Ways to change your mindset

A happy new month to you all, last month was full of learning, earning, and blessing. May will surely be more productive than April. Claim it if you believe 😊✨***
Last get down to today's topic.
When talking about positive changes in mindsets, there are some simple steps to follow in other to level up our life. Changing our mindsets doesn't happen by accident, it happens by choice/intention. It required some action and work because formed habits can be changed.
Someone once said, your mindset is what sets the tone for everything in your life. Changing your mindsets is what will change your whole life. The way you think, move and do things.
What we think and believe is what we act upon. Having the right mindset is very important in growth. In life, if we really want to change and want to grow, we need to set our minds to our goals.
No matter where you are in life, or where you came from, you can set big goals and achieve them if you have a positive mindset.
***Here are some ways to change our mindsets.***
1) ***By reading***
One of the best ways to change our mindsets is by reading, which is still working to date.
Most of us might have heard the saying readers are leaders. But have you ever wondered why some readers are not leaders? All readers are leaders because they failed to act on what they read. Today's readers are not reading to learn about changes.
Someone might be a reader but may never be a leader coz they failed to implement the good part of what he read in their life.
People who read don't just read and leave it in their brain, when they read they apply it in their lives. So I'll say readers are leaders because they implement what they read, which makes it one of the best ways to change our mindsets.
2) ***Listen to the podcast***
Listen to podcasts relating to the kind of mindsets you want to build.
If you want to learn about God, Love, money, health, and so on. There is always a person in each field, taking their time to talk about them. Different writers on this blog discover their skill and capability in writing through listening to podcasts from people who they choose as mentors/leaders and it has added positively to their life. You can also choose a mentor in your field and keep listening to them to change your mindset.
3***) Watch YouTube***.
Out of all these one should be a must, coz it easy to learn from watching a video than from reading.
One thing I love about YouTube is that you can find anything on it.
How to breathe properly, how to cry and how to laugh everything is on YouTube. You just need to watch what is best for you, which you know helps level up your thinking. Since you already know your weakness, you just need to watch what is good for you. There are thousands of videos you can watch which will change your mindsets positively, so take your time and go through YouTube.
4) ***Listen to great people***
One thing always recommend is that no matter what intense came out of a person's mouth, it can either help your life or ruin your life.
Listening to great people and reading top writers' articles have helped me level up in some areas of my life. I always listen to what people say about me, the next step I need to take, and what I need to stop doing. I have a mentor if not two or more on this platform and outside this blog, which has helped me to discover my potential and change my mindsets. I do listen to other people too, after they say all they want to, I pick the one thing that I know is true and can be helpful. I also try to find the solution to the particular truth or what is best for me. So listen to great people and not just people.
***5) Ask about your problems from friends and family.***
The truth is that you can't see it know all your problems, people have to tell you what you're lacking and when they tell you, just know you need to work on that aspect
Al from the solution from family and friends might sound somehow to you, it might hurt/pain you, but they all telling you the truth.
Listen to them and take your time to work on yourself, coz nobody is above mistakes, anyone can be corrected. No, one is above learning. We all live to learn and be corrected.

Failure leads to success.

Every individual does not want to have the taste of failure coz our society today does not recognize and reward a failure.
But in today's competitive world, every living soul has had a taste of failure in one way or the other before becoming victorious in their area of specialization. The real truth is, that there is no great success ever achieved without failure. There are some stages in our life in which we need to fall, fail and lose before becoming victorious/successful.
No disagreement, Failure will always remain the best teacher in life coz it is the first step to success. Failure teaches us to learn from our missteps, for us learn from it and not to make the same mistakes next time when we encounter such a problem or how to deal with challenges from our last experience. We need to fall to rise. The better the challenging a path is the more advantageous our success is to succeed
In life will need to fail to be able to succeed. I haven't seen anyone who succeeds without failing. If you know anyone you can tell me about them, feel free to tell me in the comment box. Taking the view from this platform ( Readcash). There are some top writers on this blog who have also failed before gaining back their ground and becoming victorious. They have once failed as a novice and they learn from their missteps to become a top writer who some of us (newbies) on this platform are looking forward to as a mentor, trying to follow in their full steps also after several failures.
Looking at everyone who is at the top of their game today, you'll all think they haven't failed, not until they tell you about their failure. Everyone successful man, mentor, leader, and teacher today has once encountered failure in one way or another before coming out with flying colors. There is a value in failing.
If you've never failed before that means you never try something new or you are not a living thing.
Even wizards or witches also fail at times. Just think about it, haven't you seen it in Nigerian movies, when a witch tries to do bad things to a person but it eventually doesn't work? isn't that a failure🤣😀
***Here are some reasons why failure is important.***
1 ) **When you know failure you won't want to fail again.**
What do I mean? Failure drives people to succeed, because you know if you don't succeed you'll fail, you will do everything in your power to succeed. So that fear of failure has helped you to succeed. I hope you get my points.
2 ) **You have failed before and you don't want to ever feel that way again.**
Since you've encountered a failure before and you know how it feels, you won't like to be in that position again instead you will learn from your mistakes so as not to make the same again. I have failed several times in some every of my life, and I don't want to make those mistakes again, that is why am trying all my possible best not to fall into those shits again coz I have had enough. Taking from experience, failure can make you cry like a baby. Failure can stop your heart from beating properly I tell you🤣.
3). **Failure gives clarity**
Some failure exposes you to the truth. You might feel you are on the rights part not until you fail and find out you've been on the wrong path. God knows how many times most of us had to fail just to find something we love doing. When it comes to online business if you haven't failed before, it is a grace. I mean you are just so lucky to do that. But surely at the beginning mistakes will occur, which will later give clarity.
4)**. Failure gives you chance to try again or try other things.**
Failure encourages you to go for what you deserve or try an alternate. If you are the type that has the spirit of never giving up. When you failed you will try in every possible way to know the reason for your failure for you to try again or try something new. This time around you are not only trying again as a novice but also with some experience you've had from the last attempt which will make it a little bit easy for you to be successful.
Let's say one of the top writers on this platform was also a failure before joining this blog. He has always wanted to come into the online space but has always failed in a couple of things he does, each time he failed he tried another thing or another possible way until he found read cash as the home of writing, earning, and learning. Even after that he still failed due to some restrictions of the platform. But he never stop, he tried again and again till he became successful as one of the best writers on this platform earning from the bot (rusty) and also from the hefty rewarded Mar De Masel.
Failure gives you an opportunity go what you deserve again. It allows you to start again or try a new approach until you become successful/Victorious.

I was so much happy to find my way into this writing space a week ago through the link of @Fexonice1. Luckily I wrote my first article yesterday, speaking about the view of some writers outside this platform for not joining Readcash coz they see Bitcoin cash as the only topic to write about. I need to clear the air coz I was once in their shoes and I also talk about the value we get in this writing space after earning Bitcoin cash and how some top writers have positively contributed to this platform, leveling up different writers with their articles. Without wasting much time let's get down to today's topic.
As a writer who wants to start blogging and also wants to win more followers. You need to start from the basics. I mean you need to start first with an introduction to win the heart of your audience coz It won't be nice to join a big blogging home like this with people ( readers & writers) from different parts of the globe without giving a clue about yourself to for your readers to know the kinds of person you are, what you like doing, the country you came from, your dream and most importantly what value you will be adding to this platform in term of writing and how you're planning to promote Bitcoin cash.
I should have started with this but I need to clear some points in my first writing to those who are willing to join this writing space but misunderstanding something about this platform. Which I think is not too late to make the corrections.
**Starting with the basics.**
***Name and Nationality***
My name is Olarewaju. I'm a Nigerian. Am a typical Yoruba boy from the western part of Nigeria but currently living in Lagos. You might be wondering what the name means. Don't stress, Olarewaju in Yoruba land means my wealth is moving forward or my wealth is my future. Why the 28 attached to my username is the date of my birth. You can also call me Ola. Am okay with the two.
***Hobbies***
I love playing football. I do go for daily workouts and exercise my body every blessed day. I also love playing any kinds of online sports games most especially football games coz I love doing football. Hopefully, we can have a football game link with a blockchain in the future coz there are a lot of people in the world who are into football. This will help to promote Cryptocurrency, especially BCH. It would be cool to spread Bitcoin cash awareness and value to the world through online gaming.
***My favorite meal***
I don't think I have a favorite meal coz am a guy who loves any food that can be eatable as long as it is not haram( forbidden). I do love eating bread, beans and plantain, rice, pounded yam with vegetables and cow meats, and many other Nigerian foods.
*Favorite color*
My favorite colour is green coz green is universally associated with nature. It is the sign of healing, and prosperity and represents life, rebirth, growth, and promotion. Even Bitcoin cash also has a symbol of green colour, there is more reason for me choosen green as my fav colour.
***My Club/ My favorite sports***
My favorite sport is football. I have been a Chelsea fan since the earlier days of Jose Mourinho when he was first managing the Blues. I love football, coz it teaches more lessons. It teaches us how to work together as a team in other to accomplish our mission or achieve our goal. It teaches us also that there is no Champion forever. Football is much more than a game there are a lot of lessons learned from it. And also you can't talk about football without mentioning these two Goats, Cristiano and Messi. They have contributed a lot to the world of football, taking the round leather game to another level. I respect them a lot.
*My Dream*
Every individual has their own chosen career, working every day to achieve their dream to attain a higher position in life. We all want to become something meaningful in life. But due to the world's unstableness and especially African instability with lack of support, we later give up on our childhood dream. Achieving one dream in Africa is very hard especially when you have no helper or supporter. I respect the effort of those who have survived it to the top, and I think do it as well. I have always wanted to be a footballer since I was 6*,* but am here today still struggling to make it to the top leagues after several trials. I have played different tournaments, won different local trophies for my team, and also won individual awards. Some of my mates that we started together have made it to the top leagues in Europe while some left the game. But am still in the game and I believe I will one day, with dedication and hard work.
***Ambition***
There are many great writers on this platform who have been promoting BCH in one way or the other and I will also like to follow in their footsteps. People like @Fexonice1 @HappyBoy @King_Gozie @George_Dee and many others which I can't recall their names. If I was lucky to make a debut for a big team, I plan to accept Bitcoin cash as my salary and also influenced my teammates to accept it also as payment in other create awareness in the world and let people know about its value as a reliable and truth worthy digital currency whose mission is to save the whole world from a momentary problem with any third party either government or banks.
**Conclusion.**

***Greeting👋 to all the wonderful people in this writing space (Read cash) including the bot rewarder and the anonymous tippers. How are you doing, hope you feeling good and positive at the same time?***
As for me today shines brighter coz I was able to write and publish my first article on this platform. To me, it was just like a breakthrough (starting point ) coz I am now one of the users/writers of this blog who has the opportunity to benefit from the reward of this platform through writing. It is a great honor to be part of this beautiful family ( The readtizens).
I was blessed to join this writing space a week ago, but there are some reasons why I have been holding back in making an article which I think is the same reason why many writers outside this platform are facing for not joining this community. To me, it is actually due to the little knowledge they have about this platform or what they read from some writers who couldn't explain better, that cryptocurrency (Bitcoin cash) is not the only topic to discuss on Readcash.
When I was also outside this community, I also thought readcash was only built for crypto-enthusiasts since the platform found it root from bitcoin cash. But I get to know better after joining this platform and reading some top writers' articles including @Read.Cash articles which gives me the right information about this platform.
I even came across some posts recently which was tip nicely by the random rewarded and have no reference to bitcoin cash or any other cryptocurrency.
Am just a-week user on this blog but with what I have read and the little experience I gathered from some top writers on this platform like @Fexonice1 @Olasquare and @Princessbusayo I can conclude that readcash is widely open for writers to discuss any topic of their choice I but must be free from erotic or abusive content.
According to my view, Readcash is not only lifting/helping the world financially, there is more value we are getting from it. Read cash is just like a higher institution (school) for everyone to learn and relearn every blessed day to build his/her life and also build his writing skill to communicate to many readers or people from different parts of the world even without seeing them.
The main aim of every writer is to earn some BCH from the random rewarder. But some top writers in this writing space are not only after the reward from the bot, they are ready to bring in more users to this blog with their articles. They have added positively to this platform with their writing in one way or another. Their effort is quite remarkable, I respect them for making this platform home for many writers with their articles.
***Read cash is more than a blogging site, it is the home of writing, earning, and learning at the same time***
Also, you might be wondering why I design the read cash logo with a green color instead of its original black color. Firstly, green is my favorite color and bitcoin cash also has a green color that's part of the reason why I made it a green color. But there are still more reasons for me giving it the green color which I will be discussing in my next article.
