by distorting who we are as individuals isn't the best strategy. Social media has grown to be so crucial to us even if it is all phony.
We may only experience a little dopamine high when many people like our images, but that modest incentive drives us to do it repeatedly. But in the end, all that matters is having confidence in yourself, accepting your shortcomings, conquering insecurities, and giving up seeking external validation.
Behind every perfect Instagram post is a normal person, with normal problems. Every time we open Instagram or Snapchat, all we see is their fantastical, too-good-to-be-true existence and we feel sorry for how our own, routine lives. No one's life is as ideal as it appears on social media. A highlight reel exists on social media. It's a selection of flawless moments that have been carefully chosen and exquisitely edited. However, it's not actual life. They bicker with their loved ones, have terrible hair days, and experience stress and overwhelm just as you do.
In order to avoid feeling inferior the next time you're going through social media, keep in mind that you're actually comparing your daily life to someone else's highlight reel. Do not let the appearance of perfection on social media cause you to feel unsatisfied with your life. It is. It is exactly imperfect, which is how it ought to be.
Happy new month!! Stay real and live
the rest of our year!!

Life Lessons; Read Me
I suppose surprises are a part of life. Sometimes we learn things by accident and wonder, "Why didn't I know this earlier?"
But what if we could discover some of these life lessons up front, rather than having to learn them the hard way, maybe we would say life is perfect. Today I made mistakes, yesterday was the same and now, I'm working for a perfect tomorrow. But what if mistakes happen again tomorrow? Should that be a room for regret? No it is not because nobody is perfect. I chose to be happy inside because happiness is a decision not always an outcome.
**Happiness is a Decision, Not an Outcome.**
Isn't it simple to imagine yourself satisfied if you receive that promotion or purchase that new car or achieve that long term goal?
We frequently associate happiness with a result or material item. But let's face it, happiness is not an outcome. It's a decision.
Yes, completing our goals and gaining new items might make us happier momentarily. But genuine, long-lasting joy? That originates internally. It results from making the decision to be joyful despite the circumstances.
Try this instead: choose to be happy now rather than waiting for something to make you happy. Enjoy the little things in life. Respect what you already have. Perhaps you'll discover that happiness is closer than you realize. Meanwhile, you were already living it before someone that good thing happened.
**Each person is equally lost as you are.**
Have you ever felt like everyone else has it together when you glance around? Here's an intriguing fact, though: they don't.
People frequently overestimate how well-organized other people's lives are. In actuality, everyone is learning as they go along. We're all in the same boat since life doesn't come with a manual therefore no one writes his script of life as he wants. Try it and you get the opposite on a good day
Growing up, I always believed that you needed to have your life worked out by a certain age. However, it's never too late to start.
**It's never too late to start**
As I write this, I am talking to and inspiring myself. The things I had wanted to do, the things I have refused to do and the opportunities I have failed to grab all coming to play in my head. People will always come out to say they want this they want that, but they won't start the process of achieving what it is they want. Some people will be like "You know, love my life, get married by 30, acquire a stable career by 25, and retire at 40... But there is no predetermined schedule for life. Like I mentioned earlier, nobody writes his or her script of life.
The trip itself and where it leads you are what matters, not when you start, whether you're considering a career change, a new pastime, or even having a family.
**Don't allow your age to stop you from going after your goals!**
So keep in mind that you are not alone the next time you feel like you are the only one having trouble figuring things out. We're all simply attempting to understand this thing we call life! It's everywhere and everybody is complaining
**Keep Your Relationships Healthy**
It's simple to overlook the individuals who matter to us the most in the midst of life's hustle and bustle.
We frequently ignore our relationships because we are so focused on achieving our goals and checking off all the boxes.
Here's a sincere reminder: don't hold off on telling people how much they mean to you until it's too late.
Don't let someone's passing prevent you from appreciating their worth in your life. A satisfying existence is built on relationships. They provide us happiness, comfort, and a feeling of community.
Therefore, schedule time for your loved ones. Please express your gratitude. One important thing you might have noticed in this hustle of life is that, when someone dies, that person becomes even more popular than the person was when alive. People from nowhere send condolences and share the grief but maybe what killed that person was just common attention. Treat the relationships in your life like the priceless jewels they are. At the end of the day, what really matters is not what we have, but who we have in our lives. We should remember others as long as we care for ourselves.
**Care for Oneself Is Not Selfish**
In the past, I believed that caring for myself was selfish.
It felt inappropriate to take some time for myself since my family, friends, and job were all demanding my attention.
However, I quickly discovered a crucial lesson: you can't pour from an empty cup. Now you know how important it is to work for a living. The people you're relying on now will rely on you tomorrow. Tomorrow, you will not wait to be given before you buy your cream and make necessary contributions.
Thanks for your time one again. We live to win!

The Beauty of Okra
Hello actives! Happy weekend!! This month is in its last days. It was a great one but not so good for me. I didn't make as much money as I wanted probably because of some challenges but today I'm moving on. Another month has another opportunity and as we say "tomorrow is pregnant". You never can tell what will happen. This evening I took some quick photos in a friend's house. We were about to leave when I saw some beautiful okra trees and decided to take some shots. They looked so beautiful.
Today was a rainy day. Normally by this time of the year, it rains heavily at night. It has happened occasionally but today's own was different. In the morning when everyone was ready for work, it started raining heavily till afternoon. That was so crazy. I had to stay indoors and do my workout. A rainy Friday that disrupted most people's plans for the day.
After the rain, the weather dropped from normal +24 degrees to +16 degrees. It was so cold for me that I had to start sleeping again. What a good sleep I had afterwards. Not long after I woke up, it started raining again. This time around, it wasn't heavy and within just a few minutes, my friend came to visit. I had already forgotten we had somewhere to go.
Visiting her mother's place was fun, I didn't even expect to see okra plants as I did but was taken by surprise. It's been a long time since I saw one, even though I eat okra soup occasionally. The sight was amazing and the bright flowers made it more interesting.
I remember how my grandma would harvest her okra and dry them under the sun. According to her she said the dried ones will be used in the dry season when there's no fresh okra in the market. That's another type of soup to taste. Some people go as far as cooking with the leaves. I have never tasted that but I guess it should be good.
Draw-soup as it is called is one of my favorite local delicacies. The sweet aroma that spreads far away from the kitchen makes everyone crave for it. It's a legendary soup according to history and women who make the best of it easily win the heart of men _ according to history.
Do you have okra in your home? Have you eaten one before?
Thanks for your time.

Maintaining our Body Weight
Our body is designed and made simple for us to maintain. we eat and grow daily while it is important to see what we eat and not eat what we see. It's crucial to keep your weight at a healthy level for a number of reasons. There are many edibles provided by nature to maintain our body and as we eat, it is so important we watch what we eat for.
First off, maintaining a healthy weight lowers the risk of contracting a number of chronic illnesses, including heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and several cancers. I know some homes that have stopped eating processed foods because they believe that they are cancerous. Being overweight can strain the heart, raising blood pressure and putting you at risk for heart disease. This could also happen due to eating what we see and not seeing what we eat.
Additionally, it may interfere with the body's capacity to control blood sugar levels, which may promote the onset of type 2 diabetes. Being overweight has been associated with a higher chance of developing some malignancies, including breast, colon, and prostate cancer therefore keeping a healthy body weight is essential for mobility and general physical well-being.
This on the other hand doesn't really mean that weight determines fitness. I would say that as long as you can lift your body with ease and move swiftly without stress, you are fit.
I remember those days when I was challenged by my fat friend. She claimed that despite her being fat, that she can run faster than me. At first I laughed because I appeared slimmer and more fit at sight until we agreed to have a hundred meters race. Long story short; she won.
Being overweight can strain the joints, causing discomfort in the joints and a higher risk of disorders like osteoarthritis. It may limit movement and make it challenging to do physical activities. On the other hand, preserving a healthy weight can boost energy levels, overall fitness, and physical performance.
One other thing is that psychological health and self-confidence depend on keeping a healthy physical weight. Being overweight or underweight can cause a person to have a poor perception of their appearance and low self-esteem. On mental health and general quality of life, this may have a considerable effect and I write this from what I have seen. However, gaining and maintaining a healthy weight can enhance one's perception of one's physique, increase self-confidence, and foster mental wellbeing.
Keeping a healthy metabolic and hormonal balance depends on maintaining a natural body weight. Obesity can cause hormonal imbalances, such as high levels of cortisol and insulin, which can interfere with the body's regular metabolic functions. This can make it more difficult to reduce weight and lead to weight gain. Maintaining a healthy weight enables the body's metabolism to run at peak efficiency, enhancing general health and wellbeing.
For longevity and a higher quality of life as we age, it's crucial to maintain a natural body weight. Numerous studies have revealed that people who keep their weight in check have a lower risk of passing away too soon and a higher chance of living longer, healthier lives. That's a research report and it might not always be true. A healthy body weight can lead to an improved quality of life over time by delaying the onset of chronic diseases and preserving general physical and mental health.
Understanding the ideas of nutrition, exercise, and metabolism will help you learn more about maintaining a healthy body weight. To properly manage body weight and make educated choices regarding diet and exercise, it's critical to have a solid understanding of these subjects. Additionally, it can be helpful to comprehend the psychological aspects of body weight and self-image.

Creating A Positive Energy
Everyone has, at some point or another, come into contact with negative energy. Negative energy can affect us in ways we don't necessarily understand, whether it's a poor day at work, a stressful scenario at home, or even just being around someone with a nasty attitude. Our health is harmed by negative energies since they can lead to stress, depression, anxiety, insomnia, and other problems. Consider adopting one or more techniques to eliminate bad energy from your body or home if you want to generate more positivity and positive feelings in your life.
After spending time at home, you could feel lethargic, exhausted, or unhappy because of the negative energy that has amassed there. Positively charged homes have a lively, calm, and fresh vibe. People that are around negative energy often feel overpowered, suffocated, and restless. People who live in positive-vibrational homes feel wonderful, cheerful, and calm while they are there.
Energy can get stale and negative energy can build up in your life as a result of clutter. If your home is chaotic

**Signs that your home has negative energy**

People that are around negative energy often feel overpowered, suffocated, and restless. People who live in positive-vibrational homes feel wonderful, cheerful, and calm while they are there.
**How to get rid of negative energy in your house**
The first step is to purge your home of all things that trigger bad feelings, such as old pictures, books, clothes, furniture, and other things that could make you feel depressed or anxious. Next, purge the negative energy from your home using one of the rituals listed below. Finally, think about what you might improve or add to your home to bring in more positive energy.
Rituals of purification can be carried out alone or in groups. Because they don't want to bother others, some folks prefer to do them alone. Others find them to be more enjoyable and soothing when they are done with friends or family. For your cleansing ritual, you can combine several of the strategies listed below.
**Ventilate everything.**
By allowing your home to fully breathe, you can eliminate bad energy from it the simplest method possible. Crack up closet doors or drawers to release stifled energy, turn on fans to move the air, and open the windows to bring in fresh air. During this procedure, you might want to leave the house. When you come back, burn some sage or incense.
One of the main causes of stress and sluggish energy in our homes is clutter. A cluttered space feels uninviting and uneasy. To foster a bright and relaxed mood and to let light and warmth in, clear your home of all unneeded clutter. Spend some time considering your possessions if it's not clear what should stay and what should go. What products utilize and do you actually love? What items do you just occasionally use? Do you really require them? Can they be stored or replaced by anything else? By temporarily storing objects or moving them around your home, you can test how your possessions affect the energy there.

A fantastic approach to get rid of bad energy is by burning incense. Any negative energy and poisonous energy can be released by burning a stick or cone, leaving your area feeling renewed. Palo santo is a species of fragrant South American wood that can be used to make incense. Simply burn one end of a stick, blow it out, and let the smoke fill the space. It's thought to be a powerful energy cleaner.
**Perform a quick smudging ceremony**
The sage smudge ceremony is a fantastic technique to get rid of any leftover bad energy in your home. By incinerating a dried sage bundle, you can purify a specific area or the entire house. When properly burned, white sage purifies and cleanses while also dispelling evil spirits. Blow out the sage bundle after it has burned for 10 to 20 seconds. You set it down on a fire-resistant surface like an abalone shell, a typical Native American vessel.
**Toll the bell and heed to the unending sound**
Ringing a bell or gong in your room is a quick and simple approach to remove negative energy. Any negative energy will be released by the music as it vibrates throughout the entire home. The use of Tibetan singing bowls is particularly beneficial for banishing negative energy and bringing in constructive forces.
**Brighten the area.**
Living in a dimly lit environment might contribute to nervous and melancholy feelings. By painting the walls a lighter color and adding colorful furnishings, artwork, and decorations, you may lighten up your living space. A room with more light can help your home feel happier and more joyful again.
**Make a shrine at home or alter.**
A quick and effective approach to infuse your home with optimism and commitment is to build an altar. Objects symbolic of wealth, luck, health, abundance, or protection should be placed on an altar. Never place anything on your altar that you wouldn't want to receive, according to popular belief. Make a personal shrine in your home with candles, crystals, incense, sculptures, artwork, literature, flowers, and other items that symbolize the things you want in life.
Candles have traditionally been connected to both spirituality and healing. You can light candles to make your meditation or other spiritual practices more effective. They can be positioned all throughout your house to enhance the atmosphere and bring positive energy in. Always use high-quality candles; cheap candles often include hazardous chemicals in their paraffin wax and artificial fragrances.

Drowned my Demons; There they Learnt to Swim
Lecha saw a fortune in his mind but never knew the percussion of reality. Yes this life is quite simple but not as he thinks. Wake up, pray to your God, go to work, make money and live your dream, That's how the world was designed but what? That's not how it works. The message is the same but the reality is different.
Lecha was born to a rich family where life was fair to him. He grew up in riches and did everything he wanted. He could imagine a car at one minute and in the next minute, he owns it already. Life was just good and his mind confirmed to believe that this is what the world really is. Yes, that's what the world/ life really is but at the same time, that's not what life truly is.
Things gradually start to change, the maids and servants who worked to earn a living by taking care of the house were no more. The people he never thought of having a home now have gone to meet their family and children. Lecha stood and waited for breakfast to be served but there was no one to carry the function. Now it's left for him to serve himself. He should be lucky he has something to eat.
Things began turning south and one time rich kid has to stay rich. He couldn't live poorly even when life showed him the other side of the coin. Yeah he tasted it but it was too bitter and uncomfortable. No he's determined to do everything to maintain his status.
He lived like a king and now is his own servant. What has life done to a child who never knew that the legs are designed for walking. Now he is running around to make a living. He thought for himself; "isn't life so easy, why should I have a luxury and be poor. Let me sell one of those and with that I will make a living"
He sold the first one, second and third but after selling, he squanders everything. Selling is now the only option left as those demons in his mind got him addicted to sell. When half of his wealth remained, the demons in his mind convinced him to sell two more and with the income, he would build back those he already lost. This is what he strongly believes and urges to happen but unfortunately, there is no such reverse psychology.
*One question here is that; who would want to eat on a wooden plate while golden plates have been part of your life?*
Lecha sold everything he has, all his fortune gone when he was still believing he was making the right decision. Now like a snail, he hides under his shell. He has nothing left and the people he is associated with now are their own people. He comes out with a burden in his heart and smiles like nothing is happening, but deep down the coast isn't clear.
Hello Readlanders, hello actives! My name is Gianna and today I bring you this topic **"Drowned my demons; there they learnt to swim"**. Stay with me as I break it down.
The demon here is "**addiction"** and lecha played the character.
*"I have seen rich people and I have seen poor people. I have also seen rich poor people who later made it and I have seen rich people who went broke. Is wealth really by destiny as most men believe or only by hard work. Money is good but has equal chance of being hereditary or not. Some rich families lose their wealth while some poor ones are living richer"*
Personally, if I have ten cents, I will love to multiply it and the process determines my success". Lecha took the wrong decision as many others would gamble with their earnings with hope to multiply it. *"It is lazy but sure way"* their addiction will tell them. The one more Lecha sold to balance life, the more life balanced him and hit him harder. That one more time could be the demon because he has decided to make the last sale, the last gamble, the last operation, the last breaking of the door and to others; the last stealing. One more cigarette, one more bottle and I'll stop........ That last time decision which after that poor lifestyle will be buried as agreed with the mind tends to be buried as agreed but in there, it grew bigger.
We have an inbuilt passion by nature to be successful but not with our addictions. Stay away from one!

A Bad Day is Coming For Sure
For all of us and in our future, something bad is going to happen one day and until then I put it straight to you now; enjoy every drop of sunlight. Enjoy the water God has given to us and breathe comfortably with the abundant oxygen. Enjoy what you have and love your life in happiness because one day, something will try to ruin our day.
I don't need to remind us that there is a hundred percent chance that one day we will die or a lovely person around us will die. That day will be ruined with grief. What about you enjoying your ride. Keep it going now that nothing is happening take your time wake up, prepare and drive to work now that nothing happening. People should be happy with what they have because there are thousands of thousands of people working hard and trying to be like you. You have just 2 BCH and so what. People have just managed to warn one dollar after almost three months.
When your car tire gets flat you fix it and move on. The fact is that one day you will have a reason to be upset. As happy as you are right now, just one good day will turn sour and give you all the reason to be angry. But until then, what are we doing now,, getting pissed off over a spilt milk? I don't know what to say about this but it isn't worth it.
Having a flat is normal, you should be glad you have a car in the first place. So also is getting angry over a friend or quarrelling with someone. That's another waste of energy and time.
Let me share what I have learnt and put to practice. It is giving less energy to low-level stuff. Yeah, I give less energy to distractions except for the fact that I want to play along. If someone is trying to spoil my day, so what? Why Shou I get angry and leave that person somewhere having fun and enjoying a good day while I take the opposite and fill my heart with anger. That's not happening.
Whatever life gives, I will gladly accept. Time for happiness is here, I'll party till I'm filled up because I know that one day I'll be sad. Inasmuch as I plan my day carefully and try avoiding negative things, I know that one day something somewhere will happen and I will be sad.
You're healthy today, you might fall sick tomorrow and that your favorite dish will not be enjoyed as it used to be. Some cant even eat while they are sick, why don't we worry less and put in some work required of us. Thanks for your time.

Sometimes Life is Hard But We Make It Soft
In my life, I've discovered that when I can be kind to myself and lessen my self-criticism, not only are things more enjoyable, but I've also been able to succeed much more. It's not very funny to laugh every day. When difficulties arise, ownership and accepting full responsibility for our lives and the world around us are crucial, but doing so can be challenging for a number of reasons.
First of all, we constantly find ourselves swimming in a culture that enjoys assigning blame and offering justifications. Second, there are several events that affect us directly but over which we have no direct influence, including other people, the economy, the weather, our choices, and a variety of local and international circumstances. All these I classify as the basis of excuse because we only use them while explaining our blames.
We can always choose how we interact with what is happening and how we perceive what is happening to us, to others, and even to ourselves. When we accept responsibility, we let go of blaming and making excuses (or we catch ourselves as quickly as we can when we're going down that bad path.) We also promise ourselves that we would work hard to make the life we actually desire rather than just react to what is "happening to us." But what about those plans..
*Because you have broken your promises time and time again, no one believes in you.*
*When did you say you will visit the gym every day?*
*You gave up after two weeks.*
*Your goal for the new year?*
*In 4 months, you destroyed it.*
*You promised to discover a means to earn money online, right?*
*After a month of trying, you give up.*
*You are a liar, so nobody trusts you.*
*When you say things and make commitments, you don't feel bad about it.*
*You question why no one pays attention to you.*
*You don't even believe yourself, though, in your heart.*
All of these ideas are quite straightforward, but as with many other topics I write and speak about, it is much easier to grasp them than to put them into practice and embody them. Making peace with what is (even if we don't like it) is what it means to surrender; surrendering to your plans in life. It has to deal with focus and it doesn't mean giving up or caving in.
A major paradox in life is that we cannot bring about the changes we want or feel the joy we seek until we can be at peace with what is actually happening in the present (i.e., letting go of our resistance and of our obsessive emphasis on how things should be).
Every time we battle, judge, or oppose what is taking place in our life, we suffer. It can be amazing to realize how smoothly things have flown, though, when we're able to accept things exactly as they are.

Seeking For Help Matters
Hello Read-land, hello actives. Even while many of us enjoy offering assistance and helping others, many of us find asking for assistance difficult or uneasy and when it comes to such a person, I can say boldly that I am one. My type of personality will always want to keep going despite the difficulties but that's not always the right thing to do.
A helping hand makes life easy. Sometimes I don't ask because of the kind of replies I would get from people around me but how can we change the way we think about what it says about us when we're willing to help others?
Everyone benefits when we politely ask others for their time, opinions, or assistance. Asking for assistance allows us to develop our vulnerability, which is a crucial component of bringing our complete selves to our job and daily lives.
Most people find it difficult to ask for assistance. When we ask for assistance, we worry that people will criticize us or think we're weak. The fear of being judged that often goes along with asking for help can be just as difficult to overcome as finding the guts to do so.
Yes it is fine to say that we do not want to impose on others. For instance in my country where the cost of living is difficult, I wouldn't want to bother my uncles and aunts because they have families to care for. Still, it is so important to say it.
Because of everything going on these days, asking for help makes us feel as though we are bothering or burdening other people. We also worry about coming off as conceited just like anyone could think. I never blame this thought because some do it just for benefit sake not in need.
A common concern among us is that the person we ask for help from would decline. We'll muster the confidence to overcome our fear of being judged and then face rejection after being so open. As long as we do our very best and keep fighting for the better, it is not bad to ask for help.
Making ourselves exposed is difficult enough, and the majority of us detest being let down and disappointed. One of the most paralyzing fears is the dread of disappointing oneself and others. It really sucks but so what? Get going help will definitely come. Some of us find it difficult to ask for help because we worry they won't do it correctly. We frequently believe that we can do better or even know it. That's good but two good heads is always better than one
However, when we confine our universe to just our perspective and keep it narrow, our ability to learn and grow in experience is constrained. I'm practically saying this for experience. Asking for assistance when we need it can help us get through difficult situations. We put ourselves out there when we request assistance. Right now to be precise, I need $110 to complete my project and school payments. I honestly do not have enough right now and time is not by my side but I don't have to keep mute on it. I need this money so bad though
It is crucial for us to embrace our vulnerability because it enables us to connect with others. But because vulnerability entails a sense of risk and unpredictability, many of us are reluctant to do this. If we don't ask for aid, we won't get it. Although most of the time none of those things occur, we worry about being rejected or feeling ashamed when we ask for help.
When we ask for help, our biggest worries about what might happen rarely come true. The worst case is receiving a "no" or an untrue yes. However, if we ask, we may receive the crucial support and assistance.
Both asking for and accepting assistance must be willingly done. Some of us think it's commendable to be forced to handle everything on our own or take satisfaction in playing the martyr. However, asking for assistance takes great courage and costs nothing for you to do. Just open up and say it, that's all.
We will receive more assistance if we are better at asking for it. By empowering others around us, we will both benefit personally and collectively. We may also foster a climate in which help is received and given in a generous and abundant manner.

Couples Nightmare; Cancelling a Wedding
Although it's a difficult subject, sometimes calling off a wedding is the best choice. Whether a couple decides to suspend wedding planning and cancel the event owing to relationship red flags, familial concerns, adultery, or other challenges, it can be a relief for both parties once the choice has been made. It sometimes has the advantage of an early breakup rather than divorce.
Imagine having confidence and excitement for your impending wedding. You have contacted the organizers, arranged plans, and distributed invitations. Will calling off the wedding be the appropriate move, though, if you or your partner are having second thoughts about it?
Financial or familial emergencies, conflicts with the wedding date or location, issues with the public's health, and an abusive partner are a few solid reasons to call off the wedding. Even the happiest of couples sometimes have wedding cancellations, and occasionally it's for the better.
Even while these obviously count, adultery and runaway partners aren't the only reasons to call off a wedding. And rather of being viewed as a humiliating and tragic circumstance, it should be considered as the best option for the pair, especially for financial issues. You must Must Postpone Your Wedding Due to Financial Issues
Let's face it: weddings cost a lot of money. Even the most affordable wedding can leave you suffering and broke.
Additionally, starting a marriage with a lot of debt is not a good idea.
Another good reason could be that your family is experiencing an emergency. Family comes first for the majority of us, right? And it's understandable to not want to proceed with the wedding when a family emergency arises. It can be difficult to predict when things will get better during these trying times, so postponing your wedding until further notice will be a wonderful choice.
**It could also be a change of heart happened to you (or your partner).**
Even seemingly perfect couples can experience partner disinterest, as heartbreaking as that may sound. When it does, it's perhaps the finest justification for calling off a wedding since it does happen.
Although calling off a wedding may seem disastrous, getting married to someone you don't love is a surefire way to have an unhappy marriage and will cause more problems in the future. Your Relatives Don't Like the Wedding
Yes you're deeply in love and confident in your lover, your family doesn't seem to share your convictions. Do you want your love story to be a modernized version of Romeo and Juliet?
Talk to your family and make an effort to understand their perspectives. Consider delaying your wedding to a later date if your family continues to object despite all of your efforts.
If you believe that your family's opposition will have a significant negative impact on your marriage, you have the right to postpone or cancel your wedding.
The exception to this could be if your family members have a history of being abusive and domineering. Or if they disagree for egotistical, racial, or other prejudiced reasons.
**If your partner or you wouldn't get along with your in-laws**
How often have we heard tales about bad in-laws? These tales deserve their own horror film: the mother-in-law who turns into a vile "witch," the toxic father-in-law who is unimaginably manipulative, or the in-law sibling who spreads hysterical rumors about you.
Furthermore, there is no justification for continuing a marriage in which you will always play the victim. As a result, you can think about delaying or canceling your wedding until your relationship with your future in-laws gets better if you feel like their attitude is hurting it.
**Under pressure, you're rushing the wedding.**
You're getting married for the wrong reasons if you feel compelled to do so because of a pregnancy, aging, or other circumstances.
**Your partner and you are very different.**
I firmly believe that opposites really do attract. However, it doesn't necessarily follow that you will get along with that person in the long run.
The majority of the time, physical attraction is what brings two completely different people together. Despite your efforts to resolve your disagreements, the spark will eventually fade in your relationship and you may come to the conclusion that they cannot be resolved.
It could be time to confront reality if you frequently argue about your differences, find it difficult to reach agreements, or frequently put off making important life decisions. Getting married won't provide a miracle solution.
**Final Reflections**
Remember this if you're considering calling off your wedding: It's your wedding; it's your call. Your significant other and you will spend your entire life together.
Therefore, it doesn't matter what other people think as long as you are confident in your actions and prepared to accept responsibility for them.

Dear Graves; Loosing a Good Friend
Even though it's sometimes disregarded, losing a buddy can be just as heartbreaking as losing another family member. It arrives with the same fury, whips you through a flurry of feelings, and then abandons you to the mercies of grief. As you attempt to understand it and conform to its demands, be prepared to feel astonished, angry, bewildered, and terribly troubled.
This grief guide teaches you how to deal with such loss and assists you in understanding the repercussions of losing a close friend.
**LOSING A CLOSE FRIEND**
We frequently deceive ourselves into thinking that losing a buddy is an unfortunate experience, and as a result, we downplay its seriousness and effects on our lives. This mentality is especially clear when our acquaintance abandons his or her family and close friends. Don't let the impact on their grieving spouse, kids, parents, siblings, or even grandparents diminish the significance of your loss or place you at the bottom of the list.
Whatever the preparations, you must give your grief the full attention it deserves because it is as significant. As you listen to it, get ready to manage your sudden flurry of feelings, including rage and uncertainty. You might feel bad about previous conflicts or regret some of the things you said and did.
Grieving a friend's loss is just as special and individual as grieving any other loss. Your relationship with them shapes it, and age may have an impact.
The other emotions and experiences you could be experiencing are all normal. Keep in mind that sorrow is a process that is personal to you. Give yourself some grace and plenty of time to mourn that loss.
After a buddy passes away, the endorphin rush you have from laughing and having a wonderful time with them is short-lived and replaced with a sea of sadness. You have to overcome that obstacle in order to continue living your life after losing a dear buddy.
**How you could feel upon a friend's passing**
**Sadness and grief**
Just as heartbreaking as the loss of a close relative is that of a dear friend. However, others close to you might not always realize this.
When a more distant acquaintance passes away, some individuals are shocked by how much it affects them. Even if you hadn't seen your friend in a while or if you had lost touch, it's common to feel stunned and hurt after learning the news.
**Connection lost**
Friends can be a great source of emotional and practical support. They could have been someone you could laugh or relax with. That connection can be very painful to lose.
When someone with whom you shared special memories passes away, it can be incredibly heartbreaking. You might experience a loss of connection to the past if you and your pals were close for a long period, perhaps since childhood.
**Fear**
If your acquaintance had been close to your age, their passing might have been really awful. Your mortality can serve as a reminder to you that they died too.
**The importance of grieving is irrelevant**.
People frequently rush to help the deceased's parents, partner, or children after their death. Although this is undoubtedly crucial, it does occasionally result in friends feeling excluded from crucial discussions regarding funerals and monuments.
**Anger After a death,**
anger is a common emotion. Death is a horrible and unfair thing. It's acceptable to be upset about what happened to your friend.
*Dear readers, this Sunday makes me remember a dear friend whom we exercise together. She would always call me to remind me of going to the stadium for training and even when I keep late hours, she waits for me. I haven't really written anything about her because I lack the courage to. One thing that hits so hard is that she was so healthy even the day she died, she went to work. Remembering this sorrow breaks my heart and makes me cry again but I have to accept it at last*.
We all have that one or two graves in our heart and the best I think we all should do is pray for them.
Thanks for your time

The Belgian Malinois and Cavalcante
One of the latest world news today is about the prisoner who escaped and kept hundreds of men busy in search for over two weeks. Well, that's an interesting story and I bet people from my street would love the search to extend to a month. The whole story just seemed like a movie to me because what always comes to my mind is that movie "prison break".
Cavalcante, 34, escaped from Chester County Prison on August 31 by crab-walking over two walls from an exercise yard, pushing through razor wire, and racing across a roof, had recently been given a life sentence without the possibility of parole and the most interesting part of the story to me is that it was 4-year-old Yoda, a Belgian Malinois, who helped take Cavalcante down once and for all. That dog must be the hero.
Yoda's bravery, smartness and intelligence got me thinking about the importance of animals to man. Today and since of old, man has been in a strong relationship with dogs. Dogs on the other hand have been known for security. Before I continue, let me mention that I am dog-phobic. All my childhood memories were cool except for dog encounters. I love puppies but once it starts barking and growling the story changes.
Yoda's story made me recall a childhood story of a neighbor whose dog attacked thieves and brought one of them down. Some breeds are naturally fearless and ready for violence. So is Yoda and I commend that dogs bravery.
Most dog owners in my street keep dogs only for business. They're only interested in the money they make with the dog. Only a few reps dog for security and the rest for meat. I hope they see the trending news and change their mind.
**Have you been chased by a dog?**
Not once nor twice had I been chased by an angry dog. I wasn't saved by my little legs but by grace. This was my first experience
*"This dog was owned by a distant friend who named it Bingo. Bingo according to people was so friendly and playful. The dog was trending in the neighborhood and one day, I decided to go with some friends to see the cute creature. We went peacefully to see the dog and everything was going well until another group of people came by shouting the dogs name repeatedly. At first, the dog was playing back but all of a sudden, the group started throwing stones at it and making a running advance. Thanks was how Bingo lost it and gave everyone a chance of their life. I screamed as I ran into a nearby shopping mall. The show had turned into a disaster and everything that breathed ran for their lives"*
**The second chase**
*"After having a good day with Grandma, I went with my cousin's sister to visit an aunt in the dormitory. The short distance journey was a success and we decided to walk back home just for more fun and exploring experience. Cousin sis who knew everywhere more than me took the lead to a particular street where she knew was a fierce dog. She knew the dog loves silence and hates noise but she decided to do what she had in mind. We went down the street together holding hands but as we walked past the building where the dog stayed, she started whistling. At first, there was no sight of the dog. No one knew he was hiding under a car waiting for intruders. As my sis whistle fir the last time, the dog jumped out and gave us a hot chase. I ran past my cousin sister and luckily, there was two men coming who sighted the scene and stopped the dog. That was my testimony. As the two men were stopping me, I didn't even want to hear them. I continued running till I was sure there was nothing behind me*"
Dogs are friendly and at same time violent.
Thanks for your time.

To The Mentally Strong
**To The Mentally Strong**
While it's frequently simple to have a strong mind when things are going well, hardship reveals your genuine strength. The majority of people experience adversities at some point in their lives, including the death of a loved one, health issues, marital problems, and financial difficulties.
Your ability to deal with adversity depends on how you tackle life's inevitable problems. Creating a constructive inner conversation is one of the best ways for persons with strong mental faculties to keep getting stronger. You might be able to filter out any limiting negative thoughts by repeating factually grounded positive affirmations.
When things are going well, it is frequently easy to have a strong mentality, but difficulty reveals your true power. The loss of a loved one, health challenges, marital conflicts, and financial hardships are just a few of the obstacles that the majority of individuals face throughout their lives.
The way you approach life's inescapable challenges influences your capacity to handle adversity. One of the most effective ways mentally strong people continue to strengthen their mental muscle is by developing a healthy inner dialogue. Positive affirmations that are realistically based might help you block out any restricting negative ideas.
**Here are nine things to keep in mind throughout difficult times.**
1. I am prepared and can get through this.
*You'll feel defeated if you have thoughts like "I can't do this" or "This isn't fair." Remember what you already have rather than insisting you need more. You must already possess some talents, resources, and tools if you've made it thus far in life*.
2. What matters most is that I live in accordance with my values.
*There will be those who dislike you and moments when others disagree with the choices you make. But it's not your responsibility to win over everyone. Be courageous enough to conduct your life in accordance with your principles, even if that necessitates taking controversial actions.*
3. The journey toward achievement includes failure.
*Failure is unpleasant, but beating yourself up won't make it go away. Every time you trip over, it's evidence that you're stretching yourself to new heights. Keep in mind that every setback presents an opportunity for improvement.*
4. I can only give it my all.
*Expecting perfection from yourself will be detrimental rather than beneficial. When you believe there is no room for error, your anxiety will soar, whether you're at an interview for a job you truly need or you have one final chance to get that promotion. You'll work at your best if you have a little self-compassion.*
5. This won't be as important in five years as I believe it will be.
*By reminding yourself that the emotional suffering, anxiety, or upheaval won't endure forever, you can keep transient issues in perspective. Many of the important choices and pressing concerns of today won't truly matter that much in a few years.*
6. I'm more powerful than I believe.
*The loss of a loved one or a significant health issue can be extremely tough to deal with. But dire prognoses like "I'll never get over this" or "I'll never be happy again" will simply make you feel worse. Adversity frequently reveals underlying power you were unaware you possessed.*
7. I am capable of enduring discomfort.
*While it may be tempting to stay in your comfort zone, doing something unusual is frequently necessary to get through difficult circumstances. Although unpleasant, feelings like fear, shame, and disappointment won't harm you. You'll build confidence in your capacity to deal with discomfort if you're willing to address those emotions head-on.*
8. I have control over my thoughts, emotions, and actions.
*It won't improve your circumstances if you place the blame for your problems on other individuals. Knowing that you have control over your thoughts, feelings, and actions can provide you the motivation you need to either improve your situation or make positive changes in your life.*
9. I've been knocked down in the past, but I can always get back up.
*Consider the moments in the past when you persisted. You can find the strength to handle present issues by thinking back on your perseverance in overcoming previous challenges.*
Giving oneself encouraging words won't guarantee that your life will improve; your way of thinking is merely one of the three essential components of mental toughness. But positive self-talk will lift your spirits and motivate you to act more successfully, which is essential for getting through difficult situations. Thanks for your time once again.
