I'm really suffering from insomnia. I can't really sleep up to 5 days straight. Yup. It's hell. I tried everything I'm seeing in YouTube but still can't sleep. I'm not thinking of anything. I'm just thinking how to sleep. But some times, I'm able to sleep but I'm really sensitive to noise that's why I can still wake up early. I'm really scared about my condition and I do not like to succumb to sleeping pills. Really hope I could sleep normal. So those who can still sleep so peacefully. Please don't take it for granted.
