Habitual napping- It is for the child when taking a nap every mid afternoon. But It is good too for adults. This kind of having a habit for sleeping in a mid afternoon is good but not too much.

Me, I sleep every afternoon, but I just sleep for like 1 hour sometimes 30 minutes, but this is before. Since I met Readcash haven't been able to take a nap since like 2 months ago.
