Deal With Anxiety Or It Justifies It’s Existence
Almost everyone who has suffered from anxiety never knew they fall under that category of people.. right now you probably have some thoughts going on in the background of your mind as to why this write up will not help you out. I understand how anxiety works and it has its certain way of taking full control having all the momentum built up, but how you can develop that degree of resistance is to know that it’s a developing prophesy and those thoughts are always there for a reason.
You create this massive resistance within you because you refuse to accept the fact that you have it, so this is the first colossal step in the right direction because you’re acknowledging the fact that you have it, but to acknowledge something and to accept something are two totally different things. So how do we turn this into a surrender of your current state of being, you need to be present in your anxiety.. this is a very uncomfortable feeling but it’s important to accept the problem because the next step is solution..
How can you fix a problem when you refuse to accept the fact that it’s even there, so how do we go about being able to solve this… make it a habit to ask yourself at the smallest instance “How do I feel at this moment and please ask yourself that and let me know down here” For you to undo the resistance, it takes this function but even though it takes time this is what will take you out of the pain and the hurt..
You may feel overwhelmed please tell yourself the truth, I feel stressed and weak; please tell that same truth for the rest of the day because that’s how you stay in tune with yourself.. How about you don’t view yourself how people perceive you as suppose how you truly feel, please do this from now I need you to get better.. The next stage is create the life that you desire for yourself..
We understand from a logical standpoint that anxiety induce the sane physical response in your body.. which means they are the sane but haven’t you thought why anxiety feels bad while the other feel’s good. If you want to transcend that anxiety into excitement representing positive pattern you have to shift perspective and start thinking positive.. You can’t fix this overnight, slowly you feel better and everyone around you can feel the change..
How can you be engulfed in the present moment?” You want to be aware of your thought angles, these aren’t you and don’t define who you are. Dig deeper to rediscover what makes you switch into a panic mood all the time.. Learn to do the little things that can take your attention, it’s hard to breathe sometimes taking all of this within.. daily jobs, daily routine, income line up and several things can enhance what’s already damaged but our ability to regulate is very delicate..
My prayer is for anyone under this influence and having a hard time to be free, I wish for everything you desire to be made manifest and then you switch up from being like this to a person who is happy… Please for your health and safety, stay away from anxiety. Fear of the unknown or fear of missing out should be a thing of the past..
